Abstract

本发明公开了一种适于生产高精密度、三维形状复杂的注塑产品的电动全方位数控注塑机。其主要包括:一机座、一主板、四组电动导模装置、一‘十’字滑槽模具总成,一注射装置总成。四组电动导模装置安装在机器的正面上。滑块模具置入于‘十’字模架的滑槽中,并与电力驱动器的轴连接,藉由电力驱动器轴的直线运动而完成关模和开模的功能。机器的注射系统用于将塑化、熔融和均化的塑料材料注射到模具的模腔中,从而制造出高质量的塑料制品。导模及注射装置全部使用电力作为动力,降低了设备的制造、使用及维护成本,降低了噪音及油污对环境的污染,同时提高压铸产品的生产效率,使操作更简单、安全、高效,提高了生产稳定性和塑料制品的质量。

电动全方位数控注塑机
技术领域                                      
本发明涉及一种注塑机,特别涉及一种采用电力作为动力,可快速开合模的,适于生产高精密度、结构复杂的塑料产品的电动全方位数控注塑机。
背景技术
塑料是当今世界各国国民经济各个部门及人们生活领域中广泛使用的一种新型结构材料,随着经济的发展,塑料在各领域的应用不断扩大,使企业面临很大的机遇,另一方面,塑料产品在结构上变得越来越复杂及体积上不断向小型化发展,产品几近苛刻的精度要求、外观要求、大批量稳定的生产,对企业来说也是一个巨大的挑战。 
传统的注塑机有两个模具,其中一个定模,一个动模,动模在油缸的驱动下沿导柱作往复运动,完成关模和开模的功能,仅有一个开模方向;由于注塑机的生产效率高,便于实现自动化,在塑料零件的生产中得到广泛应用。但它仍然有许多缺点,例如:成品与废料的比重较高,生产速度慢,容易产生毛边,模具制造成本高,能源消耗大等等,更重要的是:在小型、精密和三维几何形状复杂的零件的生产上难度极大,生产成本和模具成本极高;另一方面,目前国内的各类型注塑机,大都采用液压或气动作为动力,其存在的主要问题有:(1)机械结构复杂,设备制造、使用及维护成本高;(2)模具的安装和拆卸繁琐,模具速度及填充速度不易控制,生产的稳定性及产品质量问题增多;(3)噪音大,液压油易泄漏,对环境影响大。 
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服上述技术的不足,提供一种生产效率高,操作简单、高效,生产稳定,产品质量高,环保,设备制造及使用成本低的电动全方位数控注塑机。 
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:该电动全方位数控注塑机,具有一个倾斜的主板和一个安装在主板中心孔周缘上的‘十’字滑槽模具总成,至少两组滑动模具在滑槽内被引导而作开模和关模动作。 
四组电动导模装置,以主板中心孔之中心线为对称轴,呈90度等角顺序排列,安装在主板的正面上;电力驱动器的轴和各滑块模具连接,滑块模具置入于‘十’字模架的滑槽中,并藉由电力驱动器轴的直线运动而在滑槽中作往复直线滑动,完成关模和开模的功能。 
一个注射系统,用于在滑动模具处于关模位置时,将熔融状态的塑料注射入滑动模具的模腔中并在压力下固化成型形成所需零件;一组安装于主板背面的滑轨装置,注塑机总成安装在滑轨装置上并借助电力驱动器的作用而沿滑轨前进和后退,从而达到使注塑机总成上的喷嘴抵紧和离开模具浇口位置的目的,并保证喷嘴与模具紧密接触,产生能封闭熔融塑料材料的注射压力。 
控制系统包括:用于检测滑动模具的开模和关模位置的装置,它通过检测电力驱动器轴的位置来实现。 
该电动全方位数控注塑机的机械结构,可方便的安装、拆换和调节电力驱动装置及模具相关组件等。 
使用时,电动全方位数控注塑机的各滑块模具在电力驱动装置的直接驱动下,按设定的关模程序关闭模具,然后注射系统进入到注射步骤,注射机藉由电力驱动器的作用而沿滑轨前进,使注射机上的喷嘴抵紧模具浇口位置;压射螺杆在另一电力驱动装置的作用下,以高速、高压,将储料室内的熔融塑料材料通过喷嘴注射到模具的模腔中,并在保压、冷却后,按设定的顺序开启模具,通过脱模和吹气机构将制品送入料桶,同时开始下一个循环。工艺简单、稳定、高效。 
控制系统中的各种温度传感器、位置传感器实时检测各部件的位置信号和注射系统的温度信号,将这些信号传送到控制系统中,控制系统按事先编制的程序实现系统各部件和机构的协调动作。 
本发明的有益效果是:该电动全方位数控注塑机大大提高注塑产品的生产效率,使操作更简单、安全、高效和环保,提高了生产稳定性和压铸产品的质量,降低压铸产品的制造成本,适于生产高精密度、几何形状复杂的塑料产品,同时,全部使用电力驱动,降低了设备的制造、使用及维护成本,进一步提高产品的精度。

