Abstract

本发明涉及风电增速箱技术领域,一种兆瓦级封闭行星差动风电增速箱,其特征在于:由机座部件与大端盖部件组成:(一)机座部件包括机座、输入轴与内齿圈,输入轴由轴承支承在机座内孔,输入轴圆盘联接圆筒,圆筒与内齿圈花键滑配;(二)大端盖部件由差动与准行星封闭组合轮系及输出啮合齿轮副A与B组成,动力由轴齿轮B输出,差动包括太阳轮、行星轮、行星架,准行星包括准太阳轮、准行星轮及固定盘,固定盘联接在大端盖圆环端面上,有益效果:输入轴圆盘联接的薄壁短圆筒内花键机加工艺好、成本低;封闭组件拆、装方便;二内齿圈圆周力相近使输入轴圆筒不扭曲变形。

兆瓦级封闭行星差动风电增速箱
技术领域  本发明涉及风电增速箱技术领域,一种兆瓦级封闭行星差动风电增速箱。 
背景技术  背景技术“兆瓦级行星差动风电增速箱”(200910152360.2)的有益效果是拆、装方便、可在高空大修;比国内外先进机型轻40-55%。但也存在下述严重问题: 
(A)理论计算(下表星轮数1∶2)发现:①两内齿圈圆周力Ft不相等,因而会使输入轴圆筒扭曲变形,因此准内齿圈加宽b2=180、245、263及276;②当齿宽=b1+b2=288、380、408及431,显然,如果再加上内撑盘D宽度的话,输入轴圆筒内花键很长而增大机加工难度,精度亦难保证,同时齿过宽会降低齿向、齿间负荷的均匀,因此说内撑盘D是不合理构思;

(B)当输入轴圆筒很长时,还会出现一个问题:拉出差动与准行星封闭组件后,输入轴圆筒因自重而“低头”,封闭组件便很难装回去了,因此说内撑盘D是不合理构思; 
(C)由于准行星轮(np=8~12)尺寸小只能用滑动轴承、因而必须采用润滑泵经分配器对滑动轴承强制润滑,其可靠性大大优于自润滑,过滤润滑油是轴承长寿命重要因素; 
(D)从上表可看出,星轮数比为1∶2.3~2.5时,二内齿圈圆周力Ft及齿宽b相近。 
发明内容  本发明目的在于提供一种“兆瓦级行星差动风电增速箱”(200910152360.2)改进后的新构思“兆瓦级封闭行星差动风电增速箱”。 
技术方案改进技术方案: 
(1)输入轴圆盘联接薄壁短圆筒,圆筒内花键与装在圆筒内的内齿圈外花键滑动配合; 
(2)准行星轮用滑动轴承支承在准星轮轴上,准星轮轴为盲空轴,轴上有5-10个小油孔,大端盖内有润滑油分配器F,分配器小油管装在准星轮轴进口处,强制润滑可靠性优于自润滑; 
(3)机座端面处有一圆孔K,短圆筒上有一螺孔,用来吊住输入轴圆筒,不使圆筒“低头”; 
(4)差动行星轮与准行星轮数量1∶2.3~2.5,使两组轮齿的圆周力相近。 
有益效果比照背景技术其创造性在于: 
(一)输入轴圆盘联接的薄壁短圆筒内花键机加工艺好、成本低; 
(二)封闭组件拆、装方便; 
(三)二内齿圈圆周力相近使输入轴圆筒不扭曲变形。

