Abstract

背景技术
在建造建筑物,特别是房屋时,通常使用较薄的镶板来覆盖外墙的结构框架。该板一般由具有增强隔热性能的低成本、轻质材料制成,如挤塑或膨胀聚苯乙烯、聚异氰脲酸酯或聚氨酯泡沫体。通常,板的尺寸与常规的框架截面(即,具有木立柱的中心距为16英寸(40.64厘米)或24英寸(60.96厘米)的框架)相结合使用。根据所需的热流阻值,连同其它考虑因素,该板还可具有不同的厚度或组成。
在一些应用中,建筑物的内部和外部之间形成有空气和水或湿气构成的屏障。这些空气和湿气屏障可以通过采用一层作为防水层的塑料片材与板结合来获得。空气和湿气屏障也可通过用胶带粘接板与板抵接的接缝来获得。
发明内容
公开了一种具有预制密封件的板。在一个示范性的例子中,密封材料施加到板的至少一个边缘。所述板被构造成当板邻近另一板被连接到框架时,被施加到板的边缘的至少部分密封材料抵靠另一板或其它结构密封。在一个示范性的例子中,所述板被构造成抵靠基本上相同的板的边缘密封。
在一个示范性的例子中,多块板可被安装到建筑的框架上以形成覆盖系统,其在建筑的内部和外部之间提供湿气和/或空气屏障。例如,具有预先施加的密封材料的第一板可被连接到框架上。然后,具有预制密封件的第二板在所述第一板的至少部分密封材料抵靠所述第二板至少部分边缘密封的位置处可以被连接到框架上。该过程被重复进行,以提供在建筑的内部和外部之间具有空气和/或湿气屏障的墙体材料。

具体实施方式
如此处所描述的,当一个或多个部件被连接、接合、固定、联接、附接或其它相互连接时,这些相互连接方式可以是部件之间的直接连接,也可以是如通过使用一个或多个中间部件的间接连接。也正如所描述的,术语“构件”、“部件”或“部分”并不局限于单一结构构件、部件或元件,而是可包括构件、部件或元件的细件。
本申请公开的示范性实施例为具有预制密封件12的板10(见图2-5)。具有预制密封件12的板10可以被广泛用于不同领域。在一个示例性实施例中,具有预制密封件12的板10被用作覆盖板,其应用于建筑物的外部立柱、接缝处、椽子以及其它框架构件。例如,图6-8描述了覆盖系统14的示例性实施例,图1描述了安装覆盖板10形成覆盖系统14的方法16。然而,具有预制密封件12的板10也可被广泛用于其它领域中。例如,具有预制密封件12的板10可作为镶板用于建筑物内部等。
在本申请中,预制密封件12是在板10附接到框架34前形成的密封部件,例如由此构造覆盖系统。例如,预制密封件12可以是在一个远程场所,如在工厂,预先施加密封材料32而形成。密封材料32可以干燥或以其它方式固化,从而形成预制密封件。
参见图2-5所示,具有预制密封件12的板10的一个示例性实施例包括具有前表面20和后表面22以及第一、第二、第三和第四边缘24、26、28、30的板18。在一个示例性实施例中,密封材料32被预先施加到边缘24、26、28、30中的至少一个边缘上,以形成预制密封件12。在图2所示的示例性实施例中,密封材料32施加在第一和第二边缘24、26上。在图3所示的示例性实施例中,密封材料32施加在所有四个边缘24、26、28、30上。在另一实施例中,密封材料32仅被施加在一个边缘上(参见图4A)。例如,当所述板10的边缘与所要建造的墙体具有同样高度时,采用仅在与墙体同高的边缘上具有预制密封件12的板10构建空气和湿气紧密屏障。在又一实施例中,密封材料32可以施加到三个边缘。进一步地,板18可以有除了矩形之外的多种形状,且密封材料可以被施加到板18的任意个数的边缘。
