技术领域
本发明涉及热绝缘粉末混合物及其生产方法。
背景技术
在希望可持续发展和不断增加的能耗的框架内,用于节能的热绝缘材料具有重要作用。从日益攀升的能源价格以及日益稀少的资源,对于减少CO2排放的希望,实现能源消耗持续降低以及对于防热和防寒日益增加的未来需求的必要性来看,热绝缘材料被认为甚至更重要。对于优化热绝缘材料的这些日益增加的需要同样应用于建筑物上,例如新建筑物或现有建筑物,以及应用到移动部门、物流部门以及固定部门(stationary sector)的冷绝缘材料上。
建筑材料(例如钢、混凝土、砌砖和玻璃以及天然石料)是较好的热导体,从而在寒冷天气下,由它们构建的建筑物外墙可以非常快地将热量从里面释放到外面。
因此开发是针对通过增加这些建筑材料的孔隙率(例如在混凝土和砌砖的情况下)来提高绝缘特性,并且其次是针对用热绝缘材料覆盖外墙。
目前主要使用的热绝缘材料或绝缘材料是具有低导热性的材料。相关材料是:有机热绝缘材料:泡沫塑料如聚苯乙烯、Neopor、聚氨酯;木纤维材料如木丝和软木;植物或动物纤维如大麻、亚麻、以及羊毛。
无机热绝缘材料:矿棉和玻璃棉;平板形式的泡沫玻璃;硅酸钙和石膏板;矿物泡沫,如多孔混凝土、浮石、珍珠岩以及蛭石。
这些常规的热绝缘材料主要以泡沫板或压制板以及成型体的形式使用。因此,例如有可能将聚氨酯和聚苯乙烯发泡直接进入建筑砌块的空腔中(DE 8504737),或者按照DE 10229856,为按测量尺寸切割的板(cut-to-measure plate)。根据DE 10217548,这种技术还可能使用按尺寸切割的矿棉(cut-to-size mineral wool)。
所有这些绝缘材料实施方式具有对于目前需要的要求而言过低的热绝缘效果。导热率都大于0.030W/mK,并且因此这些材料具有较高的空间要求,并且,除了别的之外,它在热绝缘方面不能持续地稳定。其他缺点为:
·过高的吸湿性以及水敏感性。
·耗时以及耗资地应用到外墙上(例如,通过粘合剂粘合、堵塞、螺纹结合(screwing)、使用支持系统等;在此,有时对热桥进行预先编程)。
·额外的粘合层,例如,用于粘附底灰(renders)。
·在有机绝缘层的情况下,也具有可燃性。
真空绝缘面板(简称为VIP)显示非常良好的绝缘效果。在约0.004至约0.008W/mK的导热率下(取决于芯层材料以及低于大气压力),真空绝缘面板具有比常规热绝缘系统好8至25倍的热绝缘效果。因此它们有可能实现具有最佳热绝缘的纤薄建筑(slim construction),它可以用于建筑部门以及家用电器部门、冷藏部门以及物流部门中。基于多孔性热绝缘材料的真空绝缘面板、聚氨酯泡沫板以及压制纤维成为与复合膜结合的芯层材料(例如铝复合膜或金属膜)是通常已知的,并且已经被充分地说明(参见VIP-Bau.de)。
然而,VIP技术具有下面的缺点:
如果由于损坏,空气进入这些抽空的面板中,这意味着非常良好的热绝缘结束了。然后绝缘效果仅相应于使用芯层材料的效果。
气体扩散通过阻断层或封套进入真空面板中也限制了寿命。在建筑部门中,下面的缺点是特别重要的:
·由于实际上气体不可渗透的阻挡层是必要的,面板不能透气。
·在现场,特别是在建筑工地上,处理和可加工性是困难的或者不可能的。
·由于薄膜的结构,经常发生周围气体的扩散(主要是氮气、氧气、CO2和水蒸气)。因此不能确保长寿命,而相反地是有限的。
·与常规绝缘材料相比较,真空绝缘面板是非常昂贵的。
多孔性热绝缘材料(例如基于热解硅石的那些)显示较低的导热率(0.018-0.024W/mK)。通过挥发性硅化合物(如有机和无机氯代硅烷)的火焰水解来生产热解硅石。以此方式生产的这些热解硅石具有高度多孔结构并且具有亲水性。
基于热解硅石的这些多孔热绝缘材料的缺点是:
·高吸湿性,因此增加了导热率,并且因此使热绝缘性变差。
·在建筑部门中,这可以额外地导致模具形成(mold formation)。
·当用在真空面板中时,由于吸湿性,可以通过水分子进行能量传递,并且对系统导热率可以具有不利影响。水分子在暖侧蒸发并且在冷侧凝结。这样,传送了大量的能量,并且因此增加了系统的导热率。
发明内容
本发明的目的是解决现有技术的问题,具体地是实现热绝缘材料特性的显著提高。本发明的具体目标是具有低吸湿性的廉价的、主动透气的、机械稳定的以及高度有效的热绝缘。
通过权利要求的特征来实现所述目的。
本发明提供了热绝缘粉末混合物,所述热绝缘粉末混合物具有根据DIN ISO 697和EN ISO 6020-60g/l的堆积密度,并且包含具有根据DINISO 9277优选130-1200m2/g,更优选150-1000m2/g,特别优选200-600m2/g的BET表面积,以及优选少于60μm,更优选少于30μm,特别优选少于15μm的D(50)的至少一种硅石(二氧化硅);以及具有优选地1-50μm的纤维直径的至少一种纤维材料。
优选地,硅石是沉淀型硅石、具有气溶胶结构的硅石,并且更优选热解硅石。
本发明的热绝缘粉末混合物优选地包含按重量计至少15%、更优选按重量计至少20%、特别优选按重量计至少25%的优选地具有优选按重量计至少1%,更优选按重量计至少4%,特别优选按重量计至少7%的碳含量的疏水性硅石。
