本发明公开了一种抗电磁脉冲电缆料及其制备方法,其组成原料的重量份为:乙烯-丙烯酸甲酯共聚物EMA?1125AC?美国杜邦80-100、氯磺化聚乙烯40-50、氯化聚乙烯30-40、马来酸酐接枝乙烯-醋酸乙酯共聚物20-30、马来酸酐接枝聚烯烃弹性体40-50、半补强炭黑4-8、海泡石55-65、不溶性硫磺5-7、硫化剂?VA-7?2-4、防老剂ODA??3-5、过氧化二异丙苯DCP?3-4、硬酯酸锌5-8、抗氧剂DSTP?4-7<b>、</b>硬酯酸单甘油酯2-3、苯二甲酸二丁酯4-7、三氧化锑30-40和硼酸锌4-7。本发明制备方法简单,组成原料配方合理,性能大大提高,抗电磁脉冲和耐热耐老化耐磨性能均良好,高温下膨胀变形小,低烟阻燃,环保安全。

一种抗电磁脉冲电缆料及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种抗电磁脉冲电缆料及其制备方法,属于电缆料技术领域。
背景技术
随着经济的迅速发展,电线电缆在各个行业、领域中都得到广泛的应用,同时随着通讯事业、汽车工业和计算机工业的发展,特别是航空导线、汽车用线、高温仪表电缆、石油钻井平台电缆等许多场合,越来越需要使用抗电磁脉冲电缆料。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种抗电磁脉冲电缆料及其制备方法,本发明制备方法简单,组成原料配方合理,性能大大提高,抗电磁脉冲和耐热耐老化耐磨性能均良好,高温下膨胀变形小,低烟阻燃,环保安全。
为实现上述目的本发明的采用如下技术方案:
抗电磁脉冲电缆料,其组成原料的重量份为:乙烯-丙烯酸甲酯共聚物EMA1125AC美国杜邦80-100、氯磺化聚乙烯40-50、氯化聚乙烯30-40、马来酸酐接枝乙烯-醋酸乙酯共聚物20-30、马来酸酐接枝聚烯烃弹性体40-50、半补强炭黑4-8、海泡石155-165、不溶性硫磺5-7、硫化剂VA-72-4、防老剂ODA3-5、过氧化二异丙苯DCP3-4、硬酯酸锌5-8、抗氧剂DSTP4-7硬酯酸单甘油酯2-3、苯二甲酸二丁酯4-7、三氧化锑130-140和硼酸锌4-7。
抗电磁脉冲电缆料,其组成原料的重量份为:乙烯-丙烯酸甲酯共聚物EMA1125AC美国杜邦90、氯磺化聚乙烯45、氯化聚乙烯35、马来酸酐接枝乙烯-醋酸乙酯共聚物25、马来酸酐接枝聚烯烃弹性体45、半补强炭黑6、海泡石160、不溶性硫磺6、硫化剂VA-73、防老剂ODA4、过氧化二异丙苯DCP3.5、硬酯酸锌7、抗氧剂DSTP5.5硬酯酸单甘油酯2.5、苯二甲酸二丁酯5.5、三氧化锑135和硼酸锌5.5。
抗电磁脉冲电缆料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按组成原料的重量份称取各原料,将乙烯-丙烯酸甲酯共聚物EMA1125AC美国杜邦、氯磺化聚乙烯、氯化聚乙烯、马来酸酐接枝乙烯-醋酸乙酯共聚物、马来酸酐接枝聚烯烃弹性体和海泡石混合均匀,得到混合料A;
(2)在上述步骤(1)中的混合料A中按重量份加入半补强炭黑、不溶性硫磺、硫化剂VA-7、防老剂ODA、过氧化二异丙苯DCP、硬酯酸锌、抗氧剂DSTP硬酯酸单甘油酯、苯二甲酸二丁酯、三氧化锑和硼酸锌,常温下低速搅拌3-5分钟,使得混合均匀,得到混合料B;
(3)将上述步骤(2)得到的混合料B加入开炼机和密炼机或双螺杆挤出机混炼、造粒,控制温度145-160℃,得到成品。
本发明的优点:
本发明制备方法简单,组成原料配方合理,性能大大提高,抗电磁脉冲和耐热耐老化耐磨性能均良好,高温下膨胀变形小,低烟阻燃,环保安全。
具体实施方式
实施例1:抗电磁脉冲电缆料,其组成原料的重量份为:抗电磁脉冲电缆料,其组成原料的重量份为:乙烯-丙烯酸甲酯共聚物EMA1125AC美国杜邦90、氯磺化聚乙烯45、氯化聚乙烯35、马来酸酐接枝乙烯-醋酸乙酯共聚物25、马来酸酐接枝聚烯烃弹性体45、半补强炭黑6、海泡石160、不溶性硫磺6、硫化剂VA-73、防老剂ODA4、过氧化二异丙苯DCP3.5、硬酯酸锌7、抗氧剂DSTP5.5硬酯酸单甘油酯2.5、苯二甲酸二丁酯5.5、三氧化锑135和硼酸锌5.5。
抗电磁脉冲电缆料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按组成原料的重量份称取各原料,将乙烯-丙烯酸甲酯共聚物EMA1125AC美国杜邦、氯磺化聚乙烯、氯化聚乙烯、马来酸酐接枝乙烯-醋酸乙酯共聚物、马来酸酐接枝聚烯烃弹性体和海泡石混合均匀,得到混合料A;
(2)在上述步骤(1)中的混合料A中按重量份加入半补强炭黑、不溶性硫磺、硫化剂VA-7、防老剂ODA、过氧化二异丙苯DCP、硬酯酸锌、抗氧剂DSTP硬酯酸单甘油酯、苯二甲酸二丁酯、三氧化锑和硼酸锌,常温下低速搅拌3-5分钟,使得混合均匀,得到混合料B;
(3)将上述步骤(2)得到的混合料B加入开炼机和密炼机或双螺杆挤出机混炼、造粒,控制温度145-160℃,得到成品。