图1和6-8描述了用于安装具有预制密封件的板10以形成密封的覆盖系统14的方法16的示范性实施例。在一个示例性实施例中,密封材料32预施加50到板18的边缘24、26、28和30。在一个示例性实施例中,在将板附接到框架之前,将密封材料32固化到板18上或者将密封件12附接到板18的粘合剂被固化。典型地,密封材料32的施加在远离将具有预制密封件的板10附接到建筑物框架构件34(见图6-8)的场所处完成。例如,密封材料32的施加50可以在工厂完成,密封材料32在被送往会将板例如作为覆盖层安装到框架34上的场所之前,允许被干燥或固化从而形成密封件12。在另一个实施例中,在工作场所提供了预制密封件12,但并未附接到板18上。预制密封件12在工作场所被附接到板18上,接着被附接到框架34上以构建覆盖系统。使用预制密封件12降低了与在现场施加湿密封材料如堵缝引起的混乱和人工耗费。
框架构件34可以有各种不同的形式。例如,框架34可包括传统的通常用于框架房屋和其它建筑中的木质或金属框架立柱。可以使用任何种类的适于支撑板10的材料。具有预制密封件12的板10可以用常规的紧固件,如扒钉、钉子、螺钉和/或粘合剂,组装到框架34上。每个具有预制密封件12的板10定位成抵靠其它一个或多个板的边缘密封,然后被紧固到框架构件34上。
具有预制密封件12的板10被设置52(见图1)在框架34上,从而使得一个或多个预制密封件12抵靠另一板10密封(参见图6-8)。在一个示例性实施例中,由密封材料32抵靠第二板的至少部分边缘或第二板的密封件形成的密封件是气密性密封件。当所使用的板10包括沿着第一和第二边缘24、26(或仅沿一个边缘)分布的预制密封件12时,密封件与不含密封件12的边缘28、30接合(即密封件直接接合板18的材料)。参见图6,密封材料32在多块板18之间被挤压。当板10包括沿着所有四个边缘24、26、28和30(或两个平行的边缘,这时,平行的边缘与所要形成的墙体具有同样的高度)的预制密封件12时,密封件与其它板10的密封件12相接合。也就是说,预制密封件12互相接合且被压在一起。
一旦就位,具有预制密封件12的板10将固定54(参见图1)到框架构件34上。将板10固定到框架构件以永久地设定板10之间的相对位置,随之,使得相邻板10之间的密封件12固定不变。这一过程可根据需要被多次重复56(图1),从而形成作为空气和湿气屏障的系统14。
板10可布置为多种不同的形式以形成系统14,其作为建筑物外部60(见图6)和内部62之间的空气和/或湿气的屏障。在图7所示的实施例中,顶排64和底排66的具有预制密封件12的板10交错排列。在每个板10的边缘24、26处设置预制密封件12允许简单地通过将板附接到框架的适当位置处,使得所有的板在由黑色密封线所示的边缘处密封在一起。如果预制密封件沿所有边缘24、26、28和30设置(参见图3),所有的板10均可在其边缘处相密封在一起,而不需顾及板的方向。只需将具有密封件的板邻接布置就会将所有的板在边缘处密封在一起。在图8所示的实施例中,顶排64和底排66的具有预制密封件12的板10竖直对齐。同样地,在每个板10的边缘24、26处设置预制密封件12允许简单地通过将板附接到框架的适当位置处,使得所有的板在由黑色密封线所示的边缘处密封在一起。如果预制密封件沿所有边缘24、26、28和30设置(参见图3),所有的板10均可在其边缘处相密封在一起,而不需顾及板的方向。在板10至少与所要建造的墙体高度相同的实施例中,顶排64可被省略。在这个实施例中,板10可在一个侧面、两个侧面、三个侧面或四个侧面均具有预制密封件,且在边缘处在所有板10之间提供有密封件。
