Abstract

Description
本发明涉及一种基于高度弹性热塑性聚氨酯(TPU)的混杂泡沫、其生产方法以及该泡沫的用途。
基于氯丁二烯泡沫的软质、闭孔和高度弹性功能材料在体育、鞋和服装工业中的使用是已知的。由于固有地良好的弹性以及低密度和闭孔性质,该类泡沫用于很大程度上用于潜水服和湿式冲浪服、游泳衣和海上救生衣以及航海领域中的靴子和其他设备。然而,氯丁二烯泡沫的生产复杂。此外,氯丁二烯泡沫不具有令人满意的光稳定性,为此优选将它们着成黑色并且仅具有低抗扯强度和断裂伸长率。
基于基本闭孔的TPU的泡沫和聚氨酯薄膜的生产是已知的。基本闭孔的热塑性聚氨酯薄膜例如由DE3810595A1已知。它们通过在生产该薄膜之前加入发泡剂并基本仅在形成热塑性聚氨酯之后借助发泡剂发泡而生产。所得薄膜可以至少单轴拉伸。EP0692516A1公开了其中将热塑性聚氨酯用作基础组合物的热塑性双层泡沫(doublefoam),其中发生至少两个相互分开进行的发泡过程,这两个发泡过程主要借助化学发泡剂并且与其平行地借助掺入的微球进行。WO2005/026243A1公开了呈包含薄聚合物壳的中空微球形式的可膨胀微球在基于TPU的可膨胀组合物中的用途,其中这些球填充有气体,通常填充有烃类。为了改进该类体系的机械性能,热塑性聚氨酯和橡胶的共混物与至少一种发泡剂在导致发泡剂发泡的条件下的热塑性加工由WO2005/026243A1已知。
已知泡沫的缺点是它们的硬度和刚性通常非常高。
本发明的目的是提供一种高度弹性,具有高柔软度,优选基体硬度在20-70,特别优选30-70的肖氏A范围内以及优选在100%伸长率下的应力<0.5MPa且在200%伸长率下的应力<1MPa的泡沫,其主要为闭孔的,易于生产且具有改进的耐可见光和UV光性。
本发明提供了一种弹性混杂泡沫,其基于如下组分:
a)至少一种热塑性聚氨酯(TPU),
b)填充有发泡剂且直径优选不超过200μm的聚合物中空体M,任选地
c)至少一种额外的物理和/或化学发泡剂T,以及任选地
d)助剂和/或添加剂,
其中至少单轴拉伸该混杂泡沫,优选100-500%,特别优选200-400%。
术语混杂泡沫是指该泡沫包含TPU以及呈聚合物中空体形式的不同聚合物,所述聚合物优选基于聚苯乙烯或聚丙烯腈或基于聚苯乙烯或聚丙烯腈的共聚物。优选填充有发泡剂的聚合物中空体M。
本发明进一步提供了一种弹性混杂泡沫,其基于如下组分:
a)至少一种热塑性聚氨酯(TPU),
b)优选为填充有发泡剂的聚合物中空体M的聚合物中空体,以及任选地
c)至少一种额外的物理和/或化学发泡剂T,以及任选地
d)助剂和/或添加剂,
其中在该弹性混杂泡沫中聚合物中空体M与周围的TPU既不物理键合也不化学键合,即与TPU基体分开存在。在优选实施方案中,填充有发泡剂的聚合物中空体的分离通过拉伸实现。在其他优选实施方案中,分离借助TPU的任何其他机械处理实现,该处理使得可以将聚合物中空体与TPU基体分离而不损害聚合物中空体。用于分离的其他优选方法是超声处理、热处理如加热和/或冷却、压制混杂泡沫、在具有非常小半径的辊上偏转、扭转TPU片材。在其他优选实施方案中,分离通过使用隔离剂实现。所有已知方法在优选实施方案中分开进行或在其他优选实施方案中以所有可以想到的组合进行。本文没有提到但使得聚合物中空体和TPU的分离成为可能的方法也包括在本发明范围内。
作为热塑性聚氨酯,可以使用常规且已知的化合物,例如如Kunststoffhandbuch,第7卷,“聚氨酯”,CarlHanserVerlag,Munich,Vienna,第3版,1993,第455-466页所述。
优选使用熔体指数或MFR(熔体流速;190℃/3.8kg;DINEN1133)为1-350g/10min,优选20-150g/10min的TPU。然而,TPU在可膨胀或已膨胀TPU中的应用并不限于特定MFR。
