技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有隐藏光源的反射器信号灯,其尤其希望用于机动车辆的前后方信号照明。
背景技术
在外部汽车照明中用于前后方行驶灯、刹车灯、转向指示灯、倒车灯或雾灯的信号灯光学系统包括光源、反射器、任选的一个或多个光滤波器和外部透镜。
所使用的光源是明亮的白炽灯泡或发光二极管(LED)。
基本上有两种类型的光学反射器系统,直接的和间接的。
直接光学系统具有大约位于反射器中间的可见光源,并且所反射光的方向在光源的轴线方向上。
间接光学系统具有通常位于反射器侧面的可见光源,同时所反射光的方向大约垂直于光源的轴线。
对于这些光学系统,入射在反射器结构上的某一部分光通量无法被有效地反射,并且作为直接光而损失掉。这对于光学系统的效率具有负面影响,并且所述光源相对于反射器的反射表面的较暗背景容易被认为是相对明亮的物体。
本发明的技术问题是基于如下的光学系统而提供一种具有隐藏光源的反射器信号灯,其中在所述光学系统中的光源从来自信号灯的信号的任何方向上看不是可见的,但是发光表面将足以是可见的。
发明内容
以上技术问题是通过尤其希望用于机动车辆的前后方照明的信号灯予以解决,所述信号灯包括:与光导件相关联的至少一个光源,所述光导件的出口部分被布置在反光镜与防护玻璃之间的区域中,其特征在于:所述至少一个光源被布置在框架后面的所述反射器外周边中,所述框架的周边形状对应于所述反射器外周边的形状,并且所述框架由不透明材料制成,同时所述光导件的出口端位于所述反射器的焦点处。
此外,所述光源是白炽灯泡或LED灯,所述LED灯位于具有印刷电路的硬板上。
此外,所述信号灯的特征还在于:所述光导件的出口端适配成光散射构件的形式;所述光导件的入口端适配成准直构件的形式;光源的数量对应于所述光导件的分支部的数量;所述反射器在其第一表面上具有部分的或完全的光反射表面,同时所述反射器的所述第一表面包括具有光散射元件的一个或多个抛物型表面。

具体实施方式
图1中图示的光学系统包括光源1、光导件(或导光板)2、框架5、反射器(或反射镜)3和防护玻璃4。来自光源1的光通量由光导件2准直并且由光导件2带到反射器3,在此处光通量在第一表面31上反射,并且被发送经过防护玻璃4。
一个光源1或多个光源1是明亮的白炽灯泡或LED,其在框架5后面绕灯的边缘放置,所述框架5由不透明材料制成。
光导件2的入口端21设计成准直构件23。这个准直构件23可设计成光学准直器或菲涅耳透镜(Fresnel lens),以产生准直光束,用于在光导件2中没有损失地传播光线。
位于反射器3的焦点F附近的光导件2的出口端22被设计成光散射构件24。这个构件24包括光学凹槽、棱镜或用于产生从光导件2至反射器3的第一表面31的均匀散射光束的其它光学元件,以增加其发光表面的尺寸。
光导件2包括多个分支部6,其中分支部6的数量由光源1的数量确定。图2示出了当LED使用为光源1、且被放置在硬板(其具有位于单个平面中的印刷电路)上时的情形。
图3示出了当使用单个光源1、或三个、或六个光源1时的情形。
反射器3在其第一表面31上具有部分的或完全的反射涂层,反射器3的这个第一表面31包括可具有光散射元件32的单个抛物型表面或多个抛物型表面。这些光散射元件32可改进被反射器3照亮的表面的光照均匀性、以及整体的可见性。
具有隐藏光源的信号灯的反射器3的尺寸取决于所提供信号功能的类型。重要的是,用适当设计的光导件2为反射器3提供在光通量和光散射方面都充分的光束。
当将LED作为一个光源1或多个光源1(将其与适当配置的光导件2相结合)使用,并且适当利用光通量的主要部分时,所述一个光源1或多个光源1将没有光损失,因为这种设计比使用迄今的信号灯更为高效。
具有处在开启和关闭状态下的隐藏光源的反射器信号灯绝对地可区别于迄今使用的通常设计。
具有隐藏光源这一光学概念的反射器信号灯已经被开发出来,满足分光、光色和发光表面的最佳构型的要求,同时符合安全信号注册要求。

Claims (7)

1.一种信号灯,用于机动车辆前后方照明,所述信号灯包括:框架(5),所述框架(5)由不透明材料制成;防护玻璃(4),所述防护玻璃(4)是透明的且被构造成可允许光线经过;与光导件(2)相关联的至少一个隐藏光源(1),所述光导件(2)的出口部分被布置在位于所述信号灯的反射器(3)与防护玻璃(4)之间的区域中,其特征在于:所述框架(5)的内周边形状对应于所述反射器(3)外周边的形状,以使得所述至少一个隐藏光源(1)被布置在框架(5)的后面且被布置在所述反射器(3)的外周边中,同时所述光导件(2)的出口端(22)位于所述反射器(3)的焦点(F)处;
所述不透明的框架(5)是被置于透明的防护玻璃(4)与所述至少一个隐藏光源(1)之间,并且所述不透明的框架(5)通过透明的防护玻璃(4)是可见的。
2.根据权利要求1所述的信号灯,其特征在于,所述隐藏光源(1)是白炽灯泡或LED灯。
3.根据权利要求2所述的信号灯,其特征在于,所述LED灯位于具有印刷电路的硬板上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的信号灯,其特征在于,所述光导件(2)的出口端(22)被适配成是限定了凹槽的一光散射构件(24)的形式。
5.根据权利要求1所述的信号灯,其特征在于,所述光导件(2)的入口端(21)适配成菲涅耳透镜的形式。
6.根据权利要求1所述的信号灯,其特征在于,所述隐藏光源(1)的数量对应于所述光导件(2)的分支部(6)的数量。
7.根据权利要求1所述的信号灯,其特征在于,所述反射器(3)在其第一表面(31)上具有部分的或完全的光反射表面,同时所述反射器(3)的所述第一表面(31)包括具有光散射元件(32)的一个或多个抛物型表面。
