超声波接合装置具有形成有砧座的旋转鼓和产生超声波的超声波焊头,该砧座用于形成在左右的腰围侧部接合前腰围部和后腰围部的接合图案。超声波接合装置通过在旋转鼓与超声波焊头之间,一边向制造工序的流动方向输送在裆下部被对折了的第一纤维网和第二纤维网,一边将超声波焊头间歇地按压在第一纤维网和第二纤维网的左右的腰围侧部的规定位置,接合第一纤维网和第二纤维网。
砧座具有设于旋转鼓的外周面的、沿着旋转鼓的法线方向突出的凸部、和自凸部沿着上述法线方向突出的多个突起部。在超声波焊头隔着纤维网被压靠于砧座时,纤维网通过自内部发热而熔融,被压靠于自凸部突出的突起部上,在纤维网上形成凹凸的接合图案。
近年来,成人用尿布的需求日益增长。成人用尿布与小孩用尿布相比尺寸大,因此制造线也成为大规模。例如,成人用尿布的腰围侧部比小孩用尿布的腰围侧部长,因此,砧座的尺寸也需要在制造线的交叉方向上加长。
因此,在以往的超声波接合装置中,产生以下那样的问题点。超声波焊头隔着纤维网被压靠在砧座上。因此,若砧座尺寸大,则因由超声波焊头产生的振动相互干涉而引起的损坏,将容易蓄积在砧座的局部或连接于砧座的周边的构件。这使得砧座或周边的构件的更换周期加快,导致制造成本的增加。此外,砧座的损坏导致成品率的降低。

发明内容
第一技术方案的超声波接合装置包括在外周面设有砧座的旋转鼓、和输出超声波振动的超声波焊头。上述旋转鼓的旋转轴同与机械方向正交的交叉方向平行,所述机械方向沿着制造工序的流动方向。上述旋转鼓和上述超声波焊头隔着第一纤维网和第二纤维网重叠而成的中间体纤维网相向设置。通过利用上述砧座和上述超声波焊头夹着沿上述机械方向被输送的上述中间体纤维网的规定区域,对上述规定区域实施超声波接合。上述砧座具有向上述旋转鼓的法线方向突出且呈线状地沿上述交叉方向形成的凸部、和自上述凸部沿着上述法线方向突出的多个突起部。在上述凸部形成沿着与上述突起部的突出方向相反的方向延伸的切口。

具体实施方式
接着,一边参照附图一边说明本发明的超声波接合装置和吸收性物品的制造装置的实施方式。另外,在以下的附图的记载中,对相同或类似的部分标注相同或类似的附图标记。其中,应该留意的是,附图是示意性的图,各尺寸的比率等与现实不同。因而,具体的尺寸等应该参考以下的说明来判断。此外,在附图相互之间当然也包括相互的尺寸的关系、比率不同的部分。
(吸收性物品的结构)
首先,一边参照附图一边说明用本实施方式的超声波接合装置制造的吸收性物品1的结构。图1是表示本实施方式的吸收性物品1的立体图。
在本实施方式中,吸收性物品1是一次性的短裤型尿布。如图1所示,吸收性物品1由表面片材2、背面片材3和吸收体4大致构成。
表面片材2设于与穿着者的肌肤接触的吸收性物品1的最内侧。表面片材2由与穿着者接触的顶部片材2A、和接合于顶部片材2A的吸收体4侧的面的第二片材2B构成。另外,表面片材2使用无纺布、开口塑料膜等透液性的片材。
背面片材3设于吸收性物品1的最外侧(离开穿着者的一侧)。背面片材3由设于吸收性物品1的最外侧的底部片材3A、和接合于底部片材3A的吸收体4侧的面的防水片材3B构成。另外,底部片材3A使用无纺布等。防水片材3B使用非透液性的片材等。
吸收体4设于表面片材2(第二片材2B)与背面片材3(防水片材3B)之间,吸收来自穿着者的排泄物。
这样的吸收性物品1通过组合与穿着者的前腰围对应的前腰围部10、与穿着者的后腰围对应的后腰围部20和与穿着者的裆下对应的裆下部30(所谓的三构件型)而形成。
前腰围部10和后腰围部20在穿着者的腰围侧部由接合部40接合。由此,形成供穿着者的躯干部插入的腰围开口部50。裆下部30设于前腰围部10与后腰围部20之间。在腰围开口部50的周缘设有用线状的橡胶形成的腰褶裥部50A。在裆下部30的侧部形成有腿围开口部60,该腿围开口部60形成有供穿着者的腿部插入的开口。在腿围开口部60的周缘设有用线状的橡胶形成的腿褶裥部60A。
(吸收性物品的制造方法)