对本发明而言,热塑性聚氨酯可以是不含增塑剂的TPU和包含增塑剂的TPU,尤其是常规增塑剂含量基于该混合物的重量为0-70重量%,优选0-50重量%的那些。可能的增塑剂是对该目的通常已知的化合物,例如邻苯二甲酸酯,柠檬酸化物,例如柠檬酸酯,例如乙酰基柠檬酸三丁酯和苯甲酸酯。
TPU的制备通过使二异氰酸酯A)与具有至少两个与异氰酸酯基团反应的氢原子的化合物,优选二官能醇,尤其是多元醇B)和增链剂C)反应而由常规方法进行。
作为二异氰酸酯A),可以使用常规芳族、脂族和/或脂环族二异氰酸酯,优选二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI),甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI),三亚甲基、四亚甲基、五亚甲基、六亚甲基、七亚甲基和/或八亚甲基二异氰酸酯,2-甲基五亚甲基-1,5-二异氰酸酯,2-乙基亚丁基-1,4-二异氰酸酯,1-异氰酸酯基-3,3,5-三甲基-5-异氰酸酯基甲基环己烷(异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯,IPDI),1,4-和/或1,3-二(异氰酸酯基甲基)环己烷(HXDI),环己烷-1,4-二异氰酸酯,1-甲基环己烷2,4-和/或2,6-二异氰酸酯,二环己基甲烷-4,4’-、2,4’-和/或2,2’-二异氰酸酯,特别优选二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)。
作为对异氰酸酯呈反应性的化合物B),可以使用通常已知的多羟基化合物,其数均分子量为500-8000,优选600-6000,尤其是800-4000且优选平均官能度为1.8-2.6,优选1.9-2.2,尤其是2,优选聚酯醇、聚醚醇和/或聚碳酸酯二醇。优选的聚酯二醇可以通过使作为二醇的乙二醇、丁二醇或己二醇与作为二羧酸的己二酸反应而得到,其中二醇可以单独或作为混合物使用。例如优选丁二醇与己二醇的重量比为2∶1或丁二醇与乙二醇的重量比为1∶1。还优选数均分子量为750-2500g/mol,优选1000-2000g/mol的聚醚多元醇。特别优选数均分子量为1000-2000g/mol的聚四氢呋喃。
作为增链剂C)可以使用通常已知的化合物,优选在亚烷基中具有2-10个碳原子的二胺和/或链烷二醇,尤其是乙二醇和/或1,4-丁二醇和/或己二醇,和/或在氧化烯基中具有3-8个碳原子的二氧化烯二醇和/或三氧化烯二醇,优选对应的低聚氧化丙烯二醇,在某些优选实施方案中也使用增链剂的混合物。还使用1,4-二(羟基甲基)苯(1,4-BHMB),1,4-二(羟基乙基)苯(1,4-BHEB)或1,4-二(2-羟基乙氧基)苯(1,4-HQEE)作为优选的增链剂。进一步优选使用乙二醇、丙二醇、丁二醇和己二醇,特别优选乙二醇和丁二醇作为增链剂。
优选使用加速二异氰酸酯的NCO基团与异氰酸酯反应性组分的羟基之间的反应的催化剂,优选叔胺如三乙胺,二甲基环己基胺,N-甲基吗啉,N,N’-二甲基哌嗪,2-(二甲氨基乙氧基)乙醇,二氮杂双环[2.2.2]辛烷等,以及尤其是有机金属化合物如钛酸酯,铁化合物,优选乙酰丙酮酸铁(III),锡化合物,优选二乙酸锡、二月桂酸锡或脂族羧酸的二烷基锡盐,优选二乙酸二丁基锡、二月桂酸二丁基锡等。催化剂优选以0.0001-0.1重量份/100重量份多羟基化合物的量使用。
除了催化剂外,优选也将助剂加入各组分中。优选的助剂是表面活性物质、阻燃剂、成核剂、润滑剂和脱模剂,染料和颜料,抑制剂,对抗水解、光、热、氧化或变色的稳定剂,防止微生物降解的试剂,无机和/或有机填料,增强材料和增塑剂。
