Abstract
含有分散在甘油二酸酯或甘油三酸酯油,如大豆油和水包油型表面活性剂中的亲水的、水溶性的或水可溶胀的聚合物的微颗粒的液体分散聚合物组合物,该聚合物优选是丙烯酸基聚合物,该组合物可用于制备微颗粒增稠体系,用来将含水或含水/有机组合物增稠,特别用于个人护理和药物的配方中。叙述了这种液体分散聚合物组合物的制备方法和应用。

发明领域
本发明涉及包括分散的聚合物相、连续的载体相和表面活性剂的液体分散聚合物组合物、其制备方法以及这种液体分散聚合物组合物在制备能够增稠含水组合物或含水/有机组合物的微颗粒增稠体系中的应用。更具体说,本发明涉及含有亲水的、水溶性的或可溶胀的聚合物的微颗粒的液体分散聚合物组合物,该聚合物优选是丙烯酸基聚合物,它分散在甘油二酸酯或甘油三酸酯油载体相和水包油型表面活性剂中,本发明还涉及此组合物的制备方法和这种液体分散聚合物组合物在制备能够增稠含水组合物或含水/有机组合物的微颗粒增稠体系中的应用,特别是在个人护理和药物配方中的应用。
增稠剂广泛地用于个人护理配方中,比如化妆配方和药物配方,以影响美观、产品应用以及活性原料的悬浮和传送。聚合物增稠剂在此目的上已应用多年。已经应用的聚合物增稠剂的类型,可以从天然的胶,如瓜尔胶经改性的天然材料,如羟乙基纤维素,直到合成增稠剂,如基于聚丙烯酸类的Carbomer。
由Ciba Specialty Chemicals公司(High Point,NC)提供的Salcare系列液体分散聚合物是一类在疏水载体介质中的微颗粒丙烯酸基聚合增稠剂。SalcareSC91是基于丙烯酸钠聚合物和矿物油载体,并含有PPG-1 trideceth-6作为活化剂表面活性剂的阴离子增稠剂。SalcareSC92是含有polyquaterium32和矿物油的阳离子共聚物增稠剂和调理剂。SalcareSC95和SalcareSC96是阳离子均聚物增稠剂和调理剂。SalcareSC95在带有PPG-1 trideceth-6的矿物油中含有polyquaterium37。SalcareSC96在带有PPG-1trideceth-6的二辛酸二癸酸丙二醇酯中含有polyquaterium37。
上述亲水丙烯酸类聚合物的小球形微颗粒,无论其电荷是阴离子还是阳离子的,其典型的粒度都在0.1~2μm之间,而平均粒度为0.5~1.0μm。此聚合物微颗粒优选是通过油包水的聚合路线,由水溶性乙烯基加成单体聚合的方法制造的。
在把任一上述的液体分散聚合物搅到含水体系中时,活化剂表面活性剂就把疏水的载体转变为水包油型乳液。术语“活化剂表面活性剂”意味着是一种能够使疏水载体活化为水包油型乳液的表面活性剂。与此同时,亲水聚合物展开在水里,但并不溶解,这样导致粘度平稳而迅速地增大。聚合物颗粒的溶胀一般能得到微颗粒增稠体系,它包括典型粒度为直径2.5~5μm的聚合物颗粒。由于渗透作用,水分子进入小聚合物颗粒,聚合物颗粒所经历的渗透作用是在体系中存在的水和任何电解质之间的平衡。因此,高电解质含量降低了聚合物颗粒的溶胀。
微颗粒增稠体系具有假塑性的流变特性,在低剪切速率下,这给出良好的稳定性和悬浮特性(比如将产品放置时所经历的情况),而在高剪切速率下有低的表观粘度,这相当于有优异的“擦入”(rub-in)特性。