接着,一边参照附图一边说明本实施方式的吸收性物品的制造方法。图2是用于说明本实施方式的吸收性物品的制造方法的一部分的图。
如图2所示,吸收性物品的制造方法至少包括腰围部形成工序S1、裆下构件转移工序S2、腿围部形成工序S3、折叠工序S4、接合工序S5和切断工序S6。
在腰围部形成工序S1中,通过在纤维网6A与纤维网6B之间配置褶裥部(腰褶裥部50A和腿褶裥部60A),形成与前腰围部10和后腰围部20分别对应的一对纤维网61、62。
在裆下构件转移工序S2中,在腰围部形成工序S1之后(下游侧),在一对纤维网61、62之间,沿着机械方向MD每隔规定间隔地转移(配置)与裆下部30对应的裆下构件30A。
在腿围部形成工序S3中,在裆下构件转移工序S2之后(下游侧),切断纤维网61、62(纤维网6A和纤维网6B)和构成裆下构件30A的背面片材3的一部分。换句话说,在纤维网61、62上形成相当于腿围开口部60的空隙AR。
在折叠工序S4中,在腿围部形成工序S3之后(下游侧),以与由裆下构件30A限定的机械方向MD平行的折曲线为基准,使一方的纤维网61与另一方的纤维网62以对折的方式重叠。
在接合工序S5中,在折叠工序S4之后(下游侧),利用超声波处理、加热处理,接合与用于接合前腰围部10和后腰围部20的接合部40对应的接合区域40A。接合区域40A形成于虚线SL的两侧,该虚线SL表示沿着中间体纤维网6的交叉方向CD延伸的切断预定位置。
在切断工序S6中,在接合工序S5之后(下游侧),沿着机械方向MD每隔规定间隔、即沿着虚线SL切断在接合区域40A被接合的中间体纤维网6。由此,用于制造各吸收性物品1。
(超声波接合装置)
接合工序S5由超声波接合装置100实施。参照附图说明本实施方式的超声波接合装置100的结构。图3是沿着箭头F观察图2所示的接合工序S5的图。图4是从机械方向MD的下游侧观察超声波接合装置100的侧视图。为了说明,图4未记载中间体纤维网6。
超声波接合装置100包括旋转鼓110和输出超声波振动的超声波焊头120。
在旋转鼓110的外周面112设有砧座200。旋转鼓110的旋转轴111与交叉方向CD平行,该交叉方向CD与沿着制造工序的流动方向的机械方向MD正交。旋转鼓110与超声波焊头120隔着将一方的纤维网61与另一方的纤维网62重叠而形成的中间体纤维网6相向设置。
超声波焊头120经由未图示的增强器连结于超声波振子。超声波焊头120将由超声波振子产生且由增强器增幅的超声波振动施加给中间体纤维网6。超声波焊头120与中间体纤维网6的接合区域40A接触,隔着中间体纤维网6被压靠在后述的砧座200上。超声波焊头120能够调整对中间体纤维网6的接触压力。
在超声波接合装置100的流动方向的上流侧设有辊130A。此外,在下游侧设有辊130B。中间体纤维网6在被辊130A和130B按压在旋转鼓110的外周面112上的状态下被向机械方向MD输送。超声波接合装置100利用砧座200和超声波焊头120夹着中间体纤维网6的接合区域40A,由此对接合区域40A实施超声波接合。
(砧座的结构1)
接着,用图5说明砧座200的结构。砧座200具有台座210、凸部220、230。台座210设于旋转鼓110的外周面112的安装位置112a。凸部220自台座210的表面210a向旋转鼓110的法线方向H突出。凸部220沿着台座210的表面210a呈线状地沿交叉方向CD形成。
凸部220具有多个突起部240。突起部自凸部220的表面沿着法线方向H突出。凸部220的交叉方向的一个端部220a在台座210的表面210a上,设于比另一个端部220b更靠旋转方向R的前进侧的位置。在凸部220上形成有沿着与突起部240的突出方向相反的方向延伸的切口部260。切口部260从自台座210的表面210a突出的凸部220的表面延伸到凸部220的中途附近。
