空气循环装置可以包括吹风扇、转动吹风扇的驱动电机和导管,吹风扇设置在导管中,导管具有第一排出口以将从吹风扇排出的空气引导到透明部件和液晶显示面板之间的间隙。
导管可以还设置有第二排出口,以将从吹风扇排出的空气的一些引导到电路。
第一排出口可以引导从吹风扇排出的空气的约70%,并且第二排出口可以引导从吹风扇排出的空气的约30%。
户外显示装置可以还包括:第一过滤器,设置在进气口内部,以从通过进气口引入的空气中去除灰尘;和第二过滤器,设置在出气口内部,以从通过出气口排出的空气中去除灰尘。
本发明总的构思的前述和/或其他特征和效用可以通过提供户外显示装置实现,所述户外显示装置包括:壳体,壳体具有在壳体的前部形成的开口;透明部件,设置在壳体的开口中;显示面板模块,设置在壳体中,具有从透明部件隔开的显示面板以限定第一间隙和在其上显示图像,并且具有从壳体的后部隔开的电路以限定第二间隙和控制显示面板的图像;和空气循环装置,以分配选择性温度控制空气(a selectivelytemperature-controlled air)进入第一间隙和第二间隙。
户外显示装置可以进一步包括光学薄膜,设置在通过透明部件从显示面板到壳体的外部的图像的观看路径上,以影响在透明部件和显示面板之间的光线通过。
户外显示装置可以进一步包括光学薄膜,设置在通过透明部件从显示面板到壳体的外部的图像的观看路径上,以减少透明部件和显示面板之间的光的传输和反射的至少一个。
透明部件可以具有第一有效面积,光学薄膜可以具有第二有效面积,和显示面板可以具有第三有效面积,第三有效面积不同于第一有效面积和第二有效面积的至少一个。
空气循环装置可以包括空气控制单元以控制空气的特征,以产生选择性温度控制空气。
空气循环装置可以包括加热器,以根据温度和湿度的至少一个加热空气以产生选择性温度控制空气。
显示面板模块的电路可以是由空气循环装置的非温度控制空气冷却的第一热量产生源,并且空气循环装置可以包括第二热量产生源,以产生温度控制空气以控制透明部件、显示面板和第一间隙的特征。
壳体可以包括进气口和出气口,进气口将空气引入设置在壳体的内部的空气循环装置,出气口将通过第一间隙和第二的间隙的空气排出。

现在详细说明其示例在附图中图示的本发明总的构思的实施例,其中相同附图标记始终指示相同元件。实施例描述如下,以参照附图解释本发明总的构思。
如图1和2所示,根据本发明总的构思的实施例的户外显示装置包括:形成户外显示装置外观的壳体10,壳体10具有形成在其前部处的开口10a;透明部件20,由透明材料形成并且设置在开口10a中;和显示单元,例如,设置在壳体10中以生成图像的液晶显示面板模块30。显示单元可以是另一种类型显示面板模块以在显示面板的屏幕上产生或显示图像。虽然户外显示装置作为本发明总的构思的实施例说明,户外显示装置可以是设置在外部环境区域中(即非空气控制区、低温区、高湿润区等等)的显示装置。
壳体10形成的六面体盒子或盒子状的形状。开口10a设置在壳体10的前部的上部处。
透明部件20由具有高强度的透明材料形成,如强化玻璃。透明部件20可以设置在壳体10的前部的上部处,从而透明部件20对应于设置在壳体10中的液晶显示面板模块30。图像由液晶显示面板模块30产生和/或显示在液晶显示面板模块30,然后通过透明部件20从壳体10的外面可视。壳体可以具有耦合元件10a以连接透明部件20到壳体10。耦合元件可以形成在限定壳体10的开口的区域处。
液晶显示面板模块30可以在壳体10的上部处设置在其中。液晶显示面板模块30可以包括液晶显示面板31以显示图像和设置在液晶显示面板31的后部处的背光单元32以将光照射到液晶显示面板31。电路33设置在液晶显示面板模块30的后部处以控制液晶显示面板31和背光单元32的操作。液晶显示面板模块30的液晶显示面板31与透明部件20分开一距离,以限定间隙,空气通过该间隙流动。