如上所述,上面的Salcare液体分散聚合物的连续有机载体相可以是矿物油,也可以是合成二醇酯,二辛酸二癸酸丙二醇酯。已知矿物油能够给皮肤提供良好的阻隔性能。不过现在人们发现,含有亲水的、水溶性的或可溶胀聚合物的微颗粒作为分散聚合物相、甘油二酸酯或甘油三酸酯油作为连续有机载体相和水包油型表面活性剂的液体分散聚合物组合物能够给个人护理的最终用户提供许多优点。就象已知的Salcare液体分散聚合物一样,本发明的液体分散聚合物提供了微颗粒增稠体系,其在浓度为0.1~8wt%,优选在1~6wt%时就能够对含水或含水/有机个人护理配方给出有效的增稠效果。然而此外,它们可以将液体分散聚合物的增稠效果和化妆上可接受的甘油二酸酯或甘油三酸酯载体油的优点结合在一起。这样,得到的水包油型微颗粒增稠乳液就能够给皮肤护理配方提供优异的润湿性能和优异的润肤性能,导致皮肤光滑并有良好的弹性。此外,由于活化剂保留在溶胀的颗粒之外,其它合成或天然油,包括硅油在内,就很容易乳化,无需计算HLB值、加热、中和或使用另外的乳化剂。这意味着可使用简单的室温制造方法,在较短的制造时间内,用此增稠剂制造个人护理乳液,且可能包括两个相的多个成分可以在一个容器中混合,然后再加入增稠剂。另外,通过选择适当的阳离子或阴离子聚合物,可以得到与各种阳离子或阴离子辅助成分相容的增稠组合物。
发明概述
在本发明的一个方面,提供一种液体分散聚合物组合物,其包括一种亲水的、水溶性的或可溶胀的聚合物作为分散聚合物相、一种甘油二酸酯或甘油三酸酯油作为连续有机载体相和一种水包油型表面活性剂,其中聚合物呈微颗粒的形状,其平均粒度为0.1~2μm。
液体分散聚合物组合物一般包括:
a)35~65wt%的聚合物;
b)20~50wt%的甘油二酸酯或甘油三酸酯油;以及
c)5~25wt%的表面活性剂或表面活性剂混合物,
每种比例都是以组合物的总重量为基础计。
亲水聚合物a)最好是可水溶胀的,即其充分交联到在水中能够溶胀,但是不溶解于水。它优选是丙烯酸基的。它也优选是阴离子的或者是阳离子的。
甘油二酸酯或甘油三酸酯油b)可以是天然来源或合成来源的。优选是动物或植物来源的。该油更优选是天然存在的甘油三酸酯植物油。
特别优选大豆油。
表面活性剂或表面活性剂混合物c)最好是表面活性剂的混合物。该混合物优选既包括用来制造可溶胀聚合物a)的微颗粒的表面活性剂,也包括至少一种用于随后的水包油型微颗粒增稠乳液的活化剂。此用于水包油型增稠乳液的活化剂表面活性剂占组合物的0.5~8%重量,优选为组合物的1~3%重量。现在已经发现,当液体分散聚合物组合物含有甘油二酸酯或甘油三酸酯油作为连续相时,与用极性较小的矿物油相比,需要使用的活化剂表面活性剂要少得多。此活化剂表面活性剂优选是HLB一般大于10的非离子型水包油型乳化剂。适当的这种类型的乳化剂是本领域的专业人员已知的。优选乙氧基化的醇类,而PPG 1-trideceth 6是特别优选的。
此外,该组合物可以含有不影响其基本性能的少量其它组分。这些其它组分一般可包括各自最高达约3wt%的水和挥发性有机溶剂,以及少量其它组分,这些其它组分是制备水溶性的或可溶胀的聚合物留下的。
此组合物最好包括:
a)40~60wt%的聚合物,其中该聚合物是阴离子的或阳离子的,且是水可溶胀的;
b)25~45wt%的甘油二酸酯或甘油三酸酯油,以及
c)8~20wt%的表面活性剂或表面活性剂混合物,
每个含量都是以组合物总重量为基础计的。
