技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有加强元件的预成型件和容器。更具体地讲,本发明涉及在预成型件和容器上提供突出部和/或凹槽的领域。
背景技术
生产例如用于饮料的瓶子的方法包括预成型件的注塑和容器的吹塑在现有技术中是已知的。在该领域内的主要任务是降低最终容器的重量,从而维持相同的填充容量。然而,当空的容器或已填充的容器的机械性能受到负面影响时,这些轻量容器达到它们的极限,这使得容器在生产线中以及后面的储存和运输过程中的操控更加困难或甚至不可能。如果容器没有设计成承受得住外力,容器会由于外部载荷发生变形或甚至破碎。
当容器填充压力液体——例如碳酸饮料——时,对于轻量容器会引发另一个问题。在这种情况下,容器仍然必须提供足够的强度以承受得住内部压力。
由薄的预成型件吹塑制成的薄且轻量的容器在预成型件本身的生产过程中还会出现问题。在预成型件的注塑过程中,材料从端帽注射到模具内,从而材料在形成颈部前沿整个预成型件的长度流动。然而,这要求预成型件的壁厚最小,以允许材料流过模具从而填充颈部。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目的是改进现有技术。
更具体地讲,本发明的目的是,提供具有较小重量和较薄的壁但同时提供承受得住外部载荷以及内部压力所需要的强度的预成型件和容器。
该目的通过独立权利要求实现。进一步的特征和实施例是从属权利要求的主题。

具体实施方式
本发明总体上涉及一种用于容器的塑料预成型件,该预成型件包括至少一个突出部和/或凹槽。换句话说,本发明涉及一种包括至少一个加强元件的预成型件。加强元件具有细长的(elongate)或稍长的形状,并在预成型件的任何线性方向上延伸。
更一般来讲,根据本发明的预成型件具有可变的壁厚,因此提供具有细长的强化元件的结构。根据本发明的预成型件包括细长的或线性的突出部和/或凹部。
优选地,根据本发明的预成型件具有基本上恒定的壁厚,并具有一个或多个在预成型件的内侧和/或外侧延伸的肋。在外壁上的肋、凹槽或加强元件可在竖直的、水平的、斜的或其它任何的方向上延伸,或延伸进入是上述可能的组合的不同方向。在外壁上的肋、凹槽或加强元件在竖直方向上延伸。
由于突出部允许提供与标准的预成型件相比更薄的壁,所以对于根据本发明的具有突出部的预成型件来说可使用较少的材料。
此外,通过根据本发明的预成型件,能够解决在注塑过程中关于薄壁的预成型件的问题。当使用根据本发明的具有肋的预成型件时,因为在注塑过程中材料能容易地流过肋从而填充颈部,所以能够工业化生产具有较薄的壁的预成型件。因此,用具有足够的机械特性的预成型件生产好看的薄型的容器的材料的量大大减少。
根据本发明,用本发明的预成型件可生产轻量、壁薄但同时具有就顶部载荷和/或内部压力来说提高的强度的容器。
因此,与现有技术的容器相比,该容器具有几个改进之处。通常,当在吹塑加固的过程中使用没有肋的标准的预成型件时,将肋附加到吹塑模具内,以提供具有提高的强度的容器。然而,这些附加的肋导致容器的外表面中断,从美学角度来说这是不希望的。此外,通过这种方法只能提供外侧的肋。
这个问题通过本发明也可克服。由于瓶子是由已具有肋的预成型件吹塑制成的,所以所产生的瓶子的形状将是基本上连续和光滑的。此外,为了完全避免任何的外部的肋,通过本发明只提供在内侧上的肋。通过现有技术的加强肋的附加是不可能的,该加强肋只能附加到容器的外侧。
根据本发明的容器优选是瓶子,在该瓶子内可填充有不同类型的流体。这些流体的示例是饮料,例如水、果汁或碳酸饮料。
下面将结合附图对本发明进行更详细地说明。