液晶显示面板模块30的液晶显示面板31的屏幕可以设置成平行于透明部件20的主要表面。在这种情况下,液晶显示面板模块30的液晶显示面板31与透明部件20之间的距离可以是常量。但是,透明部件20可与液晶显示面板模块30的液晶显示面板31的屏幕形成角度。在这种情况下,液晶显示面板模块30的液晶显示面板31与透明部件20之间的距离可以不是常量,而是根据到壳体10的底部的距离或者根据到壳体10的侧部的距离变化。
直接型背光单元或边缘式背光单元可作为背光单元32,直接型背光单元具有在液晶显示面板31的后部处设置的光源以直接地照射光到液晶显示面板31,边缘式背光单元具有在液晶显示面板31的边缘处设置的光源以分散光线通过导光板和间接地照射光到液晶显示面板31。在此实施例,直接型背光单元用作背光单元32。
电路33包括驱动液晶显示面板31和背光单元32的驱动器单元33a、接收外部信号和根据外部信号在液晶显示面板31上显示图像的信号处理单元33b、和电源单元33c,电源单元33c连接到外接电源以转换从外部电源接收的电力和分配转换的电力到驱动单元33a和信号处理单元33b。
还可能的是,信号处理单元33b可以具有产生信号的图像再现单元(未显示),以对应于显示在液晶显示面板31上的图像。还可能的是,信号处理单元33b可以具有连接到外部装置的终端(未显示),以接收对应于将显示在液晶显示面板31上的图像的信号。信号处理单元33b可以具有处理信号的控制器,以驱动驱动单元并且还根据相应的图像信号的状态控制电源单元33c。
由于户外显示装置安装在户外空间中,液晶显示面板31由通过透明面板20达到液晶显示面板31的阳光加热。在这种情况下,液晶显示面板31可能恶化或者其性能降低。日光或其他光源可能通过透明面板20直接地或间接地达到液晶显示面板31以影响液晶显示面板模块30的性能。
在此实施例中,户外显示装置可能包括空气循环装置40以循环在壳体10中的外部空气以保持壳体10的内部温度在预定的温度范围内。为此,壳体10在其后部的下部处设置有进气口10b,空气通过进气口10b引入壳体10,并且壳体10在其后部的上部处设置有出气口10c,已经在壳体10中循环的空气通过出气口10c从壳体10排出。
进气口10b内部设置第一过滤器11以过滤包含在通过进气口10b引入的空气中的异物。出气口10c内部设置第二过滤器12以过滤包含在通过出气口10c排出的空气中的异物。
在空气循环装置40和第一过滤器11之间设置加热器13,以加热通过进气口10b引入的空气,从而防止液晶显示面板31在低温处冷冻,例如,在冬季气温。加热器13可以分别地根据传感器(未显示)的环境条件、形成在壳体上的开关(未显示)的操纵和/或操作加热器13的命令选择性地、手动和/或自动地启动以提高壳体10的内部的温度。
空气循环装置40包括吹风扇41、驱动电机42和导管43,吹风扇41在壳体10的下部处设置在壳体10内部以通过其旋转产生吸力和吹力,驱动电机42产生旋转力以旋转吹风扇41,吹风扇41设置在导管43中以引导吸入吹风扇41的空气和从吹风扇41排出的空气。因此,外部空气通过进气口10b引入壳体10,在壳体10中循环,并且通过出气口10c从壳体10排出。
在此实施例中,吹风扇41可以例如是离心式风机,以在轴向方向上接收空气,并且在径向方向上将接收的空气排出。
导管43包括吸入口43a和排出口43b和43c,吸入口43a设置在吹风扇41的轴向方向上从而通过壳体10的进气口10b引入的空气通过吸入口43a吸入吹风扇41,排出口43b和43c在吹风扇41的径向方向上设置在吹风扇41的外部,从而从吹风扇41排出的空气通过排出口43B和43C提供到液晶显示面板模块30。
