Abstract

Description
本发明涉及附设在电接插件上防止其沿纵轴线弯曲的部件。
由美国专利4,655,518可知,一种加强部件,用来防止那种导电引线从电介质外壳向外延伸的电接插件弯曲,所述加强部件包括细长的刚性L形构件,所述构件具有把一个以上接插件附装到其一条腿上的机构,以及把隔板附装到其另一条腿上的机构,其特征在于,该L形构件沿其自由边有向外敞开的沟槽,一个以上锁紧夹子一端具有可附装到该接插件的机构,从而防止该接插件和该L形构件之间的相对运动。
尽管上述部件也很满足需要,但它不大适宜用在多个称作“模件”的短尺寸插座上。因此,如今要求提供一种很适宜用于模件和窄长接插件的加强板部件。
根据本发明的加强部件,用来防止导电引线从电介质外壳向外延伸的那种电接插件弯曲,所述加强部件包括细长的刚性L形构件,所述构件具有把一个以上接插件附装至其一条腿上的机构、以及把隔板附装到其另一条腿上的机构,其特征在于,该L形构件沿其自由边有向外敞开的沟槽,一个以上锁紧夹子一端具有可附装到该接插件的机构,另一端具有可容纳于所述沟槽内的弹性部分,从而防止该接插件和该L形构件之间的相对运动。

如图1所示,加强部件10包括构件12、锁紧夹子14和隔板16。构件12是一个L形的铝质挤压件,其两个侧面18、20之间为直角。侧面18上具有从其自由边24向内开的、并且沿着其长度方向延伸的沟槽22。在侧面20的内表面28开有梯形凹槽26,还有一个与该凹槽26邻接而平行的梯形肋条30。在侧面20的自由边34还开有向内的、并沿着其长度方向延伸的沟槽32。
从图4A和4B可较清楚地看出,锁紧夹子14包括分别在窄条38两端向外延伸的平板部分34和弹性部分36。如图3、4A和4B所示,窄条38呈弯曲形状,使得它与平板部分34和弹性部分36互相倾斜。平板部分34在相应的侧边上有向外突出的凸耳40。弹性部分36分成中间弹性段36a和分别处于该中间弹性段36a两侧的两个外侧弹性段36b。如图所示,弹性段36a和36b都是有外凸表面36d的拱形。锁紧夹子14最好由不锈钢材料制成。
隔板16用绝缘材料制成,其上开有形成预定图案的孔群42和邻近一个纵向边的固定梢44。
如图1所示,附设加强部件10的接插件59包括外壳52,外壳52上有从侧面56向外延伸的侧壁54。梯形肋条58邻近长自由边60而沿该边纵向延伸,梯形凹槽62邻近并且平行肋条58延伸。在侧面56上的、具有3个边的框架64包括向内开的沟槽66。如图所示,框架64和沟槽66沿离开侧壁54的方向敞开。
参见图2和3,一个或几个接插件50与构件12按照各自的凹槽26和62分别嵌合对方的凸肋58和30的关系,从一端平滑进入配合位置。完成所希望的定位后,将锁紧夹子14装上去,使其平板部分34的各凸耳44带摩擦地安放在框架64的沟槽66内,并且其弹性部分36带摩擦地安
放在沟槽32内。锁紧夹子14防止接插件50与构件12间有相对滑移。通过将隔板16上的固定梢44带磨擦地安放入沟槽22,使隔板16靠紧到构件12上。接插件50的外壳52上的接触元件70、72的导柱68穿过孔42。
加强部件10十分有利地使用在如图1所示的电接插件系统上。系统74包括称为插座的接插件50和称为插头的匹配接插件76。安置在底板78上的接插件76可容纳多个附装子插件80的接插件50。加强部件10对各接插件50起结构支撑作用,并使这些接插件按希望的型式定位。
如上所述,与电接插件系统配合使用的加强部件已经公开。该加强部件包括用于容纳电接插系统的插座接插件的一个窄长的L形构件。该加强部件还包括用于可拆卸地将接插件锁紧在L形构件上的锁紧夹子。而且,还公开了一个与该L形构件配合使用的隔板。
Claims (4)
1、一种加强部件(10),用来防止导电引线从电介质外壳(52)向外延伸的那种电接插件(50)弯曲,所述加强部件包括细长的刚性L形构件(12),所述构件(12)具有把一个以上接插件附装到其一条腿上的机构(32),以及把隔板(16)附装到其另一条腿上的机构(22),其特征在于,该L形构件(12)沿其自由边,有向外敞开的沟槽(32),一个以上锁紧夹子(14)一端具有可附装到该接插件的机构(34),另一端具有可容纳于所述沟槽(32)内的弹性部分(36),从而防止该接插件和该L形构件之间的相对运动。
2、根据权利要求1的加强部件,其特征在于,所述弹性部分(36)包括多个拱形弹性段(36a、36b),所述弹性段具有可与该沟槽(32)摩擦啮合的外凸表面;至少两个所述外凸表面沿彼此相对方向面向外部。
3、根据权利要求1或2的加强部件,其特征在于,所述可附装到该接插件的机构包括平板部分(34)。
4、根据权利要求3的加强部件,其特征在于,所述弹性部分(36)偏离所述平板部分(34)的平面。