作为阻燃剂,通常可以使用由现有技术已知的阻燃剂。合适的阻燃剂例如为溴化醚类(IxolB251),溴化醇类如二溴新戊醇、三溴新戊醇和PHT-4-二醇,以及氯代磷酸酯如磷酸三(2-氯乙基)酯、磷酸三(2-氯异丙基)酯(TCPP)、磷酸三(1,3-二氯异丙基)酯、磷酸三(2,3-二溴丙基)酯和亚乙基二磷酸四(2-氯乙基)酯,或其混合物。
除了上述卤素取代的磷酸酯外,为了使根据本发明生产的硬质聚氨酯泡沫阻燃,还可以使用无机阻燃剂如红磷、包含红磷的制剂、可膨胀石墨、水合氧化铝、三氧化二锑、五氧化二砷、多磷酸铵和硫酸钙或氰脲酸衍生物如蜜胺或至少两种阻燃剂的混合物如多磷酸铵和蜜胺的混合物以及任选地还有淀粉。
作为其他液体无卤阻燃剂,可以使用乙烷膦酸二乙酯(DEEP)、磷酸三乙酯(TEP)、丙基膦酸二甲酯(DMPP)、磷酸二苯基·甲酚酯(DPC)等等。
阻燃剂可以以所有常规量使用。当使用阻燃剂时,它们优选基于热塑性聚氨酯的总重量以1-50重量%的量使用。
分子量优选借助对异氰酸酯呈反应性的单官能化合物调节,进一步优选通过一元醇调节。
TPU通常通过常规方法,优选借助带式单元或反应挤出机生产。
填充有发泡剂的聚合物中空体M优选基于极性比所用TPU低的聚合物。它们优选基于聚苯乙烯或苯乙烯-丙烯腈聚合物(SAN)。在优选实施方案中,将可膨胀微球用作填充有发泡剂的聚合物中空体M。可膨胀微球是由优选聚丙烯腈或其共聚物的薄聚合物壳构成的中空微球。这些中空微球填充有气体或低沸点液体,优选烃类。在热塑性加工中占主导的温度导致聚合物壳软化并且同时导致包封气体的膨胀。这导致微球膨胀。微球的膨胀能力可以通过测定TMA密度[kg/m3]而表述(来自MettlerToledo的StareThermalAnalysisSystem;加热速率20℃/min)。TMA密度为在微球塌陷之前可以在特定温度Tmax和大气压力下实现的最小密度。
填充有发泡剂并且根据本发明使用的聚合物中空体M优选具有20-40μm的直径。该填充有发泡剂的聚合物中空体M例如可以由AkzoNobel,CascoProductsGmbH,Essen,以商标名得到。
优选这些聚合物中空体在生产条件下保持封闭且大于80%,优选大于90%,更优选大于95%的所用聚合物中空体M膨胀至小于200μm的尺寸。
惊人地发现当以粉末形式或母料形式使用填充有发泡剂且TMA密度小于10kg/m3,优选2-10kg/m3,特别优选2-7kg/m3的聚合物中空体M时观察到特别细的孔结构、空隙形成的抑制且不形成凹痕,此外,加工范围,例如就温度而言,显著更大,因而特别优选具有该TMA密度的微球。在另一优选实施方案中,填充有发泡剂的聚合物中空体M具有双峰粒度分布。对粒度进行选择以使得膨胀颗粒对空间的极佳填充成为可能并因此得到非常低密度的本发明混杂泡沫。
填充有发泡剂的聚合物中空体M在该混合物中的含量取决于膨胀TPU的所需密度。优选每100重量份待膨胀,即待发泡的TPU或TPU共混物使用1-20重量份,优选2-10重量份本发明填充有发泡剂的可发性聚合物中空体M。
特别优选本发明混杂泡沫基于75-99重量%,优选80-98重量%,特别优选87-97重量%的TPU,1-20重量%,优选2-12重量%填充有发泡剂的聚合物中空体M以及0-5重量%,优选0.1-3重量%化学和物理发泡剂T,以加起来为100重量%的优选用于该生产方法中的热塑性聚氨酯(TPU)、填充有发泡剂的聚合物中空体M和化学或物理发泡剂T的总重量为基础。在该计算中,仅考虑衍生于异氰酸酯A)、具有至少两个对异氰酸酯呈反应性的氢原子的化合物B)和增链剂C)的热塑性聚合物的重量;在该计算中不考虑存在的任何其他聚合物或常规助剂和/或添加剂如UV抑制剂、阻燃剂、填料或增塑剂。优选设定50-500g/l,特别优选100-300g/l,尤其是110-200g/l的密度。
