Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于机动车(尤其是客车)的、安装在拖车挂接装置上的自行车托架,其包括细长的第一承载部,第一承载部被支撑在拖车挂接装置上并形成用于至少一辆自行车的支撑平台。
背景技术
用于机动车的自行车托架,尤其是用于客车的自行车托架是公知的。
DE102005046187A1公开了一种负载托架,其安装在拖车挂接装置上并包括细长的第一承载部以及细长的第二承载部,第一承载部将负载托架附接至拖车挂接装置,第二承载部基本垂直于所述第一承载部设置并且至少一个负载可挂在第二承载部上。另外,负载托架包括用于附着车灯和/或牌照的细长的第三承载部,其中车灯和/或牌照可安装在第二承载部的端部且其附着状态中的纵轴垂直于第一承载部和第二承载部的轴线。
然而,这种自行车托架不仅能够安装在机动车后部行李箱上,而且还能够安装在顶部或后尾部(hatchback)上。
因此,US6,037,746公开了一种安装在客车的后尾部上的自行车托架。在这种情况下,客车可具有充电器,充电器通过电缆连接至自行车的蓄电池且由客车的电池供电,从而为所述蓄电池充电。
这种配置允许当相应的自行车位于托架上时,向所谓的电动车(电动自行车)即具有电驱动马达(助力器)以及加速器的自行车的蓄电池充电。
然而,上述配置的问题在于汽车必须适应充电器。因此,在不付出努力的情况下,汽车托架不能轻易地换到另一个汽车上。
与此相反,本发明的目的在于提供一种用于电动自行车并且具有较宽应用范围的自行车托架。
发明内容
通过权利要求1公开的自行车托架能够实现该目的。
由于自行车托架具有充电器,该充电器能够通过至少第一电缆连接至至少一个自行车的蓄电池并且能够通过第二电缆连接至客车的电池,这使得一方面向电动车的蓄电池充电而同时提供了一种选择即能够简单地互换托架,因为现有的拖车挂接装置的插座用于电连接充电器,而该充电器是自行车托架的部件而不是汽车的部件。
因此,充电器总是在托架上而不必单独升级或安装。
因此,提供具有插头的第二电缆是实用的,该插头用于连接拖车挂接装置的插座。
因此,至少一个第一电缆设置有用于连接蓄电池的插头也是合理的。基于托架运送的自行的最大数量,可存在两个或更多电缆也是显而易见的。
因此充电器被设置在自行车托架上,其暴露在环境影响中。因此将充电器容纳在密封的壳体(例如水密壳体)中是适合的。
为了以简单的方式(例如通过拖车挂接装置的插座)将充电器附接汽车的电气系统,充电器可不仅包括现有的充电电路,还可包括相应的电流换向器。

具体实施方式
图1是整体由附图标记1标注的自行车托架的侧面示意图,并且还表示了客车3的拖车挂接装置2部位中的电动自行车。
自行车托架1包括细长的第一承载部4,第一承载部4由拖车挂接装置2的球形头5通过杯状耦合元件7来支撑,并且形成用于至少一个自行车F支撑平台6。另外,自行车托架1以现有技术公知的方式附接至汽车3。
为了在自行车F位于汽车3的托架1上时向自行车F的蓄电池A(参 见图2)充电,自行车托架1包括一体的充电器8。
充电器8能够以可插接方式通过两条电缆9A,B连接至对应的自行车的蓄电池,并且能够以可插接方式通过第二电缆10连接至拖车挂接装置2的插座11,从而可连接至客车的电池12。
在本文中,充电器8被容纳在密封且水密的壳体13中,从而可保护充电器8不受环境影响。充电器8包括电流换向器14以及用于电动自行车的蓄电池的现有的充电电路15。

Claims (5)
1.一种用于机动车、尤其是客车的、安装在拖车挂接装置(2)上的自行车托架(1),其包括细长的第一承载部(4),所述第一承载部被支撑在所述拖车挂接装置(2,5)上并形成用于至少一辆自行车(F)的支撑平台(6),
其特征在于,所述自行车托架(1)具有充电器(8),所述充电器能够通过至少第一电缆(9A,B)连接至至少一辆自行车(A)的蓄电池(A),以及能够通过第二电缆(10)连接至汽车(3)的电池(12)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的自行车托架,其特征在于,所述第二电缆(10)被设置有用于与所述拖车挂接装置(2)的插座(11)连接的插头。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的自行车托架,其特征在于,所述充电器被容纳在水密壳体(13)中。
4.根据以上任意一项权利要求所述的自行车托架,其特征在于,所述充电器包括电流换向器(14)以及充电电路(15)。
5.根据以上任意一项权利要求所述的自行车托架,其特征在于,所述至少一个第一电缆(9A,B)被设置有用于连接所述蓄电池的插头。