在此实施例中,空气循环装置40冷却被阳光加热的液晶显示面板31,并且移除从电路产生的热量33。
空气循环装置40可以分配从吹风扇41排出的空气,从而空气的第一部分提供到液晶显示面板31和透明部件20之间的间隙,并且空气的第二部分提供到设置电路33的第二间隙,以便同时冷却液晶显示面板31和电路33。空气循环装置40可以包括分隔结构(未显示),以限定或形成排出口43b和43c,以引导从吹风扇41提供的空气到第一间隙和第二间隙的一个或两者。
为此,排出口43b和43c包括第一排出口43b和第二排出口43c,第一排出口43b排出从吹风扇41排出的空气的第一部分到液晶显示面板31和透明部件20之间的间隙,第二排出口43c排出从吹风扇41排出的空气的第二部分到电路33。因此,从吹风扇41排出的空气的第一部分通过第一排出口43b通过透明部件20和液晶显示面板31之间的间隙以冷却液晶显示面板31并且通过出气口10c排出,从而防止恶化液晶显示面板31,并且从吹风扇41排出的空气的第二部分通过第二排出口43c提供到对应于电路33的第二间隙,以冷却电路33并通过出气口10c排出,从而防止电路33的过热。也就是说,液晶显示面板31和电路33可以通过空气循环装置40同时地冷却。
在户外显示装置中,液晶显示面板31的通过与阳光相互作用的恶化是可以避免的。在此实施例中,第一部分可以是,例如,从吹风扇41排出的空气的70%,以通过第一排出口43b提供到透明部件20和液晶显示面板31之间的间隙,并且第二部分可以是,例如,从吹风扇41排出的空气的30%,以通过第二排出口43c提供到对应于液晶显示面板31的后部(即背光单元32和电路33)的第二间隙。
在此实施例中,第一排出口43b和第二排出口43c被设计,以使从吹风扇41排出的空气的70%通过第一排出口43b被提供到透明部件20和液晶显示面板31之间的间隙,和使从吹风扇41排出的空气的30%通过第二排出口43c提供到电路33。如果由于流动阻力没有提供足够空气到透明部件20和液晶显示面板31之间的间隙,辅助吹风扇(未显示)可以设置在第一排出口43b中。
户外显示装置可以具有传感器(未显示)以检测内部温度和外部温度的至少一个,和控制器(未显示)以控制加热器13和/或空气循环装置40。传感器(未显示)可以设置在壳体10上或壳体10内。控制器(未显示)可以设置在空气循环装置40中或可以嵌入液晶显示面板模块30的电路33中,从而液晶显示面板31的电路33可以控制液晶显示面板31和空气循环装置40。控制器(未显示)可以根据检测到的温度控制加热器13。可能的是,控制器可以根据在电路33处从外部装置接收的信号中包含的命令控制加热器13。
户外显示装置可以执行操作加热器13的加热模式和操作电机42和吹风扇41的空气循环模式。空气循环模式可能不包括加热模式。
可能的是,户外显示装置可以包括传感器(未显示),以检测在壳体10内部和/或壳体10外部处的湿度,从而可以根据检测到的湿度和/或检测到的温度执行加热模式和/或空气循环模式。当湿度高时,水汽凝结可以形成在透明部件20或液晶显示面板模块30上。在这种情况下,可以通过有选择地执行加热模式和/或空气循环模式,从透明部件20和/或液晶显示面板模块30或从间隙和/或第二间隙去除水或水汽凝结。
当太阳光通过透明部件20达到液晶显示面板31,通过液晶显示面板31反射,和/或往回传输到其外部时,显示在液晶显示面板31上的图像的对比度可以被降低。
在此实施例中,如图3所示,光学薄膜设置在透明部件20和液晶显示面板31之间,以防止显示在液晶显示面板31上的图像的对比度降低。光学薄膜可以包括偏光膜21和1/4波长板22,偏光膜21具有与显示在液晶显示面板31上的图像相同的光轴,1/4波长板22将显示在液晶显示面板31上的图像的光轴转换成圆形偏振光(circular polarized light)。可能的是,光学薄膜可以将光的第一特征变成第二特征。