具有密封件12的板10可构造成与同样的具有密封件的板一起使用,和/或具有密封件12的板10可构造成与不同构型的板一起使用。在图2、7和8所示的实施例中,具有密封件12的板10可构造成使得当板10邻近基本上相同的板10附接到框架构件34时,施加于板10的边缘24、26的至少部分预制密封件12抵靠基本上相同的板的至少部分边缘28、30密封。类似地,在图3所示的实施例中,预制密封件12被构造成使得当板10邻近基本上相同的板10附接到框架构件34时,至少部分预制密封件抵靠另一基本上相同的板的至少部分预制密封件12密封。
在图3所示的实施例中,由于所有四个边缘上均具有预制密封件14,因此可使用具有预制密封件的板10和没有设置密封件的板的交替图案来构建空气和湿气屏障。例如在图8A所示的系统14中,三块板63可以是没有设置密封件的板,而三块板65可以是在其所有四个边缘24、26、28和30均设置预制密封件的板10。在图8A中具有密封件12的板10和没有密封件的板18间隔设置,清楚地显示了这种有密封件/没有密封件的构造。板在被紧固到框架34之前,将按照箭头67所示方向布置。在系统14中使用若干没有预制密封件的板能降低系统的造价,因为没有预制密封件的板比具有预制密封件的板更便宜。
板18可由多种不同的材料和材料组合构成。例如包括但不限于,定向刨花板(OSB)、胶合板、泡沫材料(如聚苯乙烯、挤塑聚苯乙烯、膨胀性聚苯乙烯、模塑聚苯乙烯、聚异氰尿酸盐、聚氨酯、任何开孔或闭孔泡沫材料、增强泡沫材料(如聚苯乙烯、挤塑聚苯乙烯、膨胀性聚苯乙烯、模塑聚苯乙烯、聚异氰尿酸盐、具有单侧或双侧层压增强壁的聚氨酯))、以及复合材料(如包括OSB、胶合板、上述任何泡沫材料、玻璃纤维增强片材、覆盖材料或在Rusek等人的专利US6715249(在此通过参考整体引入)中所描述的覆盖材料的任何成分或各成分的组合)。板可包括任何适用于以刚性或半刚性片材或板材形式提供的产品。
板18可有多种不同的构造。板18可有多种不同的厚度。例如,板18可以是厚度为1/2英寸、3/4英寸、1英寸或高达4英寸的泡沫板。在一些实施例中,板是薄的。例如,在图19-28所示的实施例中,板的厚度小于1/8英寸或小于1/10英寸,如0.031英寸、0.062英寸、0.078英寸或0.093英寸厚。薄板也可用于图2-17所示的实施例中。薄板可有多种不同的形式。例如,薄覆盖材料如勒德洛涂料公司(Ludlow Coated Products)的ThermoPly材料以及国家遮盖物产品公司(National Shelter Products,Inc.)的Thermosheath。此外,薄板可由上面列出的所有板材中的任何一种或所列材料的任何组合制成。
板18可采取多种不同的形状。例如,板18可为多边形,如三角形、正方形、长方形或六边形等。包括密封材料32的边缘可有多种不同的形式。包括密封材料32的边缘可包括突出部和/或凹槽。不包括密封材料的边缘也具有多种不同的形式。不包括密封材料32的边缘可包括突出部和/或凹槽。将接纳密封材料32的板18的边缘可与不接纳密封材料32的板的边缘相同或不同。
密封材料32可采取多种不同的形式。适合的密封材料32的示例包括但不限于喷雾泡沫材料,如由欧文斯科宁(Owens Corning)生产的EnergyComplete、聚苯乙烯、挤塑聚苯乙烯、膨胀聚苯乙烯、聚异氰尿酸盐、聚亚安酯、以及任何在固化时保持柔性的可压缩密封泡沫。密封材料32可为开孔或闭孔,且能被施加成使得当两个板10在搭叠或唇型边缘(参见图14)的情况下抵接或对接时,预制密封件12被压缩,形成防止空气和/或湿气侵入的密密封件。密封材料32可以为任何材料,当其在固化时能够以板18的材料和/或另外的预制密封件形成密封件。