图1A示出根据本发明的预成型件1的第一实施例的竖直截面。一般地,预成型件1包括颈部部分2或螺纹部分、中间部分3和体部部分4。根据用于最终容器所使用的封闭件的类型,颈部部分2可包括一个或多个突出部件5,该突出部件5允许将帽连接到最终容器上。在吹塑方法的过程中,颈部部分2保持不变。
在吹塑过程中,中间部分3和体部部分4将伸展成最终容器的形状。
如图1A所示,预成型件1包括侧壁6,该侧壁6从颈部部分2延伸至体部部分4并形成预成型件1的底部7。
在本说明书中,当使用术语“竖直(的)”或“纵向(的)”时,它旨在说明在平行于预成型件的纵向轴线L的方向延伸的方向。换句话说,这说明从底部部分4到颈部部分2的方向。
类似地,如果在本说明书中使用术语“水平(的)”或“周向(的)”,它旨在说明与竖直方向正交的方向,因此沿侧壁6的周向方向或平行于预成型件1的颈部部分2延伸。
根据第一实施例的预成型件1包括几个在从中间部分3的中部部件9到底部7的竖直方向上延伸的肋10。肋10不是在颈部部分2下面立刻开始,而是它们的端部与颈部部分2间隔开,并在中间部分3内开始。它们沿侧壁6的长度的至少一部分延伸并在底部7的中心点处彼此连结。
如图1A中的截面所示,在该实施例中,预成型件可具有台阶8——即,侧壁6的厚度沿竖直方向增加,使得靠近颈部部分2的侧壁6比靠近体部部分4的侧壁6薄。
然而,本发明也包括没有台阶的预成型件,该预成型件具有基本上恒定的厚度的侧壁6。此外,应该注意的是,虽然在下列说明中,使用术语“肋”,但是本发明并不限于肋,而是可包含任何其它类型的细长的突出部。细长的突出部用作加强元件。
图1B示出如图1A所示的预成型件1沿箭头A所指示的线的截面。可以看出,预成型件1沿水平的周向线包括基本上恒定的厚度d的侧壁6,并只在几个点处包括从侧壁6的内表面6a突出出来的内肋10。在本实施例中,在外表面6b上未设置肋。
如图1A和图1B所示的具体实施例中,肋具有基本上三角形的截面。
因此,三角形的内肋10提供预成型件1的侧壁6的选择性加厚。通过这些加强元件,侧壁6在没有肋的部分的厚度可以比标准的预成型件的厚度制造得更薄。更具体地,标准的预成型件通常具有至少2.2mm的壁厚。通过本发明,更小的壁厚变得可能,这是因为:一方面,预成型件1和最终容器的强度由加强元件确保,并且另一方面,如上所述,仅在材料可沿肋流过模具时,薄壁的预成型件的注塑才变得可能。
参考图2A和图2B对第二实施例进行说明。图2A再次示出预成型件1的竖直截面,图2B示出如图2A所示的预成型件1沿箭头A所指示的线的水平截面。
预成型件的不同部件与根据如图1所示的第一实施例的预成型件是相同的。然而,相对于如图1所示的预成型件,肋的长度增加,从而肋沿整个侧壁从颈部部分2延伸至底部7。正如在图2B中所看到的那样,壁6再次包括基本上恒定的厚度d,多个肋10从侧壁6的内表面6a突出出来。侧壁的外表面6b没有肋。
如图1B和2B所示的肋彼此之间具有相等的距离,但是也可以提供彼此之间距离不相等的肋。根据最终容器的类型,肋的数量可以是一个、两个或甚至更多个,例如高达几百个肋。
图3A和3B再次示出根据本发明的预成型件1的第三实施例的竖直截面和水平截面。
在该预成型件中,没有提供基本上恒定的厚度的侧壁6,而是提供厚度恒定变化的侧壁6。因此,侧壁6的厚度沿竖直方向总是恒定的,但是沿侧壁的水平方向是变化的。正如从图3B看到的那样,设置有凹槽或凹部20,该凹槽或凹部20具有侧壁6的最小壁厚d0。在每两个凹槽2之间设置有具有最大厚度d1的最大厚度部分21。因此,侧壁6的壁厚在凹槽20和最大厚度部分21之间是恒定地增加或减小的。
这样,预成型件包括竖直的加强元件,或换句话说,包括沿竖直方向延伸的具有不同壁厚的细长的部件。
图4A和图4B示出根据本发明的预成型件的第四实施例。如同图3A和图3B示出的实施例一样,在该第四实施例中,侧壁6沿水平方向的厚度是变化的。因此,再次设置具有最小壁厚的凹槽或凹部22并设置具有最大壁厚的突出部或肋11。