优选地,本发明的热绝缘粉末混合物以优选按重量计0.5-50%、更优选按重量计1-30%、特别优选按重量计2-15%的量包含来自由硅酮树脂、碳氟化合物以及碳组成的组中的至少一种疏水化试剂。
优选地,本发明的热绝缘粉末混合物包含IR遮光剂。
本发明的热绝缘粉末混合物具有根据DIN ISO 697和EN ISO 60优选地2-150g/l,更优选20-90g/l,特别优选20-60g/l,非常特别优选20-40g/l的堆积密度。

优选地,通过具有层状结构(层结构)的热绝缘材料来实现这个目标,其中常规热绝缘材料的层(在下文中称为常规绝缘层)与新热绝缘配制品的层(在下文中称为新绝缘层)结合。该层状结构显示所有成分和层的良好粘合性,以及机械加工性,连同低密度一起。层状结构的高热绝缘性能是另外的特征并且使新的热绝缘材料的性能谱完美。可以省去使用位于这些层之间并且可以增加导热率的粘合剂。
优选的常规热绝缘层是:
-泡沫型或膨胀型无机材料的床层,如通过粘合剂保持在一起的珍珠岩、蛭石、膨胀型粘土或膨胀型云母,
-有机热绝缘板,如泡沫聚苯乙烯、Neopor、甲阶酚醛树脂(可溶性酚醛树脂)或聚氨酯,
-由无机多孔绝缘材料(如与IR遮光剂和玻璃纤维混合的热解硅石)组成的热绝缘板,
-用硅石浸渍或不用硅石浸渍的纤维无纺织物(纤维无纺布)或纤维垫。
首先并且最重要地,常规的绝缘材料完成了确保与热绝缘材料正面的常规元件(例如绝缘砖),或者与复合热绝缘系统的粘性砂浆和底灰化学相容的任务。
这还实现了对天气影响(例如大风雨)令人满意的稳定性。然而,因为在建筑工地上可以将绝缘材料切割成与有待绝缘的单个建筑物配合的任何尺寸,单个成分不足以抵抗大风雨。其结果是,可以将具有位于常规绝缘材料之间芯层绝缘功能的新热绝缘配制品部分地暴露于天气影响。当芯层绝缘材料的主要成分是硅石时,这是特别重要的。在未处理状态下,硅石具有对于湿气的高亲和性。吸湿性的机制如下:在第一步中,湿气被物理吸附。在室温下,将水物理吸附到硅石的硅烷醇基团上是可逆的。在第二步中,进行湿气的化学吸附。在室温下,该步骤是可逆的。在大量地引入湿气的情况下,硅石的结构可能被破坏。这称为结构的塌缩并且与绝缘材料导热率显著地增加相关联。
这对新热绝缘系统的所有层提出了特别的要求。在所有层中显著的疏水性绝对是必要的。
在下文中将常规绝缘层之间的层称为新绝缘层,并且根据本发明其特征在于它们包含来自由热解硅石、沉淀型硅石以及具有气溶胶结构的硅石组成的组中的至少一种粉末。硅石的BET表面积优选在130m2/g至1200m2/g的范围内。硅石粉末还可以结合地使用。在新绝缘层中硅石按重量计的比例优选按重量计30-99%,更优选按重量计50-97%,非常特别地优选按重量计60-95%。在没有表面处理下,所述硅石称为亲水性硅石。
在新的热绝缘粉末混合物和新绝缘层中部分硅石优选地进行表面修饰。表面处理可以是吸附在硅石上或者可以与硅石的硅烷醇基团部分地或完全地反应。优选的表面处理优选地包含六甲基二硅氮烷、聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)或者烷基硅烷。特别优选地,表面处理导致硅石中碳含量为按重量计至少4%。在表面处理的情况下,所述硅石称为疏水性硅石。还有可能使用亲水性硅石和疏水性硅石的组合。疏水性硅石相对于亲水性硅石的重量比优选至少1:4.5,更优选至少1:4。在新绝缘层中疏水性硅石的比例是按重量计至少15%。非常特别优选地,疏水性硅石是疏水性热解硅石。
此外,新的热绝缘粉末混合物和新绝缘层优选地包含至少一种纤维材料。在此优选例如,玻璃棉、岩棉、玄武岩矿棉、渣棉、陶瓷纤维、碳纤维、硅石纤维、纤维素纤维、织物纤维以及聚合物纤维,如聚丙烯、聚酰胺或聚酯纤维。纤维材料还可以进行表面修饰,例如,它可以包含有机浆料(organic size)或者其他修饰,如聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)。优选的纤维直径优选0.1μm至200μm,特别优选1-50μm,非常特别地优选在3至10μm范围内,其中长度优选1-25mm,更优选3-10mm。纤维材料的量优选按重量计0.5-20%,更优选按重量计1-10%,非常特别地优选2-6%。
优选类型的纤维是玻璃纤维、硅石纤维以及纤维素纤维。特别优选纤维素纤维。
新的热绝缘粉末混合物和新绝缘层的第三成分优选地是疏水化粉末,其特征在于在温度高于或等于-30°C下所述疏水化粉末仍然是固体。合适的粉末是对水具有疏水作用的粉末,例如,优选硅酮树脂(例如,聚甲基硅氧烷或者聚烷基苯基硅氧烷以及它们与醇酸树脂、丙烯酸树脂或聚酯树脂或者聚醚的共聚物)、多碳氟化合物、丙烯酸树脂、低聚硅氧烷、有机硅烷、硅酯或者具有疏水化添加剂的硅酸盐、硅酸酯、硬脂酸酯、石蜡、脂肪酸、脂肪酸酯、蜡酯、地蜡、沥青、醇酸树脂、丙烯酸酯共聚物(例如,有机硅-丙烯酸酯共聚物)、苯乙烯共聚物(例如,丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物或者羧化的丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物)、聚乙酸乙烯酯、聚丙酸乙烯酯、聚丙烯酸苯乙烯酯、氯乙烯共聚物、乙酸乙烯酯共聚物、乙烯基三元聚合物、聚烯烃、乙烯共聚物、丙烯共聚物、热塑性聚合物和聚合物共混物(例如,聚乙烯或聚丙烯以及乙烯/乙酸乙烯酯或乙烯/丙烯酸酯共聚物,可选地交联硅烷以增加软化温度)以及碳。所述疏水化试剂可以单独地或结合地使用。