参见图18A-18C,在一个示例性实施例中,在预制密封件构件12上具有可选择的保护罩1800。保护罩可以采取多种不同的形式。在所描述的实施例中,保护罩1800为膜或胶带。在图18A中,膜布置在预制密封件上,使其免受污染和/或磨损。参见图18B,在使用具有预制密封件12的板10时,保护层按照箭头1802所示方向被剥离。参见图18C,一旦该层被移除,具有预制密封件的板10可如此处所描述的那样使用。
预制密封件12可具有多种不同的构造。有助于在密封件12和相邻板10的边缘之间的和/或密封件12和相邻板的密封件之间形成密封的任何形状和尺寸的密封件12均可被使用。预制密封件12可通过喷射施加到板18、挤出到板上、模制到板上或与板一起模制、利用粘合剂附接到板上的预制密封垫等形成。在图4和5所示的示例中,密封件具有圆形截面。在图5A所示的示例中,密封件具有矩形截面。在图5B所示的实施例中,密封件具有带有矩形齿的矩形截面。在图5C所示的示例中,密封件具有圆形截面。在图5D所示的示例中,密封件具有圆化的截面。在图5E所示的示例中,密封件具有三角形截面。在图5F所示的实施例中,密封件具有多个三角形齿状截面。这些只是许多预制密封件中可能的形状的几个示例。
预制密封件12可通过多种不同的方式固定到板18的边缘。在图4和5所示的示例中,边缘24、26、28、30为四边形。密封材料32简单地被直接设置在四边形的边缘。
在图9和10所示的实施例中,一个或多个边缘24、26、28、30具有槽70。密封材料32被施加在这些槽中。在一个示例性实施例中,密封材料32被施加在槽70中,使得其一部分71伸出板18的边缘。槽70有助于将预制密封件固定到板18上,并且当密封件12被压缩时(参见图11)可以提供密封材料所需的一些空间。槽70可有多种不同的形状和尺寸。在图10和10A所描述的示例中,槽70为三角形截面。在图10B所示的示例中,槽70为矩形截面。在图10C所示的示例中,槽70为半圆形截面。在图10D所示的示例中,槽70为具有横向延伸的凹槽72的矩形截面。凹槽72有助于将密封件12固定在槽70中和/或当密封件12被压缩时为密封材料32提供额外的空间。在图10E所示的示例中,槽70的截面包括锥形部分73、颈部74和横向延伸的凹槽75。锥形部分73、颈部74和横向延伸的凹槽75有助于将密封件12固定在槽70中和/或当密封件12被压缩时为密封材料32提供额外的空间。参见图11,具有槽70的板10通过挤压一个或多个预制密封件12而固定到框架构件34并抵靠另一板10密封。
在图12A-12C和13A-13C所示的实施例中,一个或多个边缘24、26、28、30包括凸缘80。凸缘80可以采取多种不同的形式。在图12所示的示例中,板18具有搭叠状构造。这种构造可以通过使用刨槽机或其它机床移除材料形成沿两个相邻边缘24、26的连续凸缘而构造,然后翻转板并移除材料从而形成沿其它两个相邻边缘28、30的连续凸缘。在图12A和12B所示的示例中,凸缘80包括沿边缘24、26的不连续凸缘部分84、86。凸缘部分84、86在拐角88处未被连接,形成一缺口90。沿边缘28、30形成有凹槽92,且该凹槽具有可接收凸缘部分84、86的尺寸。
密封材料32被施加到凸缘80上。密封材料可以多种不同方式被施加。在图12和12A所示的实施例中,密封材料沿着拐角88施加。在图12B所示的示例中,密封材料32被施加到凸缘部分84、86的端部94、96,但不围绕拐角88。参见图14,具有凸缘80的板10通过压缩(如箭头99所示)凸缘之间的一个或多个预制密封件12而固定到框架构件34上,并抵靠另一板10密封。如上所述,可以重复进行,从而在建筑物的外部和内部之间形成空气和/或湿气紧密屏障。