一种特别优选的组合物包括:
a)45~58wt%的聚合物,其中该聚合物是阴离子的或阳离子的,且是水可溶胀的;
b)30~40wt%的甘油二酸酯或甘油三酸酯油,以及
c)10~18wt%的表面活性剂的混合物,
每个含量都是以组合物总重量为基础计的。
一种更特别优选的组合物包括:
a)45~58wt%的水可溶胀的聚合物,其中该聚合物是阴离子的,65~85%的酸基是呈其钠盐的形式;
b)32~38wt%的甘油三酸酯油,
c)12~18wt%的表面活性剂的混合物,
每个含量都是以组合物总重量为基础计的。
在标为SalcareAST的上述组合物的一个最特别优选的实施方案中,甘油三酸酯油包括大豆油。
本发明的又一个方面是提供增稠的水性或含水组合物,特别是个人护理配方,其包括:
a)0.1~8wt%,优选1~6wt%的如上所述的液体分散聚合物组合物;
b)0.1~50wt%,优选2~35wt%的附加成分,例如个人护理成分,如化妆用或药物用赋形剂和/或活性成分,以及
c)45~99wt%的水或水和水可混溶的有机溶剂如低级醇的混合物。
这些组合物可以呈洗剂、乳油、软膏、凝胶或油膏的形式。
附加的组分可以是任何能够形成水包油型增稠水乳液部分的成分。化妆成分的非限定性例子包括:灭菌剂、皮肤调理剂,如乙酰化羊毛脂醇、尿囊素、库拉索芦荟、乙酰胺单乙醇胺、丙酸肉豆蔻酯、聚二甲基硅氧烷共聚醇、二甲基聚硅氧烷、润湿剂、护肤膏、润肤剂、α-羟基酸如乳酸和柠檬酸、头发调理剂,如amodimethicone、环聚甲基硅氧烷、泛醇、月桂酰胺二乙醇胺、月桂胺氧化物,以及丝蛋白、香精组分、染发剂和漂白剂、紫外线防晒剂如对氨基苯甲酸、水杨酸辛酯和甲氧基肉桂酸辛酯、“无日光”鞣剂、增白剂、驱虫剂、精油如广藿香油、薄荷油、迷迭香油、香茅油、茶树油、橙油或柠檬油、雪松木油或檀香木油、维生素和防腐剂,如对羟基苯甲酸丙酯和咪唑烷基脲。药物活性成分可以在很宽范围变化,包括打算用在皮肤和头发上局部施用的所有治疗剂,特别是治疗人类或其它哺乳动物的瘙痒、刺痛、结垢、皮肤炎症或感染、烧伤和头皮脱发等症状。
本发明的另一方面是提供治疗洗剂、乳油、软膏、凝胶或油膏的制备方法,此方法包括将0.1~8wt%,优选1~6wt%的如上所述液体分散聚合物混合到含有0.1~50wt%的至少一种治疗剂和/或赋形剂的含水或含水/有机组合物中。
本发明的再一个方面是提供一种皮肤的局部治疗方法,该方法包括在需要此种治疗的人类或其它哺乳动物的皮肤、面部或头皮上涂敷如上所定义的组合物。治疗的类型将取决于在该组合物中溶解或悬浮的活性成分。比如,该组合物可以含有护肤膏、面部润湿乳油或洗剂、面部清洗剂、手或身体洗剂、喷雾润湿剂、紫外线防晒霜或洗剂、“无日光”鞣剂乳油或洗剂、皮肤漂白乳油或洗剂、脱毛乳油或洗剂、头发调理乳油或洗剂、染发乳油或洗剂、剃须前或剃须后用膏、洗剂或凝胶、消炎乳油、洗剂、油膏或凝胶、太阳灼伤的治疗乳油或洗剂。
从下面的叙述和实施例,本发明的其它方面将变得显而易见。这些实施例仅用来说明本发明的某些方面,而不对其构成限制。
发明详述
在本发明中使用的亲水、水可溶胀的丙烯酸基液体分散聚合物组合物可以是阴离子的,也可以是阳离子的。所述的聚合物可以是均聚物或共聚物。它们是由一种或多种单烯键式不饱和单体得到的,这些单体可以是水溶性阴离子或阳离子单体,或者形成主要是阴离子或阳离子的单体共混物,它们可以由阴离子单体或者阳离子单体组成,或者由阴离子和/或阳离子单体和少量非离子单体的混合物组成。
