Abstract

本发明涉及一种兆瓦级封闭行星差动风电增速箱,由机座与大端盖部件组成,机座部件包括机座、输入轴与内齿圈,大端盖部件包括差动、准行星传动件及平行轴齿轮副,差动传动件包括太阳轮、行星轮、行星架及行星轮轴,准行星传动件包括准太阳轮、准行星轮、固定盘及准星轮轴,大端盖联接机座端面,其特征在于:准行星轮用滑动轴承支承,准星轮轴为盲孔轴,轴上有小油孔,轴内有过滤材料,大端盖内有油分配器,分配器每一油管装在准星轮轴盲孔的进口处,机座有一圆孔,相应短圆筒上有螺孔。准行星轮数量为行星轮的2.3-2.5倍。有益效果:薄壁短圆筒内花键机加工艺好、成本低;组件拆、装方便;二内齿圈圆周力相近使圆筒不扭曲变形。

Description

兆瓦级封闭行星差动风电增速箱
技术领域 本发明涉及风电增速箱技术领域,一种兆瓦级封闭行星差动风电增速箱。 
背景技术 背景技术“兆瓦级行星差动风电增速箱”(200910152360.2)的有益效果是拆、装方便、可在高空大修;比国内外先进机型轻40-55%。但也存在下述严重问题: 
(A)理论计算(下表星轮数1∶2)发现:①两内齿圈圆周力Ft不相等,因而会使输入轴圆筒扭曲变形,因此准内齿圈加宽b2=180、245、263及276;②当齿宽=b1+b2=288、380、408及431,显然,如果再加上内撑盘D宽度的话,输入轴圆筒内花键很长而增大机加工难度,精度亦难保证,同时齿过宽会降低齿向、齿间负荷的均匀,因此说内撑盘D是不合理构思; 
(B)当输入轴圆筒很长时,还会出现一个问题:拉出差动与准行星封闭组件后,输入轴圆筒因自重而“低头”,封闭组件便很难装回去了,因此说内撑盘D是不合理构思; 
(C)由于准行星轮(np=8~12)尺寸小只能用滑动轴承、因而必须采用润滑泵经分配器对滑动轴承强制润滑,其可靠性大大优于自润滑,过滤润滑油是轴承长寿命重要因素; 
(D)从上表可看出,星轮数比为1∶2.3~2.5时,二内齿圈圆周力Ft及齿宽b相近。 
发明内容 本发明目的在于提供一种“兆瓦级行星差动风电增速箱”(200910152360.2)改进后的新构思“兆瓦级封闭行星差动风电增速箱”。 
技术方案 改进技术方案: 
(1)输入轴圆盘联接薄壁短圆筒,圆筒内花键与装在圆筒内的内齿圈外花键滑动配合; 
(2)准行星轮用滑动轴承支承在准星轮轴上,准星轮轴为盲空轴,轴上有5-10个小油孔,大端盖内有润滑油分配器F,分配器小油管装在准星轮轴进口处,强制润滑可靠性优于自润滑; 
(3)机座端面处有一圆孔K,短圆筒上有一螺孔,用来吊住输入轴圆筒,不使圆筒“低头”; 
(4)差动行星轮与准行星轮数量1∶2.3~2.5,使两组轮齿的圆周力相近。 
有益效果比照背景技术其创造性在于: 
(1)输入轴圆盘联接的薄壁短圆筒内花键机加工艺好、成本低; 
(2)封闭组件拆、装方便; 
(3)二内齿圈圆周力相近使输入轴圆筒不扭曲变形。