为了获得粉末形式的固态,在所述的一些疏水化试剂(如低聚硅氧烷和有机硅烷)的情况下,需要将它们冷却到低至-30°C。
优选地,上述疏水化试剂中优选的疏水化试剂是硅酮树脂、多碳氟化合物、丙烯酸树脂、硬脂酸酯、蜡酯、醇酸树脂、丙烯酸酯共聚物、聚乙酸乙烯酯、氯乙烯共聚物、乙酸乙烯酯共聚物、和乙烯基三元聚合物以及碳。特别优选硅酮树脂、多碳氟化合物以及碳。在硅酮树脂、多碳氟化合物以及碳中,优选聚烷基硅酮树脂、多酚硅酮树脂、聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)、四氟乙烯-全氟(甲基乙烯基醚)共聚物(MFA)、全氟乙烯-丙烯(FEP)、全氟烷氧基聚合物(PFA)、具有分子式~CH2-CH2-CF2-CF2~的乙烯和四氟乙烯的共聚物(ETFE)、乙烯、四氟乙烯和六氟丙烯的共聚物(EFEP)、聚氟乙烯(PVF)、聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)、聚三氟氯乙烯(PCTFE)以及石墨。
在多碳氟化合物中,特别优选PTFE和PVDF。
疏水化粉末具有优选少于1mm,更优选少于500μm,特别优选少于200μm,非常特别地优选少于80μm的粒径。
疏水化粉末的软化点优选在-30°C至600°C的范围内,更优选20°C至450°C,特别优选40°C至370°C。这些粉末可以单独地或结合地使用。在新绝缘层中疏水化粉末的量优选按重量计0.5-50%,更优选按重量计1-30%,特别优选按重量计2-15%。
优选地,将IR遮光剂添加到新的热绝缘粉末混合物以及新绝缘层中。有可能的是例如,C、SiC、钛铁矿、硅酸锆、氧化铁、TiO2、ZrO2、氧化锰、钛酸铁。这些粉末的粒度优选在100nm至100μm的范围内,更优选0.5μm至15μm,特别优选1至10μm。数量优选按重量计1-40%,更优选按重量计2-30%,特别优选按重量计3-8%。
还可以被疏水化的其他氧化物可以优选地添加到新的热绝缘粉末混合物以及新绝缘层中。除了别的之外,优选使用碱土金属氧化物、硅酸盐、特异性页硅酸盐以及硅石。这些物质优选地包括二氧化硅的各种合成产生的修饰,例如,电弧硅石(electric arc silica)、来自植物燃烧残余物的硅石和烟雾硅胶,以及通过用酸滤去硅酸盐(例如硅酸钙、硅酸镁以及混合的硅酸盐,如橄榄石(镁铁硅酸盐)而产生的硅石。可以使用的其他化合物是天然发生的包含SiO2的化合物,如硅藻土(diatomaceous earth)和硅藻土(kieselguhr)。根据需要,可以加入细分散的金属氧化物,如氧化铝、二氧化钛、氧化铁。使用量可以高达按重量计50%。
进一步添加到新热绝缘粉末混合物以及新绝缘层中的物质可以优选地由以下各项组成:一种或多种泡沫型或膨胀型粉末,优选珍珠岩、蛭石、膨胀型粘土、膨胀型云母、聚苯乙烯、Neopor或聚氨酯。为了实现低密度,优选地在新绝缘配制品成型之后进行起泡。所使用的量可以高达按重量计60%。
为了实现低密度,还优选使用经典的造孔剂,优选纤维素以及它的衍生物。
优选地,新绝缘层的密度可以在30至500g/l的范围内。在绝缘材料的经济性方面而言,有利的是使用非常低的密度。出人意料地发现甚至在低密度下新绝缘层仍具有高强度。优选地,为了本发明的目的,优选的密度在30至150g/l的范围内,特别优选70至120g/l。
与前面的经验相比较,其他具体方面是尽管密度低,但是必须接受不使热绝缘效率变差。例如,已知的是基于热解硅石的绝缘材料随着密度逐渐增加具有较低的导热率,因为由于较小的孔降低了气体传导的贡献。以此方式,可以将热绝缘材料升高至高达优选地约250g/l的密度。当高于优选地250g/l时,由于固态传导增加的贡献,导热率仅稍微地增加。
在新绝缘层的这种情况下,在60至120g/l的低密度下,实现最低导热率值。在这个密度下可以实现的这些数值在12至24mW/mK的范围内。
本发明进一步提供了用于生产热绝缘粉末混合物的方法,其特征在于在高剪切力存在下将具有根据DIN ISO 9277130-1200m2/g BET表面积的至少一种硅石(所述硅石已经被剧烈地预先分散,并且具有小于60μm的d(50))以及具有1-50μm纤维直径的至少一种纤维材料混合。本发明的方法用于生产新的绝缘层,所述新绝缘层可以处于热绝缘材料混合物的形式或者是通过压制操作通过压实热绝缘材料混合物形成的成型热绝缘体。
通过剧烈混合粉末来生产新的绝缘层。这形成了新的绝缘材料混合物。然后优选地可以通过压制操作将它们压实从而形成成型体。在压制之后可以增加温度。在冷却之后这导致绝缘材料混合物和成型体的强化。在压制期间,通过纤维彼此之间以及与其他绝缘层的机械互联,并且还由于温度增加导致的疏水化试剂的软化或液化(这导致这些层的界面以及粉末和成型体的表面湿润,以及在温度降低之后疏水化试剂固化),实现多个绝缘层的粘合。
