Abstract

本发明涉及一种便携式列管换热器清灰装置，其结构包括螺旋探杆和螺旋夹持驱动机构；在所述螺旋探杆的下端接有刮除式清灰器。本发明清灰装置可分别放置于列管换热器上的每根换热管的上部，通过螺旋夹持驱动机构将螺旋探杆的下端螺旋送入换热管内，通过螺旋探杆下端的刮除式清灰器的旋转刮除作用，将换热管内壁上的结垢逐步清除干净。本发明结构简单，操作方便，重量轻，便于携带，便于在换热器上换位操作，适于对各种管长、各种结垢形式的换热管进行清灰操作，清灰速度快，清灰效果好。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种换热器清灰装置，具体地说是一种便携式列管换热器清灰装置。
背景技术
工业窑炉上常用的列管换热器在使用一段时间后，普遍存在有积灰严重的问题，既影响换热器的换热效率，又影响工业窑炉的正常工作。列管式换热器的常规清灰方式是人工清理，既操作不便、费时费力，又不能清洁彻底，清灰效果较差。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是提供一种便携式列管换热器清灰装置，以解决现有清灰方式存在的操作不便和清灰效果差的问题。
本发明是这样实现的：一种便携式列管换热器清灰装置，包括螺旋探杆和螺旋夹持驱动机构；在所述螺旋探杆的下端接有刮除式清灰器。
所述螺旋夹持驱动机构包括机架以及安装在所述机架上用于驱动所述螺旋探杆螺旋升降的驱动轮。
在所述驱动轮的连接轴上接有传动机构，所述传动机构与驱动电机相接，构成电动驱动的清灰装置。
在所述驱动轮的连接轴上接有手动摇柄，构成手动驱动的清灰装置。
所述刮除式清灰器为安装在所述螺旋探杆上的刮板，或是安装在所述螺旋探杆上的钻头，在所述钻头上设置有横向的刮削头。刮板适用于对列管内的软砂质灰垢的清除；钻头适用于对列管内的硬质结垢的清除。
在所述螺旋夹持驱动机构中设置有螺旋探杆顶紧机构。
所述螺旋探杆顶紧机构为安装在所述机架上的顶紧轮，所述顶紧轮的轮轴穿接在轴套上，所述轴套设置在所述机架上，在所述机架上设置有推动所述轴套移位的螺杆，以最终通过顶紧轮与驱动轮的配合，来夹紧螺旋探杆。
本发明清灰装置可分别放置于列管换热器上的每根换热管的上部，通过螺旋夹持驱动机构将螺旋探杆的下端螺旋送入换热管内，通过螺旋探杆下端的刮除式清灰器的旋转刮除作用，将换热管内壁上的结垢逐步清除干净。
本发明的优点在于：结构简单，操作方便，重量轻，便于携带，便于在换热器上换位操作，适于对各种管长、各种结垢形式的换热管进行清灰操作，清灰速度快，清灰效果好。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，本发明清灰装置包括螺旋探杆4和螺旋夹持驱动机构两部分。
螺旋探杆4为一根带有外螺纹的直杆，在螺旋探杆4的下端套接并固定有刮除式清灰器3。刮除式清灰器可以是安装在螺旋探杆4下端的刮板，也可以是图1所示的安装在螺旋探杆4下端的钻头3，在钻头3上设置有2—4个横向探出的刮削头，以便于清理换热管内壁上的积垢。
所述螺旋夹持驱动机构包括机架1和安装在机架1上用于驱动螺旋探杆4螺旋升降的驱动轮5，驱动轮5与螺旋探杆4采用蜗轮蜗杆的配合结构。驱动轮5可以采用电动或手动方式驱动。采用电动方式，就是在驱动轮5的连接轴上连接传动机构，传动机构与驱动电机相接。图2所示为手动方式，即在驱动轮5的连接轴的轴头孔中插接有手动摇柄2。转动摇柄2，通过驱动轮5即可控制螺旋探杆4实现螺旋升降动作。
在螺旋夹持驱动机构中还设置有螺旋探杆顶紧机构。如图1、图2所示，螺旋探杆顶紧机构为安装在机架1上的顶紧轮7，顶紧轮7的轮轴两端分别穿接在轴套上，两个轴套设置在机架1的扁孔中，在机架1的左侧端开有两个螺孔，两个螺孔分别对应两个盛装轴套的扁孔，并与扁孔相通；在两个螺孔中分别穿接有螺杆6。旋进螺杆6，即可向螺旋探杆4的方向推进轴套，使顶紧轮7压紧在螺旋探杆4上。顶紧轮7也是涡轮结构，以便与螺旋探杆4的螺旋升降动作相配合。
松开螺杆6，使顶紧轮7脱离螺旋探杆4（可通过回位弹簧实现）之后，即可从已经清除好的换热管中快速抽出螺旋探杆4，再换装到下一个换热管中，继续进行清灰操作，以提高清灰的工作效率。

Claims (2)

1.一种便携式列管换热器清灰装置，其特征是，包括一根纵向设置并带有外螺纹的螺旋探杆和控制所述螺旋探杆螺旋升降的螺旋夹持驱动机构；在所述螺旋探杆的下端接有清理换热管内壁积垢的刮除式清灰器；所述螺旋夹持驱动机构包括机架及安装在所述机架上用于驱动螺旋探杆螺旋升降的驱动轮，所述驱动轮与所述螺旋探杆采用蜗轮蜗杆的配合结构；所述驱动轮采用电动或手动方式驱动；在所述螺旋夹持驱动机构中还设置有螺旋探杆顶紧机构；
所述螺旋探杆顶紧机构为安装在所述机架上的顶紧轮，所述顶紧轮的轮轴两端分别穿接在轴套上，两个所述轴套设置在所述机架的扁孔中，在所述机架的左侧端开有两个螺孔，两个所述螺孔分别对应两个盛装所述轴套的扁孔，并与所述扁孔相通；在两个所述螺孔中分别穿接有螺杆；旋进所述螺杆，即可向所述螺旋探杆的方向推进所述轴套，使所述顶紧轮压紧在所述螺旋探杆上；所述顶紧轮也是涡轮结构，以与所述螺旋探杆的螺旋升降动作相配合；松开所述螺杆，使所述顶紧轮脱离所述螺旋探杆后，即可从换热管中快速抽出所述螺旋探杆。
2.根据权利要求1所述的便携式列管换热器清灰装置，其特征是，所述刮除式清灰器为安装在所述螺旋探杆上的刮板，或是安装在所述螺旋探杆上的钻头，在所述钻头上设置有2—4个横向探出的刮削头，以便于清理换热管内壁上的积垢。