参见图15和16,在一个示例性实施例中,板18提供有榫舌和槽连接100(参见图17)。每个板都包括榫舌或突出部102以及凹槽或通道104。具有预制密封件12的板10通过将榫舌102伸入凹槽104中被装配到框架构件34,使得榫舌和凹槽压缩密封材料32。榫舌102和凹槽104可以采取多种不同形式,密封材料32可置于榫舌102上或凹槽104中,或两者上。在图16所示的示例中,榫舌102或凹槽104为三角形截面,密封材料被布置在凹槽104中。在图16A所示的实施例中,榫舌102或凹槽104为矩形截面,密封材料被布置在凹槽104中。在图16B所示的示例中,榫舌102具有圆形端部105,且凹槽104具有矩形截面,密封材料被布置在凹槽104中。在图16A所示的示例中,榫舌102和凹槽104具有矩形截面,密封材料被布置在榫舌上。参见图17,具有榫舌102和凹槽104的板10通过压缩一个板的榫舌和另一个板的凹槽之间的一个或更多个预制密封件12而被固定到框架构件34上。

图1A、27和28描述的示范性实施例给出了用于安装具有预制密封件12的板10以形成密封覆盖系统14的方法。在一个示例性实施例中,密封材料32沿着板18的边缘24、26、28、30被预先施加到侧面20、22。在一个示例性实施例中,密封材料32被固化到板18上或附接密封件12到板18的粘合剂在板附接到框架之前固化。具有预制密封件12的板10可以使用传统紧固件,如扒钉、钉子、螺钉和/或粘合剂,组装到框架34上。每个具有预制密封件12的板10被定位成使得预制密封件抵靠框架34密封。在图28所示的示例中,沿着边缘24的密封材料32在板的右侧抵靠框架构件34R密封,沿着边缘26的密封材料32在框架的顶部抵靠框架构件34T密封,沿着边缘28的密封材料32在板的左侧抵靠框架构件34L密封,以及沿着边缘30的密封材料32在框架的底部抵靠框架构件34B密封。如此形成了一个密封覆盖系统,即使这些板彼此未被直接密封。框架构件34与密封材料32对齐,从而在板18与框架构件34之间围绕每个板的周边形成空气和水密封。

Claims (50)
1.一种具有至少一个预制密封件的板,所述板包括:
第一板,所述第一板具有前表面和后表面以及第一边缘、第二边缘、第三边缘和第四边缘;
密封材料,所述密封材料被预先施加到至少所述第一边缘,从而形成所述至少一个预制密封件;
其中,所述第一板配置成使得,当所述第一板邻近第二板附接到框架构件时,被施加到所述第一板的所述第一边缘的密封材料的至少一部分抵靠着所述第二板的边缘的至少一部分而密封。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有至少一个预制密封件的板,其中,所述第二板与所述第一板基本上相同。
3.根据权利要求1所述的具有至少一个预制密封件的板,其中,所述密封材料在将所述第一板附接到所述框架构件之前被固化到所述第一板,以形成所述预制密封件。
4.根据权利要求1所述的具有至少一个预制密封件的板,其中,所述密封材料仅被施加到所述第一板的所述第一边缘和第二边缘。

8.根据权利要求1所述的具有至少一个预制密封件的板,其中,所述第一板的所述第三边缘包括突出部,该突出部配置成用以接合相同的第二板的密封材料。
9.根据权利要求1所述的具有至少一个预制密封件的板,其中,由所述密封材料抵靠所述第二板的边缘的所述至少一部分形成的所述密封是气密密封。
