Abstract
本发明属于印刷版材领域,涉及可用于喷墨打印直接制版用铝版基的涂料及其制备方法和应用。将占所述涂料5~40wt%的高分子聚合物、5~30wt%的纳米级和/或微米级氧化物颗粒及余量的有机溶剂混合,室温搅拌,得到所述的涂料。所述的涂料可避免对铝版进行阳极氧化处理后的废酸液、废碱液对环境造成较大的污染问题,使用本发明的涂料,直接采用旋涂法或辊涂法涂布在铝版的表面具有吸墨性及保水性,用喷墨打印直接制版后可直接上机印刷,节省了后处理过程。本发明的涂料与铝版粘结力较好,涂料中的纳米级和/或微米级氧化物颗粒的存在使铝版基具有高比表面能,满足了吸墨性和环保的要求,且铝版基的表面具有良好的耐磨性。

本发明属于印刷版材领域,涉及具有良好耐磨性和亲墨性的铝版基,更具体涉及可用于喷墨打印直接制版用铝版基的涂料及其制备方法和应用。
背景技术
喷墨打印直接制版技术(Inkjet Computer To Plate)是用喷墨打印设备在印刷版基上直接喷涂影像的技术,目前的印刷版基主要使用铝版基。为了使铝版基的耐印力及分辨力提高,通常要对铝版进行阳极氧化及砂目化处理(见CN85100875),阳极氧化时须使用大量的酸、碱对铝版进行预处理,而酸、碱的废液不仅对环境易造成较大污染,而且使版材整体的造价提高,在专利CN1295307中,将天然水溶性高分子与合成水溶性高分子用于图像接受层,所用铝版基仍经过了阳极氧化。
本发明旨在通过在高分子聚合物中添加纳米级和/或微米级氧化物颗粒,将得到的涂料涂覆在铝版上,使铝版的表面具有一定的粗糙度,避免阳极氧化处理,保护环境。
发明内容
本发明的目的之一在于提供一种用于喷墨打印直接制版用铝版基的涂料,使涂布该涂料的铝版基可代替电解砂目化及阳极氧化的铝版基,且版材具有与电解砂目化及阳极氧化的铝版基相似的性能,从而达到避免阳极氧化产生的废酸及废碱污染环境的目的。
本发明的目的之二在于提供用于喷墨打印直接制版用铝版基的涂料的制备方法。
本发明的目的之三在于提供用于喷墨打印直接制版用铝版基的涂料的应用。
本发明旨在通过在铝版的表面涂布包含高分子聚合物、纳米级和/或微米级氧化物颗粒的涂料,避免电解砂目化及阳极氧化,同时使其具有与电解砂目化及阳极氧化处理的铝版基相似的性能。本发明是利用高分子聚合物的粘结性能,将纳米级和/或微米级氧化物颗粒粘结在铝版的表面,形成适宜的粗糙度,所得到的铝版基有利于墨水的吸收及保水性,可避免阳极氧化处理过程中带来的环境污染。

所述的氧化物选自氧化锌、氧化铝、二氧化钛、二氧化硅、氧化镉、二氧化铈和氧化锆所组成的组中的至少一种。
所述的有机溶剂选自酯类、丙酮、丁酮、甲醇、乙醇、1-丙醇、2-丙醇、2-丁醇、2-甲基-2-丙醇、烷烃、甲苯、乙二醇独乙醚、乙二醇甲醚、丙二醇甲醚、乙醚、N-甲基吡咯烷酮和四氢呋喃所组成的组中的至少一种。
所述的酯类选自乙酸甲酯、甲酸乙酯、甲酸丙酯、甲酸异丙酯、乙酸乙酯和乙酸丁酯所组成的组中的至少一种。
所述的烷烃选自正庚烷、正己烷、正戊烷和环己烷所组成的组中的至少一种。
本发明的用于喷墨打印直接制版用铝版基的涂料的制备方法是:将占所述的涂料5~40wt%的高分子聚合物、5~30wt%的纳米级和/或微米级氧化物颗粒、及余量的有机溶剂混合,室温搅拌,得到所述的涂料。
本发明的用于喷墨打印直接制版用铝版基的涂料的应用:在清洗(可用丙酮及水清洗)干净且不经过电解砂目化及阳极氧化处理的铝版上,直接采用旋涂法或辊涂法涂布本发明的涂料,烘干,以使铝版的表面具有一定的粗糙度。