通常,可以在各种混合和分散装置中生产新的热绝缘材料混合物。然而,优选使用高剪切设备。
在此,不是绝对必要的但是有利的首先预先可分散地解凝聚硅石,然后在高剪切下用剩余的成分分散它。
在优选步骤中,首先将硅石可预先分散地解凝聚,然后首先将全部数量的纤维与部分硅石预先混合成为母料类型,以确保纤维的完全分离。所述母料优选地以不大于1:10,特别优选地不大于1:5的比率包含纤维和硅石。在纤维分离之后,加入剩余硅石和除了疏水化粉末的剩余成分。
作为替代方案,母料(masterbatch)还可以包含全部数量的IR遮光剂和纤维。在剧烈分散之后,将预先分散的硅石加入其中,并且剧烈地混合于其中。最后,将除了疏水化试剂的剩余成分混合于其中。
在混合序列的最后一步,加入疏水性粉末。在此,需要将混合物和疏水化试剂冷却,使得疏水化试剂能够以固体形式混合于其中。因为在混合期间释放能量,冷却温度必须非常低以使疏水化试剂保持固态,并且能够在高剪切下剧烈地混合于其中。
在完成混合过程之后,根据成分的类型和数量,混合物的堆积密度可以优选20-150g/l,更优选20-90g/l,特别优选20-60g/l,并且非常特别地优选20-40g/l。
为了实现高均匀性以及优选地20-40g/l的这种混合物的低堆积密度,特别需要高剪切力。优选地,在混合期间剪切率高于10m/s,更优选高于20m/s,特别优选高于28m/s,非常特别优选高于50m/s。合适的混合装置是这类设备,例如高速混合器、高速行星式混合器、旋流式混合器、流体混合器、研磨分类器以及其他转子-定子系统。
高剪切的目的是在预分散期间造成硅石的高度解凝聚作用,并且最佳地分离纤维,以及在进一步的分散过程中造成所有粉末非常均匀的混合。
在解凝聚之后,硅石的D(50)优选地小于60μm,更优选小于30μm,并且特别优选小于15μm。硅石的D(95)优选地小于150μm,更优选小于90μm,并且特别优选小于25μm。使用转子通过研磨分类器来实现最低值。
为了进行混合物的高剪切分散,使用高速混合器、高速行星式混合器、旋流式混合器以及转子-定子系统。粉末非常均匀的混合导致得到的绝缘板的最佳强度并且导致特别低的导热率。
如果需要的话,在用于生产绝缘混合物之前,可以通过研磨或冷冻研磨将疏水化试剂研磨成非常小的粒径。
在具体实施方式中,上述混合物进一步与一种或多种泡沫型或膨胀型粉末混合,如珍珠岩、蛭石、膨胀型粘土、膨胀型云母、聚苯乙烯、Neopor或聚氨酯。优选地,将泡沫型或膨胀型粉末加入所述混合物中。因为在剪切下这些膨胀型或泡沫型粉末是易碎的,粉末必须温和地混合。在此多种装置是可能的,例如,桨式混合器、Vreico-Nauta混合器、Beba混合器、Ekato混合器。避免颗粒堵塞(例如,在工具之间或者在容器与工具之间)以及低剪切速率对于品质是重要的。剪切速率低于5m/s,优选低于2m/s,特别优选低于1m/s。
得到的多孔混合物的粉末流非常良好,从而它还可以毫无问题地并且均匀地被压制以形成板材,并且还可以例如引入并且压制到中空建筑砌块的空腔中。
可以对疏水化粉末进行热后处理。高于熔点的热处理的结果是,超过了粉末的流动限制,并且实现了薄膜形成以及甚至更好地分布在绝缘材料中。在固化之后,观察到绝缘材料显著的额外增强。纤维和疏水化粉末的结合给予最终的绝缘材料层非常高的强度。可以在压制之前或之后进行所述热后处理。
可以通过压制操作由绝缘混合物来生产成型热绝缘体,以带来进一步加强。为此目的,在一个或多个步骤中,将绝缘混合物引入到压制工具的空腔中并且通过冲压压实。得到的密度优选地可以在30至500g/l的范围内,更优选70至350g/l,特别优选80至250g/l。在具体实施方式中,密度在180至250g/l的范围内。
可以通过浸渍或喷雾来另外地处理成型体。在此,优选使用在室温下是液体的疏水性试剂,优选硅油、烷基硅烷或者六甲基二硅氮烷。特别优选硅油。
作为成型体或作为粉末混合物的新绝缘层具有较高的热绝缘效果。实现的导热率优选12-35mW/mK,更优选12-24mW/mK,特别优选12-20mW/mK。
新绝缘层的厚度在0.5mm至15cm的范围内。
新绝缘层可以与常规的绝缘层结合从而形成热绝缘。层的数量优选地可以是2-30,更优选2-15,并且非常特别地优选3-10。优选地,新绝缘层和常规绝缘层交替地排列。可以通过结合最终的绝缘层来形成层排列。在这种情况下,有待热处理的疏水化粉末确保层内和层间的粘聚。然而,还可以通过倾注各种混合物(在此同样地,优选交替排列新混合物和常规混合物)、以及随后的压制和热处理来形成层排列。通过经由玻璃纤维的机械互联以及通过在这些层的界面处起作用的疏水化粉末,来确保这些层之间的粘合。在具体实施方式中,可以通过PU泡沫、结合泡沫、结合剂或粘合剂,将绝缘层或者松散材料的床层连接到彼此上。在其他具体实施方式中,通过包装材料来实现粘合。所述包装材料可以是薄膜或者无纺织物。所述薄膜或者无纺织物优选地具有较低的导热率。
在具体实施例中,只使用新的热绝缘材料,而不与常规绝缘层结合。
在其他具体实施方式中,当选择的硅石混合物中至少一种硅石和/或IR遮光剂已经是疏水性的时,还可以省去新绝缘层的疏水化粉末。
