Abstract

发明领域
本发明涉及口腔护理组合物。更具体地,本发明涉及含有棓酸的烷醇酯的口腔护理组合物。
发明的背景技术
棓酸的烷醇酯如棓酸丙酯具有抗氧化性并可以用于口腔护理组合物中以起到有益的生理作用,如防止或改进牙龈炎或牙周炎。JP
04290819还记载了棓酸及其C1-4烷醇酯作为胶原酶抑制剂有效用于牙周炎(periodontosis)、牙周组织的退化(degenerative)但非发炎病症的治疗。
然而,将棓酸烷醇酯引入口腔护理组合物(如牙膏)中存在问题。在储存中已经观察到降解和不希望的变色(discoloration)。
本发明人已经发现上述问题可以通过将柠檬酸根离子源引入该组合物中来解决。
发明概要
本发明提供了口腔护理组合物,其包含棓酸的烷醇酯和柠檬酸根离子源;其中该柠檬酸根离子源的量为至少0.6重量%(柠檬酸根离子源总重量,其基于该口腔护理组合物总重量)。
本发明的另一方面提供了柠檬酸根离子源在口腔护理组合物中用于抑制棓酸烷醇酯的降解和/或变色的用途。
本发明的具体实施方式
用于本发明的典型的棓酸烷醇酯包括棓酸正丙酯(3,4,5-三羟基苯甲酸正丙酯)或棓酸异丙酯(3,4,5-三羟基苯甲酸异丙酯)或棓酸甲酯(3,4,5-三羟基苯甲酸甲酯)或棓酸乙酯(3,4,5-三羟基苯甲酸乙酯)或棓酸丁酯(3,4,5-三羟基苯甲酸正丁酯)。用于本发明目的的优选的棓酸烷醇酯为棓酸正丙酯。还可以使用任何上述材料的混合物。
棓酸烷醇酯的合适的量为基于所述口腔护理组合物总重量的0.0001-3%,优选为0.01-0.5%,更优选为0.01-0.05%的棓酸烷醇酯总重量。
用于本发明的合适的柠檬酸根离子源包括柠檬酸或各种化妆品可用的可溶的或微溶的柠檬酸盐。微溶的柠檬酸盐是优选的,因为这些柠檬酸盐还可以通过提供额外的乳浊效果来进一步改善产品的美观性。可溶的柠檬酸盐被定义为在25℃下,每100 g溶剂至少溶解1 g柠檬酸盐。微溶的柠檬酸盐被定义为在25℃下,每100 g溶剂溶解0.1-1 g柠檬酸盐。由于本发明的组合物通常是水基的,因此以上背景中的“溶剂”通常为水。用于本发明的柠檬酸盐的具体实例包括柠檬酸钠、柠檬酸铵和柠檬酸钾,其中柠檬酸锌是尤其优选的,因为其是微溶于水的。锌离子对其抗菌斑(anti-plaque)性和抗牙垢性(anti-calculus)也是有价值的。还可以使用任何上述材料的混合物。
用于本发明组合物的柠檬酸根离子源的量将取决于所使用的具体的源,但合适的范围为基于所述口腔护理组合物总重量的0.6-10%的柠檬酸根离子源总重量。柠檬酸锌是用于本发明目的的优选的柠檬酸根离子源,并且柠檬酸锌的的合适量为基于所述口腔护理组合物总重量的0.6-10重量%,优选为0.8-5重量%,更优选为1-3重量%。
通常,可以将其他的抗氧化剂化合物引入本发明的组合物中,以改进性能和/或产品稳定性。
这样的其他抗氧化剂化合物的优选类型包括生育酚及其衍生物。该生育酚为母质母育酚(parent substance tocol)(2-甲基-2-(4,8,12-三甲基十三烷基)色满-6-醇)的单-、二-和三甲基化的衍生物。构型2R、4'R、8'R指定为α-生育酚,其是在大自然中最频繁出现的并且是维生素E活性物质(activity)的最重要来源。其偶尔也被称为RRR-α-生育酚。用于本发明的优选的生育酚及其衍生物为α-生育酚及其酯,如α-生育酚琥珀酸酯、α-生育酚烟酸酯和α-生育酚乙酸酯。α-生育酚乙酸酯是特别优选的。
当存在时,生育酚及其衍生物的合适量为基于所述口腔护理组合物总重量的0.0001-10%,优选为0.01-5%,更优选为0.5-1.5%的生育酚和/或其衍生物总重量。