在图5所示的实施方式中,在台座210上还形成有凸部230。凸部230具有多个突起部250。突起部自凸部230的表面沿着法线方向H突出。凸部230的一个端部230b在台座210的表面210a上,设于比另一个端部230a更靠旋转方向R的前进侧的位置。在凸部230上形成有沿着与突起部250的突出方向相反的方向延伸的切口部270。切口部270从自台座210的表面210a突出的凸部230的表面延伸到凸部230的中途附近。
在超声波焊头120被压靠在中间体纤维网6上时,中间体纤维网6因从内部发热而熔融,被按压于自凸部220、230突出的突起部240、250上,在中间体纤维网6上形成凹凸的接合图案。
切口部260、270的沿着凸部220、230的间隙G1、G2例如是1mm。优选间隙G1、G2比突起部240、250的间隔窄。此外,在成人用尿布的情况下,接合部40的长度是130mm。即,优选凸部220、230在交叉方向CD上的长度至少是130mm。
在图5所示的砧座200中,旋转方向R上的凸部220的一个端部220a与凸部230的端部230a之间的间隔,比凸部220的端部220b与凸部230的凸部230b之间的间隔窄。这样,端部220、230的一个端部220a、230b设于旋转方向R的前进侧。由此,在超声波焊头120隔着中间体纤维网6被压靠在砧座200上时,能够缓和砧座200受到来自超声波焊头120的冲击、阻力。
用图5说明了的砧座200具有自凸部220的表面延伸到凸部220的中途附近的切口部260。还具有自凸部230的表面延伸到凸部230的中途附近的切口部270。
因此,即使相比小孩用尿布的制造时砧座200的尺寸较大,也能够降低自超声波焊头120产生的振动在砧座200中的相互干涉。因此,能够降低由在砧座200内相互干涉了的超声波振动造成的损坏蓄积在砧座200的局部或连接于砧座200的周边的构件的情况。由此,能够防止砧座200或周边的构件的更换周期变短。因而,能够抑制制造成本的增加。而且,砧座200能够降低由蓄积于砧座200的超声波振动造成的损坏。因而,能够抑制由砧座的损坏造成的超声波接合的品质降低,能够稳定地进行超声波接合处理。
在图5所示的砧座200中,台座210也可以相对于安装位置112a能够装卸。砧座200通过能够单独地装卸,即使在一部分损伤的情况下,也无需连同旋转鼓一起更换,所以能够抑制更换的成本。
凸部220、230遍及台座210在交叉方向CD上的整个宽度地形成,但是端部220a、220b和端部230a、230b也可以与台座210的端部不一致。
(砧座的结构2)
接着,说明砧座的另一实施方式。以下,对具有与上述实施方式相同的作用的构成元件标注相同的附图标记,省略详细的说明。
图6表示砧座的另一实施方式。砧座也可以不包括台座210。换句话说,在砧座201中,凸部220、230设置于旋转鼓110的外周面112。在凸部220、230上形成切口部260、270。切口部260、270既可以延伸到凸部220、230的中途附近,也可以截断凸部220、230。如以上那样,即使在旋转鼓110的外周面112上直接设置凸部220、230的情况下,利用设于凸部220、230的切口部260、270,也能够获得降低自超声波焊头120产生的振动在砧座201中相互干涉的效果。
(砧座的结构3)
图7所示的砧座202利用形成于台座210的表面210a的切口部280,将台座210截断为台座211和台座212。此外,凸部220被截断为凸部221和凸部222。凸部230被截断为凸部231和凸部232。
在台座211上形成凸部221、凸部231。凸部221、231自台座211的表面211a向旋转鼓110的法线方向H突出。凸部221、231沿着台座211的表面211a呈线状地沿交叉方向CD形成。凸部221、231具有多个突起部241、251。突起部241、251自凸部221、231的表面沿着法线方向H突出。