通常可以通过适当的单体在疏水的液体,即与水有足够低的混溶性、可以在反相聚合中作为非水相的液体中,经反相乳液聚合,方便地得到微颗粒形式的该聚合物,其平均粒度是0.1~2μm。这些液体在整个适合于合成该聚合物的温度范围(比如15~100℃),必须对该聚合物或者形成聚合物的单体基本没有溶剂化效应,因为溶剂化介质不能满足反相乳液聚合。类似地,单体或单体混合物必须是水溶性的,以保证进行反相聚合。
适当的阴离子单体包括丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸和它们的碱金属盐和铵盐、2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基-丙磺酸及其盐、苯乙烯磺酸钠等。丙烯酸是最优选的阴离子单体。羧酸基优选至少50%,最好65~85%是碱金属盐或铵盐的形式,特别是钠盐的形式。
适当的阳离子单体包括二烯丙基二烷基单体,如二烯丙基二甲基氯化铵,但阳离子单体优选是二烷基氨基烷基(甲基)丙烯酸酯或丙烯酰胺。虽然该聚合物可以是游离碱形式的,特别是当其是阳离子丙烯酰胺或甲基丙烯酰胺时,但是其优选呈酸加合盐或季铵盐的形式。
当此单体是阳离子丙烯酰胺或甲基丙烯酰胺时,此二烷基氨基烷基基团一般是二烷基氨基丙基或二烷基氨基异丙基基团。当单体是阳离子丙烯酸酯或甲基丙烯酸酯时,此二烷基氨基烷基基团一般是二烷基氨基乙基基团。
对于阳离子单体,通常优选是二烷基氨基烷基(甲基)丙烯酸酯酸式盐或季铵盐,最优选是甲基丙烯酸二甲基氨基乙酯。它一般以甲基氯化物季铵盐的形式存在。
适当的非离子单体包括丙烯酰胺、甲基丙烯酰胺、N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮和水溶性羟基取代的丙烯酸酯或甲基丙烯酸酯。
如果使用阳离子共混物,阳离子单体的量优选多于共混物的50%重量,一般至少为共混物的70%重量,或者至少为80%重量。优选的阳离子聚合物完全是由阳离子单体形成的。
如果使用阴离子共混物,阴离子单体的量优选多于共混物的60%重量,一般至少为共混物的80%重量。优选的阴离子聚合物完全是由阴离子单体形成的。
此液体分散聚合物组合物最好通过加入少量适当的交联剂进行交联,比如在聚合混合物中加入多官能的乙烯基加成单体。优选使用水溶性交联剂。
可以使用任何溶解于单体或单体共混物的传统多烯键式不饱和交联剂,包括含有两个、三个或四个烯键式不饱和键的交联剂。优选的二烯键式不饱和化合物如亚甲基双丙烯酰胺、二(甲基)丙烯酸乙二醇酯、二(甲基)丙烯酰胺、乙烯氧基乙基丙烯酸酯或乙烯氧基乙基甲基丙烯酸酯等。亚甲基双丙烯酰胺是最优选的交联剂。
交联剂的份量一般是每100万份(以干重计)单体100~10,000重量份的交联剂。最优选是,对阳离子或阴离子单体都是大约500~2,000ppm,特别是500~900ppm。可以由例行试验确定最佳的用量。
本发明使用的特别优选的聚合物是分散在SalcareSC91中的阴离子聚合物和分散在SalcareSC92中的阳离子聚合物和SalcareSC95液体分散聚合物。