各种几何形状和尺寸的成型体,例如环、圆盘以及板可以由绝缘层制造。优选板材,所述板材根据本发明用于以下绝缘系统作为:
中空建筑砌块中的绝缘,
多壳式建筑砌砖中的芯层绝缘,
用于真空绝缘面板(VIP)的芯层绝缘,
用于复合热绝缘系统(CTIS)的芯层绝缘,
双层砌筑墙中的绝缘。
在真空绝缘面板(VIP)的情况下,通过将纳米尺寸空隙中仍然存在的残余气体抽空至低于100mbar的适度低于大气压力(优选0.01-10mbar),以抑制对流/气体传导,来将导热率进一步降低至1-10mW/mK的值。
将预先包在无纺织物中的微孔绝缘板引入到真空密封的封套中。这些真空密封封套可以是铝复合膜、金属膜或者优选基于优选地不锈钢或镀锡板、或者聚合物(优选聚丙烯)的金属封套。优选地,金属封套具有基于聚烯烃三元共聚物的共挤出涂层,所述聚烯烃三元共聚物具有对于金属优异的粘附性,以及对于空气和水蒸气良好的阻隔性。
在将微孔型热绝缘芯层引入到薄膜袋中之后,将绝缘板放在真空室中并且抽空至预期的最终压力。在真空室中对引入到薄膜袋中的微孔热绝缘板进行焊接。
在金属封套的情况下,将微孔绝缘芯层引入到下部金属外壳中,并且在真空室中进行抽空,然后将精确配合的盖子压在下部外壳上。优选地,这两个金属部件(下部外壳和盖子)涂覆有共挤出的聚烯烃层(厚度优选0.05-0.5mm,更优选0.2-0.4mm),以避免由于直接金属接触产生的热桥。
对于热塑性塑料而言,优选使用聚丙烯-聚乙烯-丙烯酸酯三元聚合物,所述聚丙烯-聚乙烯-丙烯酸酯三元聚合物具有对于金属优异的粘附性,以及良好的阻隔性。
因此以这种方式生产的VIP具有对于扩散作用不可渗透的封套,对损害不敏感,并且因此注定用于建筑部门。
为了避免由金属封套引起的热桥(尤其在小尺寸的情况下),优选地使用基于PP或PP/PVDC复合材料系统的机械稳定的封套,在所述PP或PP/PVDC复合材料系统中,将气体不可渗透的铝复合膜层压到整个上部/下部表面上,其中仅外部边缘由纯PP/PVDC组成。
新的热绝缘层系统能够以抽空和非抽空状态(VIP)使用,优选地用于各种热绝缘应用中。优选的应用是在建筑部门。根据本发明的绝缘适合于更新老建筑,也适合于新建筑物,例如,优选地用于地板和屋顶绝缘,还用于外墙的内部或外部绝缘。在此,新的绝缘系统可以优选地直接用作砌筑墙的核心材料,用作复合热绝缘系统(CTIS)的部分,或者与金属或者聚合物封套在一起。
在复合热绝缘系统的情况下,这些面板优选地配备有由压制型、轧制型、挤出型、泡沫或纤维材料组成的封套,用来使它们稳定,其中芯层可以保持在大气压下或低于大气压力下。对于正常情况而言,封套具有一个或两个平面区域或者可以封装该面板的所有表面,但是也可以具有多层结构,并且可以由在这些板的多个侧面上相同的封装材料或不同的封装材料组成。在低于大气压力的情况下,封套自然地封闭该板的所有表面。
加强的封套优选地可以由下面各项组成:

为了摩擦地连接封套(主要地当连接多个层时),优选使用粘合剂。这些粘合剂优选地选自无机成分(如水玻璃、硅溶胶以及磷酸盐)以及有机化合物(如活性树脂、聚合物分散体或者热塑性塑料)中。
在复合热绝缘系统(CTIS)的情况下,由于其高疏水性,根据本发明的新绝缘材料还可以直接地使用,即没有真空以及封套。典型地,然后优选地它们配备有加强层和底灰层(render layer)。
本发明进一步提供了包括根据本发明的热绝缘材料的成型体、建筑砌砖、建筑系统以及复合材料建筑系统,其中这些成型体、建筑砌砖、建筑系统以及复合材料建筑系统部分地或全部地由热绝缘材料组成。
根据本发明,在本发明上下文中上述疏水性多孔热绝缘材料优选地用于中空建筑砌块。
中空建筑砌块是具有一个或多个空腔的建筑元件。它们优选地由无机陶瓷材料组成,如耐火粘土(砌砖)、混凝土、玻璃、石膏、以及天然产品如天然石料,例如石灰质砂岩。优选使用由砌块、混凝土以及轻质混凝土制造的中空建筑砌块。
实施方式为墙建筑砌砖、楼板、天花板元件以及正面元件。
已知的是这些建筑元件的空腔可以填充有具有空腔形状的多孔绝缘材料,例如Styropor泡沫或珍珠岩泡沫(DE3037409A1以及DE-OS2825508)。这些建筑元件还称为具有整体热绝缘的中空建筑砌块。
具有整体热绝缘的中空建筑砌块具有以下优点,即在建筑构造中保留砖房特征。
使用具有整体热绝缘的这些中空建筑砌块是用来确保特别良好的热绝缘以及有利的水蒸气可渗透性,并且在砖石建筑中实际上没有水分吸收;此外,可以促进热量储存。
在具有整体热绝缘的这些中空建筑砌块中的绝缘材料可以具有有机或者无机的起源。
对于有机材料而言,优选使用泡沫聚苯乙烯微粒作为绝缘材料。在此,在表面上使泡沫聚合物颗粒连接以及锚定到彼此上,使气体可渗透的间隙空闲。
通过用苯乙烯球粒的床层填充这些空腔,随后通过热气体(通常是蒸汽)使它们起泡,来进行生产。这类绝缘建筑砌块具有改善的热绝缘能力。缺点是这些建筑元件的有机组成的可燃性。同样地,由于吸收水分/湿气,热绝缘能力随时间显著地降低。
对于用于具有整体热绝缘的中空建筑砌块的无机材料,优选使用泡沫珍珠岩以及蛭石。优选通过粘合剂(例如基于乙酸乙烯酯和丙烯酸酯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物的水分散体)粘合以及加强的泡沫珍珠岩。具有必要粘合剂的这些填充物具有高比例的可燃性成分,并且得到的热绝缘材料也不是最佳的。