在台座212上与台座211相同地也形成有凸部222、232。凸部221和凸部222沿着相同的线而形成。因而,凸部222和凸部221、凸部232和凸部231在中间体纤维网6上形成一个接合区域40A。在成人用尿布的情况下,接合部40的长度是130mm。切口部280的间隙G3例如是1mm。间隙G3优选比突起部241彼此或突起部251彼此之间的间隔窄。
用图7说明了的砧座202的台座被切口部280截断。因此,降低自超声波焊头120产生的振动在砧座202中相互干涉的效果进一步提高。因此,能够可靠地降低由在砧座202内相互干涉了的超声波振动造成的损坏蓄积于砧座202的局部或连接于砧座202的周边的构件的情况。由此,能够防止砧座或周边的构件的更换周期变短。因而,能够抑制制造成本的增加。
(砧座的结构4)
对于图8所示的砧座203,虽然台座210是一体的,但是凸部220、230被切口部261、271截断。即使在这样的情况下,也能够获得降低自超声波焊头120产生的振动在砧座203中相互干涉的效果。由此,能够防止砧座或周边的构件的更换周期变短。因而,能够抑制制造成本的增加。
(砧座的结构5)
对于图9所示的砧座204,凸部220、230被切口部261、271截断。在台座210上,形成有与将凸部220、230截断了的切口连续且沿着与法线方向H相反的方向延伸的切口部281。凸部220、230被切口部261、271截断,并且在台座210上也形成有切口部281,因此,能够提高降低自超声波焊头120产生的振动在砧座204中相互干涉的效果。由此,能够防止砧座或周边的构件的更换周期变短。因而,能够抑制制造成本的增加。
(砧座的结构6)
图10所示的砧座205利用与旋转鼓110的旋转方向R正交的切口部290截断台座210。即,砧座205被截断为配置在旋转方向R的前进侧的台座213和位于后侧的台座214。根据图10所示的砧座205,能够降低自超声波焊头120产生的振动在砧座205中相互干涉。由此,能够防止砧座或周边的构件的更换周期变短。因而,能够抑制制造成本的增加。

图5所示的砧座200也可以不包括凸部220、230。在图11所示的砧座206中,多个突起部240、250形成于台座210的表面210a。在台座210上形成沿着与突起部的突出方向相反的方向延伸的切口部291。
(砧座的结构8)
图12所示的砧座207利用切口部292截断台座210。即,砧座207具有台座216和台座217。
如图11、12所示,即使在多个突起部被直接设置于台座的情况下,通过设有切口部291、292,也能够获得降低自超声波焊头120产生的振动在砧座206、207中相互干涉的效果。由此,能够防止砧座或周边的构件的更换周期变短。因而,能够抑制制造成本的增加。
(超声波焊头的变形例)
在上述的实施方式中,说明了超声波焊头120利用一个超声波振子产生超声波振动的情况。但是,超声波焊头120也可以具有多个超声波振子。
一般而言,在超声波振子的性能与超声波焊头的尺寸之间,存在超声波振动的原理上的制约。在考虑能量损失时,能够最高效工作的超声波焊头的尺寸存在限制。在成人用尿布的制造工序中,与小孩用尿布相比,进行超声波接合的接合区域也变大。因此,沿交叉方向并列地配置多个超声波焊头。
图13所示的例子是通过沿着交叉方向CD并列地配置超声波焊头121a和超声波焊头121b而形成为一个单元的例子。若超声波焊头为多个,则在相邻的超声波焊头之间容易产生干涉波。在该情况下,优选在将砧座划分为超声波焊头121a隔着中间体纤维网6被压靠的区域和超声波焊头121b隔着中间体纤维网6被压靠的区域的位置上形成切口部。
例如,图5、图6所示的切口部260、270、图7所示的切口部280、图8所示的切口部261、271、图9所示的切口部261、271、图11的切口部291、292形成在如下的位置,该位置划分超声波焊头121a隔着中间体纤维网6被压靠的区域、和超声波焊头121b隔着中间体纤维网6被压靠的区域。由此,能够可靠地降低自各超声波焊头产生的振动的干涉。
(其它的实施方式)
