Description

本发明涉及具有独特头发定型效果的头发定型组合物。它是通过使用含有某些头发定型聚合物和溶剂的头发定型组合物实现的，该溶剂将所述聚合物分散到水基质中作为独立的液相。
在清洗、干燥和定型人们的头发时要求一些最终效果。首先，最明显的是人们要求头发彻底地洗净。最希望这样一种头发保持过程：即在前后两次洗发之间能保持头发的式样和头发的清洁感。并且，在清洗和定型后，人们希望头发易于梳理，无静电，易整理，且感觉柔软。
最后，人们要求能使得头发定型完善的头发保护程序或结果，尤其是定型成功和保持。人们普遍希望使头发保持特别式样。这种定型的保持一般是通过下列两种方法之一实现的：即永久性化学改变或发型/形式暂时改变。暂时的改变可通过水或香波取消。暂时的发型改变一般在洗头和/或修整后，通过使用一第三独立组合物或组合物去弄潮头发实现的。通常用作有利成型的材料有树脂或树胶，而且采用摩丝（沫丝淋）、凝胶、洗液或喷雾形式。最常用的是将组合物应用于用水弄潮的头发，然后梳理或用其它方式涂敷，再使头发干燥或吹干头发。
头发定型将大大取决于所使用的材料。暂时头发定型产品典型地使用粘性聚合物，该聚合物是可溶于乙醇或水的硬性聚合物，并且其玻璃化温度远高于定型头发所需温度。这样具有高玻璃化温度的粘性聚合物在1973年7月3日授予Viont和Papantoniou的美国专利3743715、1979年8月21日授予 Chakrabarti的美国专利4165367和1980年9月16日授予Chakrabarti的美国专利4223009中已揭示，在这里结合参考这些公开文件。典型的使用是将这些粘性聚合物溶解在乙醇或水溶剂中，然后当头发干燥时溶剂蒸发，形成头发纤维间的刚性结合。这些头发纤维结合是传统头发定型产品的发型保持性能的基础。一旦这些结合松散了，则发型不能保持，除非加入合适的聚合物溶剂，再溶解粘性聚合物并在头发干燥时再形成头发纤维结合。

现已发现使用头发定型组合物能达到最佳头发定型和保持效果，该头发定型组合物包括某些头发定型聚合物和该头发定型聚合物的某些溶剂和一水基质，其中聚合物/溶剂混合物分散在水基质中作为独立相。
现已发现本发明头发定型组合物容易做到头发定型。
还发现本发明头发定型组合物取得良好的发型保持效果而不使头发发硬或发粘/感觉有点粘。
还发现上文所述产品在某种程度上提供了对头发再成型的效果。
因此，本发明的一个目的是配制改进头发定型效果的头发定型组合物。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种改进的头发定型方法。
这些和其它目的将很容易地从下文的详细描述中体现出来。
本发明涉及头发定型组合物，其组成是：
a.约0.2%至20%的头发定型聚合物，其中：
A.0%至大约50%可聚合的亲水单体（MA），或它的混合物;以及
B.大约50%至100%的可聚合疏水单体（MB），或它的混合物;
所述聚合物的分子量大约为5，000至1，000，000， 玻璃化温度Tg高于大约-20℃，及其溶度参数δ大约为8.5至12.0;

定型剂
本发明的定型组合物包括作为基本组分的某些头发定型聚合物。正是这一组分使使用者获得了头发定型效果。
众所周知有许多种头发固定聚合物用作定型剂。聚合物系列的例子已被1965年12月7日授予Grosser等的美国专利32223291971年5月4日授予Kobut等的美国专利3577517、1977年3月15日授予Farber的美国专利4012501、1981年6月9日授予Papantoniou和Mondet的美国专利4272511和1980年4月1日授予Gehman等的美国专利4196190揭示。

本定型聚合物必须包括至少一种可聚合的疏水性单体。聚合物可以是疏水单体的均聚物或共聚物。换句话说，本定型聚合物也可以是一种亲水单体和一疏水单体的共聚物或它们的混合物。因此，本头发定型聚合物包括从0%至大约50%的可聚合亲水单体（MA）或它的混合物和从大约50%至100%的可聚合疏水性单体（MB）或它的混合物。当然，如果定型聚合物包括MA单体和MB单体，那么单体之间必须是相互可共聚的。

