一种冠心病防治黑芝麻糊,是目前发明的专治冠心病的食品。该产品是由黑芝麻粉、核桃粉、炒米、熟黄豆、冰糖、益生菌配制加工而成。在本发明之前,市场上有南方黑芝麻糊,它只能提供人体一些淀粉、油脂、葡萄糖和粗蛋白,而后者不同,它除具有前者的品质、营养和风味外,它还能防治冠心病。这种黑芝麻糊中配有10%的益生菌,这种益生菌活菌数高达3000亿/克,这些细菌进入人体后,可以生长繁殖,杀死肠道中各种有害微生物和病菌,并能产生很多种活性酶,如淀粉酶、蛋白酶、脂肪酶、乳糖酶、肽酶、纤维素酶等。这些活性酶能有效的抑制癌细胞的形成。美国科学家马克·A·布鲁奈克博士曾写了一本书,书名叫《益生菌是最好的药》,补充益生菌可以调节肠道内的微生态平衡,并引发人体内的胆固醇调配机制的变化,从而有效降低体内胆固醇含量。益生菌还可以有效降血压,可以说,益生菌已成为对抗冠心病的神奇武器。
本发明的目的,就是发明一种黑芝麻糊食品来防治冠心病的发生。
配方原料、配方比、制备方法、配方原理
黑芝麻粉30%,核桃粉5%,熟黄豆粉25%,炒米粉34.5%,冰糖0.5%
制备方法:首先将黑芝麻、核桃仁、熟黄豆、炒米、冰糖放在一起拌合,再用粉碎机进行粉碎,细度为60-80目,后进行称量包装,每包0.5公斤,即成合格产品。
配方原理:芝麻——是天然的胆固醇治疗物。芝麻有抑制LDL胆固醇产生的功效,这要归功于一种叫做芝麻酚的抗氧化物质。芝麻酚的抗氧化作用体现在防止LDL被氧化。只要LDL不被氧化,吞食异物的巨噬细胞的聚集也就被抑制了,这样就不会出现巨噬细胞的残骸,血管壁不会变得狭窄。所以,通过芝麻酚可以有效地避免动脉硬化的发生。科学家的研究显示,芝麻酚的抗氧化能力是高脂血症治疗药丙丁酚的10倍。此外,芝麻种子中含有芝麻醇配糖体成分被摄入人体后,肠内细菌会将其转变为芝麻醇,也表现出很强的抗氧化能力。可见芝麻是天然、强效的胆固醇治疗物。
核桃——含有的大多为单不饱和脂肪酸,可降低胆固醇,抑制LDL发生氧化。在对一组胆固醇含量正常的群体进行的试验中发现,连续一个月食用核桃,其脂肪提供总热量的20%。每日食用60克核桃,结果发现胆固醇含量下降了18%,比低脂饮食降低胆固醇更有效。吃杏仁和核桃的人比其他人在预防胆固醇代谢方面做得更好。
黄豆——是一种高蛋白农产品,它内含丰富的脂肪,它能补充人体蛋白质和植物脂肪,大豆含有卵磷脂,可以补脑健脑。
炒米——是一种碳水化合物,它能提供葡萄糖,增加人的能量,帮助生理代谢功能能正常运行。
冰糖——味甜性凉,可以改善口感。