具体实施方式 下面结合附图对本发明详加描述: 
参照图1.一种兆瓦级封闭行星差动风电增速箱,由机座部件与大端盖部件组成,所述机座部件包括机座1、输入轴14与第一、二内齿圈10、2,所述输入轴14由轴承13支承在机座1内孔,所述输入轴14圆盘上联接薄壁短圆筒3,所述薄壁短圆筒3内花键与装在该薄壁短圆筒内的第一、二内齿圈10、2外花键滑动配合,使内齿圈可以轻松拆、装,所述大端盖部件由差动、准行星传动件及平行轴齿轮副A与B组成,所述差动传动件包括太阳轮15、行星轮11、行星架16及均布在行星架上行星轮轴12,所述准行星传动件包括准太阳轮5、准行星轮8、固定盘4及均布在固定盘上的准星轮轴7,所述固定盘4联接在大端盖9内圆环端面上,所述太阳轮15联接在传动轴6轴伸端,所述行星架16与准太阳轮5联接一体并用轴承支承在传动轴6上,所述第一、二内齿圈10、2齿数z、模数m相等,因而用起顶螺钉拆卸大端盖时,使大端盖部件沿内齿圈齿导轨轻松拉出;反之,沿内齿圈齿导轨被推进,所述齿轮A装在传动轴6上,所述传动轴6两端用轴承分别支承在输入轴14与大端盖9内孔,所述大端盖9联接在机座1端面上,动力由装在大端盖9上的轴齿轮B输出,其特征在于: 
所述准行星轮8用滑动轴承17支承在准星轮轴7上; 
所述准星轮轴7为盲孔轴,准星轮轴7上有5-10个小油孔,盲孔轴内有过滤材料,用以过滤润滑油,清洁油品是轴承长寿命重要因素; 
所述大端盖9内腔装有润滑油分配器F,所述分配器F的每一小油管装在相应的准星轮轴7的盲孔的进口处,强制润滑可靠性优于自润滑; 
所述机座1靠近端面处有一圆孔K,与之相应的是薄壁短圆筒3上有一螺孔,当要拆卸大端盖部件时,在机座1圆孔K处插入螺钉吊住输入轴圆筒,目的不使输入轴圆筒“低头”以便于大端盖部件装回去。 
所述兆瓦级封闭行星差动风电增速箱,其特征在于:行星轮11数量为3只,准行星轮8数量为6~7只。 
所述兆瓦级封闭行星差动风电增速箱,其特征在于:行星轮11数量为4只,准行星轮8数量为8~9只。 
所述兆瓦级封闭行星差动风电增速箱,其特征在于:行星轮11为5只,准行星轮8为10~12只,理论计算表明,当两者数量1∶2.3~2.5时,两组轮齿的圆周力相近。

1.一种兆瓦级封闭行星差动风电增速箱,由机座部件与大端盖部件组成,所述机座部件包括机座(1)、输入轴(14)与第一、二内齿圈(10、2),所述输入轴(14)由轴承(13)支承在机座(1)内孔,输入轴(14)圆盘上联接薄壁短圆筒(3),所述薄壁短圆筒(3)内花键与装在该薄壁短圆筒内的第一、二内齿圈(10、2)外花键滑动配合,所述大端盖部件由差动、准行星传动件及平行轴齿轮副(A,B)组成,差动传动件包括太阳轮(15)、行星轮(11)、行星架(16)及均布在行星架上行星轮轴(12),所述准行星传动件包括准太阳轮(5)、准行星轮(8)、固定盘(4)及均布在固定盘上的准星轮轴(7),所述固定盘(4)联接在大端盖(9)内圆环端面上,所述太阳轮(15)联接在传动轴(6)轴伸端,所述行星架(16)与准太阳轮(5)联接一体并用轴承支承在传动轴(6)上,所述第一、二内齿圈(10、2)齿数z、模数m相等,齿轮(A)装在传动轴(6)上,所述传动轴(6)两端用轴承分别支承在输入轴(14)与大端盖(9)内孔,所述大端盖(9)联接在机座(1)端面上,动力由装在大端盖(9)上的轴齿轮(B)输出,其特征在于: 
所述准行星轮(8)用滑动轴承(17)支承在准星轮轴(7)上; 
所述准星轮轴(7)为盲孔轴,准星轮轴(7)上有5-10个小油孔,盲孔轴内有过滤材料; 
所述大端盖(9)内腔装有润滑油分配器(F),所述分配器(F)的每一小油管装在相应的准星轮轴(7)的盲孔的进口处。 
所述机座(1)靠近端面处有一圆孔(K),与之相应的是薄壁短圆筒(3)上有一螺孔。 
2.根据权利要求1所述的兆瓦级封闭行星差动风电增速箱,其特征在于:行星轮(11)数量为3只,准行星轮(8)数量为6~7只。 
3.根据权利要求1所述的兆瓦级封闭行星差动风电增速箱,其特征在于:行星轮(11)数量为4只,准行星轮(8)数量为8~9只。 
4.根据权利要求1所述的兆瓦级封闭行星差动风电增速箱,其特征在于:行星轮(11)为5只,准行星轮(8)为10~12只。