在每两个凹部22之间设置有突出部11。与第三实施例相比,侧壁6的壁厚不是恒定地减小和增加的,而是在接近突出部处以较高的速率增加,或换句话说,在接近凹槽22处以较低的速率增加。因此,凹部具有圆的或凹的形状。
现在,图5至图10对根据本发明的预成型件1的竖直的肋的几个不同位置和形状进行说明。图5至图10分别示出预成型件1的截面。因此,为了更好地说明,图5示出根据现有技术的预成型件1的截面。
从图5可以看出,根据现有技术的预成型件具有侧壁600,该侧壁600具有恒定的壁厚d并且没有肋和/或凹槽。
图6示出具有厚度d沿水平方向基本上恒定的侧壁6并在侧壁6的内表面上具有肋12的预成型件的截面。在图6示出的实施例中,设置有四个内肋,所述内肋彼此距离恒定并具有带倒圆顶角的三角形的截面。
图7示出预成型件再次具有壁厚d基本上恒定的侧壁6并且在预成型件的内表面6a上设置有五个肋10的实施例。在该实施例中,肋10具有基本上三角形的截面。
在图8至图10示出的实施例中,示出预成型件的截面具有半圆形截面的肋12、13。然而,图8至图10旨在示出肋的各种可能的位置,本发明并不限于所示出的肋的具体截面。
在图8中,肋13只设置在侧壁6的外表面6b上。
在图9中,设置有外肋13和内肋12。在图9示出的实施例中,设置有相同数量的内肋12和外肋13。因此,内肋12和外肋13相互偏移,因此在沿侧壁6设置有外肋13的位置上未设置相应的内肋12。
在图10示出的另一实施例中,如图9一样,设置有相同数量的内肋12和外肋13。然而,在该实施例中,肋没有相互偏移,而是设置在侧壁6的相对侧。
图11示出具有四个内肋12的预成型件的截面。图11还示出最终容器的部分30,该容器是由具有如图11所示的构型的相应的预成型件1吹塑制成的。
最终容器的部分30用虚线示出。可以看出,预成型件的侧壁6将生成容器的相应侧壁31。侧壁31也具有内侧31a和外侧31b。预成型件的内肋12将在最终容器中生成相应的内肋32或突出部或加强元件。在图11中用箭头B示意性地示出从预成型件的内肋12到最终容器的突出部32的转换。
通过使用在其内具有肋的预成型件,最终容器的表面将具有基本上连续的——即,光滑的——形状。换句话说,容器的表面没有来自在生产预成型件后连接到预成型件上或在吹塑制造容器后连接到容器上的加强或装饰元件的中断。这通过最终容器的内侧31a的形状示意性地示出,从该容器的内侧31a的形状可以看出,事实上设有从内肋12生成的加厚部分,但是该加厚部分光滑地集成在最终容器的侧壁31内。
图12示出用于外肋13的情形的相同的构造。再次示出具有四个外肋13的预成型件的截面。最终容器的部分30由虚线示出。可以看出,侧壁31包括平的内侧31a和具有光滑的肋或突出部33的外壁31,所述光滑的肋或突出部33由预成型件的外肋13产生。因此,最终容器得到加强。
到目前为止,已参考具有竖直的肋和/或凹槽的预成型件对本发明进行了说明。
现在对具有水平的肋和/或凹槽的预成型件的几种类型进行说明。
图13示出根据第五实施例的预成型件。
根据预成型件1的第五实施例,设置有一个或多个水平的肋,所述肋沿侧壁6的外侧可以是周向的或部分周向的。在图7示出的实施例中,设置有具有半圆形的截面的一个外肋15。
图14示出根据本发明的预成型件1的第六实施例的截面。在该实施例中,也设置有水平的周向肋,其中,所述肋是设置在侧壁6的外侧6b上的两个外肋15。
图15示出根据本发明的预成型件1的第七实施例的截面。在该实施例中,外部设置有水平的肋15。除了如图13所示的实施例外,在该预成型件中,附加地设置有台阶14。这种台阶可与任何数量和任何类型的内部的水平的肋和/或任何类型的外部的肋组合。