其他抗氧化剂化合物的另外优选类型包括姜黄素化合物。姜黄素是在姜黄种的根茎中天然生成的多酚类(polyphenolic)黄色颜料,其在商业上得到发展并作为姜黄—一种橙黄色染料出售。姜黄素也被称为二阿魏酰基甲烷或(1E,6E)-1,7-二(4-羟基-3-甲氧基-苯基)庚-1,6-二烯-3,5-二酮。姜黄含有姜黄素以及姜黄素的其他天然类似物,其被统称为“类姜黄素(curcuminoid)”。存在于姜黄素中的主要的类姜黄素为去甲氧基姜黄素(也被称为p-羟基肉桂酰基(阿魏酰基)甲烷)、二去甲氧基姜黄素(也被称为p,p'-二羟基二肉桂酰基甲烷)和环姜黄素(其中,姜黄素的α,β-不饱和的β-二酮基团被α,β-不饱和的二氢吡喃酮基团取代)。用于本发明目的的术语“姜黄素化合物”包括姜黄素、类姜黄素、姜黄素的其他天然的或合成的衍生物或类似物,以及植物姜黄或其他含有姜黄素的植物如黄红姜黄(Curcuma
xanthorrhiza)、莪术(Curcuma zedoaria)和郁金(Curcuma aromatica)的制剂。用于本发明的典型的姜黄素化合物的实例包括姜黄素、去甲氧基姜黄素、二去甲氧基姜黄素、姜黄素的钠盐和其他碱金属盐(sodium and other alkali
meta curcuminates)、二乙酰基姜黄素、三乙基姜黄素、二氢姜黄素、四氢姜黄素、四氢去甲氧基姜黄素、四氢二去甲氧基姜黄素、六氢姜黄素、八氢姜黄素、姜黄素葡糖苷酸(curcumin glucuronide)、和姜黄素硫酸酯。优选的实例为姜黄素、去甲氧基姜黄素、二去甲氧基姜黄素、四氢姜黄素、四氢去甲氧基姜黄素和四氢二去甲氧基姜黄素。还可以使用任何上述材料的混合物。尤其优选的是姜黄素、去甲氧基姜黄素和二去甲氧基姜黄素的混合物,以及最特别地四氢姜黄素、四氢去甲氧基姜黄素和四氢二去甲氧基姜黄素的混合物。
当存在时,姜黄素化合物的合适的量为基于所述口腔护理组合物总重量的0.0001-3%,优选为0.01-2%,更优选为0.5-1.5%的姜黄素化合物总重量。
另外的优选类型的其他抗氧化剂化合物包括抗坏血酸和/或其衍生物。用于本发明的抗坏血酸和/或其衍生物可以为抗坏血酸和/或任何化妆品可用的水溶性或油溶性的抗坏血酸衍生物。术语“抗坏血酸和/或其衍生物”包括抗坏血酸和抗坏血酸的酯、抗坏血酸的酯盐如抗坏血酸磷酸酯盐(ascorbyl phosphates)以及抗坏血酸衍生物,如抗坏血酸棕榈酸酯、抗坏血酸四异棕榈酸酯(例如可购自DSM)、抗坏血酸二棕榈酸酯(例如,可购自Nikko Chemical的NIKKOL CP)、抗坏血酸亚油酸酯、抗坏血酸辛酸酯、2-O-D-吡喃葡萄糖基-L-抗坏血酸(2-O-D-glucopyranosyl-L-ascorbic acid)(其为抗坏血酸和葡萄糖的酯,并通常被称为L-抗坏血酸2-葡萄糖苷或抗坏血酸葡萄糖苷)、及其金属盐。术语“抗坏血酸磷酸酯盐”表示抗坏血酸的单-、和多磷酸酯的金属盐,其中抗坏血酸分子的磷酸化的羟基表征一个或多个磷酸(磷酸酯盐)单元,并且其中还存在金属阳离子(如钠和/或镁或钙离子)。术语“多”通常表示2-10,优选2-4个磷酸酯盐单元。所述抗坏血酸磷酯盐还可以通常被称为“抗坏血酸(多)磷酸酯盐”以包括单-和多磷酸酯盐。用于本发明的典型的抗坏血酸磷酸酯盐为L-抗坏血酸磷酸酯盐,如抗坏血酸磷酸酯钠、抗坏血酸磷酸酯钾、抗坏血酸磷酸酯镁、抗坏血酸磷酸酯钙和L-抗坏血酸-2-单磷酸酯钠镁。可商用的抗坏血酸磷酸酯盐包括L-抗坏血酸-2-单磷酸酯三钠,其可作为STAY-C®50购自DSM Nutritional Products AG, (4303 Kaiseraugst,瑞士),和L-抗坏血酸磷酸酯镁(可购自Showa Denko),和L-抗坏血酸-2-单磷酸酯钠镁。用于本发明目的的优选的抗坏血酸磷酸酯盐为L-抗坏血酸-2-单磷酸酯三钠。还可以使用任何上述材料的混合物。

还可以使用任何上述其他抗氧化剂化合物的混合物。具体优选的为包括至少两种并最优选全部的下述其他抗氧化剂化合物的混合物:α-生育酚乙酸酯、抗坏血酸磷酸酯盐、四氢姜黄素、四氢去甲氧基姜黄素和四氢二去甲氧基姜黄素(以合适的各自的量,如那些根据上面具体描述的类型的抗氧化剂)。
其他抗氧化剂化合物的合适的总量为基于所述口腔护理组合物总重量的0.0001-15%,优选为0.01-5%,更优选为2-4%的其他抗氧化剂化合物总重量。
本发明的口腔护理组合物可以为本领域中任何常用形式,例如洁齿剂、漱口水、口香糖或糖锭。