（醋酸乙烯酯/巴豆酸共聚物90/10）、BASF以商品名称为Luviset CAP 〔醋酸乙烯酯/丙酸乙烯酯/巴豆酸（50/40/10）〕以及National Starch以商品名称为Resyn 28-2930 （醋酸乙烯酯/新癸酸乙烯酯/巴豆酸共聚物）出售的定型树脂。本发明使用的最佳共聚物是包括至多30%乙烯基吡咯烷酮的乙烯基吡咯烷酮和醋酸乙烯酯共聚物。
本发明组合物包含的聚合物定型剂含量大约从0.2%至20%，最好大约是2%至6%。当含量约低于0.2%时，不能达到本发明头发定型保持效果。
聚合物溶剂
本头发定型组合物第二组基本组分是定型聚合物的非水溶剂或稀释剂。该溶剂作为聚合物的稀释是必要的，以便它能分散到水载体基质中去。本溶剂借助于能在头发干燥和成型过程中使涂覆在头上的聚合物更粘，从而成功地成型。因此，该聚合物保持粘附于头发，故能容易地将头发做成所需要的发型。选择用于本调节剂组合物的特定聚合物必须溶于所用的特定溶剂。这能使作为分散液相的聚合物/溶剂 混合物在水基质定型组合物中分散和分散第二相的保持。因此本发明聚合物溶剂在25℃时在水中具有大于0.2%的溶解度，最好大于约0.5%，甚至高达100%，但最好不超过10%。某些完全溶于水的溶剂在定型组合物中将不继续同聚合物一起保持分散液相，它们将进入水载体基质中，且破坏在定型组合物中聚合物和溶剂的分散相。本发明的许多溶剂材料仅当单独分散在本定型组合物的水载体基质中时才会溶解。但已发现，当本发明的溶剂在分散到本发明的定型组合物前，预先与本发明的某聚合物预混合时，它们将保持聚合物相，即不溶于水载体基质。
聚合物溶剂还必须是挥发性的。当聚合物/溶剂混合物在头发上沉积时，溶剂挥发，留在头发上的仅仅是定型聚合物，这样提供了最大定型效果。一般地说，本发明聚合物溶剂的沸点低于或约等于300℃。
另外，在通常使用情况下，聚合物溶剂不能与聚合物定型剂相互作用从而降低定型效果。因此，溶剂必须具有足够高的纯度和足够低的毒性，以便使它们适应于人类的头发。
在头发定型组合物中需要加入较多亲水溶剂，因为它们使用安全，往往具有更令人喜爱的美学上的物理特性，而且因为它们往往比其它聚合物溶剂价格便宜。
已知的可用于本发明的具体聚合物溶剂材料包括异丙醇、丁醇、戊醇、苯基乙醇、苄醇、丁酸乙酯、丁酸异丙酯、苯基乙基二甲基甲醇、及其混合物。在这里使用的优选溶剂是苄醇、丁酸乙酯、苯基乙醇、苯基乙基二甲基甲醇，及其混合物。
用于本定型组合物溶剂的量需足以溶解聚合物并使其作为独立液 相分散在水载体基质中。一般来说，所用聚合物溶剂大约从0.2%至20%，最好是大约2%至6%。溶剂含量低于大约0.2%时，将不能充分地稀释定型聚合物。在本组合物中，聚合物与溶剂之比大约从10∶90至80∶20，最好大约从40∶60至60∶40。
1989年6月14日公开的欧洲专利公开0320218，和1989年7月12日公开的欧洲专利公开0323715揭示了用于头发护理组合物中包括香波和洗净头发调理剂的某些头发定型聚合物和溶剂。欧洲专利公开0323715记载了具有非常低水溶度的聚合物和溶剂系列（聚合物水溶度低于0.1%，稀释剂的水溶度低于0.2%），它们被作为独立的液相分散在头发护理组合物中。
这里的头发定型组合物可包含各种各样的使之在美容上或在美学上更能被接受或使它们具有另一些有用效益的其它任选成分。本领域熟练人员公知这些常规任选成分有：遮光剂;防腐剂，例如苄醇、Glydant、Kathon、对羟基苯甲酸甲酯、对羟基苯甲酸丙酯和咪唑烷基尿素;氯化钠;硫酸钠;聚乙烯醇;乙醇;PH调节剂，例如柠檬酸、柠檬酸钠、琥珀酸、磷酸、磷酸一钠、磷酸二钠、氢氧化钠和碳酸钠;着色剂，例如任何FD&C或D&C涂料;香料;多价螯合剂，例如1，2-乙二胺四乙酸二钠;聚合物增塑剂，例如甘油和丙二醇。一般地说，这些任选成分各占定型组合物的大约0.01%至10.0%，最好约占0.05%至5%。
正如所有组合物的情况一样，本发明不应包含那些过分影响本定型组合物发型保持性能的可选组分。
本发明组合物可配制成各种各样产品类型，这些将包括用于并保存在头发上的定型剂，例如头发增强剂、凝胶或喷雾剂。也包括用于 头发的洗净定型产品，例如，人们淋浴后从头发上清洗掉。在整个清洗过程中聚合物和溶剂将沉淀并保留在头发上。
为了本发明某些组合物在水基质中保留聚合物/溶剂分散液相（如，低粘性组合物），必须向该组合物加入乳化剂和/或悬浮剂。任何典型的乳化剂（例如，非离子的、阴离子的、两性离子的、两性的或阳离子的表面活化剂）或悬浮剂都可使用。
本发明定型组合物，如果配制成头发定型凝胶还应包括增稠剂和粘性改良剂，例如长链脂肪酸的二乙醇酰胺（如PEG3月桂二乙醇酰胺），月桂酰胺DEA、可可单乙醇酰胺、聚二甲基硅氧烷共多醇、瓜耳胶、合成生物聚合胶、甲基纤维素、羟乙基纤维素、淀粉和淀粉衍生物，及聚丙烯酸。这样的增稠剂还有助于保持聚合物/溶剂在组合物基质中的分散相。
本发明定型组合物的剩余物包括水和与一些其它不影响本组合物定型效益的载体材料结合的水。一般地说，本发明组合物包含大约60%至99.6%的水。
可使用传统配制和混合技术制备本发明的头发定型组合物。必须首先将聚合物溶解在聚合物溶剂中，其余的组分在一个独立容器中混合，然后加入聚合物/溶剂混合物。制备不同类型头发定型组合物的方法在下面例子中进行描述。
应用传统方法使用本发明的头发定型组合物可获得本发明的头发定型效益。通常这种方法包括用有效量的定型产品湿化或干化头发。所说的“有效量”是考虑到头发的长度和结构，足以达到所需头发定型效果的量。用本发明组合物处理头发后，使用者用常规方法将头发 定型。
下面的例子描述了本发明，可理解为包括没有偏移本发明精神和范围，用美容组合物制备技术的技能对本发明的其它改型。
所有的份数、百分比和比例在这里都以重量计，另有说明的除外。
实施例    1
下面是一本发明水基质头发定型增强组合物的典型实施例。

