Abstract

Description

本发明涉及附设在电接插件上防止其沿纵轴线弯曲的部件。
由美国专利4,655,518可知,一种铝质加强板部件既用以覆盖住接插件上否则即会外露的接触元件,同时又起到满足该塑料接插件外壳结构需要之作用。所公开的加强部件用螺钉联接到接插件外壳上,并也按类似方式与子插件联接。
尽管上述部件也很满足需要,但它不大适宜用在多个称作“模件”的短尺寸插座上。因此,如今要求提供一种很适宜用于模件和窄长接插件的加强板部件。
根据本发明的加强部件包括一个可调整地容纳电接插件的刚性构件和一个或多个附装接插件上的锁紧夹子,并且这种夹子带摩擦地安放在刚性构件的沟槽里,用以防止刚性构件与接插件之间的相对移动。

如图1所示,加强部件10包括构件12、锁紧夹子14和隔板16。构件12是一个L形的铝质挤压件,其两个侧面18、20之间为直角。侧面18上具有从其自由边24向内开的、并且沿着其长度方向延伸的沟槽22。在侧面20的内表面28开有梯形凹槽26,还有一个与该凹槽26邻接而平行的梯形肋条30。在侧面20的自由边34还开有向内的、并沿着其长度方向延伸的沟槽32。
从图4A和4B可较清楚地看出,锁紧夹子14包括分别在窄条38两端向外延伸的平板部分34和弹性部分36。如图3、4A和4B所示,窄条38呈弯曲形状,使得它与平板部分34和弹性部分36互相倾斜。平板部分34在相应的侧边上有向外突出的凸耳40。弹性部分36分成中间弹性段36a和分别处于该中间弹性段36a两侧的两个外侧弹性段36b。如图所示,弹性段36a和36b都是有外凸表面36d的拱形。锁紧夹子13最好由不锈钢材料制成。
隔板16用绝缘材料制成,其上开有形成预定图案的孔群42和邻近一个纵向边的固定梢44。
如图1所示,附设加强部件10的接插件59包括外壳52,外壳52上有从侧面56向外延伸的侧壁54。梯形肋条58邻近长自由边60而沿该边纵向延伸,梯形凹槽62邻近并且平行肋条58延伸。在侧面56上的、具有3个边的框架64包括向内开的沟槽66。如图所示,框架64和沟槽66沿离开侧壁54的方向敞开。
参见图2和3,一个或几个接插件50与构件12按照各自的凹槽26和62分别嵌合对方的凸肋58和30的关系,从一端平滑进入配合位置。完成所希望的定位后,将锁紧夹子14装上去,使其平板部分34的各凸耳44带摩擦地安放在框架64的沟槽66内,并且其弹性部分36带摩擦地安放在沟槽32内。锁紧夹子14防止接插件50与构件12间有相对滑移。通过将隔板16上的固定梢44带摩擦地安放入沟槽22,使隔板16靠紧到构件12上。接插件50的外壳52上的接触元件70、72的导柱68穿过孔42。
加强部件10十分有利地使用在如图1所示的电接插件系统上。系统74包括称为插座的接插件50和称为插头的匹配接插件76。安置在底板78上的接插件76可容纳多个附装子插件80的接插件50。加强部件10对各接插件50起结构支撑作用,并使这些接插件按希望的型式定位。
如上所述,与电接插件系统配合使用的加强部件已经公开。该加强部件包括用于容纳电接插系统的插座接插件的一个窄长的L形构件。该加强部件还包括用于可拆卸地将接插件锁紧在L形构件上的锁紧夹子。而且,还公开了一个与该L形构件配合使用的隔板。

Claims (5)

1、一种与一个接插件或一系列端对端地设置的接插件配合使用的类型的刚性加强部件,其特征在于其中锁紧夹子在其一端有平板部分,另一端有弹性部分,锁紧夹子附设在加强部件和接插件上,以及在它们之间延伸。
2、根据权利要求1的部件,其特征在于在部件的一个自由边内设置用于容纳锁紧夹子的弹性部分的沟槽。
3、根据权利要求2的部件,其特征在于锁紧夹子的弹性部分与平板部分相倾斜。
4、根据权利要求3的部件,其特征在于弹性部分包括一对拱形弹性段。
5、根据权利要求4的部件,其特征在于拱形弹性段具有外凸表面,各有关弹性段的外凸表面的朝向相反。