具体实施方式下面结合附图对本发明详加描述: 
参照图1.一种兆瓦级封闭行星差动风电增速箱,其特征在于:由机座部件与大端盖部件组成,大端盖部件中的大端盖(9)联接在机座部件中的机座(1)端面上,其中: 
(A)机座部件包括机座(1)、输入轴(14)与内齿圈(10、2),所述的输入轴(14)由轴承(13)支承在机座(1)内孔,所述的输入轴(14)圆盘联接薄壁短圆筒(3),所述圆筒(3)内花键与装在圆筒内的内齿圈(10、2)外花键滑动配合,因而内齿圈可以轻松拆、装; 
(B)大端盖部件由差动与准行星封闭组合轮系及平行轴输出啮合齿轮副A与B组成,齿轮A装在轴(6)上,所述的轴(6)两端用轴承分别支承在输入轴(14)与大端盖(9)内孔,动力由装在大端盖(9)上的轴齿轮B输出,所述的差动包括太阳轮(15)、行星轮(11)、行星架(16)及均布在行星架上行星轮轴(12),所述的准行星包括准太阳轮(5)、准行星轮(8)、固定盘(4)及均布在固定盘上的准星轮轴(7),所述的固定盘(4)联接在大端盖(9)圆环端面上,所述的封闭组合轮系是通过将差动中太阳轮(15)联接在轴(6)轴伸端,同时将行星架(16)与准行星中准太阳轮(5)联接一体并用轴承支承在轴(6)上构成,所述的封闭组合轮系中差动内齿圈(10)与准行星内齿圈(2)二者齿数z、模数m相等,因而用起顶螺钉拆卸大端盖时,使大端盖部件沿内齿圈齿导轨轻松拉出;反之,沿内齿圈齿导轨被推进。 
所述的兆瓦级封闭行星差动风电增速箱,其特征在于:准行星轮(8)用滑动轴承(17)支承在准星轮轴(7)上,准星轮轴(7)为盲空轴,轴上有5-10个小油孔,盲孔轴内装有过滤材料,大端盖(9)内腔装有强制润滑的润滑油分配器F,所述的分配器F的每一小油管装在相应的准星轮轴(7)进口处,强制润滑可靠性优于自润滑,盲孔轴内装有过滤材料用以过滤润滑油,清洁油品是轴承长寿命重要因素。 
所述的兆瓦级封闭行星差动风电增速箱,其特征在于:机座(1)靠近端面处有一圆孔K,与之相应的是薄壁短圆筒(3)上有一螺孔,当要拆卸大端盖部件时,在机座(1)圆孔K处插入螺钉吊住输入轴圆筒,目的不使输入轴圆筒“低头”以便于大端盖部件装回去。 
所述的兆瓦级封闭行星差动风电增速箱,其特征在于:差动行星轮(11)数量为3只,准行星轮(8)数量为6~7只。 
所述的兆瓦级封闭行星差动风电增速箱,其特征在于:差动行星轮(11)数量为4只,准行星轮(8)数量为8~9只。 
所述的兆瓦级封闭行星差动风电增速箱,其特征在于:差动行星轮(11)为5只,准行星轮(8)为10~12只。理论计算表明,当两者数量1∶2.3~2.5时,两组轮齿的圆周力相近。 

Claims (6)

1.一种兆瓦级封闭行星差动风电增速箱,其特征在于:由机座部件与大端盖部件组成,大端盖部件中的大端盖(9)联接在机座部件中的机座(1)端面上,其中:
(A)机座部件包括机座(1)、输入轴(14)与内齿圈(10、2),所述的输入轴(14)由轴承(13)支承在机座(1)内孔,所述的输入轴(14)圆盘联接薄壁短圆筒(3),所述的圆筒(3)内花键与装在圆筒内的内齿圈(10、2)外花键滑动配合;
(B)大端盖部件由差动与准行星封闭组合轮系及平行轴输出啮合齿轮副A与B组成,齿轮A装在轴(6)上,所述的轴(6)两端用轴承分别支承在输入轴(14)与大端盖(9)内孔,动力由装在大端盖(9)上的轴齿轮B输出,所述的差动包括太阳轮(15)、行星轮(11)、行星架(16)及均布在行星架上行星轮轴(12),所述的准行星包括准太阳轮(5)、准行星轮(8)、固定盘(4)及均布在固定盘上的准星轮轴(7),所述的固定盘(4)联接在大端盖(9)内圆环端面上,所述的封闭组合轮系是通过将差动中太阳轮(15)联接在轴(6)轴伸端,同时将行星架(16)与准行星中准太阳轮(5)联接一体并用轴承支承在轴(6)上构成,所述的封闭组合轮系中差动内齿圈(10)与准行星内齿圈(2)二者齿数z、模数m相等。
2.根据权利要求1所述的兆瓦级封闭行星差动风电增速箱,其特征在于:准行星轮(8)用滑动轴承(17)支承在准星轮轴(7)上,准星轮轴(7)为盲空轴,轴上有5-10个小油孔,盲孔轴内装有过滤材料,大端盖(9)内腔装有润滑油分配器F,所述的分配器F的每一小油管装在相应的准星轮轴(7)进口处。
3.根据权利要求2所述的兆瓦级封闭行星差动风电增速箱,其特征在于:机座(1)靠近端面处有一圆孔K,与之相应的是薄壁短圆筒(3)上有一螺孔。
4.根据权利要求3所述的兆瓦级封闭行星差动风电增速箱,其特征在于:差动行星轮(11)数量为3只,准行星轮(8)数量为6~7只。
5.根据权利要求3所述的兆瓦级封闭行星差动风电增速箱,其特征在于:差动行星轮(11)数量为4只,准行星轮(8)数量为8~9只。
6.根据权利要求3所述的兆瓦级封闭行星差动风电增速箱,其特征在于:差动行星轮(11)为5只,准行星轮(8)为10~12只。
