Abstract

一种壳体,包括一视窗件及一金属件,该金属件具有一金属框架,该视窗件设置于该金属框架内,该壳体还包括通过注塑成型形成于视窗件和金属框架之间的树脂填充体,所述树脂填充体连接结合该视窗件与金属框架。另外,还提供了一种壳体的制备方法,本发明的壳体可以使视窗件与金属件结合更加牢固不易剥离,而且,还具备防水功能和外观良好。

Description

壳体及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种壳体及该壳体的制备方法。
背景技术
现有的电子装置壳体上的玻璃视窗一般为直接粘帖的方式跟位于其外部的金属件直接装配贴合在一起,在跌落时,玻璃容易破裂。通常在金属件跟玻璃之间加一层软胶,这样可以改善破裂问题,但是容易造成金属件与视窗件之间间隙不均,增加了装配工序,导致产品的良率降低,成本增加,其两者之间的软胶的密封效果不好,导致玻璃视窗进水或进气。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种视窗密封效果好的壳体。
一种壳体,包括一视窗件及一金属件,该金属件具有一金属框架,该视窗件设置于该金属框架内,该壳体还包括通过注塑成型形成于视窗件和金属框架之间的树脂填充体,所述树脂填充体连接结合该视窗件与金属框架。
另外,本发明还提供一种壳体的制备方法,其包括以下步骤:
提供一视窗件和一金属件,该金属件的形状与所述视窗件的形状大致相同,所述视窗件的外径周长尺寸略小于金属件内径周长尺寸;
提供一注塑模具;
将该金属件和视窗件定位于一注塑模具中,视窗件定位于金属件内,并保持视窗件的外观面与金属件的外观面在同一水平面上,在该同一水平面上两者之间留有间隙;
注射树脂填充体用以填充该视窗件与金属件之间;
树脂填充体固化将该视窗件和金属件结合成一体。
本发明壳体及该壳体的制备方法,通过把金属件和玻璃植入模内,在两者的间隙注塑,因通过模具控制胶的尺寸,如此视窗件能与金属框体精密匹配,还可使视窗件与所述金属框体之间形成区隔类的塑胶界面,注入树脂的粘接作用不仅增强视窗件与金属框体的结合力,使视窗件与金属件结合更加牢固不易剥离,而且,还具备减震、防水功能,并且位于视窗件与金属件之间的树脂填充体可选择各种颜色,从而使得壳体具有外观良好。

具体实施方式
请一并参阅图1-3,本发明较佳实施方式壳体10包括一视窗件20及一金属件40,该视窗件20和金属件40之间设有树脂填充体30,该树脂填充体30可选自聚丙烯(PP)、聚酰胺(PA)、聚碳酸酯(PC)、聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)及聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)中的任一种。
所述树脂填充体30可以通过注塑成型方式填充形成于视窗件20及金属件40之间,即形成于视窗件及金属件的周壁及底部之间的间隙。
视窗件20大致为一长方形玻璃基板,其也可为透明塑料、树脂等相类似可用作视窗的材料。
金属件40的大致为一长方形金属框架结构,其内径周长尺寸大于该视窗件40的外周长尺寸。
该视窗件的外径周长和金属件的内径周长尺寸差的范围为0.4-0.8mm,其优选的尺寸差为0.5mm。
在本实施方式中,所述金属件40的材质为金属,优选的为不锈钢、铝合金。
另,本发明还提供了一种壳体10的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
提供一视窗件20和一金属件40,该金属件40预先经过精密加工,如,冲压、车削成型使其形状与视窗件20大致相同,但金属件40的内周长尺寸略大于视窗件20的外周长尺寸,以使二者之间可以注射充盈树脂填充体30,所述视窗件20和金属件40的外径周长尺寸差为0.4-0.8mm,其优选的尺寸差为0.5mm的范围内。
将该金属件40定位于预先设置好模芯的注塑成型模具中(未图示)然后将视窗件20定位于该金属件40内,并使该视窗件的外观面与金属件的外观面保持在同一水平面上,在该同一水平面上两者之间留有间隙,向该注塑模具内注射熔融的树脂填充体30,使得树脂填充体30形成于视窗件20与金属件40之间的间隙,完成注塑过程。
冷却后视窗件20和一金属件40通过注入在两者之间的树脂填充体30形成一体结构。将所述形成一体结构的壳体10从该注塑模具中取出。
可以理解,在视窗件20与金属件40之间的水平面上形成的树脂填充体30可选为具有装饰性色彩的树脂,使壳体在具有良好的密封效果的同时,也具有色彩的装饰性效果。
上述制备方法通过把视窗件20和金属件40植入预先设定好的模具内,在两者的间隙注塑形成树脂填充体30,因为通过模具控制胶的尺寸,如此视窗件20能与金属件40精密匹配,还可使视窗件20与所述金属件40之间形成区隔类的塑胶界面,注入树脂的粘接作用不仅增强视窗件20与金属件40的结合,使视窗件20与金属件40结合更加牢固不易剥离,而且,还具备减震、防水功能,并且位于两者之间的树脂填充体30可选择各种颜色,从而使得壳体具有外观良好。

Claims (8)

1.一种壳体,包括一视窗件及一金属件,该金属件具有一金属框架,该视窗件设置于该金属框架内,其特征在于:该壳体还包括通过注塑成型形成于视窗件和金属框架之间的树脂填充体,所述树脂填充体连接结合该视窗件与金属框架。
2.如权利要求1所述的壳体,其特征在于:该视窗件的外径周长和金属件的内径周长尺寸差为0.4-0.8mm。
3.如权利要求1所述的壳体,其特征在于:所述树脂填充体为聚丙烯(PP)、聚酰胺(PA)、聚碳酸酯(PC)、聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)及聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)中的任一种。
4.如权利要求3所述的壳体,其特征在于:所述树脂填充体为具有装饰性色彩的树脂。
5.一种壳体的制备方法;
提供一视窗件和一金属件,该金属件的形状与所述视窗件的形状大致相同,所述视窗件的外径周长尺寸略小于金属件内径周长尺寸;
提供一注塑模具;
将该金属件和视窗件定位于一注塑模具中,视窗件定位于金属件内,并保持视窗件的外观面与金属件的外观面在同一水平面上,在该同一水平面上两者之间留有间隙;
注射树脂填充体用以填充该视窗件与金属件之间;
树脂填充体固化将该视窗件和金属件结合成一体。
6.如权利要求5所述的壳体的制备方法,其特征在于:所述视窗件的外径周长和金属件的内径周长尺寸差为0.4-0.8mm。
7.如权利要求5所述的壳体的制备方法,其特征在于:所述树脂填充体为聚丙烯(PP)、聚酰胺(PA)、聚碳酸酯(PC)、聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)及聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)中的任一种。
8.如权利要求5所述的壳体的制备方法,其特征在于:所述固化方式采用常温自然固化。