10.根据权利要求1所述的具有至少一个预制密封件的板,其中,由所述密封材料抵靠第二覆盖板的第三边缘的至少一部分形成的所述密封是防潮密封。
11.根据权利要求1所述的具有至少一个预制密封件的板,其中,由所述密封材料抵靠所述第二板的边缘的所述至少一部分形成的所述密封是气密密封和防潮密封中的至少一种,并且其中所述第一板配置成使得多个相同的覆盖板能够被附接到所述框架构件,从而在所述框架构件与外部环境之间形成气密屏障。
12.根据权利要求1所述的具有至少一个预制密封件的板,其中,所述第一板为泡沫板。
13.根据权利要求1所述的具有至少一个预制密封件的板,其中,所述第一板为泡沫板、定向刨花板、玻璃纤维增强薄板或胶合板。
14.根据权利要求1所述的具有至少一个预制密封件的板,其中,所述第一板为增强泡沫板,该增强泡沫板包括泡沫层和粘附到所述泡沫层的至少一个增强层。
15.根据权利要求1所述的具有至少一个预制密封件的板,其中,所述密封材料为可压缩泡沫。
16.根据权利要求1所述的具有至少一个预制密封件的板,其中,所述预制密封件为在所述第一板和第二板被附接到所述框架构件之前被永久地粘附到所述第一板和第二板的密封垫。
17.一种覆盖系统,该覆盖系统包括:
具有被预先施加到至少一个边缘以形成至少一个预制密封件的密封材料的第一板;
具有被预先施加到至少一个边缘以形成至少一个预制密封件的密封材料的第二板;
其中,所述第一板和第二板配置成被附接到框架构件,使得被施加到所述第一板的至少一个边缘的密封材料的至少一部分抵靠着所述第二板的边缘的至少一部分而密封。
18.根据权利要求17所述的覆盖系统,其中,所述密封材料在将所述第一板或第二板附接到所述框架构件之前被固化到所述第一板和第二板。
19.根据权利要求17所述的覆盖系统,其中,所述密封材料仅被施加到所述第一板和第二板的第一边缘和第二边缘。
20.根据权利要求17所述的覆盖系统,其中,第一覆盖板和第二覆盖板均仅仅包括四个边缘,并且所述密封材料被施加到所述第一板和第二板的所有四个边缘。
21.根据权利要求17所述的覆盖系统,其中,所述第一板和第二板的所述第一边缘和第二边缘均包括凹槽,并且其中所述密封材料被施加到所述第一板和第二板的所述第一边缘和第二边缘的所述凹槽中。
22.根据权利要求17所述的覆盖系统,其中,所述第一板和第二板的所述第一边缘和第二边缘均包括凸缘,并且其中所述密封材料被施加到所述第一板和第二板的所述第一边缘和第二边缘的所述凸缘上。
23.根据权利要求17所述的覆盖系统,其中,所述第二板的第三边缘包括突出部,并且其中被施加到所述第一板的第一边缘的密封材料的至少一部分抵靠着所述第二板的第三边缘的突出部的至少一部分而密封。
24.根据权利要求23所述的覆盖系统,其中,所述第二板的所述第三边缘包括突出部,并且其中被施加到所述第一板的第一边缘的凹槽的密封材料的至少一部分抵靠着所述第二板的所述第三边缘的突出部的至少一部分而密封。
25.根据权利要求17所述的覆盖系统,其中,由所述密封材料抵靠所述第二板的第三边缘的所述至少一部分形成的所述密封是气密密封和防潮密封中的至少一种。
26.根据权利要求17所述的覆盖系统,其中,所述第一板和第二板为泡沫板。
27.根据权利要求17所述的覆盖系统,其中,所述第一板和第二板为泡沫板、定向刨花板、玻璃纤维增强薄板或胶合板。
28.根据权利要求17所述的覆盖系统,其中,所述第一板和第二板为增强泡沫板,该增强泡沫板包括泡沫层和粘附到所述泡沫层的至少一个增强层。
29.根据权利要求17所述的覆盖系统,其中,所述密封材料为可压缩泡沫。