本发明的涂料中的原料便宜,制备方法简单。本发明的涂料可避免对铝版进行阳极氧化处理后的废酸液、废碱液对环境造成较大的污染问题,使用本发明的涂料,直接采用旋涂法或辊涂法涂布在铝版的表面具有吸墨性及保水性,用喷墨打印直接制版后可直接上机印刷,节省了后处理过程。本发明的涂料与铝版粘结力较好,使用的铝版经过涂布本发明的涂料后,涂料中的纳米级和/或微米级氧化物颗粒的存在使铝版基具有高比表面能,满足了吸墨性和环保的要求,且铝版基的表面具有良好的耐磨性,通过观察水滴在涂层表面的接触角,铝版基表面涂层的亲水性接近或优于普通PS版,避免了阳极氧化过程对环境的污染。
具体实施方式
实施例1
将占涂料总量5wt%的酚醛树脂,30wt%的氧化锌(粒径3000nm),及余量的乙二醇独乙醚混合,室温搅拌,除去杂质,得到所述的涂料。
将未经过电解砂目化及阳极氧化处理的铝版,先后用丙酮和水进行清洗,烘干;以旋涂法将上述涂料涂布在烘干后的铝版上,烘干,以使铝版的表面具有一定的粗糙度而得到铝版基。
实施例2
将占涂料总量40wt%的酚醛树脂,30wt%的氧化铝(粒径5nm),及余量的丙二醇甲醚混合,室温搅拌,除去杂质,得到所述的涂料。
将未经过电解砂目化及阳极氧化处理的铝版,先后用丙酮和水进行清洗,烘干;以旋涂法将上述涂料涂布在烘干后的铝版上,烘干,以使铝版的表面具有一定的粗糙度而得到铝版基。
实施例3
将占涂料总量25wt%的三甲树脂,15wt%的氧化锌(粒径200nm),及余量的乙酸乙酯混合,室温搅拌,除去杂质,得到所述的涂料。
将未经过电解砂目化及阳极氧化处理的铝版,先后用丙酮和水进行清洗,烘干;以辊涂法将上述涂料涂布在烘干后的铝版上,烘干,以使铝版的表面具有一定的粗糙度而得到铝版基。
实施例4
将占涂料总量15wt%的三甲树脂,10wt%的氧化硅(粒径500nm),及余量的乙酸丁酯混合,室温搅拌,除去杂质,得到所述的涂料。
将未经过电解砂目化及阳极氧化处理的铝版,先后用丙酮和水进行清洗,烘干;以辊涂法将上述涂料涂布在烘干后的铝版上,烘干,以使铝版的表面具有一定的粗糙度而得到铝版基。
实施例5
将占涂料总量20wt%的环氧树脂,20wt%的二氧化钛(粒径300nm),及余量的甲酸丙酯混合,室温搅拌,除去杂质,得到所述的涂料。
将未经过电解砂目化及阳极氧化处理的铝版,先后用丙酮和水进行清洗,烘干;以旋涂法将上述涂料涂布在烘干后的铝版上,烘干,以使铝版的表面具有一定的粗糙度而得到铝版基。
实施例6
将占涂料总量30wt%的聚氨酯,15wt%的氧化镉(粒径1000nm),及余量的N-甲基吡咯烷酮混合,室温搅拌,除去杂质,得到所述的涂料。
将未经过电解砂目化及阳极氧化处理的铝版,先后用丙酮和水进行清洗,烘干;以辊涂法将上述涂料涂布在烘干后的铝版上,烘干,以使铝版的表面具有一定的粗糙度而得到铝版基。
实施例7
将占涂料总量40wt%的聚酯,10wt%的氧化锆(粒径500nm),及余量的乙酸乙酯混合,室温搅拌,除去杂质,得到所述的涂料。
将未经过电解砂目化及阳极氧化处理的铝版,先后用丙酮和水进行清洗,烘干;以旋涂法将上述涂料涂布在烘干后的铝版上,烘干,以使铝版的表面具有一定的粗糙度而得到铝版基。
实施例8
将占涂料总量15wt%的尿醛树脂,6wt%的二氧化铈(粒径2000nm),及余量的甲苯混合,室温搅拌,除去杂质,得到所述的涂料。
将未经过电解砂目化及阳极氧化处理的铝版,先后用丙酮和水进行清洗,烘干;以辊涂法将上述涂料涂布在烘干后的铝版上,烘干,以使铝版的表面具有一定的粗糙度而得到铝版基。