偏光膜21和1/4波长板22在光线的前进方向上顺序地设置。在此实施例中,偏光膜21和1/4波长板22按顺序地设置在透明部件20上或透明部件20内部。也就是说,偏光膜21设置在透明部件20的内部,和1/4波长板22设置在偏光膜21内部。此外,偏光膜21和1/4波长板22的表面面积等于或大于液晶显示面板31的有效显示区域的表面面积和等于或小于透明部件20的表面面积,以有效地阻止光在液晶显示面板31的有效显示区域中的传输和/或反射。
偏光膜21只传输偏振光的特殊光轴分量和吸收偏振光的其余分量。1/4波长板22可以具有光轴,该1/4波长板22的光轴具有到偏光膜21的光轴的45度的倾角。
偏光膜21和1/4波长板22操作如下。在下面描述中,为叙述方便,假设偏光膜21的光轴是Y轴,和垂直于偏光膜21光轴的光轴是X轴。
当阳光入射在户外显示装置的透明部件20上时,部分阳光通过透明部件20反射,阳光的其余部分通过透明部件20传输并且入射在偏光膜21上。偏光膜21仅传输对应于偏光膜21的光轴(即Y轴)的Y轴偏振光,并且吸收其余的偏振光。已经通过偏光膜21的偏振光入射在1/4波长板22的前面部分,并且在通过1/4波长板22时转换成圆形偏振光。
已经通过1/4波长板22的圆形偏振光通过液晶显示面板31反射并且入射在1/4波长板22的后部上。在通过1/4波长板22时,反射的光转换成垂直于偏光膜21的光轴(即Y轴)的X轴偏振光。X轴偏振光入射在偏光膜21上。由于偏光膜21的光轴是Y轴,X轴偏振光不传输。X轴偏振光可以由偏光膜21吸收。虽然阳光穿过透明部件20并且达到液晶显示面板31,由液晶显示面板31反射的光线被偏光膜21吸收,从而防止光传输到其外部。
因此,防止显示在液晶显示面板31上的图像的对比度由于阳光而下降,从而提高显示在液晶显示面板31上的图像的可视性。
虽然图3仅图示偏光膜21和1/4波长板22被设置,本发明总的构思不限于此。除了偏光膜21和1/4波长板22,功能膜可以连接到透明部件20的前面和/或后部部分或液晶显示面板31的前面部分,以提高显示在液晶显示面板31上的图像的可视性。功能膜可以包括:防静电薄膜以抑制静电的产生,防止灰尘粘到透明部件20或液晶显示面板31的前部:和设置在透明部件20或液晶显示面板31处的防反射膜,以减少光线的反射。
在此实施例中,偏光膜21和1/4波长板22设置在透明部件20内部,然而,本发明总的构思的实施例不限于此。在偏光膜21和1/4波长板22可以设置在液晶显示面板31的前面部分处时,或在偏光膜21和1/4波长板22可以设置在透明部件20和液晶显示面板31之间的间隙处时,偏光膜21和1/4波长板22可以从透明部件20和液晶显示面板31隔开,以提高图像的可视性和其它因素。
透明部件20可以具有第一区域,光学薄膜可以具有第二区域,和液晶显示面板31可以具有显示图像的第三区域。显示在液晶显示面板31的第三区域中的图像可以通过光学薄膜的第二区域和透明部件20的第一区域传输到壳体10的外部。虽然液晶显示面板31从透明部件20隔开,由于第一区域大于第三区域,液晶显示面板31的图像可以以预定视角显示到观众。
阳光可以通过透明部件20的第一区域、光学薄膜的第二区域和液晶显示面板31的第三区域传输。由于液晶显示面板31从透明部件20隔开,入射在透明部件20的第一区域上的全部阳光可以根据入射角不传输到光学薄膜和/或液晶显示面板31。
如上述所显示,空气通过液晶显示面板和透明部件之间的间隙流动并且到电路,以防止由阳光恶化液晶显示面板,并且防止电路由于阳光或电路的工作而过热,并且光学薄膜设置在透明部件和液晶显示面板之间,以防止液晶显示面板上显示的图像的对比度被阳光降低,从而改善显示在液晶显示面板上的图像的可视性。
