背景技术
面条是人们日常生活的主食之一,目前人们所食用的面条,有小麦粉面条、杂粮面条,以及在面粉中掺有绿豆粉、南瓜粉、蔬果汁等制成的面条,但是在小麦粉中掺入抹茶粉制成的面条还不曾见到,今后,人们对于饮食生活的质量要求越来越高,营养丰富的食品才能够满足人们对于营养、保健等多方面的需求。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明的目的在于提供一种以抹茶和杂粮粉作为原料的面条的制备方法。
技术方案:为达到上述目的,本发明提供一种抹茶杂粮面条的制备方法,由抹茶粉、燕麦粉、玉米粉、面粉和水加工而成。
所述抹茶粉、燕麦粉、玉米粉、面粉和水的分量比为1∶2∶2∶5∶4.5。
所述抹茶粉是选用新鲜绿茶经过蒸青-碾磨-超微粉碎-低温干燥的工序得抹茶粉,将抹茶粉与燕麦粉、玉米粉、面粉以及水按照比例混合调匀后得面胚,将面胚通过常规方法置入压面机或挂面机加工制成面条。
所述抹茶粉的制备温度为15℃~20℃。
有益效果:本发明制备的面条清爽可口,保持了天然茶味的清香,采用抹茶粉具有杀菌排毒、促进新陈代谢、抗癌、抗氧化、预防心血管疾病等多重保健功效;燕麦粉和玉米粉则是人们日常生活中理想的保健食品,它们含有丰富的维生素和可溶性膳食纤维,具有抗菌消炎、降低血糖等多重保健功效,长期食用本发明的面条能够增强抵抗力,减肥抗癌,保健养生。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明:
取新鲜绿茶经过蒸青-碾磨-超微粉碎-低温干燥的工序制得抹茶粉,干燥温度为15℃~20℃,按照比例取抹茶粉1kg、燕麦粉2kg、玉米粉2kg、面粉5kg、水4.5kg混合调匀得面胚,将面胚通过常规方法置入压面机或挂面机加工制成面条。