根据本发明的优选实施例,侧壁具有始终恒定的壁厚。肋仅设置在侧壁6的几个部分上,使得在预成型件的侧壁6内没有台阶。
具体地讲,在如图13和图14所示的水平的肋的情形下,没有设置台阶且肋是底切的(undercut),因此获得了恒定的壁厚。然后,如图15所示,也可以设置台阶,其中,外肋15也是底切的。
图16至图18示出内部的水平的肋的可能的形状或任何类型的竖直的肋的不同图示。因此,图16至图18分别以可以看到肋的截面的方式示出根据本发明的预成型件的侧壁6的截面。
如图16至图18所示,肋可设置在侧壁6的内侧6a或外侧6b上或设置在两者上。如图16所示,肋16具有半圆形的截面。更一般地,可设置圆形的肋16作为肋。
如图17所示,也可设置具有三角形截面的三角形肋17。因此,三角形可以是等边的、等腰的或具有不同长度的边。此外,三角形的角可以是凸形或凹形的圆角。
如图18所示,也可设置矩形肋18作为肋。也可设置基于椭圆、梯形或其它截面的任何其它截面的肋。
上述肋的可能的截面应用于任何类型的肋,即,水平的、竖直的、斜的或任何其它的方向的。

可以看出,在这种情形下的最终容器包括侧壁31,该侧壁31具有基本上平的外侧31b和带光滑的外肋34的内侧31a。通过使用在预成型件内已设置的肋而不是在吹塑工艺的过程中将肋连接容器上,可以实现非常光滑且基本上连续的内表面。
仅当提供具有内肋14的预成型件时,才有可能进一步在最终容器上提供内肋34。预成型件和相应的容器还具有这样的优点:在外侧没有突出部,因此简化了标签的贴覆。由于较少出现皱褶或可视线(witness line)的问题,所以改进了标签的贴覆。这也使最终容器的外观更加美观。
图20A和20B示出根据本发明的定位肋的各种可能性。在这些附图中,示意性地示出预成型件1,并且还示意性地示出颈部部分2。如上所述,在附图中示出在颈部部分2上没有肋或凹槽,然而,肋和/或凹槽也可设置在颈部部分2上。
图20A示出具有竖直的肋40的实施例,所述肋40沿侧壁的整个竖直长度从颈部部分2延伸至底部7。
图20B示出具有竖直的肋41的实施例,所述肋沿侧壁的竖直长度部分延伸。肋41可从颈部2开始沿侧壁6的上部延伸,可从底部开始沿侧壁6的下部延伸,或者可在侧壁6的中部延伸并与颈部部分2和底部7间隔开。
如图20A和图20B所示,竖直的肋40、41可设置在壁6的内侧上和/或壁6的外侧上。

从在图21和图22中的图表中可以更清楚地发现本发明的优点。该图表在Y轴上以kgf示出施加在瓶子顶部上的力,该瓶子由根据本发明的具有竖直肋的预成型件制成。在X轴上以mm示出瓶子的挠度。
因此,图21和图22示出由具有加强肋的预成型件生产的瓶子和由相同材料重量的标准预成型件生产的瓶子之间的比较。用虚线示出的曲线是由标准预成型件生成的曲线。因此,在图21中的图表示出测量空瓶子的顶部载荷的情形,图22示出测量已填充的瓶子的顶部载荷的情形。
从两个图表可以看出,由根据本发明的具有加强肋的预成型件生产的瓶子在发生挠曲前能够承受得住更大的力。另一方面,由于加强肋,瓶子的壁的其余部分可制得更薄,因此瓶子作为整体可以具有较小的重量和所需要的材料。
图23示意性地示出用于注塑的装置。
注塑机100总体上包括注射单元103和夹持单元105。注射单元103通常包括漏斗101,模制材料102如箭头C所示填充入该漏斗101内。图22仅示意性地示出注射单元103,这是因为注射单元103根据所使用的注塑机的类型包括通常包括在注射单元内的所有单元,例如注射臂、螺杆、料筒、加热器或类似物。注射单元103熔化材料,并如箭头D示意性示出地将材料提供给夹持单元105。

该方法在步骤S0开始。在步骤S1中,提供用于预成型件的材料。