虽然已证明和描述了本发明总的构思的几个实施例,本领域技术人员将理解,在不背离总的发明构思的原则和精神的情况下,在这些实施例中可以有变化,本发明的范围限定在附后权利要求以及其等价物中。
Claims (12)
1.一种户外显示装置,包括:
壳体,具有形成在其前部处的开口、空气被引入通过的进气口和空气被排出通过的出气口;
透明部件,设置在所述开口中;
液晶显示面板模块,设置在壳体中,所述液晶显示面板模块与透明部件隔开以在它们之间限定第一间隙,并且在所述液晶显示面板模块的前侧处设置有液晶显示面板以显示图像;
电路,设置在所述液晶显示面板模块的后部处,并且与壳体的后部隔开以限定第二间隙;
光学薄膜,在与所述液晶显示面板模块的液晶显示面板对应的位置处设置在所述透明部件的内部;和
空气循环装置,用于分配通过进气口引入的空气,以使被分配的空气通过透明部件和液晶显示面板之间的所述第一间隙和通过所述电路,并且通过所述出气口排出,
其中所述空气循环装置包括分隔结构,所述分隔结构将所述空气循环装置与所述壳体分隔开,
其中所述光学薄膜包括:偏光膜,所述偏光膜具有与通过液晶显示面板的光线相同的光轴;和1/4波长板,所述1/4波长板将液晶显示面板上显示的图像的光轴转换成圆形偏振光;以及
所述分隔结构限定第一排出口和第二排出口,所述第一排出口和第二排出口用于将通过进气口引入的空气分别引导到所述第一间隙和所述第二间隙。
2.根据权利要求1所述的户外显示装置,其中所述偏光膜的表面面积等于或大于液晶显示面板的有效显示区域的表面面积,并且等于或小于透明部件的表面面积。
3.根据权利要求1所述的户外显示装置,其中所述偏光膜和所述1/4波长板的表面面积等于或大于液晶显示面板的有效显示区域的表面面积,并且等于或小于透明部件的表面面积。
4.根据权利要求1所述的户外显示装置,还包括:
防静电薄膜,设置在透明部件和/或液晶显示面板处以抑制静电的产生。
5.根据权利要求1所述的户外显示装置,还包括:
防反光膜,设置在透明部件和/或液晶显示面板处,以减少光的反射。
6.根据权利要求1所述的户外显示装置,其中:
所述空气循环装置设置在壳体的下部处,
所述进气口设置在壳体的下部处,和
所述出气口设置在壳体的上部处。
7.根据权利要求1所述的户外显示装置,其中通过进气口引入的空气被分配成使得空气的第一部分通过透明部件和液晶显示面板之间的所述第一间隙并通过所述出气口排出,和使得空气的第二部分通过所述电路并通过所述出气口排出。
8.根据权利要求1所述的户外显示装置,其中:
所述液晶显示面板模块还包括背光单元,所述背光单元被设置成将光照射到液晶显示面板,并且
所述电路包括驱动单元、信号处理单元和电源单元,所述驱动单元驱动液晶显示面板和背光单元,所述信号处理单元接收在液晶显示面板上的外部信号和控制液晶显示面板以显示对应于外部信号的图像,所述电源单元转换和分配外部电力到驱动单元和信号处理单元。
9.根据权利要求1所述的户外显示装置,其中,所述空气循环装置包括:
吹风扇;
转动吹风扇的驱动电机;和
导管,所述吹风扇设置在所述导管中,所述导管具有所述第一排出口以将从吹风扇排出的空气的第一部分引导到透明部件和液晶显示面板之间的所述第一间隙。
10.根据权利要求9所述的户外显示装置,其中所述导管包括所述第二排出口,以将从吹风扇排出的空气的第二部分引导到所述电路。
11.根据权利要求10所述的户外显示装置,其中由第一排出口所引导的所述空气的第一部分是从吹风扇排出的空气的约70%,并且由第二排出口所引导的所述空气的第二部分是从吹风扇排出的空气的约30%。
12.根据权利要求1所述的户外显示装置,还包括:
第一过滤器,设置在所述进气口内部,以从通过进气口引入的空气中去除灰尘;和
第二过滤器,设置在所述出气口内部,以从通过出气口排出的空气中去除灰尘。
