Description
シャフト(3)とアクチュエータ(A)との間のトルクの1つの単一の伝達結合のみがあり、位置センサは前記プレートによって支持され、
・遠隔作用に反応する目標を運ぶと共に、シャフトと共に一致して回転するような方法でシャフトに取り付けられ、かつ前記シャフトに沿った移動において動かされ得る環状の目標ホルダと、
・回転において一体化されることのない環状部分によってシャフトに装着される小プレートであって、この部分は一方が他方に関して90°である目標の二つの検出器を含み、目標ホルダと環状部分は同一の平面にある小プレートと、を備えることである。
Claims (9)
- シャフト(3)と一致して回転する閉鎖部材(2)を有するバルブと、
回転において前記シャフト(3)を駆動するアクチュエータ(A)と、
シャフト(3)に取り付けられたシャフト(3)の回転位置を検出する環状のセンサと、
を備え、
前記センサは、シャフト(3)の長手方向において前記バルブと前記アクチュエータ(A)との間に置かれ、前記シャフト(3)の長手方向における寸法が1.5ないし4mmの間の厚さを有することを特徴とするバルブおよび取付装置。 - 前記センサは、
・遠隔作用に反応する目標(4)を運ぶと共に、シャフトと共に一致して回転するような方法でシャフトに取り付けられ、かつ前記シャフトに沿った移動において動かされ得る環状の目標ホルダ(4a)と、
・前記センサの本体を形成し、かつ前記センサの他の部品の全ての厚さより厚いプレートホルダ(5)と、
・回転において一体化されることのない環状部分(6a)によってシャフト(3)に嵌まり合う小プレートであって、この部分(6a)は一方が他方に関して90°である目標の二つの検出器(7,8)を含み、目標ホルダ(4a)と環状部分(6a)は同一の平面にある小プレート(6)と、を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記プレートホルダ(5)は、前記バルブの取付けプレート(1a)と前記アクチュエータ(A)との間に把持される、前記目標ホルダ(4a)と、前記プレートホルダ(5)と、前記小プレート(6)の、3つの部分が一体化されるように、前記バルブの取付プレート(1a)と前記アクチュエータ(A)との間に把持されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記小プレート(6)の上面は、前記プレートホルダ(5)の上面と同一面になるまで、樹脂によって覆われることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記小プレート(6)は、前記小プレートの下側の面の下に配置された樹脂によって満たされたケーシングに開口する孔(16)を含むことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記ケーシング(9)は、前記小プレート(6)のプリント回路によって出力された電気信号を伝達するエレメントを接続するための開口(11a)を有することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記目標(4)は、樹脂を成形することによって目標ホルダ(4a)に取り付けられていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記ケーシング(9)における前記樹脂の導入および重合の後、前記樹脂が前記プレートホルダ(5)の上面と同一面になるまで、前記プレートホルダ(5)、小プレート(6)、検出器(7,8)、ケーシング(9)、及びアンテナ(11)を備える全ての部品が、分解する可能性なしにセンサアセンブリ(CP)において結合されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の装置。
- センサであって、
・遠隔作用に反応する目標(4)を運ぶと共に、シャフトと共に一致して回転するような方法でシャフトに取り付けられ、かつ前記シャフトに沿った移動において動かされ得る環状の目標ホルダ(4a)と、

前記小プレート(6)は、前記小プレートの下側の面の下に配置された樹脂によって満たされたケーシングに開口する孔(16)を含み、
プレートホルダ(5)、小プレート(6)、検出器(7,8)、ケーシング(9)、及びアンテナ(11)が、分解する可能性なしにセンサアセンブリ(CP)において結合されることを特徴とするセンサ。