因此,用于预成型件的材料是塑料,优选热塑性塑料。热塑性塑料选自由聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、聚丙烯、聚乙烯、聚碳酸酯、聚苯乙烯、聚乳酸、聚氯乙烯和其组合组成的群组。在优选的实施例中,它是PET。
在步骤S2中,提供具有凹部和/或突出部的模具。在步骤S3中,例如用注射单元103对材料进行处理。在步骤S4中,将处理过的材料注射到模具104内。在夹持单元105操作后,然后在步骤S5中获得具有肋和/或凹槽的预成型件1。在步骤S6中,该方法结束。
现在,参考图25示意性地说明由预成型件吹塑容器的方法。在步骤S10中,开始该方法。在步骤S11中,提供具有肋和/或凹槽的本发明的预成型件并在步骤S12中再加热。在下一步骤S13中,将预成型件插入吹塑模具内,并对预成型件进行吹塑,从而在步骤S14中获得最终容器、优选瓶子,该容器具有肋和/或凹槽并具有连续的外表面和内表面。在步骤S15中,该方法结束。

Claims (15)

1.一种用于容器的塑料预成型件(1),该预成型件(1)包括至少一个细长的突出部(10,12,13,14,15)和/或至少一个细长的凹槽(20)。

3.根据权利要求2所述的预成型件(1),其特征在于,所述至少一个突出部(10,12,13)和/或至少一个凹槽(20)设置在所述预成型件(1)的侧壁(6)的内侧(6a)上和/或所述预成型件(1)的侧壁(6)的外侧(6b)上。
4.根据前述权利要求中的任一项所述的预成型件(1),其特征在于,所述至少一个突出部(13,14,15)和/或至少一个凹槽(20)在所述预成型件(1)的侧壁(6)的外侧(6b)上在所述预成型件(1)的周向方向上延伸。
5.根据前述权利要求中的任一项所述的预成型件(1),其特征在于,所述至少一个突出部(10,12,13,14,15)具有圆的、三角形的和/或矩形的截面。
6.根据前述权利要求中的任一项所述的预成型件(1),其特征在于,所述预成型件(1)包括至少两个彼此距离相等的突出部(10,12,13,14,15)并且/或者包括至少两个彼此距离相等的凹槽(20)。
7.根据前述权利要求中的任一项所述的预成型件(1),其特征在于,所述至少一个突出部(10,12,13,14,15)是底切的。
8.根据前述权利要求中的任一项所述的预成型件(1),其特征在于,所述预成型件(1)由热塑性材料制成,所述热塑性材料选自由聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、聚丙烯、聚乙烯、聚碳酸酯、聚苯乙烯、聚乳酸、聚氯乙烯和其组合组成的群组。
9.一种由根据权利要求1至8中的任一项所述的预成型件(1)吹塑获得的塑料容器、优选用于饮料的瓶子,该容器包括至少一个细长的突出部(32,33,34)和/或至少一个细长的凹槽。
10.根据权利要求9所述的容器、优选瓶子,其特征在于,所述容器包括至少一个细长的突出部(32,33,34)和/或至少一个凹槽,并具有连续的内表面和外表面。
11.根据权利要求10所述的容器,其特征在于,所述至少一个突出部(32,33)和/或至少一个凹槽在平行于所述预成型件(1)的纵向轴线的方向上延伸。
12.根据权利要求11所述的容器,其特征在于,所述至少一个突出部(32,33,34)设置在所述容器的侧壁(31)的内侧(31a)上和/或所述容器的侧壁(31)的外侧(31b)上。
13.根据权利要求9至12中的任一项所述的容器,其特征在于,所述至少一个突出部(34)和/或至少一个凹槽在所述容器的侧壁(31)的外侧(31b)上在周向方向上延伸。
14.根据前述权利要求中的任一项所述的容器,其特征在于,所述容器包括至少两个彼此距离相等的突出部(32,33,34)并且/或者包括至少两个彼此距离相等的凹槽。