如上所述,通过本发明的实施方式公开了本发明的内容,但是作为该公开的一部分的说明和附图不应该理解为限定本发明。通过该公开应该会给予本领域技术人员各种代替实施方式、实施例和运用技术的启示。
例如本发明的实施方式对在腰围侧部的接合区域形成接合图案的情况进行了说明,但是并不局限于此。能够对需要的部位应用超声波接合。
此外,说明了组合前腰围部10、后腰围部20和裆下部30(所谓的三构件型)而形成吸收性物品1的情况,但是并不局限于此,前腰围部10、后腰围部20和裆下部30也可以全部形成为一体(所谓的一构件型)。
此外,说明了吸收性物品1是一次性的短裤型尿布的情况,但是并不局限于此,只要是使用接合工序S5的物品(例如开放型尿布、卫生巾)就能够应用。另外,吸收性物品1当然不限定于实施方式中所说明的结构,能够根据目的适当设定。
这样,本发明当然包括在此没有记载的各种实施方式等。因而,本发明的技术范围,根据上述说明仅由恰当的权利要求书中的特定技术事项决定。

产业上的利用可能性
根据本发明,能够提供能够提高超声波接合的品质、稳定地进行超声波接合处理的超声波接合装置。在制造短裤型的吸收性物品时,能够提供能够提高超声波接合的品质、稳定地生产吸收性物品的吸收性物品的制造装置。

Claims (6)

1.一种超声波接合装置,该超声波接合装置包括在外周面设有砧座的旋转鼓和输出超声波振动的超声波焊头,
上述旋转鼓的旋转轴同与沿着制造工序的流动方向的机械方向正交的交叉方向平行,
上述旋转鼓和上述超声波焊头隔着将第一纤维网和第二纤维网重叠而形成的中间体纤维网相向设置,
通过利用上述砧座和上述超声波焊头夹着沿上述机械方向被输送的上述中间体纤维网的规定区域,对上述规定区域实施超声波接合,
其中,
上述砧座具有向上述旋转鼓的法线方向突出且呈线状地沿上述交叉方向形成的凸部、和自上述凸部沿着上述法线方向突出的多个突起部,
在上述凸部形成有沿着与上述突起部的突出方向相反的方向延伸的切口,
该超声波接合装置包括多个上述超声波焊头,上述切口将上述凸部划分成与多个上述超声波焊头中的每一个对应的区域。
2.根据权利要求1所述的超声波接合装置,其特征在于,
上述砧座能够装卸地设置于上述旋转鼓的外周面,
该砧座具有从上述旋转鼓的外周面的表面向上述旋转鼓的法线方向突出且呈线状地沿上述交叉方向形成的台座,
上述凸部形成于上述台座的表面。
3.根据权利要求2所述的超声波接合装置,其特征在于,
上述凸部被上述切口截断。
4.根据权利要求2所述的超声波接合装置,其特征在于,
在上述台座上形成有切口,该切口与截断了上述凸部的上述切口相连结。
5.根据权利要求1所述的超声波接合装置,其特征在于,
上述砧座具有从上述旋转鼓的外周面向上述旋转鼓的法线方向突出且呈线状地沿上述交叉方向形成的台座,
上述凸部形成于上述台座的表面,
上述凸部的上述交叉方向的一个端部设于比另一个端部更靠旋转方向前进侧的位置。
6.一种吸收性物品的制造装置,该吸收性物品的制造装置包括在外周面设有砧座的旋转鼓和输出超声波振动的超声波焊头,
上述旋转鼓的旋转轴同与沿着制造工序的流动方向的机械方向正交的交叉方向平行,
上述旋转鼓和上述超声波焊头隔着将第一纤维网和第二纤维网重叠而形成的中间体纤维网相向设置,上述吸收性物品包括与穿着者的前腰围对应的前腰围部、与穿着者的后腰围对应的后腰围部、与穿着者的裆下对应的裆下部、和在上述裆下部的侧部开口的腿围开口部,该第一纤维网构成该吸收性物品的上述前腰围部,该第二纤维网构成该吸收性物品的上述后腰围部,
通过利用上述砧座和上述超声波焊头夹着沿上述机械方向被输送的上述中间体纤维网的规定区域,对上述规定区域实施超声波接合,
其中,
上述砧座具有向上述旋转鼓的法线方向突出且呈线状地沿上述交叉方向形成的凸部、和自上述凸部沿着上述法线方向突出的多个突起部,
在上述凸部上形成有沿着与上述突起部的突出方向相反的方向延伸的切口,
该吸收性物品的制造装置包括多个上述超声波焊头,上述切口将上述凸部划分成与多个上述超声波焊头中的每一个对应的区域。