通过亲水单体,优选一种或多种丙烯酸酯和/或甲基丙烯酸酯单体在疏水液相中的反相乳液聚合来制备亲水聚合物。反相乳液聚合是一种已知的技术,在US 4,628,078中叙述,其公开内容在此全部引作参考。
通过液体疏水甘油二酸酯或甘油三酸酯至少部分提供用于制备本液体分散聚合物组合物的连续相。因为此液体分散聚合物组合物主要用于化妆或药用目的,所以液体甘油二酸酯或甘油三酸酯,其是化妆和/或药物上可以接受的,且足够疏水以用作反相聚合的连续相,优选可以用作连续相。许多这样的物质是已知的,而且可市购。它们来源可以是天然的或合成的。天然存在的甘油三酸酯包括但不限于鱼肝油,如鳕鱼肝油、鸸鹋油、棕桐油、棕榈仁油、椰子油、蓖麻油、橄榄油、花生油、红花油、葵花子油、菜籽油、低芥酸菜籽油、玉米油、大豆油、霍霍巴油、澳洲坚果油、鳄梨油、米糠油、月见草油、葡萄籽油、甜杏仁油、胡桃油、芝麻油、妥尔油、棉籽油、杏仁油、小麦胚芽油、道氏池花精籽油、琉璃苣籽油、亚麻子油和槚如油。可以通过本身已知的方法,用适当的脂肪酸酯化甘油来制备合成的甘油二酸酯和/或甘油三酸酯。
特别优选的天然来源的甘油三酸酯是大豆油。大豆油在食品和饮料中已经应用多年。已知它含有高含量的油酸或亚油酸脂肪酸的甘油三酸酯。它们在得到的增稠含水组合物中的存在能够使含有它的配方具有良好的展开性能,比矿物油和其它合成油有更优的润肤性能。因为大豆油是极性的,所以它降低了皮肤的表面张力,并能够进一步渗透到角质层,使皮肤增加润湿,但是给皮肤的吸收感较差。此外,甘油三酸酯在皮肤上自然地分解产生脂肪酸和甘油的混和物。
在聚合时使用的疏水液相的量主要由提供满意的反相乳液介质的需要来确定。一般是每重量份亲水聚合物(干重)需要至少大约1重量份甘油二酸酯或甘油三酸酯。为了得到在油中有高微颗粒含量的液体分散聚合物组合物,比如在甘油二酸酯或甘油三酸酯中含1.2~大约1.7重量份(干重)的亲水聚合物,以及使其容易加工,使用挥发性惰性疏水溶剂是合适的。适当的惰性疏水溶剂包括烃类和卤代烃类。
一种特别优选的烃类混合物是Exxon公司的Isopar G。一般每份(干重)亲水聚合物使用1~2份,优选1.3~1.9份挥发性惰性疏水溶剂。
使用传统的反相乳液聚合步骤制备聚合物,即在大约1~3重量份的疏水液体中加入1重量份(干重)至少一种含水烯键式不饱和单体,任选地包括螯合剂和交联二烯键式不饱和单体,该疏水液体含有至少部分液体疏水甘油二酸酯或甘油三酸酯,含有大约0.1~0.2份至少一种HLB值低于9.0的传统油包水型乳化剂,并任选地含有0.1~0.2份聚合稳定剂表面活性剂,同时伴随着强力的搅拌,使得形成所需细颗粒大小的基本稳定的乳液。适当的油包水型乳化剂是本领域技术人员所已知的。优选缩水山梨糖醇酯,如单油酸缩水山梨糖醇酯和乙氧基化缩水山梨糖醇酯,如ICI公司的Tween 81,特别优选它们的混合物。二亚乙基三胺五乙酸、其钠盐都是适当的螯合剂。
用氮气吹扫反应混合物,并加入通常的自由基源引发聚合反应。适当的聚合引发剂是本领域专业人员已知的。典型的产生自由基的催化剂包括过氧化合物,如过硫酸钠、过硫酸钾和过硫酸铵、过氧化辛酰、过氧化苯甲酰、过氧化氢、过氧化壬酰、过氧化枯烯、二过邻苯二甲酸叔丁基酯、过苯甲酸叔丁基酯、过乙酸钠、过氧二碳酸二(2-乙基己)酯等,以及偶氮催化剂,如偶氮二异丁腈。其它可用的催化剂是重金属活化催化体系。一类优选的聚合引发剂是氧化还原引发对。在引发之后,保持适当的温度和搅拌条件,直待单体基本完全转化为聚合物。适当的条件是本领域的专业人员已知的。
