Abstract

本发明涉及一种耐老化、手感舒适环保型的方向盘套料,按重量份数计,包括25-35份的苯乙烯嵌段共聚物,36-50份白油,10-20份聚乙烯,12-28份聚丙烯,0.1-1份过氧化物交联剂,0.1-5份发泡剂,0.3-3份发泡助剂,抗氧剂0.1-0.2,紫外吸收剂0.1-0.3。苯乙烯嵌段共聚物、白油、聚乙烯、聚丙烯在高混机中混合均匀,通过双螺杆造粒机主喂料加入,过氧化物交联剂、发泡剂、发泡助剂、抗氧剂、紫外吸收剂通过侧喂料加入进行造粒,温度设定160,170,200,200,200,205,205,210,210,200,190。将上述所得材料通过在160-210度温度下注塑,然后冷却发泡,得到耐老化手感舒适的环保型方向盘套,且耐磨性优异,成本低,对人体健康没有影响。

Description

一种手感舒适的方向盘套料及其制备
技术领域
本发明涉及一种高分子材料及其制品,特别涉及一种耐老化手感舒适环保型的方向盘套料及其制品,属于汽车内饰件领域。 
背景技术
司机在开车中,由于一直握着方向盘,由于方向盘比较硬,时间一长,容易疲劳,因此需要配上方向盘套,可增加手的舒适感,防止打滑,避免因手部疲劳而引起的车祸。现有技术的方向盘套有的采用PVC,手感差,长时间握着容易疲劳,更重要的是环保性能差。有的采用橡胶,气味大,不符合现在汽车气味标准,有害人身健康。有的采用普通TPR材质,手感差,且不耐老化。 
发明内容
鉴于上述状况,本发明提供了一种耐老化手感舒适环保型的方向盘套料,而且在使用过程中没有气味,对人体健康无害。 
本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的:一种耐老化、手感舒适环保型的方向盘套料,按重量份数计,包括25-35份的苯乙烯嵌段共聚物,36-50份白油,10-20份聚乙烯,12-28份聚丙烯,0.1-1份过氧化物交联剂,0.1-5份发泡剂,0.3-3份发泡助剂,抗氧剂0.1-0.2,紫外吸收剂0.1-0.3。 
上述技术方案中,所述的苯乙烯嵌段共聚物、白油、聚乙烯、聚丙烯、发泡剂、发泡助剂、交联剂、抗氧剂、紫外线吸收剂都是本领域技术人员公知的常用成分,具体地: 
所述的苯乙烯嵌段共聚物为SEBS,重均分子量为22-40万。所述白油为直链烃油,40℃运动粘度为50-200mm2/s。所述的抗氧剂为1010和168按1∶1复配所得。所述紫外线吸收剂为UV531。所述发泡剂为偶氮二甲酰胺。所述发泡助剂为氧化锌。所述交联剂为过氧化二异丙苯。 
上述耐老化手感舒适环保型的方向盘套料的制备方法包括以下步骤: 
(1)按上述重量比称取原料。 
(2)将SEBS、白油、聚乙烯、聚丙烯、抗氧剂、紫外线吸收剂在高混机中混合5-10分钟,得到预混料A。 
(3)将发泡剂、发泡助剂、交联剂在混合机中混合均匀得到预混料B。 
(4)将预混料A加入双螺杆挤出机的主喂料中,预混料B加入侧喂料中,挤出机各区温度160-210℃,螺杆转数为200-500转/分钟,挤出造粒即得到耐老化手感舒适环保型的方向盘套料。 
(5)将上述得到的料加入注塑机中,在温度170-210℃下注塑,注塑压力50-70MPa,材料在模具中发泡得到发泡的方向盘套。 
具体实施方式
本发明者,对解决前述问题,即兼具耐老化,手感舒适又环保,并且在使用过程中不产生难闻的气味的方向盘套料及其制品,进行了积极的研究,结果发现通过特定的配方和工艺可以同时解决这些问题。 
在本发明中,SEBS或SEPS的重均分子量在22-40万是必要的,优选26-36万,如果重均分子量低于22万,材料的力学强度会降低,且手感不好,如果重均分子量高于40万,加工性能会下降,难以得到表面光洁的制品。具体如美国科腾公司(KRATON)的G1651,G1818,G1633,日本可乐丽的4077,4055,台湾橡胶股份有限公司的6151,6159,意大利埃尼公司的2315,西班牙Dynasol的CH-6170。 
在本发明中,白油是饱和直链烃油,如果是环烷油,制品耐老化性能不好,如果是芳烃油,制品力学强度很差,且颜色很深。所述的饱和直链烃油在40℃运动粘度为50-200mm2/s。40℃运动粘度优选为100-180mm2/s。如果40℃运动粘度低于50mm2/s,制品力学强度不够,油容易渗出,如果40℃运动 粘度高于200mm2/s  ,加工性不好,制品表面会出现花纹。具体如美国太阳石公司(SUNPAR)的150,韩国双龙公司的150SN,新疆克拉玛依炼油厂的KN4020等。 
在本发明中,聚乙烯在190℃,2.16KG条件下测试的熔融指数为1-30,优选为8-15。如果熔融指数低于1,加工性不好,难以成型,如果熔融指数高于30,制品的力学强度不够,具体如DMDA-8008,5070。 
在本发明中,聚丙烯为均聚或共聚聚丙烯,230℃,2.16KG条件下测试的熔融指数为1-50,优选为6-20。如果熔融指数低于1,加工性下降,难以成型,如果熔融指数高于50,制品的力学强度不够。具体如T300,R370Y。 
在本发明中,发泡剂为偶氮二甲酰胺,如韩国东进公司的D1500TID,D1500PE,添加0.1-5份,优选添加0.2-1.8,如果发泡剂为偶氮二甲酰胺添加低于0.1份,发泡效果差,手感不舒适,如果发泡剂为偶氮二甲酰胺添加高于5份,制品强度变差。发泡助剂为氧化锌,如陆昌公司的C30,C40,C50,添加0.3-3份。 
在本发明中,交联剂为过氧化异丙苯,具体如阿克苏的BC-FF,添加0.1-1份,优选0.2-0.6份。如果过氧化异丙苯低于0.1份,发泡的泡孔容易塌陷,强度太差,如果过氧化异丙苯高于1份,加工性下降,制品表面有花纹,且手感差。 
在本发明中,抗氧剂为由β(3,5-二叔丁基-4羟基苯基)丙酸季戊四醇酯和三(2,4-二叔丁基苯酚)亚磷酸酯按质量比1∶1复配而成,具体为Ciba的IRGANOX 1010∶IRGANOX 168=1∶1复配。 
在本发明中,紫外吸收剂为2-羟基-4-正辛氧基二苯甲酮,具体为Ciba的UV531。 
表1是具体实施例与比较例的具体原料配比。