聚乙烯吡咯烷酮/醋酸乙烯酯（5/95）    3.00

羟丙基甲基纤维素    0.40

该产品的制备是首先将聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮/醋酸乙烯酯（5/95）共聚物溶解在苄醇中，其余的组分在加热和搅拌下，在一独立的容器中混合。然后将聚合物/溶剂混合物加入热的或已冷却的其余组分中。
这种定型增强产品提供了最佳头发定型和发型保持效果。
实施例    Ⅱ
下面是一本发明水基质头发定型凝胶组合物的典型例。

1增稠剂可从B.F.Boodrich公司买到。
该产品的制备首先是将聚丙烯酸叔丁酯溶解到正丁酸乙酯中。其余的组分在加热和搅拌下在一独立容器中混合，然后将聚合物/溶剂混合物加入热的或已冷却的其它组分中。
这种定型凝胶产品提供了最佳头发定型和头型保持效果。
实施例    Ⅲ
下面是一本发明水基质头发喷雾组合物典型例。

Claims (20)

1、一种头发定型组合物，其特征在于该组合物包含：
a.0.2%至20%的头发定型聚合物，该聚合物包含：
A.0%至50%的可聚合亲水单体(MA)或其混合物；
B.50%至100%的可聚合疏水单体(MB)或其混合物；
所述聚合物的分子量是5，000至1，000，000，玻璃化温度Tg高于-20℃，溶度参数δ是8.5至12.0；
b.0.2%至20%的溶解所述聚合物的非水溶剂，该溶剂的沸点低于或等于300℃，并且在25℃时在水中的溶解度大于0.2%；
c.剩余的是水载体；
其中，聚合物和溶剂存在于头发定型组合物中作为分散的液相，聚合物对溶剂之比是10∶90至80∶20。
2、权利要求1所述头发定型组合物，其中δ是9.5至11.5。
3、权利要求2所述头发定型组合物，其中δ是11至11.5。
4、权利要求3所述头发定型组合物，其中，疏水单体选自：C1-C18醇的丙烯酸酯;C1-C18醇的甲基丙烯酸酯;苯乙烯;聚苯乙烯大分子;醋酸乙烯酯;氯乙烯;1，1-二氯乙烯;丙酸乙烯酯;α-甲基苯乙烯;叔丁基苯乙烯;丁二烯;环己二烯;乙烯;丙烯;乙烯基甲苯;甲基丙烯酸甲氧基乙酯;及它们的混合物。
5、权利要求3所述头发定型组合物，其中头发定型聚合物既含有可聚合的亲水单体又含有可聚合的疏水单体。
6、权利要求5所述头发定型组合物，其中亲水单体选自：丙烯酸;甲基丙烯酸;N，N-二甲基丙烯酰胺;甲基丙烯酸二甲氨基乙酯;甲基丙烯酰胺;N-叔丁基丙烯酰胺;马来酸;马来酸酐;马来酸酐半酯;巴豆酸;衣康酸;丙烯酰胺;丙烯酸酯醇;甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯;乙烯基吡咯烷酮;乙烯基醚;马来酰亚胺;乙烯基吡啶;乙烯基咪唑;苯乙烯磺酸酯;烯丙基醇;乙烯基醇;乙烯基己内酰胺，及它们的混合物。
7、权利要求6所述头发定型组合物，其中疏水单体选自：C1-C18醇的丙烯酸酯;C1-C18醇的甲基丙烯酸酯;苯乙烯;聚苯乙烯大分子;醋酸乙烯酯;氯乙烯;1，1-二氯乙烯;丙酸乙烯酯;α-甲基苯乙烯;叔丁基苯乙烯;丁二烯;环己二烯;乙烯;丙烯;乙烯基甲苯;甲基丙烯酸甲氧基乙酯，及它们的混合物。