微球批料优选包含5-90重量%,优选25-70重量%微球和10-95重量%,优选30-75重量%载体,优选热塑性载体,优选EVA(乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯)。
在另一优选实施方案中,将负载有发泡剂且最大直径优选为150μm的聚苯乙烯微粒体用作填充有发泡剂的聚合物中空体M。这些颗粒是已知的且通常用于生产发泡聚苯乙烯(EPS)。
此外,可以将合适的添加剂(也称为助剂)加入TPU和/或聚合物中空体M中以改善其他性能,例如防止UV和可见光的吸收剂,阻燃剂和增塑剂。
在另一优选实施方案中,将隔离剂加入TPU和/或在与TPU混合之前优选加入填充有发泡剂的聚合物中空体M中,以降低中空体M和TPU之间的粘附,尤其是在拉伸过程中和拉伸之后。作为隔离剂可以使用例如在“Kunststoffhandbuch,第7卷,聚氨酯”,CarlHanserVerlag,第3版,1993,第3.4.9章中提到的常规物质。特别优选使用蜡、脂肪和/或油作为隔离剂。在特别优选的实施方案中,除了用于聚合物中空体M中的发泡剂外,还使用不包封在聚合物体中的额外化学和/或物理发泡剂T。这里所涉及的化学发泡剂是在生产本发明的混杂泡沫时热分解而释放气体的那类物质,优选柠檬酸氢盐、碳酸氢盐或偶氮二羧酰胺类,例如 物理发泡剂是指在本发明混杂泡沫的生产过程中汽化的物质,优选不反应的液体。
在优选实施方案中,仅使用至少一种化学发泡剂;在另一优选实施方案中,仅使用至少一种物理发泡剂;在第三优选实施方案中,同时使用至少一种化学发泡剂和至少一种物理发泡剂。
特别优选使用柠檬酸氢钠和碳酸氢钠的组合作为发泡剂T。优选也配制化学和/或物理发泡剂而在热塑性载体,例如EVA(乙烯/乙酸乙烯酯)中形成母料。在一个实施方案中,配制形成发泡剂T的批料是指制备化学和/或物理发泡剂T在热塑性载体中的浓缩物,然后将发泡剂T以该形式加入以生产混杂泡沫。
为了生产本发明的混杂泡沫,将TPU和填充有发泡剂的聚合物中空体M以及任选地还有额外发泡剂T(任选作为批料)混合并热塑性加工而生产所需成型体。这可以例如借助注塑、熔结或挤出进行。热塑性加工过程中的温度导致可膨胀微球的膨胀并因此形成膨胀的TPU。优选使该熔体连续形成所需形状并固化或再结晶。
TPU或TPU共混物与聚合物中空体M的混合可以在简单的聚合物颗粒混合器如转鼓混合器中在预先施加或不预先施加0.05-2%粘合剂如石蜡或矿物油下进行。TPU或TPU共混物与聚合物中空体M的母料的混合同样可以在简单的聚合物颗粒混合器,优选转鼓混合器中,在简单的塑料箱中机械或手动进行,得到干共混物。优选也借助合适的计量装置将TPU、聚合物中空体M和发泡剂T分开计量加入加工机械中。
在优选实施方案中,将填充有发泡剂的聚合物中空体M在其生产之后加入TPU中。然而,还可以在TPU的形成过程中将聚合物中空体M加入合适的起始组分中。在TPU与聚合物中空体M和若使用的话额外的发泡剂T混合之后,使TPU发泡,优选在混合设备的端部或紧临其后,优选在挤出机的模头中或在其出口之后。
在本发明方法的特别优选实施方案中,使填充有发泡剂的聚合物中空体M与热塑性聚氨酯TPU直接在其中进行热塑性加工的装置中混合。此时优选将任何额外的发泡剂T引入该加工机械的塑化单元中。
取决于优选使用的挤出机设计,本发明的混杂泡沫例如可以以线材、管材、薄膜、片材或块得到。
在优选实施方案中选择反应设备,优选挤出机中的温度以使聚合物中空体M软化并在模头中或紧临机器出口之后膨胀,并且使得该温度任选高于任选加入的发泡剂T的分解点,优选高于发泡剂T的汽化温度。在优选实施方案中,首先通过在挤出机中设定高反压而防止该熔体发泡或仅使其轻微发泡。由于降低了反压并且在挤出机端部区域中的合适温度,在优选实施方案中在这些端部区域中或在出口时实现完全发泡。在优选实施方案中,在该加工步骤中得到的泡沫的密度范围为约50-500g/l,优选100-300g/l,尤其是110-200g/l。