同样地,优选地可以使用碱金属水玻璃作为粘合剂来粘合以及加强这些珍珠岩。这种方法导致强碱性、吸水性的核心材料并且导致风化。又进一步降低了已经不令人满意的热绝缘特性。使用硅溶胶作为粘合剂导致具有较高吸水性以及较差热绝缘特性的较差加强的绝缘材料。
根据本发明将所述疏水性多孔热绝缘材料用于中空建筑砌块中的结果是,这些砌块的热绝缘特性得以显著地改善,并且持续地保持在高水平。
根据本发明,相应的热绝缘材料可以被压制以形成尺寸精确的板,并且可以结合到中空建筑砌块的室中,但是还可以将新混合物引入到建筑砌块的室中,并且通过压制帮助直接地压入这些室中。作为替代方案,尺寸精确的板还可以由前面生产的较大板中切割,并且结合到建筑砌块中。
同样地,有可能通过优选地聚氨酯泡沫或者其他粘合剂泡沫或粘合剂将这些板固定在空腔中。
同样地,可以将绝缘材料封装在优选的无纺织物材料中以防止例如机械影响,以及因此防止从热绝缘材料中散发灰尘。
为了最佳地使用相对经济地实现的热绝缘效果,高效疏水性多孔热绝缘材料与具有较低热绝缘作用的常规热绝缘系统创造性地有效结合是可能的。同样地,取决于用途以及绝缘能力,还可以提供没有热绝缘材料的单个空室或多个空室。
具体实施方式
在下面实施方式中通过举例对本发明进行说明:
为了本发明的目的,除非另有说明,所有数量和百分比是按重量计并且所有百分比是基于总重量,所有温度是20°C,并且所有压力是周围大气压力,即900至1100hPa。所有粘度是在25°C下测定的。
在下面实施例中,除非另有说明,指示的所有部分和百分比是按重量计。除非另有说明,在周围大气压力下(即在约100hPa下),以及除非另有说明,在室温下(即约20°C或者在没有额外的加热或冷却下在室温下当反应物结合时所建立的温度),进行下面实施例。在这些实施例中报告的所有粘度都是基于25°C的温度。
实施例1:
成分:
具有300m2/g BET表面积的亲水性热解硅石:按重量计88%
玻璃纤维(长度6mm,厚度7μm):按重量计2%
SiC(D(50)=5μm):按重量计4%
硅酮树脂聚甲基硅氧烷,通过冷冻研磨机研磨至D(50)=10μm:按重量计6%
首先在旋流式混合器中以15,000rpm将6.5g纤维、15.2gSiC以及50g硅石预先混合3分钟,用来分离纤维。随后加入剩余的固体成分(285.5g硅石)并且在相同的混合条件下再继续混合2分钟。然后将22.8g硅酮树脂加入到该混合物中,并且将该混合物再搅拌1分钟。
将238g最终的混合物取出,并且压制从而给出具有200*200*38mm外部尺寸的固体,这样得到120g/l的密度。随后,在70°C下将该成型体加热120分钟。
实施例2:
成分:
具有300m2/g BET表面积的亲水性热解硅石:按重量计80%
玻璃纤维(长度6mm,厚度7μm):按重量计4%
SiC(D(50)=5μm):按重量计4%
碳氟化合物PVDF(通过冷冻研磨机研磨至D(50)=20μm):按重量计12%
首先在旋流式混合器中以15,000rpm将14g纤维、15gSiC以及50g硅石预先混合3分钟,以分离纤维。随后加入剩余的固体成分(255g硅石)并且在相同混合条件下再继续混合2分钟。然后将46g PVDF粉末加入到该混合物中,并且将该混合物再搅拌1分钟。
将238g最终的混合物取出并且压制从而给出具有200*200*38mm外部尺寸的固体,这样得到120g/l的密度。随后,在190°C下将该成型体加热120分钟。
实施例3:
成分:
具有BET=300m2/g的亲水性热解硅石以及具有200m2/g BET表面积和从PDMS涂层得到的5%C含量的疏水性热解硅石:分别为按重量计63+27%
纤维素纤维(长度6mm,厚度7μm):按重量计6%
石墨粉末(D(50)=4μm):按重量计4%
首先在研磨分类器中(转子7000rpm,分类器6500rpm)将亲水性硅石和疏水性硅石破碎,直至D(50)为10μm。然后在旋流式混合器中以15,000rpm将两种硅石、纤维以及石墨粉末混合10分钟。
将200g最终的混合物取出,并且压制从而给出具有200*200*38mm外部尺寸的固体,这样得到100g/l的密度。
实施例4:
成分:
具有BET=300m2/g的亲水性热解硅石以及具有200m2/gBET表面积和从PDMS涂层得到的5%C含量的疏水性热解硅石:分别为按重量计63+27%
纤维素纤维(长度6mm,厚度7μm):按重量计6%
石墨粉末(D(50)=4μm):按重量计4%
首先在研磨分类器中(转子7000rpm,分类器6500rpm)将亲水性硅石和疏水性硅石破碎,直至D(50)为10μm。然后在旋流式混合器中以15,000rpm将两种硅石、纤维以及石墨粉末混合10分钟。
将400g最终的混合物取出并且压制从而给出具有200*200*38mm外部尺寸的固体,这样得到190g/l的密度。
实施例5:
使来自实施例1的混合物达到250g/l的密度,并且浸入硅油浴中持续20s。然后在干燥箱中在210°C下将浸透的板加热30分钟。
实施例6:
对于多层结构而言,使用来自实施例3的粉末混合物(混合物A)以及疏水性珍珠岩(来自Knauf的0-1珍珠岩)(混合物B)。将混合物A的3cm床层以及混合物B的3cm床层交替地引入到压制工具的空腔中,直至出现总计16个粉末层。将全部床层压制至120g/l的密度。
实施例7:
对于三层结构而言,将来自实施例3的绝缘板(但是具有245*245*50的尺寸)放在绝缘砖块的中心。两个未填充的侧面填充有疏水性珍珠岩(来自Knauf的0-1珍珠岩)。使用已经与基于乙酸乙烯酯和丙烯酸-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物的水性分散体混合的来自Knauf的泡沫0-1珍珠岩。冲压将珍珠岩床层压实至70g/l。为了粘合,在140°C下将充填的砌块加热60分钟。
实施例8:
对于三层结构而言,将来自实施例4的绝缘板浸入六甲基二硅氮烷浴中持续20s。然后将该板放在具有10cm厚度的2个膨胀型聚苯乙烯板之间的中心。在60°C下将该系统加热60分钟,并且在冷却至室温之后将其包在玻璃纤维无纺织物中。新的绝缘材料适合用于复合热绝缘系统。
实施例9:
将来自实施例4的绝缘板包在玻璃纤维无纺织物中,并且将其引入铝复合膜的真空密封封套中。然后将其抽空至0.1mbar的压力,并且进行焊接。得到的真空绝缘面板的导热率为4mW/mK。
实施例10:
成分:
具有BET=300m2/g的亲水性热解硅石:按重量计24%
具有200m2/g BET表面积以及从PDMS涂层得到的5%C含量的疏水性热解硅石:按重量计27%
具有气溶胶结构以及500m2/g BET表面积的硅石:按重量计39%
纤维素纤维(长度6mm,厚度7μm):按重量计6%
石墨粉末(D(50)=4μm):按重量计4%
首先在研磨分类器中(转子7000rpm,分类器6500rpm)将这些硅石破碎,直到D(50)为10μm。然后,首先在旋流式混合器中以15,000rpm将它们和纤维预先混合6分钟,以分离这些纤维。随后,加入石墨粉末并且在相同混合条件下再继续混合2分钟。
将400g最终的混合物取出并且压制从而给出具有200*200*38mm外部尺寸的固体,这样得到200g/l的密度。
实施例11:
成分:
具有BET=300m2/g的亲水性热解硅石以及具有200m2/g BET表面积为和从PDMS涂层得到的5%C含量的疏水性热解硅石:分别为按重量计39+27%

烟雾硅胶(堆积密度190g/l,BET 30m2/g):按重量计24%
首先在研磨分类器中(转子7000rpm,分类器6500rpm)将亲水性硅石和疏水性硅石破碎,直至D(50)为10μm。然后,首先在旋流式混合器中以15,000rpm将它们和纤维预先混合3分钟,以分离纤维。随后,加入石墨粉末以及烟雾硅胶,并且在相同混合条件下再继续混合2分钟。
将200g最终的混合物取出并且压制从而给出具有200*200*38mm外部尺寸的固体,这样得到100g/l的密度。
实施例12:
将具有0.5cm厚度的玻璃纤维无纺织物放在压制工具的底部。将来自实施例4的400g混合物引入到该无纺织物的顶部上。将具有0.5cm厚度的另一个玻璃纤维无纺织物放在该混合物的顶部上。将该组装物压制从而给出具有200*200*38mm外部尺寸的固体,这样得到200g/l的密度。这种新绝缘材料适合用于复合热绝缘系统。
实施例13:
成分:
具有BET=300m2/g的亲水性热解硅石以及具有200m2/g BET表面积和从PDMS涂层得到的5%C含量的疏水性热解硅石:分别为按重量计63+27%
纤维素纤维(长度6mm,厚度7μm):按重量计6%
石墨粉末(D(50)=4μm):按重量计4%
在高速混合器中以4000rpm(相应于55m/s的圆周工具速度)将所有成分混合15分钟。
将400g最终的混合物取出并且压制从而给出具有200*200*38mm外部尺寸的固体,这样得到190g/l的密度。
实施例14:
在Vreico-Nauta混合器中以2m/s的剪切速率使来自实施例13的500g混合物与500g疏水性珍珠岩(来自Knauf的0-1珍珠岩)混合10分钟。将200g最终的混合物取出并且压制从而给出具有200*200*38mm外部尺寸的固体,这样得到95g/l的密度。
传导率表
疏水性的测定:将水滴应用到板上。如果水滴在1h内浸透:没有疏水性;如果水滴在1h内未浸透:有疏水性。
根据EN 12667、EN 1946-3以及ISO 8301,通过Hesto Lambda ControlHLC A60测量仪器来测定导热率。
根据DIN ISO 697以及EN ISO 60来测定堆积密度。
基于DIN ISO 9277来测定BET表面积。
根据ISO 13320-1,使用Malvern Mastersizer激光散色仪器来测定粉末的粒度。D(50)说明了平均粒度。D(95)是指95%的颗粒小于指示值。D(50)是指50%的颗粒小于指示值。
在旋流式混合器中15,000rpm的转动速度,相应于70m/s的圆周工具速度。
Claims (24)