实施例9
将占涂料总量20wt%的聚乙烯醇缩甲醛,10wt%的氧化锌(粒径900nm),及余量的正庚烷混合,室温搅拌,除去杂质,得到所述的涂料。
将未经过电解砂目化及阳极氧化处理的铝版,先后用丙酮和水进行清洗,烘干;以辊涂法将上述涂料涂布在烘干后的铝版上,烘干,以使铝版的表面具有一定的粗糙度而得到铝版基。
实施例10
将占涂料总量20wt%的聚乙烯醇缩丁醛,15wt%的氧化铝(粒径2000nm),及余量的丁酮混合,室温搅拌,除去杂质,得到所述的涂料。
将未经过电解砂目化及阳极氧化处理的铝版,先后用丙酮和水进行清洗,烘干;以辊涂法将上述涂料涂布在烘干后的铝版上,烘干,以使铝版的表面具有一定的粗糙度而得到铝版基。
实施例11
将占涂料总量40wt%的阿拉伯树胶,5wt%的氧化锌(粒径300nm),及余量的乙醇混合,室温搅拌,除去杂质,得到所述的涂料。
将未经过电解砂目化及阳极氧化处理的铝版,先后用丙酮和水进行清洗,烘干;以辊涂法将上述涂料涂布在烘干后的铝版上,烘干,以使铝版的表面具有一定的粗糙度而得到铝版基。
实施例12
将占涂料总量10wt%的三甲树脂,10wt%的环氧树脂,5wt%的氧化铝(粒径100nm),及余量的甲酸乙酯混合,室温搅拌,除去杂质,得到所述的涂料。
将未经过电解砂目化及阳极氧化处理的铝版,先后用丙酮和水进行清洗,烘干;以辊涂法将上述涂料涂布在烘干后的铝版上,烘干,以使铝版的表面具有一定的粗糙度而得到铝版基。
将上述实施例1~12的铝版基用喷墨CTP制版后可直接上机印刷,节省了后处理过程。本发明的涂料与铝版粘结力较好,使用的铝版经过涂布本发明的涂料后,满足了吸墨性和环保的要求,且铝版基的表面具有良好的耐磨性,耐印力可达5万印。
Claims (12)
1.一种用于喷墨打印直接制版用铝版基的涂料,其特征是,所述的涂料是将占涂料总量5wt%的酚醛树脂,30wt%的粒径为3000nm的氧化锌,及余量的乙二醇独乙醚混合,室温搅拌,除去杂质,得到所述的涂料;
将未经过电解砂目化及阳极氧化处理的铝版,先后用丙酮和水进行清洗,烘干;以旋涂法将上述涂料涂布在烘干后的铝版上,烘干,以使铝版的表面具有一定的粗糙度而得到铝版基。
2.一种用于喷墨打印直接制版用铝版基的涂料,其特征是,所述的涂料是将占涂料总量40wt%的酚醛树脂,30wt%的粒径为5nm的氧化铝,及余量的丙二醇甲醚混合,室温搅拌,除去杂质,得到所述的涂料;
将未经过电解砂目化及阳极氧化处理的铝版,先后用丙酮和水进行清洗,烘干;以旋涂法将上述涂料涂布在烘干后的铝版上,烘干,以使铝版的表面具有一定的粗糙度而得到铝版基。
3.一种用于喷墨打印直接制版用铝版基的涂料,其特征是,所述的涂料是将占涂料总量25wt%的三甲树脂,15wt%的粒径为200nm的氧化锌,及余量的乙酸乙酯混合,室温搅拌,除去杂质,得到所述的涂料;
将未经过电解砂目化及阳极氧化处理的铝版,先后用丙酮和水进行清洗,烘干;以辊涂法将上述涂料涂布在烘干后的铝版上,烘干,以使铝版的表面具有一定的粗糙度而得到铝版基。
4.一种用于喷墨打印直接制版用铝版基的涂料,其特征是,所述的涂料是将占涂料总量15wt%的三甲树脂,10wt%的粒径为500nm的氧化硅,及余量的乙酸丁酯混合,室温搅拌,除去杂质,得到所述的涂料;
将未经过电解砂目化及阳极氧化处理的铝版,先后用丙酮和水进行清洗,烘干;以辊涂法将上述涂料涂布在烘干后的铝版上,烘干,以使铝版的表面具有一定的粗糙度而得到铝版基。