8、权利要求1所述头发定型组合物，其中头发定型聚合物选自：乙烯基吡咯烷酮/醋酸乙烯酯共聚物;丙烯酸叔丁酯均聚物;叔丁基苯乙烯/甲基丙烯酸乙基己酯共聚物（50/50）;二甲基丙烯酰胺/丙烯酸叔丁酯/甲基丙烯酸乙基己酯共聚物（10/45/45）;乙烯/醋酸乙烯共聚物（12.5/87.5）;苯乙烯/烯丙醇共聚物（81/19）;氯乙烯/醋酸乙烯酯共聚物（83/17及更低比例）;乙烯基吡咯烷酮/醋酸乙烯酯/丙烯酸丁酯共聚物（10/78/12和10/70/20）;乙烯基吡咯烷酮/醋酸乙烯酯/丙烯酸丁酯/苯乙烯磺酸酯共聚物（10/70/15/5）;乙烯基吡咯烷酮/丙酸乙烯酯共聚物（5/95）;乙烯基己内酰胺/醋酸乙烯酯共聚物（5/95）;丙烯酸乙酯/丙烯酸/N-叔丁基丙烯酰胺共聚物;醋酸乙烯酯/巴豆酸共聚物（90/10）;醋酸乙烯酯/丙酸乙烯酯/巴豆酸（50/40/10）;酯酸乙烯酯/新癸酸乙烯酯/巴豆酸共聚物;及它们的混合物。
9、权利要求1所述头发定型组合物，其中组合物中的头发定型聚合物的含量是2%至6%。
10、权利要求9所述头发定型组合物，其中头发定型聚合物是乙烯基吡咯烷酮/醋酸乙烯酯共聚物。
11、权利要求1所述头发定型组合物，其中溶剂在25℃时在水中的溶解度高于0.5%。
12、权利要求11所述头发定型组合物，其中溶剂的含量是2%至6%。
13、权利要求12的头发定型组合物，其中头发定型聚合物的溶剂选自：异丙醇、丁醇、戊醇、苯乙醇、苄醇、丁酸乙酯、丁酸异丙酯、苯乙基二甲基甲醇，及其混合物。
14、权利要求13所述头发定型组合物，其中聚合物对溶剂之比是40∶60至60∶40。
15、权利要求10所述头发定型组合物，其中头发定型聚合物的溶剂选自：苄醇、丁酸乙酯、苯乙醇、苯乙基二甲基甲醇，及其混合物。
16、一种头发定型组合物，其特征在于该组合物包含：
a.2%至6%的选自乙烯基吡咯烷酮/醋酸乙烯酯共聚物的头发定型聚合物，其分子量为10，000至200，000，Tg为20℃至60℃，溶度参数δ为11至11.5;
b.2%至6%选自苄醇、丁酸乙酯、苯基乙醇、苯乙基二甲基甲醇及其混合物的溶解所述聚合物的非水溶剂;
c.剩余的是水载体;
其中，聚合物和溶剂存在于头发定型组合物中作为分散液相，聚合物对溶剂之比是40∶60至60∶40。
17、一种头发定型组合物，其特征在于该组合物包含：
a.2%至6%的选自丙烯酸叔丁酯均聚物的头发定型聚合物，其分子量是10，000至200，000，Tg是20℃至60℃;
b.2%至6%选自苄醇、丁酸乙酯、苯乙醇、苯乙基二甲基甲醇及其混合物的溶解所述聚合物的非水溶剂;
c.剩余的是水载体;
其中，聚合物和溶剂存在于头发定型组合物中作为分散液相，聚合物对溶剂之比是40∶60至60∶40。
18、一种对头发提供定型效果的方法，该方法包括将权利要求1的头发定型组合物施加于头发。
19、一种对头发提供定型效果的方法，该方法包括将权利要求16的头发定型组合物施加于头发。
20、一种对头发提供定型效果的方法，该方法包括将权利要求17的头发定型组合物施加于头发。
