技术领域
本发明的用于机动车辆CNG容器夹具和固定装置是基于机械工程知识和产品设计的知识领域。
背景技术
为响应泰国政府的政策,在面对由于超出可合理控制范围的外部因素而导致的不稳定石油价格的危机后,该政策鼓励使用替代能源。压缩天然气或CNG是为国内和国际机动车辆所有者接受的一种替代能源。因而,用于机动车辆的CNG容器的夹具和固定装置通过着重于方便快速安装和保养(包括驾驶员的安全性和经济性)而得以发展和发明。此外,通过减少CNG设置设备的引进也为国家节约了大量资金。这也为泰国的机动车辆工业提供了附加值,从而使其增加了国内的资金流并允许国家以自给自足的方式通过依赖现存的能源和潜力得以进步和发展。
本发明的说明和目的
本发明使用技术和设备用于改进安装的形式,此类技术和设备设计成用于制造用于机动车辆的CNG容器专用夹具和固定装置。该设备将安装于托架下方的插接梁(splice beam)和天然气容器支撑组件,并且该设备将由联接器锁定以用于其强度以及安装有CNG容器的车辆的所有者的较高安全性。
发明内容
本发明涉及用于机动车辆的CNG容器的夹具,该夹具包括:
下连接器6,该下连接器为U形或C形的并被钻孔且通过螺母连接至车辆的用于支撑夹具的托架上设置的孔,其中在托架下方安装有插接梁,插接梁具有与托架的孔对应的孔,下连接器6覆盖插接梁;
上连接器2,上连接器具有以倾斜角为45°-60°折叠的翼,上连接器2覆盖托架并具有与托架的孔对应的孔;
位于上连接器2上用于支撑CNG容器的支撑杆3,撑杆3具有与上连接器2的孔对应的孔;
用于当紧固时保持螺杆张紧的螺杆箱4,螺杆箱4插入插接梁与托架之间的间隙中;
以及带有固定装置的容器支撑组件5,容器支撑组件用于锁定CNG容器,
其中,下连接器6和上连接器2被装配成用于将容器支撑组件5与车辆的托架和插接梁锁定。
优选地,支撑杆为圆柱体或角形类型的。
本发明是对用于将CNG容器保持至托架下的插接梁的部件的发明,这些部件分为用于保持容器的部件和安装于托架下方的插接梁的零件。所有部件均是在汽车配件制造标准下设计和形成的。
部件发明和安装过程:
1.对金属板钻孔;将其折叠并形成U形轮廓;将其与螺母连接并在车辆底部托架下方利用其覆盖插接梁;
2.对金属板钻孔,将其折叠并形成为其两侧的翼的倾斜角应为45°-60°并利用其作为连接器覆盖托架的顶部;
3.在圆柱体形或角形金属中形成孔以用于放置天然气容器;
4.通过切割无缝件制成螺杆箱(螺杆壳体,screw case),以用于当紧固时用于保持螺钉张紧;
5.准备待安装至机动车辆的天然气容器支撑组件;
安装步骤
1.在托架上形成通孔以用于根据安装天然气容器支撑组件的夹具和固定装置所需的位置紧固螺钉;在托架下方的插接梁上形成孔并用防锈漆涂覆孔;
2.通过连接器2覆盖托架,连接器以45°-60°的倾斜角折叠;在与托架的横梁的中部形成的孔的相同位置中在连接器上设置孔;
3.在连接器2上放置用于圆柱体容器的支撑杆3并且在与连接器2上孔的相同位置中设置其孔;
4.在上述支撑杆3上放置天然气容器支撑组件5并且在与上述支撑杆3上的孔的相同位置中设置其孔;
5.将螺杆箱4插入梁与托架之间的间隙中;
6.连接长连接器1和托架的插接梁并在与上述插接梁上的孔的相同位置中设置螺钉孔;
7.旋拧螺钉穿过天然气容器支撑组件5的、用于圆柱体容器组件的支撑杆3、上连接器2、托架表面、螺杆箱4、位于托架下方的梁的孔,并且通过上连接器1紧固螺钉;
8.在完成安装步骤后检查螺钉的张紧;
9.在另一侧的末端处安装另一上连接器组件;
10.根据上述步骤通过使用较短的下连接器6安装另外两个锁定组件。

Claims (2)

1.用于机动车辆的CNG容器的夹具,所述夹具包括:
下连接器(6),所述下连接器为U形或C形的并被钻孔且通过螺母连接至所述车辆的用于支撑所述夹具的托架上设置的孔,其中在所述托架下方安装有插接梁,所述插接梁具有与所述托架的孔对应的孔,所述下连接器(6)覆盖所述插接梁;
上连接器(2),所述上连接器具有以倾斜角为45°-60°折叠的翼,所述上连接器(2)覆盖所述托架并具有与所述托架的孔对应的孔;
位于所述上连接器(2)上用于支撑所述CNG容器的支撑杆(3),所述撑杆(3)具有与所述上连接器(2)的孔对应的孔;
用于当紧固时保持螺杆张紧的螺杆箱(4),所述螺杆箱(4)插入所述插接梁与所述托架之间的间隙中;
以及带有固定装置的容器支撑组件(5),所述容器支撑组件用于锁定所述CNG容器,
其中,所述下连接器(6)和所述上连接器(2)被装配成用于将所述容器支撑组件(5)与所述车辆的托架和所述插接梁锁定。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于机动车辆的CNG容器的夹具,其特征在于,所述支撑杆为圆柱体或角形类型的。