然后通过比如减压蒸馏从反相乳液中除去水和任何挥发性溶剂,使得产生基本上无水的聚合物颗粒分散在甘油二酸酯或甘油三酸酯中的稳定分散体,其中颗粒的大小小于2μm。
在完成蒸馏以后,加入以组合物重量计的大约0.5~8wt%,优选1~3wt%的HLB值一般大于10的非离子水包油型乳化剂。适当的这类乳化剂是本领域的专业人员已知的。优选乙氧基化的醇类,特别优选PPG1-trideceth 6。
本发明的又一个特征是,使用适当的两亲“稳定剂”表面活性剂作为加工助剂,以在整个蒸馏过程中保持乳液的完整性,以及提供最终的液体聚合分散体是自由流动的液体,甚至于当它含有高含量的水可溶的或可溶胀的分散聚合物的微颗粒时。每重量份(干重)烯键式不饱和单体使用0.02~0.3份,特别是0.1~0.2份此稳定剂表面活性剂。
一种优选的两亲稳定剂表面活性剂是一种聚合物,它是聚-12-羟基硬脂酸、甲基丙烯酸甘油酯和甲基丙烯酸的反应产物。
美国专利US 4,075,141提到一种用于涂料(即油漆)组合物用的聚合微颗粒的分散稳定剂,它包括50.3%甲基丙烯酸甘油酯、0.9%甲基丙烯酸和49.5%的89.2%的聚-12-羟基硬脂酸和10.8%的甲基丙烯酸甘油酯的反应产物之间反应后的产物的溶液。
本发明的优选两亲稳定剂表面活性剂是很不同的,这是一种聚合物,含有60~80wt%的聚-12-羟基硬脂酸、10~20wt%的甲基丙烯酸甘油酯和5~25wt%的甲基丙烯酸的反应产物。
本发明的聚-12-羟基硬脂酸、甲基丙烯酸甘油酯和甲基丙烯酸的聚合物是按如下的方法制备的。
聚-12-羟基硬脂酸本身是已知的。通常它是由12-羟基硬脂酸在回流的惰性溶剂中进行酸催化分子间缩合而得到的,这种溶剂与水形成了共沸物,比如脂肪族或芳香族烃类,如Isopar G。商品12-羟基硬脂酸含有作为杂质的非羟基化脂肪酸,大部分是硬脂酸。这些杂质会使自缩合反应终止,一般就限制了分子量,可以达到大约2,000。分子量为1,000~2,000的聚-12-羟基硬脂酸是适用于本发明聚合物的。优选具有分子量大约1,500的聚-12-羟基硬脂酸。
然后,在惰性溶剂,比如烃类溶剂如Isopar G中,在碱性催化剂和少量比如0.8~1%的对甲氧基苯酚存在下,在100~180℃,优选120~160℃的温度下,使聚-12-羟基硬脂酸(1份)和1~2重量份甲基丙烯酸甘油酯反应。优选的碱性催化剂是以甲基丙烯酸甘油酯重量为基础计的大约1%的椰子基二甲胺。
含有75~95重量份的此反应产物的混合物,通常是作为大约70%的在烃类溶剂中的溶液,与5~25重量份的甲基丙烯酸混合,并在以反应物总重量计的大约1%的偶氮自由基加成聚合催化剂的存在下,在70~110℃下进行反应。Vazo67是特别优选的。得到的产物在制备液体分散聚合物组合物时用作稳定剂表面活性剂。
将本发明的液体分散聚合物搅入水性或含水体系中,活化剂表面活性剂将疏水载体转化为水包油型乳液。与此同时,亲水聚合物伸展暴露在水中,但没有溶解,使粘度平稳而迅速地增加。该聚合物颗粒的溶胀一般得到含有典型粒度为直径2.5~5μm的聚合物颗粒的微颗粒增稠体系。就象前面已知的Salcare液体分散聚合物那样,因为通过渗透水分子进入到小聚合物颗粒,聚合物颗粒所经历的渗透效果就是水和任何体系中存在的电解质之间的平衡。因此高含量的电解质会降低聚合物颗粒的溶胀效果。
