地面负压控套装置,包括控套缸体,控套缸体具有缸筒、上缸盖、下缸盖、活塞、活塞杆,其特征在于:上缸盖设有吸气孔和出气孔,与吸气孔连通的吸气管上接有吸气单向阀,与出气孔连通的连管上接有排气单向阀,吸气管输入端与吸气过滤器连通或与油桶连通。所述的控套缸体上装有摆轴,摆轴与摆轴支座轴孔活动连接。本技术使加油操作省时省力,不浪费油,减轻了维修工人的劳动强度和作业安全性,润滑系统正常供油保证了设备安全运行,提高了设备的使用寿命。

地面负压控套装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于油田与抽油机配套使用的增油设备。
背景技术
地面负压控套装置是装在油田抽油机井架上,通过管道连接在油井套管与油气分离机之间的增油设备,其作用能使套管内保持一定的气压,并将套管内多余的油气送到油气分离机中。现有的缸体上端设有呼吸孔,加润滑油时,操作工人将油桶插入呼吸孔内,通过手工挤压油桶向缸体内注油。但是受活塞返回的挤压力,进入缸体内的润滑油、特别是还留在注油孔通道内的润滑油一部分又喷出缸体外,造成润滑油浪费,设备的润滑系统不正常,容易出现卡缸等机械故障,设备使用寿命降低,也增加了维修的工作量。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种地面负压控套装置,本装置能克服现有技术的缺点,确保设备运行润滑效果好,省油。
本发明的技术方案是:地面负压控套装置,包括控套缸体,控套缸体具有缸筒、上缸盖、下缸盖、活塞、活塞杆,其特征在于:上缸盖设有吸气孔和出气孔,与吸气孔连通的吸气管上接有吸气单向阀,与出气孔连通的连管上接有排气单向阀,吸气管输入端与吸气过滤器连通或与油桶连通。所述的控套缸体上装有摆轴,摆轴与摆轴支座轴孔活动连接。
本技术在控套缸体上将吸气孔和出气孔分别设置,并分别与单向阀连接,将吸气管道连接油桶,利用活塞运动时将润滑油吸入缸体,而润滑油只有单向流入,不能回流,由于润滑系统得到了正常的供油效果,保证了设备顺畅运行,本技术使加油操作省时省力,不浪费油,减轻了维修工人的劳动强度和作业安全性,提高了设备的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
地面负压控套装置是安装在油井套管与油气分离机之间的增油设备,本技术为了解决控套润滑油反喷、浪费油,造成润滑系统不能正常运行的问题,设计了一套自动加油装置,地面负压控套装置,包括控套缸体,控套缸体具有缸筒8、上缸盖6、下缸盖11、活塞10、活塞杆9,控套缸体上可装摆轴13,摆轴13与摆轴支座14轴孔活动连接,上缸盖6内设有吸气孔4和出气孔7,与吸气孔连通的吸气管2上接有吸气单向阀3,与出气孔7连通的连管上接有排气单向阀5,吸气管2输入端与吸气过滤器1连通或与油桶12连通。当缸体内需要加油时,可将吸气管上的吸气过滤器卸下来,然后把吸气管插入油桶内,当活塞下行时,排气单向阀自动闭合,吸气单向阀自动开启,桶内的润滑油被吸入缸体内实现注油;当活塞上行时,吸气单向阀闭合,排气单向阀开启,缸体内的气体经排气单向阀排出,而润滑油不能回流,由于出气孔在缸体内的端口方向朝下,润滑油不能进入出气孔。经活塞上下往复3-5次,即可完成加油工作,之后吸气管端再换成吸气过滤器。本技术的吸气管与吸气过滤器连接能防止灰尘进入缸体,与油桶连接时,润滑油可被活塞运动吸入缸体内实现自动注油。

1.地面负压控套装置,包括控套缸体,控套缸体具有缸筒、上缸盖、下缸盖、活塞、活塞杆,其特征在于:上缸盖设有吸气孔和出气孔,与吸气孔连通的吸气管上接有吸气单向阀,与出气孔连通的连管上接有排气单向阀,吸气管输入端与吸气过滤器连通或与油桶连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的地面负压控套装置,其特征在于:控套缸体上装有摆轴,摆轴与摆轴支座轴孔活动连接。
