Abstract

一种蓄电池端子自动上胶头,用于蓄电池端子的自动上胶。气缸与斜块连接,斜块内装有上腔体,上腔体经斜块内凸台定位,顶柱装在上腔体的中心,顶柱与上腔体内弹簧一接触,斜块斜面与中板的斜面接触,中板与下腔体之间设有弹簧二,上腔体上开有注胶孔。本发明气缸带动斜块向下移动,斜块张开中板与上腔体、下腔体、顶柱共同形成两个月牙腔,防水胶由注胶孔定量注入月牙腔;端子上顶,顶柱上移,气缸收缩,中板被弹簧二挤压,月牙腔内防水胶与注胶孔内防水胶被切断,防水胶被挤入端子槽内成型。能实现自动化连续生产,提高生产效率,结构简单,操作方便快捷,节省人力成本,避免手工缠胶时人体与铅件直接接触,保障人体健康,保护生产现场环境。

蓄电池端子自动上胶头
技术领域
本发明涉及铅酸蓄电池制造技术领域,具体说是一种用于蓄电池端子上胶的自动上胶装置。
背景技术
铅酸蓄电池端子材料为铅,在经过压铸成型、缠防水胶后与塑料盖注塑成一体。目前缠防水胶是通过手工进行的,一个熟练工一分钟缠13个左右。一个大型蓄电池制造企业需要几十个缠胶工同时工作才能满足生产需求。同时,铅是一种有毒的重金属,长时间与人体接触会影响健康,而缠胶工作如果戴手套会严重影响生产效率和缠胶效果。
发明内容
为克服现有技术的不足,本发明的发明目的在于提供一种蓄电池端子自动上胶头,
可避免人体直接接触铅端子,以解决蓄电池端子手工缠胶的效率和污染问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明的气缸与斜块连接,斜块内装有上腔体,上腔体经斜块内的凸台定位,顶柱装在上腔体的中心,顶柱与上腔体内的弹簧一接触,斜块的斜面与中板的斜面接触,中板与下腔体之间设有弹簧二,上腔体上开有注胶孔。
本发明的气缸带动斜块向下移动,斜块张开中板与上腔体、下腔体、顶柱共同形成两个月牙腔,防水胶由注胶孔定量注入两个月牙腔;端子上顶,顶柱上移,气缸收缩,中板被弹簧二挤压,月牙腔内的防水胶与注胶孔内的防水胶被切断,防水胶被挤入端子槽内成型。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下优点:
1、改人工缠胶为自动挤胶,配合端子自动上料机,能实现自动化连续生产,有效提高铅酸蓄电池的生产效率,结构简单,操作方便快捷;
2、可配合控制系统实现自动化运行,节省人力成本;
3、避免手工缠胶时人体与铅件的直接接触,保障人体健康,保护生产现场的环境。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2所示,气缸1与斜块2连接,斜块2内装有上腔体4,上腔体4经斜块2内的凸台定位,顶柱9装在上腔体4的中心,顶柱9与上腔体4内的弹簧一3接触,斜块2的斜面与中板5的斜面接触,中板5与下腔体7之间设有弹簧二6,上腔体4上开有注胶孔10。序号11为月牙腔。
图3、图4、图5、图6、图7中, 序号1为气缸,序号2为斜块,序号3为弹簧一,序号4为上腔体,序号5为中板,序号6为弹簧二,序号7为下腔体,序号8为端子,序号9为顶柱,序号10为注胶孔,序号11为月牙腔。
如图3所示,在控制系统(图中未示出)作用下,气缸1伸出,气缸1带动斜块2向下移动,下腔体7压缩弹簧二6,弹簧二6为压缩状态,斜块2张开中板5,中板5与上腔体4、下腔体7、顶柱9共同形成两个月牙腔11; 
如图4所示,防水胶由注胶孔10定量注入到两个月牙腔11;
如图5所示,本发明配合端子自动上料机(图中未示出),端子8上顶,顶柱9上移,并限制端子8的插入量;
如图6所示,在控制系统(图中未示出)作用下,气缸1收缩,中板5被弹簧二6挤压,
月牙腔11内的防水胶与注胶孔10内的防水胶被切断,防水胶被挤入端子8的槽内成型;
如图7所示,本发明配合端子自动上料机(图中未示出),端子8上顶力取消,端子
8因自重和弹簧一3的作用力下压顶柱9,端子8落下,完成整个上胶动作。

1.一种蓄电池端子自动上胶头,其特征在于:气缸(1)与斜块(2)连接,斜块(2)内装有上腔体(4),上腔体(4)经斜块(2)内的凸台定位,顶柱(9)装在上腔体(4)的中心,顶柱(9)与上腔体(4)内的弹簧一(3)接触,斜块(2)的斜面与中板(5)的斜面接触,中板(5)与下腔体(7)之间设有弹簧二(6),上腔体(4)上开有注胶孔(10)。