本发明背景中的优选类型的产品形式为洁齿剂。术语“洁齿剂”表示膏、乳、摩丝、气溶胶、粉末、凝胶和/或液体制剂,其用于清洁口腔表面。该洁齿剂为不意于为了药剂的全身用药目的而被吞食,而是在口腔中保持足够时间以基本上与所有牙齿表面和/或用于口腔活动目的的粘膜组织接触的口腔组合物。优选地,所述洁齿剂为膏或凝胶(或其组合)形式。
根据本发明的洁齿剂组合物将基本上还含有改善性能和/或消费者接受性的成分,如磨洗剂(abrasive
cleaning agent)、水、湿润剂、粘结剂或增稠剂、和表面活性剂。
例如,洁齿剂将通常以基于所述洁齿剂总重量的3-75重量%的量包含磨洗剂。合适的磨洗剂包括二氧化硅干凝胶、水凝胶和气凝胶以及沉淀的微粒状二氧化硅;碳酸钙、磷酸氢钙、磷酸三钙、煅烧的氧化铝、偏磷酸钠和偏磷酸钾、焦磷酸钠和焦磷酸钾、三偏磷酸钠、六偏磷酸钠、微粒状羟磷灰石、及其混合物。
另外,所述洁齿剂将通常以基于所述洁齿剂总重量的40-99重量%的量含有液相。此液相通常以各种相关的量包含水和湿润剂,其中水的量通常为10-45重量%(基于所述洁齿剂总重量)并且湿润剂的量基本上为30-70重量%(基于所述洁齿剂总重量)。典型的湿润剂包括甘油、山梨醇、聚乙二醇、聚丙二醇、丙二醇、木糖醇(和其他食用的多元醇)、氢化的部分水解的多糖、及其混合物。
另外,所述洁齿剂将通常以基于所述洁齿剂总重量的0.5-10重量%的量含有粘结剂或增稠剂。合适的粘结剂或增稠剂包括羧基乙烯基聚合物(如与聚烯丙基蔗糖或聚烯丙基季戊四醇交联的聚丙烯酸)、羟乙基纤维素、羟丙基纤维素、纤维素醚的水溶性盐(如羧甲基纤维素钠和羧甲基羟乙基纤维素钠)、天然树胶(如角叉菜胶、刺梧桐胶、瓜尔豆胶、黄原胶、阿拉伯树胶和黄蓍胶)、细粒二氧化硅、锂蒙脱石、胶态硅酸镁铝、及其混合物。
另外,所述洁齿剂将通常以基于所述洁齿剂总重量的0.2-5重量%的量含有表面活性剂。合适的表面活性剂包括阴离子表面活性剂,如下述物质的钠盐、镁盐、铵盐或乙醇胺盐:硫酸C8-C18烷基酯(例如,硫酸月桂基酯钠盐),磺基琥珀酸C8-C18烷基酯(例如,磺基琥珀酸二辛基酯钠盐),磺基乙酸C8-C18烷基酯(如磺基乙酸月桂基酯钠盐),肌氨酸C8-C18烷基酯(如肌氨酸月桂基酯钠),C8-C18磷酸烷基酯(其可以任选地包含最多10个环氧乙烷和/或环氧丙烷单元)和硫酸化甘油单酸酯(sulphated monoglyceride)。其他合适的表面活性剂包括非离子表面活性剂,如任选地聚乙氧基化的脂肪酸脱水山梨醇酯、乙氧基化的脂肪酸、聚乙二醇的酯、甘油单脂肪酸酯和甘油二脂肪酸酯的乙氧基化物、和环氧乙烷/环氧丙烷嵌段聚合物。其他合适的表面活性剂包括两性表面活性剂,如甜菜碱或磺基甜菜碱。还可以使用任何上述材料的混合物。
本发明的组合物还可以含有本领域中的常规任选成分,如氟离子源、防牙垢剂、缓冲剂、香味剂、甜味剂、着色剂、乳浊剂、防腐剂、抗敏感剂和抗微生物剂。
进一步参照下述非限定的性实施例来示例本发明。

将组合物制备为具有如下表1中所示的成分。
所有成分都以总制剂的重量百分比计,并为活性成分的水平。

Claims (6)
1.口腔护理组合物,其包含棓酸的烷醇酯和柠檬酸根离子源;其中该柠檬酸根离子源的量为至少0.6重量%(基于该口腔护理组合物总重量的柠檬酸根离子源总重量)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的口腔护理组合物,其中所述棓酸的烷醇酯为棓酸正丙酯。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的口腔护理组合物,其中所述柠檬酸根离子源为微水溶性柠檬酸盐(被限定为在25℃下,每100 g水溶解0.1-1 g该柠檬酸盐)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的口腔护理组合物,其中所述微水溶性柠檬酸盐为柠檬酸锌。
5.根据上述任一权利要求所述的口腔护理组合物,其为洁齿剂形式,并且其包含磨洗剂、水、湿润剂、粘结剂或增稠剂、和表面活性剂。
6.柠檬酸根离子源用于抑制在口腔护理组合物中的棓酸烷醇酯的降解和/或变色的用途。