表2是实施例与比较例的性能测试结果。手感舒适度的测试是先注塑成方向盘套,装在汽车方向盘上,开车4小时的手握方向盘的舒适度。

从表2可以看出,按本发明做的发泡后的方向盘套手感舒适,长时间握着开车也不容易疲劳。 

Claims (11)

1.一种耐老化手感舒适环保型的方向盘套料,其特征在于:按重量份数计,包括25-35份的苯乙烯嵌段共聚物,36-50份白油,10-20份聚乙烯,12-28份聚丙烯,0.1-1份过氧化物交联剂,0.1-5份发泡剂,0.3-3份发泡助剂,抗氧剂0.1-0.2,紫外吸收剂0.1-0.3。
2.如权利要求1所述的方向盘套料,其特征在于:所述苯乙烯嵌段共聚物是SEBS,SEPS的至少一种,重均分子量为22-40万。
3.如权利要求1所述的方向盘套料,其特征在于:所述白油为直链烃油,40℃运动粘度50-200mm2/s。
4.如权利要求1所述的方向盘套料,其特征在于:所述聚乙烯的融指为6-18。
5.如权利要求1所述的方向盘套料,其特征在于:所述聚丙烯的融指1-8。
6.如权利要求1所述的方向盘套料,其特征在于:所述过氧化物交联剂为BPO、DCP。
7.如权利要求1所述的方向盘套料,其特征在于:所述发泡剂为偶氮类、超临界二氧化碳、碳酸盐。
8.如权利要求1所述的方向盘套料,其特征在于:所述发泡助剂为氧化锌。
9.如权利要求1所述的方向盘套料,其特征在于:所述抗氧剂由受阻酚类抗氧剂和亚磷酸酯类抗氧剂复配而成。
10.如权利要求9所述的方向盘套料,其特征在于:所述抗氧剂由β(3,5-二叔丁基-4羟基苯基)丙酸季戊四醇酯和三(2,4-二叔丁基苯酚)亚磷酸酯按质量比1∶1复配而成。
11.如权利要求1所述的方向盘套料,其特征在于:所述紫外线吸收剂为2-羟基-4-正辛氧基二苯甲酮。