根据本发明,将该泡沫至少单轴拉伸至少10%,优选100-500%,特别优选200-400%。拉伸(文献中有时也同义地称为“取向”)以本身已知的方式进行。特别优选双轴拉伸泡沫,例如以60-120°,特别优选80-100°的角度。此时沿着两个轴的拉伸优选以2∶1-5∶1的比例进行,而横向拉伸以2∶1-5∶1的比例进行。特别优选进行3∶1-5∶1的拉伸。
拉伸优选可以在下列设备上进行:纵向拉伸机、横向拉伸机、纵向/横向拉伸机、菱形拉伸机、滚动拉伸机。优选在聚合物的软化温度以下且在发泡剂的发泡温度以下,在优选实施方案中在至少一种发泡剂的发泡温度以下的温度下进行。
惊人地发现在拉伸之后,尤其当使用发泡剂T时,得到具有优异弹性的非常柔软、高度弹性材料。此时聚合物中空体M优选以闭孔球形式存在于TPU基体中。在优选实施方案中,TPU和中空体M之间在拉伸之后没有粘附或仅有轻微粘附。
本发明的弹性混杂泡沫在优选实施方案中具有至少200%,特别优选约700-1000%的断裂伸长率,按DIN53504进行测量。在拉伸之后,甚至在初始区域无需施加大的力即可进行伸长,但该泡沫直到至多优选500%的区域仍具有基本线性力/伸长率曲线,即力/伸长率曲线与连接500%伸长率下的力和坐标体系的原点的线的偏差不超过500%伸长率下力值的10%。本文中,本发明的混杂泡沫优选在100%伸长率下显示出小于0.5MPa的应力且在200%伸长率下显示出小于1MPa的应力,特别优选在100%伸长率下显示出小于0.25MPa的应力且在200%伸长率下显示出小于0.35MPa的应力。此外,本发明混杂泡沫优选至少150%,特别优选200%,尤其是250%的屈服伸长率。本文中“屈服伸长率”为在释放应力之后仍保留0.2%的最大形变时的伸长率。在优选实施方案中,形变是在伸长方向上的长度增加,基于伸长之前的长度。
本发明泡沫具有柔软、高度弹性基体和基本闭孔结构。本文中闭孔主要是指大于60%的孔封闭。在优选实施方案中,至少80%的微球以闭孔存在。
本发明的混杂泡沫优选具有小于75,特别优选小于70的肖氏A硬度。用于生产该混杂泡沫的TPU优选具有15-75,更优选20-70的肖氏A硬度。
在特别优选的实施方案中,本发明的弹性混杂泡沫在至少一侧用纺织物(wovenfabric),优选机织物(woventextile)覆盖,例如通过粘接或层压到尚未固化的材料中。
然后例如可以通过熔接而加工本发明的混杂泡沫,得到最终制品,例如衣物。
本发明泡沫尤其适合在体育、鞋和服装工业中作为功能材料用于生产隔热制品。除了低硬度和优异的伸长行为外,本发明的混杂泡沫显示出优异的绝缘行为、优异的UV稳定性、令人愉悦的触感以及对水解和老化现象的高耐性,例如机械性能的丧失,尤其是在盐水中。高耐UV性尤其也使得可以使用浅色或白色混杂泡沫,其中它们暴露于UV。由于热塑性性能,本发明的混杂泡沫还可以无缝加工。因此,可能的用途是所有类型的要用于水和接近水的衣物,例如冲浪服、潜水服、游泳衣,以及手套、头套和脚踝袜。因此,本发明还提供了衣物。若存在阻燃剂,则本发明材料还可以用作海上救生衣。除了用于服装工业外,本发明的混杂泡沫例如可以用于运输装置如汽车和飞机的内饰,例如作为壁或门包层、扶手、排档器或仪表盘,或者用于家具工业。此外,本发明制品还可以用作隔热和减震包装材料或者有时用作制品的外壳,例如用于电子装置如笔记本电脑和手机。在本申请中,该材料的高伸长性和无缝加工尤其有利,结果该材料对于按开时的使用,例如手机或计算机不必取下。

TPUad1:基于OH值为46的聚酯醇(己二酸、丁二醇)、1,4-丁二醇、4,4’-二异氰酸酯基二苯基甲烷且肖氏A硬度为95的TPU
Stab1:位阻酚(抗氧化剂)
Stab2:聚合物碳二亚胺(水解稳定剂)
Stab3:在TPU中的抗氧化剂浓缩物