1.一种热绝缘粉末混合物,所述热绝缘粉末混合物具有根据DIN ISO697和EN ISO 60的20-60g/l的堆积密度,并且包含具有根据DINISO 9277的130-1200m2/g的BET表面积和小于60μm的D(50)的至少一种硅石,以及具有1-50μm的纤维直径的至少一种纤维材料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的热绝缘粉末混合物,其特征在于,所述硅石是热解硅石。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的热绝缘粉末混合物,其特征在于,所述热绝缘粉末混合物包含按重量计至少15%的具有按重量计至少1%的碳含量的疏水性硅石。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的热绝缘粉末混合物,其特征在于,所述热绝缘粉末混合物包含按重量计1-30%的量的来自由硅酮树脂、碳氟化合物以及碳组成的组中的至少一种疏水化试剂。
5.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的热绝缘粉末混合物,其特征在于,所述热绝缘粉末混合物包含IR遮光剂。
6.根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的热绝缘粉末混合物,其特征在于,所述热绝缘粉末混合物具有根据DIN ISO 697以及EN ISO 60的20-40g/l的堆积密度。
7.根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的热绝缘粉末混合物,其特征在于,所述热绝缘粉末混合物包含泡沫型或膨胀型粉末。
8.根据前述权利要求中的一项或多项所述的热绝缘粉末混合物,其特征在于,所述热绝缘粉末混合物具有多层松散材料。
9.一种由根据前述权利要求中的一项或多项所述的热绝缘粉末混合物组成的成型热绝缘体,其特征在于,所述成型热绝缘体具有根据DINISO 697以及EN ISO 60的70-350g/l的堆积密度。
10.根据权利要求9所述的成型热绝缘体,其特征在于,所述成型热绝缘体具有70-120g/l的密度。
11.根据权利要求9或10所述的成型热绝缘体,其特征在于,所述成型热绝缘体具有根据EN 12667、EN 1946-3以及ISO 8301测量的12-35mW/mK的传导率。
12.根据权利要求9或10所述的成型热绝缘体,其特征在于,所述成型热绝缘体具有根据EN 12667、EN 1946-3以及ISO 8301测量的12-24mW/mK的传导率。
13.根据权利要求9至12中的一项或多项所述的成型热绝缘体,其特征在于,所述成型热绝缘体具有根据DIN EN 12087的高疏水性以及低吸水性。
14.一种具有层状结构的热绝缘材料,其特征在于,所述热绝缘材料具有2至20个粘附绝缘层,所述粘附绝缘层中的至少一个是选自由以下组成的组中的常规绝缘层:
-通过粘合剂保持在一起的泡沫型或膨胀型无机材料的床层,例如珍珠岩、蛭石、膨胀型粘土或膨胀型云母,
-有机热绝缘板,例如泡沫聚苯乙烯、Neopor、甲阶酚醛树脂或聚氨酯,
-由无机、多孔绝缘材料构成的热绝缘板,例如与IR遮光剂和玻璃纤维混合的热解硅石,
-用硅石浸渍或不用硅石浸渍的纤维无纺织物,并且所述具有层状结构的热绝缘材料具有对应于根据权利要求8至12中的一项或多项所述的成型热绝缘体的至少一个新绝缘层。
15.根据权利要求14所述的具有层状结构的热绝缘材料,其中,所述层的厚度为0.5mm至15cm。
16.根据前述权利要求中的一项或多项所述的热绝缘材料,其特征在于,所述热绝缘材料用于真空绝缘面板(VIP)中,并且由于其疏水性,用于中空建筑砌块、多壳建筑砌块、双层砌筑墙以及复合热绝缘系统(CTIS)中。
17.一种用于生产热绝缘粉末混合物的方法,其特征在于,在高剪切力的存在下,将具有根据DIN ISO 9277的130-1200m2的BET表面积的至少一种硅石与具有1-50μm纤维直径的至少一种纤维材料混合。
18.根据权利要求17所述的方法,其特征在于,将所述硅石剧烈地预先分散。
19.根据权利要求17或18所述的方法,其特征在于,将所述混合步骤分为以下步骤:
剧烈地混合纤维和一定比例的硅石,
剧烈地混入剩余的硅石以及剩余的成分(可选地进行冷却以避免成分的液化)。
20.根据权利要求17或18所述的方法,其特征在于,将所述混合步骤分为以下步骤:
剧烈地混合纤维和IR遮光剂,剧烈地混入所述硅石以及剩余的成分(可选地进行冷却以避免成分的液化)。
21.根据权利要求17至20中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,在最后步骤中将泡沫型或膨胀型粉末温和地混合。
22.根据权利要求17至21中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,混合之后是通过压制的压实步骤。
23.根据权利要求22所述的方法,其特征在于,立即在压制之前或直接在压制之后升高温度,并且最后的处理步骤是冷却至室温。
24.根据权利要求22或23所述的方法,其特征在于,得到的成型体用疏水化试剂进行喷雾或将其浸入这种试剂中。
