技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于流体产品的可重新封闭容器,尤其是适于容纳在制药和化妆品领域中或者在医疗和牙科领域使用的产品以及在食品领域等中使用的产品。
背景技术
已知使用由聚合物材料制造的容器来封装一个或多个剂量的流体产品,例如糊状物、凝胶或液体,根据剂量数,已知的容器能够是单剂量类型,或者是可重新封闭的多剂量类型。
通常,它们包括预设剂量产品的容纳本体,该容纳本体具有基本管形和细长的形状,该容纳本体具有设置有颈部的末端,在颈部的顶端处限定了用于产品的分配嘴。
容纳本体的相对末端具有适合引入产品的开口,该开口在充装后封闭,例如通过密封/焊接封闭。
封闭装置以可拆卸的方式在与颈部对应处与容器相连,从而能够阻塞分配嘴。
容纳本体和封闭装置能够通过成形技术(例如注射模制)来分别制造,然后装配在一起,或者也可选择,能够制成单个本体部件,然后在用户使用之前分开。

特别对于封闭装置和它们的构造,根据不同的使用和制造方法,已知不同类型的容器。
第一类型的已知容器预计例如使用罩来阻塞分配嘴,该罩具有在模制阶段中沿预设的断开区域固定在颈部上的部分。

为了降低产品污染的可能性,已知第二类型的可重新封闭容器,该可重新封闭容器制成为单个本体件,包括:具有遮挡元件的封闭装置,该遮挡元件为销类型等,密封地装配在分配嘴内部;以及可变形或可断开元件,该可变形或可断开元件使得封闭装置无中断地与容器本体连接。
这种可变形或可断开元件适合告诉用户可能由于产品的任何破坏(tamper)和/或意外打开而存在产品污染,因此有安全密封件的功能。
由文献GB1446300还已知第三类型容器,其中,封闭装置和容纳本体制成为单独零件,且在以后装配在一起。
这种容器的封闭装置通常包括:圆柱形空心本体,在该圆柱形空心本体内部有销或类似类型的遮挡元件,该遮挡元件能够密封地装配在分配嘴的内部;以及环形轴环,该环形轴环能够通过在容纳本体的颈部上互锁而固定。
环形轴环通过合适的削弱区域而以可拆卸的方式与圆柱形塞的内表面相对应地相连,该削弱区域例如由预断开线、可断开桥接件、减小横截面部分等而组成。
因此,圆柱形柱塞、环形轴环和销制成为单个本体件,与容纳本体分开,且轴环随后借助于销通过与分配嘴的封闭部分互锁而固定在颈部上。
这种第三类型容器的、制造简化和更容易制造的形式在文献EP1289842中表示。
该文献实际上示例说明了可重新封闭容器的使用,其中,容纳本体和封闭装置还制成为两个单独零件,但是区别在于圆柱形塞由支承遮挡销和环形轴环的平面抓紧元件来代替。
在EP1289842中所示的容器还易于进一步改进。在该方面,应当强调在使用过程中,用户通过取出遮挡销和抓住平面元件来打开容器,且为了在流体产品的分配过程中以实用和容易地方式来处理容纳本体,通常将平面抓紧元件暂时放置在支承表面(搁板、台板、脸盆的边缘等)上。
一旦操作完成,平面抓紧元件再次装配至分配嘴中,以便封闭容器。
不过,在搁置于支承表面上的阶段中,遮挡销不可避免地与表面自身接触,从而有受到微生物和细菌污染的危险,且一旦装配至分配嘴中,还有污染在容器中的剩余流体产品(该剩余流体产品将在随后使用)的危险。
出现这种情况是因为平面抓紧元件具有特别减小的厚度,以便能够以实用和便宜的方式来注射模制,且它只能够水平地放置在支承表面上,使得遮挡销不利地接触支承表面。
发明内容

7.根据权利要求5和6所述的容器(1),其特征在于:所述交叉支脚(17)沿所述至少两个部分(8a)的周边侧获得,其在封闭结构中朝向所述空心本体(2)转动。
8.根据前述一项或多项权利要求所述的容器(1),其特征在于:所述交叉支脚(17)的横向总尺寸明显大于所述遮挡销(9)的横向总尺寸。
9.根据前述一项或多项权利要求所述的容器(1),其特征在于:所述封闭装置(7)包括至少一个辅助搁置边缘(19),所述辅助搁置边缘布置成与所述搁置基部(17)基本相对并适合与所述搁置基部(17)配合,以便使得所述平面抓紧元件(8)能够在放倒结构中搁置在所述支承表面(18)上,在所述放倒结构中,所述平面抓紧元件(8)布置成基本水平,所述遮挡销(9)相对于所述支承表面(18)保持升高。
10.根据前述一项或多项权利要求所述的容器(1),其特征在于:所述容器包括使得所述轴环(12)与所述颈部(4)互锁连接的互锁连接装置(14、15、16)。
11.根据前述一项或多项权利要求所述的容器(1),其特征在于:所述轴环(12)能通过密封/焊接而与所述颈部(4)相连。
12.根据前述一项或多项权利要求所述的容器(1),其特征在于:所述轴环(12)能通过胶接而与所述颈部(4)相连。
13.根据前述一项或多项权利要求所述的容器(1),其特征在于:所述预设断开区域(13)包括至少一对可断开的桥接件,所述桥接件使得平面抓紧元件(8)的所述至少两个部分(8a)与所述轴环(12)的外侧表面连接。
14.根据前述一项或多项权利要求所述的容器(1),其特征在于:所述平面抓紧元件(8)、所述遮挡销(9)和所述轴环(12)制成单体件。
15.根据前述一项或多项权利要求所述的容器(1),其特征在于:所述平面抓紧元件(8)能与相邻容器(1)的平面抓紧元件(8)相连,以便形成所述容器(1)的条(S)。
16.根据前述一项或多项权利要求所述的容器(1),其特征在于:所述空心本体(2)包括至少一个抓紧翼片(3),所述抓紧翼片(3)能够以可拆卸的方式与相邻容器(1)的抓紧翼片(3)相连,以便形成所述容器(1)的条(S)。
