本实用新型涉及电动汽车,尤其是涉及蓄电池电动汽车的车载充电机。
背景技术
电动汽车由于其节能、环保、无排放、噪音低,已成为有效安全的交通工具,蓄电池电动汽车的充电机有安装在车体上的车载充电机,车载充电机给动力电池组充电,由于动力电池组常用的集中式布置形式为:动力电池组的支架为T形架,T形架装在车辆的地板下面和行李架下面的车架上,动力电池组固定在T形架中,电池组由车辆的尾部安装。动力电池组常用的分散式布置形式为:动力电池组布置在地板下面,分散式布置在车架上,然后再串联起来,从下部安装和拆卸电池组。由于受动力电池组的布置形式的影响,车载充电机在车辆上安装需占据空间,因此给其他零件的布置带来不便。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种结构简单、便于其他零件布置的蓄电池电动汽车的车载充电机。
要解决该技术问题,本发明的技术方案为:一种蓄电池电动汽车的车载充电机,蓄电池电动汽车后部的行李舱内设置一充电机盒,蓄电池电动汽车的动力电池组分散式布置的相互串联的多节蓄电池与充电机固定于充电机盒内,充电机盒的外表面具有固定于车体上的连接臂。
所述的车的一侧设置有放置与充电机电连接的插座的插座孔。
所述的充电机盒在蓄电池电动汽车后部的行李舱内的位置为面向车头方向的车身右侧,所述的与充电机电连接的插座放置于车的一侧的插座孔位于燃油汽车的加油孔的位置。
所述的充电机盒内固定的相互串联的蓄电池为两节12V蓄电池。
本实用新型采用这样的结构,分散式布置于行李舱内的相互串联的两节蓄电池与充电机固定于充电机盒体内,充电的插头放置于车的一侧,结构简单、与其他零件布置不干涉,便于使用。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,蓄电池电动汽车的动力电池组包括相互串联的前段电池组1、中段电池组2和后段电池组,后段电池组6为两节串联的12V蓄电池组成。蓄电池电动汽车后部的行李舱8内具有一充电机盒7,后段电池组6的两节蓄电池与充电机5固定于充电机盒7内,蓄电池电动汽车后部的行李舱8内的充电机盒7内放置的蓄电池可以为多节。充电机盒7的外表面具有固定于车体上的连接臂4,充电机盒7在蓄电池电动汽车后部的行李舱8内的位置为面向车头方向的车身右侧,与充电机5电连接的插头放置于车的一侧的插头孔3内,该位置大致与燃油汽车的加油孔的位置相一致。

1、一种蓄电池电动汽车的车载充电机,其特征在于:蓄电池电动汽车后部的行李舱(8)内设置一充电机盒(7),蓄电池电动汽车的动力电池组分散式布置的相互串联的多节蓄电池与充电机(5)固定于充电机盒(7)内,充电机盒(7)的外表面具有固定于车体上的连接臂(4)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的蓄电池电动汽车的车载充电机,其特征在于:所述的车的一侧设置有放置与充电机(5)电连接的插座的插座孔(3)。
3、根据权利要求2所述的蓄电池电动汽车的车载充电机,其特征在于:所述的充电机盒(7)在蓄电池电动汽车后部的行李舱(8)内的位置为面向车头方向的车身右侧,所述的与充电机(5)电连接的插座放置于车的一侧的插座孔(3)位于燃油汽车的加油孔的位置。
4、根据权利要求1或2或3所述的蓄电池电动汽车的车载充电机,其特征在于:所述的充电机盒(7)内固定的相互串联的蓄电池为两节12V蓄电池。