5.一种用于喷墨打印直接制版用铝版基的涂料,其特征是,所述的涂料是将占涂料总量20wt%的环氧树脂,20wt%的粒径为300nm的二氧化钛,及余量的甲酸丙酯混合,室温搅拌,除去杂质,得到所述的涂料;
将未经过电解砂目化及阳极氧化处理的铝版,先后用丙酮和水进行清洗,烘干;以旋涂法将上述涂料涂布在烘干后的铝版上,烘干,以使铝版的表面具有一定的粗糙度而得到铝版基。
6.一种用于喷墨打印直接制版用铝版基的涂料,其特征是,所述的涂料是将占涂料总量30wt%的聚氨酯,15wt%的粒径为1000nm的氧化镉,及余量的N-甲基吡咯烷酮混合,室温搅拌,除去杂质,得到所述的涂料;
将未经过电解砂目化及阳极氧化处理的铝版,先后用丙酮和水进行清洗,烘干;以辊涂法将上述涂料涂布在烘干后的铝版上,烘干,以使铝版的表面具有一定的粗糙度而得到铝版基。
7.一种用于喷墨打印直接制版用铝版基的涂料,其特征是,所述的涂料是将占涂料总量40wt%的聚酯,10wt%的粒径为500nm的氧化锆,及余量的乙酸乙酯混合,室温搅拌,除去杂质,得到所述的涂料;
将未经过电解砂目化及阳极氧化处理的铝版,先后用丙酮和水进行清洗,烘干;以旋涂法将上述涂料涂布在烘干后的铝版上,烘干,以使铝版的表面具有一定的粗糙度而得到铝版基。
8.一种用于喷墨打印直接制版用铝版基的涂料,其特征是,所述的涂料是将占涂料总量15wt%的尿醛树脂,6wt%的粒径为2000nm的二氧化铈,及余量的甲苯混合,室温搅拌,除去杂质,得到所述的涂料;
将未经过电解砂目化及阳极氧化处理的铝版,先后用丙酮和水进行清洗,烘干;以辊涂法将上述涂料涂布在烘干后的铝版上,烘干,以使铝版的表面具有一定的粗糙度而得到铝版基。
9.一种用于喷墨打印直接制版用铝版基的涂料,其特征是,所述的涂料是将占涂料总量20wt%的聚乙烯醇缩甲醛,10wt%的粒径为900nm的氧化锌,及余量的正庚烷混合,室温搅拌,除去杂质,得到所述的涂料;
将未经过电解砂目化及阳极氧化处理的铝版,先后用丙酮和水进行清洗,烘干;以辊涂法将上述涂料涂布在烘干后的铝版上,烘干,以使铝版的表面具有一定的粗糙度而得到铝版基。
10.一种用于喷墨打印直接制版用铝版基的涂料,其特征是,所述的涂料是将占涂料总量20wt%的聚乙烯醇缩丁醛,15wt%的粒径为2000nm的氧化铝,及余量的丁酮混合,室温搅拌,除去杂质,得到所述的涂料;
将未经过电解砂目化及阳极氧化处理的铝版,先后用丙酮和水进行清洗,烘干;以辊涂法将上述涂料涂布在烘干后的铝版上,烘干,以使铝版的表面具有一定的粗糙度而得到铝版基。
11.一种用于喷墨打印直接制版用铝版基的涂料,其特征是,所述的涂料是将占涂料总量40wt%的阿拉伯树胶,5wt%的粒径为300nm的氧化锌,及余量的乙醇混合,室温搅拌,除去杂质,得到所述的涂料;
将未经过电解砂目化及阳极氧化处理的铝版,先后用丙酮和水进行清洗,烘干;以辊涂法将上述涂料涂布在烘干后的铝版上,烘干,以使铝版的表面具有一定的粗糙度而得到铝版基。
12.一种用于喷墨打印直接制版用铝版基的涂料,其特征是,所述的涂料是将占涂料总量10wt%的三甲树脂,10wt%的环氧树脂,5wt%的粒径为100nm的氧化铝,及余量的甲酸乙酯混合,室温搅拌,除去杂质,得到所述的涂料;
将未经过电解砂目化及阳极氧化处理的铝版,先后用丙酮和水进行清洗,烘干;以辊涂法将上述涂料涂布在烘干后的铝版上,烘干,以使铝版的表面具有一定的粗糙度而得到铝版基。