本发明的液体分散聚合物组合物提供了一种微颗粒增稠体系,在浓度为0.1~8wt%,优选为1~6wt%时,它对含水或含水/有机配方有有效的增稠作用。然而它还将液体分散聚合物的增稠效果和甘油二酸酯或甘油三酸酯载体油的优点结合在一起。
正如前面所指出的,此液体分散聚合物组合物是与广泛的个人护理活性成分和助剂相容的。下面的配方实施例仅仅是说明几个代表性的可能配方的特征,并不以任何方式对本发明做出限制。SalcareAST是最特别优选的组合物的名称,其中在液体分散聚合物中的聚合物含有水可溶胀的聚丙烯酸聚合物的微颗粒,其中大约75%的酸基是呈其钠盐的形式,而且其中甘油三酸酯油含有大豆油。
所有的百分数都是配方的重量百分数。粘度是用Brookfield粘度计测定的。

Claims (25)
1.一种含有分散在甘油二酸酯或甘油三酸酯油和水包油型表面活性剂中的亲水的、水溶性的或水可溶胀的聚合物的液体分散聚合物组合物,其中聚合物呈平均粒度为0.1~2μm的微颗粒形状。
2.如权利要求1的液体分散聚合物组合物,该组合物含有:
a)35~65wt%的聚合物;
b)20~50wt%的甘油二酸酯或甘油三酸酯油;以及
c)5~25wt%的表面活性剂或表面活性剂混合物,
每个含量都是以组合物的总重量为基础计的。
3.如权利要求1的液体分散聚合物组合物,该组合物含有:
a)40~60wt%的聚合物,其中该聚合物是阴离子的或阳离子的,而且是水可溶胀的;
b)25~45wt%的甘油二酸酯或甘油三酸酯油,以及
c)8~20wt%的表面活性剂或表面活性剂混合物,
每个含量都是以组合物总重量为基础计的。
4.如权利要求3的液体分散聚合物组合物,该组合物含有:
a)45~58wt%的水可溶胀的聚合物,其中该聚合物是阴离子的或阳离子的,而且是水可溶胀的;
b)30~40wt%的甘油二酸酯或甘油三酸酯油,以及
c)10~18wt%的表面活性剂的混合物,
每个含量都是以组合物总重量为基础计的。
5.如权利要求3的液体分散聚合物组合物,该组合物含有:
a)45~58wt%的水可溶胀的聚合物,其中该聚合物是阴离子的,且65~85%的酸基是呈其钠盐的形式;
b)32~38wt%的甘油三酸酯油,以及
c)12~18wt%的表面活性剂的混合物,
每个含量都是以组合物总重量为基础计的。
6.如权利要求1的液体分散聚合物组合物,其中的亲水聚合物是阳离子的,而且充分被交联以溶胀但不溶解于水。
7.如权利要求1的液体分散聚合物组合物,其中的聚合物是阴离子的,而且充分被交联以溶胀但不溶解于水。
8.如权利要求5的液体分散聚合物组合物,其中的阴离子聚合物是用500~2,000ppm的水溶性交联剂交联的聚丙烯酸。
9.如权利要求8的液体分散聚合物组合物,其中的水溶性交联剂是亚甲基双丙烯酰胺。
10.如权利要求1的液体分散聚合物组合物,其中的亲水聚合物是由一种或多种丙烯酸酯和/或甲基丙烯酸酯单体在含有至少一种甘油二酸酯或甘油三酸酯油的疏水液相中经反相乳液聚合来制备的。
11.如权利要求1的液体分散聚合物组合物,其中的甘油二酸酯或甘油三酸酯油是化妆和/或药物上可以接受的天然源或合成源的油。
12.如权利要求1的液体分散聚合物组合物,其中的甘油二酸酯或甘油三酸酯油选自:鱼肝油、鸸鹋油、棕榈油、棕榈仁油、椰子油、蓖麻油、橄榄油、花生油、红花油、葵花子油、菜籽油、低芥酸菜籽油、玉米油、大豆油、霍霍巴油、澳洲坚果油、鳄梨油、米糠油、月见草油、和槚如油。