具体实施方式
现在参照图1,该电动全方位数控注塑机有一机座体11,与结构框架连成整体,机座体内部设有动力及控制系统(其并非本新型诉求标的,故在此仅作实施应用说明),一个主板1,安装在其背面的冷却管10a由盖板10密封,该主板1斜置于机座体11上。四组电动导模装置及十字滑槽模架等被安装在主板1的正面。 
一个注射系统被安装在主板1的背面。注射系统,由注射机总成12(其并非本新型诉求标的,故在此仅作实施应用说明)、滑轨装置13、位移电力驱动器15等组成。物料从料斗14进入料筒物料并在注射机的作用下塑化、熔融和均化;压射螺杆在注射机内部的电驱动器的推力作用下,以高速、高压,将储料室内的熔融物料通过喷嘴注射到模具的模腔中,熔料在压力下冷却、固化定型。 
注射机总成12安装在滑轨装置13上,在位移电力驱动器15的作用下,沿滑轨13作往复运动,实现注射座的前进或后退,并保证注塑喷嘴通过主板1的中心孔与模具紧密接触,产生能封闭熔体的注射座压力。 
在图2至图3中,表示出了一个安装完成的电动导模装置;电动导模装置由安装板2a、电力驱动器2、连接块3等组成;四组电动导模装置2,以主板1中心孔之中心线为对称轴,呈90度等角顺序排列,安装在主板的正面上;‘十’字滑槽模架通过导柱5固定在主板1上,滑块模具8置入于十字滑槽模架7的滑槽中并分别与相应的电力驱动器2的轴由连接块3及销4连接。螺钉5a通过导柱5将盖板7a和十字滑槽模架7锁定在主板上,并确保滑块模具8的精确滑动位置。如此,电力驱动器2的轴的动作直接驱动滑块模具,完成开-合模动作。 
位置检测装置9用于检测滑动模具的开模、关模动作;位置检测装置16用于检测注射机总成的前进、后退动作。位置检测装置得到的信号发送到机器的控制系统上,从而实现步骤控制。 
当滑块模具经四组电动导模装置的动作达到合模位置时,此时各电力驱动器保持相当压力,以抵制注射时模腔产生的瞬间扩压,使滑块模具始终保持稳固的合模状态,确保能生产出精度准确的高品质产品。 
综上所述,本发明提供的电动全方位数控注塑机,能适应更快速、更高压力、更高精度、高复杂性和高灵活性的要求;大大降低了设备的制造、使用及维护成本,提高产品的生产效率、生产稳定性和产品的质量的同时降低注塑产品的成本;使操作更简单、安全、高效和环保。

Claims (4)

1.一种电动全方位数控注塑机,其特征是:一机座体,其上方斜置一主板,四组电动导模装置,以主板中心孔之中心线为对称轴,呈90度等角顺序排列,安装在主板的正面上;在主板正面中心孔周缘架设一‘十’字滑槽模具总成;一个注射装置总成,置于主板背面,用于在滑动模具处于关模位置时,将塑化熔融的注塑材料注射入滑动模具的模腔中,在压力下固化成型形成所需零件。
2.如权利要求1所述的电动全方位数控注塑机,其特征是:所述主板包括一个用于降低主板温度的冷却系统;主板正面用于固定电动导模装置;四根导柱安装在主板中心孔周缘,‘十’字滑槽模具总成通过定位套及导柱准确定位并固定在主板中心孔上;主板背面用于安装注射系统各相关组件;主板中间部位的孔用于将注射装置的喷嘴配合到承载于‘十’字滑槽模座中的模具上。
3.如权利要求1所述的电动全方位数控注塑机,其特征是:电动导模装置由安装板、电力驱动器、连接块等组成;四组电动导模装置,以主板中心孔之中心线为对称轴,呈90度等角顺序排列,安装在主板的正面上;电力驱动器的轴和各滑块模具连接,滑块模具置入于‘十’字模架的滑槽中,并藉由电力驱动器轴的直线运动而在滑槽中作往复直线滑动,完成关模和开模的功能。
4.一种如权利要求1所述的电动全方位数控注塑机,其特征是:所述注射运动系统由一组安装于主板背面的滑轨装置及电力驱动器组成;注射机总成安装在滑轨装置上并藉由电力驱动器的作用而沿滑轨前进和后退,从而达到使注射机上的喷嘴抵紧和离开模具浇口位置的目的。
