Abstract
一种硼酸盐发光玻璃及其制备方法。该硼酸盐发光玻璃的组成为aM2O·bY2O3·cAl2O3·d B2O3·eSiO2·xCeO2·y Tb2O3,其中M为Na、K和Li中的至少一种,a、b、c、d、e、x和y以摩尔份数表示,分别为0-20、7-15、20-40、40-60、0-15和0.1-3。其制备方法包括:按照所述硼酸盐发光玻璃的组成称取原料;将原料熔融后冷却成型;对成型的玻璃进行热处理,从而获得所述硼酸盐发光玻璃。该硼酸盐发光玻璃具有良好的透光性、高均匀性和高稳定性,适合作为发光介质材料。