13.如权利要求12的液体分散聚合物组合物,其中的油是大豆油。
14.一种增稠的水性或含水组合物,该组合物含有
a)0.1~8wt%的权利要求1的液体分散聚合物组合物;
b)0.1~50wt%的附加成分,以及
c)45~99wt%的水或水和水可混溶的有机溶剂的混合物。
15.如权利要求14的增稠的水性或含水组合物,该组合物呈洗剂、乳油、软膏、凝胶或油膏的形式。
16.如权利要求14的增稠的水性或含水组合物,其中的附加成分b)是化妆或药物赋形剂和/或活性成分。
17.如权利要求16的增稠的水性或含水组合物,其中的附加成分b)是化妆赋形剂和/或活性成分,选自灭菌剂、乙酰化羊毛脂醇、尿囊素、库拉索芦荟、乙酰胺单乙醇胺、丙酸肉豆蔻酯、聚二甲基硅氧烷共聚醇、二甲基聚硅氧烷、润湿剂、护肤膏、润肤剂、α-羟基酸、头发调理剂、香精组分、染发剂和漂白剂、紫外线防晒剂、“无日光”鞣剂、增白剂、驱虫剂、精油、维生素和防腐剂,或者是药物赋形剂和/或活性成分,选自治疗瘙痒、刺痛、结垢、皮肤炎症或感染、烧伤和头皮脱发等的物质。
18.治疗用洗剂、乳油、软膏、凝胶或油膏的制备方法,该方法包括将0.1~8wt%的权利要求1的液体分散聚合物混入含有0.1~50wt%的至少一种治疗剂和/或赋形剂的含水或含水/有机组合物中。
19.一种用于皮肤局部治疗的方法,该方法包括将权利要求16所定义的组合物涂敷在需要该治疗的人类或其它哺乳动物的皮肤、面部或头皮上。
20.制备权利要求1的液体分散聚合物组合物的方法,该方法包括在含有至少一种甘油二酸酯或甘油三酸酯油的疏水液体相中进行亲水单体的反相乳液聚合。
21.如权利要求20的方法,该方法包括:
a)在大约1~3重量份的疏水液体中加入1重量份(干重)的亲水性烯键式不饱和单体,任选地包括螯合剂和交联的二烯键式不饱和单体,该疏水液体含有液体疏水的甘油二酸酯或甘油三酸酯,以及任选地含有挥发性惰性疏水溶剂,并含有至少一种HLB值低于9.0的油包水型乳化剂,以及任选地含有聚合稳定剂表面活性剂,同时伴随着强力搅拌,使得形成基本稳定的细颗粒大小的乳液;
b)提供一个惰性气氛;
c)加入自由基引发剂;
d)保持适当的温度和搅拌条件,直到单体基本上完全转化为聚合物;
e)在减压下从反相乳液中除去水和任选的挥发性溶剂,使得产生基本无水的大小小于2μm的聚合物颗粒分散在甘油二酸酯或甘油三酸酯中的稳定分散体,以及
f)向聚合物颗粒在甘油二酸酯或甘油三酸酯中的分散体里加入以组合物重量计的0.5~8wt%的其HLB值大于10的非离子型水包油型乳化剂。
22.如权利要求21的方法,其中亲水性烯键式不饱和单体是丙烯酸,而且65~85%的酸基呈其钠盐的形式,交联二烯键式不饱和单体是亚甲基双丙烯酰胺,液体疏水甘油二酸酯或甘油三酸酯是大豆油,并有聚合稳定剂表面活性剂存在。
23.如权利要求22的方法,其中聚合稳定剂表面活性剂是聚-12-羟基硬脂酸、甲基丙烯酸甘油酯和甲基丙烯酸的反应产物。
24.一种聚合物,它是聚-12-羟基硬脂酸、甲基丙烯酸甘油酯和甲基丙烯酸的反应产物。
25.如权利要求24的聚合物,它是60~80wt%的聚-12-羟基硬脂酸、10~20wt%的甲基丙烯酸甘油酯和5~25wt%的甲基丙烯酸的反应产物。