Claims (3)

1.一种抗电磁脉冲电缆料,其特征在于其组成原料的重量份为:乙烯-丙烯酸甲酯共聚物EMA1125AC美国杜邦80-100、氯磺化聚乙烯40-50、氯化聚乙烯30-40、马来酸酐接枝乙烯-醋酸乙酯共聚物20-30、马来酸酐接枝聚烯烃弹性体40-50、半补强炭黑4-8、海泡石155-165、不溶性硫磺5-7、硫化剂VA-72-4、防老剂ODA3-5、过氧化二异丙苯DCP3-4、硬酯酸锌5-8、抗氧剂DSTP4-7、硬酯酸单甘油酯2-3、苯二甲酸二丁酯4-7、三氧化锑130-140和硼酸锌4-7。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗电磁脉冲电缆料,其特征在于其组成原料的重量份为:乙烯-丙烯酸甲酯共聚物EMA1125AC美国杜邦90、氯磺化聚乙烯45、氯化聚乙烯35、马来酸酐接枝乙烯-醋酸乙酯共聚物25、马来酸酐接枝聚烯烃弹性体45、半补强炭黑6、海泡石160、不溶性硫磺6、硫化剂VA-73、防老剂ODA4、过氧化二异丙苯DCP3.5、硬酯酸锌7、抗氧剂DSTP5.5、硬酯酸单甘油酯2.5、苯二甲酸二丁酯5.5、三氧化锑135和硼酸锌5.5。
3.一种如权利要求1所述的抗电磁脉冲电缆料的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)按组成原料的重量份称取各原料,将乙烯-丙烯酸甲酯共聚物EMA1125AC美国杜邦、氯磺化聚乙烯、氯化聚乙烯、马来酸酐接枝乙烯-醋酸乙酯共聚物、马来酸酐接枝聚烯烃弹性体和海泡石混合均匀,得到混合料A;
(2)在上述步骤(1)中的混合料A中按重量份加入半补强炭黑、不溶性硫磺、硫化剂VA-7、防老剂ODA、过氧化二异丙苯DCP、硬酯酸锌、抗氧剂DSTP、硬酯酸单甘油酯、苯二甲酸二丁酯、三氧化锑和硼酸锌,常温下低速搅拌3-5分钟,使得混合均匀,得到混合料B;
(3)将上述步骤(2)得到的混合料B加入开炼机和双螺杆挤出机混炼、造粒,控制温度145-160℃,得到成品。
