Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种在多个密封条或一个密封条的各端部之间的对接装置,包括用于嵌入到在所述多个密封条或一个密封条中的在端侧敞口的空腔中的连接件。该对接装置特别是涉及密封在车辆车身上使用的各密封条的间隙。
背景技术
这样的在各密封条端部之间的对接装置例如由DE 102004021934 A1已知。该已知的对接装置的连接件力锁合地嵌入到在各密封条中的朝对接点敞口的空腔中。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种开头所述类型的新的稳定性提高的在各密封条端部之间的对接装置。
按照本发明,实现该目的的对接装置的特征在于,连接件具有至少一个用于与各空腔之一的壁钩连的钩连装置。
有利地,连接件通过按照本发明的钩连沿密封条纵向方向固定在相关的空腔或各空腔内,并由此使对接装置稳定。该对接装置可以以简单的方式首先在安装之前直接制造,从而可以有利地提供环形密封装置作为敞口的密封条,其在必要时具有在一侧安装的连接件。
特别是在将连接件在一侧安装在敞口的密封条上时,对于钩连可替代地或附加地,连接件可以与相关的空腔壁粘接或焊接。
在本发明的一优选的实施形式中,钩连装置包括从连接件垂直于密封条的纵轴线凸出的钩连销,用于嵌入到在空腔壁中的孔中。
可替代地或附加地,钩连装置包括与连接件的推进方向相反地倾斜的齿部,各齿部压入到密封条的软的弹性体材料中。
符合目的地,销具有沿连接件的推进方向下降的斜面或倒圆,其使将连接件推入到端侧的孔中变得容易。
在本发明的另一实施形式中,连接件具有限制向空腔中的推进的挡块。该挡块可以设置成使在止挡位置相关的销精确地对准于容纳该销的孔。按照挡块的宽度在对接点上产生一间隙,该间隙例如在用于车门的环密封件由该对接装置形成时可以用于脱水。
在本发明的一实施形式中,所述多个密封条或一个密封条具有固定部分和优选由比固定部分软的材料构成的密封部分,其中各空腔分别通过在固定部分中的纵向通道形成。
容纳钩连销的各孔可以在纵向通道的相互对置的侧面上或在纵向通道的仅一个侧面上设置。
特别是,容纳钩连销的各孔在纵向通道的远离或面向固定部分的固定面的相应侧面上构成。
在本发明的另一实施形式中,所述多个密封条或一个密封条设置为借助于塑料夹固定在密封座上。有利地,容纳塑料夹的孔具有与容纳钩连销的孔相同的直径。为了制造两个孔,可以有利地使用相同的穿孔工具。

具体实施方式
两个密封条1和1′的各端部部分或一个唯一的在端部连接成环的密封条的各端部部分经由在图5和6中分开示出的连接件2相互连接。所述两个密封条或一个密封条分别具有固定部分3和密封部分4,所述固定部分具有可贴靠到密封座上的固定面12,所述密封部分在该实施例中为软管形。
在固定部分3中的扁平的纵向通道5形成相应的一个在端侧敞口的空腔,连接件2嵌入到该空腔中。
如从图5和6可看出的,连接件2对应于扁平的纵向通道5构成为扁平体,其在所示示例中在两个纵向端部上具有尖端6。
分别在各尖端附近,沿相反方向指向的销7从连接件2的相互对置的宽侧面中凸出,各销具有朝相应的尖端下降的斜面8。
在连接件2的对置的窄侧面上的齿部9远离相应最近的尖端6倾斜。
在连接件2的中心,沿相反方向指向的挡块10从宽侧面凸出,各挡块限制连接件进入到各端侧相互对置的密封条1、1′的各纵向通道5中。也可以构成仅一个唯一的挡块代替两个挡块10。
为了制造图1至4中所示的对接装置,连接件2以其纵向端部从前面插入到在密封条1和1′中的相关的纵向通道5中。各尖端6简化该过程。各斜面8使向纵向通道5中的进一步推进变得容易,各斜面能够无困难地扩大纵向通道。在推进连接件2直到撞到挡块10时,各销7分别到达穿过各密封条的固定部分3的孔11中。因此,连接件20牢固地钩连到各密封条1、1′的纵向通道5中。与推进方向相反地倾斜的各齿部9有助于进一步的钩连。
各挡块10可以比在所示实施例中更窄或更宽,或者也可以完全省去。
在所示的实施例中,用于制造各孔11的穿孔工具还用于在固定部分3中制出在密封条的长度上分布的用于容纳塑料夹的孔,密封条借助于各塑料夹固定在密封座上。相应地,各孔11具有与所述用于各销的孔(未示出)相同的直径。
图7a和7b示出各连接件,其分别仅在一个侧面上具有钩连销7。图7a的连接件的各钩连销7嵌入到各孔中。这些孔位于纵向通道5的面向固定面12的侧面上,而图7b的连接件的各钩连销7嵌入到在纵向通道5的另一侧面上的各孔中。有利地在后一种情况下,各钩连销7可以不损害密封座的涂漆表面。
Claims (12)
1.一种在多个密封条(1、1′)或一个密封条的各端部之间的对接装置,包括用于嵌入到在所述多个密封条(1、1′)或一个密封条中的在端侧敞口的空腔(5)中的连接件(2),
其特征在于,连接件(2)具有至少一个用于与各空腔(5)之一的壁钩连的钩连装置(7、9)。
2.按照权利要求1所述的对接装置,其特征在于,钩连装置具有从连接件(2)垂直于密封条(1、1′)的纵轴线凸出的钩连销(7),用于嵌入到在空腔壁中的孔(11)中。
3.按照权利要求1或2所述的对接装置,其特征在于,钩连装置包括与连接件(2)的推进方向相反地倾斜的齿部(9)。
4.按照权利要求2或3所述的对接装置,其特征在于,钩连销(7)具有沿连接件(2)的推进方向下降的斜面(8)。
5.按照权利要求1至4之一项所述的对接装置,其特征在于,连接件(2)具有限制向空腔(5)中的推进深度的挡块(10)。
6.按照权利要求1至5之一项所述的对接装置,其特征在于,所述多个密封条(1、1′)或一个密封条具有固定部分(3)和优选由比固定部分(3)软的材料构成的密封部分(4),并且各空腔分别通过在固定部分(3)中的纵向通道(5)形成。
7.按照权利要求6所述的对接装置,其特征在于,在纵向通道(5)的相互对置的侧面上或在纵向通道的仅一个侧面上设置分别容纳钩连销(7)的孔(11)。
8.按照权利要求7所述的对接装置,其特征在于,分别容纳钩连销(7)的孔(11)位于远离或面向固定部分(3)的固定面(12)的侧面上。
9.按照权利要求6至8之一项所述的对接装置,其特征在于,各空腔构成为纵向通道(5),各纵向通道是扁平的且各纵向通道的横截面平行于固定部分(3)的固定面(12)。
10.按照权利要求1至9之一项所述的对接装置,其特征在于,所述多个密封条(1、1′)或一个密封条设置为借助于塑料夹固定在密封座上。
11.按照权利要求10所述的对接装置,其特征在于,设置在固定部分中的用于塑料夹的孔具有与用于容纳钩连销(7)的孔(11)相同的直径。
12.按照权利要求1至11所述的对接装置,其特征在于,连接件(2)在所述空腔(5)的至少一个中与空腔壁粘接或/和焊接。