30.根据权利要求17所述的覆盖系统,其中,所述预制密封件是在所述第一板和第二板被附接到所述框架构件之前被永久地粘附到所述第一板和第二板的密封垫。
31.一种将覆盖系统施加到框架的方法,该方法包括:
将密封材料施加到第一板的至少一个边缘;
将密封材料施加到第二板的至少一个边缘;
在将所述密封材料施加到所述第一板和第二板之后将所述第一板附接到所述框架;
在将所述密封材料施加到所述第一板和第二板之后将所述第二板附接到所述框架;其中,在被施加到所述第一板的至少一个边缘的密封材料的至少一部分抵靠所述第二板的边缘的至少一部分密封的位置处,将所述第二板附接到所述框架。
32.根据权利要求31所述的方法,该方法还包括使所述密封材料在所述第一板或第二板附接到所述框架之前被固化到所述第一板和第二板。
33.根据权利要求31所述的方法,其中,所述密封材料仅仅被施加在所述第一板和第二板的第一边缘和第二边缘。
34.根据权利要求31所述的方法,其中,所述第一板和第二板分别仅仅包括四个边缘,并且所述密封材料被施加到所述第一板和第二板的所有四个边缘。
35.根据权利要求31所述的方法,其中,所述第一板和第二板的第一边缘和第二边缘均包括凹槽,并且其中所述密封材料被施加到所述第一板和第二板的所述第一边缘和第二边缘的所述凹槽中。
36.根据权利要求31所述的方法,其中,所述第一板和第二板的所述第一边缘和第二边缘均包括凸缘,并且其中所述密封材料被施加到所述第一板和第二板的所述第一边缘和第二边缘的所述凸缘上。
37.根据权利要求31所述的方法,其中,所述第二板的第三边缘包括突出部,并且其中被施加到所述第一板的第一边缘的密封材料的至少一部分抵靠着所述第二板的所述第三边缘的突出部的至少一部分而密封。
38.根据权利要求37所述的方法,其中,所述第二板的第三边缘包括突出部,并且其中被施加到所述第一板的第一边缘的凹槽的密封材料的至少一部分抵靠着所述第二板的所述第三边缘的突出部的至少一部分而密封。
39.根据权利要求31所述的方法,其中,由所述密封材料抵靠所述第二板的第三边缘的至少一部分形成的密封是气密密封和防潮密封中的至少一种。
40.根据权利要求31所述的方法,其中,所述第一板和第二板为泡沫板。
41.根据权利要求31所述的方法,其中,所述第一板和第二板为泡沫板、定向刨花板、玻璃纤维增强薄板或胶合板。
42.根据权利要求31所述的方法,其中,所述第一板和第二板为增强泡沫板,所述增强泡沫板包括泡沫层和粘附到所述泡沫层的至少一个增强层。
43.根据权利要求31所述的方法,其中,所述密封材料为可压缩泡沫。
44.根据权利要求31所述的方法,其中,所述预制密封件是在所述第一板和第二板附接到所述框架构件之前被永久地粘附到所述第一板和第二板的密封垫。
45.一种覆盖系统,该覆盖系统包括:
具有密封材料的板,所述密封材料沿至少一个边缘被预先施加到至少一个表面,以形成至少一个预制密封件;
其中,所述板配置成被附接到所述框架构件,使得被施加到所述板的至少一个边缘的至少一个表面的密封材料的至少一部分抵靠着所述框架构件中的至少一个框架构件而密封。
46.根据权利要求45所述的覆盖系统,其中,所述密封材料在所述板附接到所述框架构件之前被固化到所述板。
47.根据权利要求45所述的覆盖系统,其中,所述密封材料仅沿所述板的两个边缘被施加。
48.根据权利要求45所述的覆盖系统,其中,所述密封材料沿所述板的所有四个边缘被施加。
49.根据权利要求45所述的覆盖系统,其中,所述密封材料形成的所述密封为气密性密封和防潮密封中的至少一种。
50.根据权利要求45所述的覆盖系统,其中,所述预制密封件是在所述板附接到所述框架构件之前被永久地粘附到所述板的密封垫。