UV1:苯并三唑衍生物(UV稳定剂)
蜡1:二硬脂基酰胺(润滑剂)
蜡2:在TPU中的润滑剂浓缩物
Blow1:柠檬酸氢钠(32%)和碳酸氢钠(24%)在乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVA)中的浓缩物
聚合物1:在EVA中的PS/SAN微球

生产TPU的通用方法
在搅拌下将多元醇(多元醇1-3)与KE1混合。在随后将该溶液加热到80℃之后,加入异氰酸酯1和任选地加入配方中所示添加剂并将该混合物搅拌,直到得到均相溶液。加热反应混合物并随后倾于加热的特氟隆涂敷台上。将浇注的片材在110℃下加热12小时,然后造粒。
挤出
在对比例C1-C3中,在每种情况下将所得TPU1-3与0.5重量%蜡1混合并在Brabender单螺杆挤出机上加工而得到线料。
在本发明实施例B1-B3中,在每种情况下同样将所得TPU1-3与0.5重量%蜡1以及2.5重量%Blow1和7.5重量%聚合物1混合并使用下列挤出机作为干共混物挤出:

Claims (22)
1.一种弹性混杂泡沫,基于如下组分:
a)至少一种热塑性聚氨酯,
b)聚合物中空体M,以及任选地
c)至少一种额外的物理和/或化学发泡剂T,以及任选地
d)助剂和添加剂,
其中至少单轴拉伸所述混杂泡沫。
2.根据权利要求1的混杂泡沫,其中聚合物中空体M为填充有发泡剂的聚合物中空体。
3.根据权利要求1的混杂泡沫,其中以至少2:1的比例至少单轴拉伸所述混杂泡沫。
4.根据权利要求1的混杂泡沫,其中以3:1的比例至少单轴拉伸所述混杂泡沫。
5.根据权利要求1的混杂泡沫,其被双轴拉伸。
6.根据权利要求3的混杂泡沫,其被双轴拉伸。
7.根据权利要求4的混杂泡沫,其被双轴拉伸。
8.根据权利要求1-7中任一项的弹性混杂泡沫,其中所述泡沫基于75-99重量%热塑性聚氨酯,1-20重量%填充有发泡剂的聚合物中空体M和0-5重量%化学和/或物理发泡剂T,以加起来为100重量%的热塑性聚氨酯、填充有发泡剂的聚合物中空体M、化学或物理发泡剂T的总重量为基础。
9.根据权利要求1-7中任一项的混杂泡沫,其中按照DIN53504的断裂伸长率为至少200%。
10.根据权利要求1-7中任一项的混杂泡沫,其中所用热塑性聚氨酯的肖氏A硬度小于75。
11.根据权利要求1-7中任一项的混杂泡沫,其中所用热塑性聚氨酯的肖氏A硬度小于70。
12.根据权利要求1-7中任一项的混杂泡沫,其中在100%伸长率下的应力小于0.5MPa且在200%伸长率下的应力小于1MPa。
13.根据权利要求1-7中任一项的混杂泡沫,其中所述热塑性聚氨酯包含隔离剂。
14.根据权利要求1-7中任一项的混杂泡沫,其中所述热塑性聚氨酯包含蜡、脂肪或油作为隔离剂。
15.根据权利要求1-7中任一项的弹性混杂泡沫,其中所述热塑性聚氨酯包含增塑剂。
16.根据权利要求1-7中任一项的弹性混杂泡沫,其中所述热塑性聚氨酯包含选自邻苯二甲酸酯、苯甲酸酯、甘油酯或柠檬酸酯的增塑剂。
17.根据权利要求1-7中任一项的混杂泡沫,其中所述泡沫的泡孔基本封闭且具有小于200μm的泡孔直径。
18.一种生产弹性混杂泡沫的方法,其中使热塑性聚氨酯与填充有发泡剂的聚合物中空体M、任选地化学或物理发泡剂T以及任选地还有其他助剂和添加剂混合,使所述填充有发泡剂的聚合物中空体M以及化学和/或物理发泡剂T发泡并至少单轴拉伸所得发泡的混杂材料。
19.根据权利要求18的方法,其中拉伸借助纵向拉伸机、横向拉伸机、纵向/横向拉伸机、菱形拉伸机或滚动拉伸机进行。
20.根据权利要求18或19的方法,其中拉伸至少200-400%。
21.一种家具产品或运输装置的内饰,其包含根据权利要求1-17中任一项的弹性混杂泡沫。
22.一种包装产品,其包含根据权利要求1-17中任一项的弹性混杂泡沫。
