本实用新型属于风力发电技术领域。
背景技术
风力能源是取之不尽,用之不竭的绿色能源,现在世界很多国家都在发展风力发电,我国也在大力兴建风力发电厂,增速机是风力电厂发电机组主要传动构件。目前世界风电装机容量以年均30%的速度增长至2001年底,德国风电装机容量为425万KW,西班牙为355万KW,丹麦为246万KW,而我国总装机容量仅为48.6万KW,德国富兰德公司生产的增速机为一级行星传动和两极平行轴结构。国内川齿和杭齿也是仿造上述结构形式生产600KW的,而德国RENK公司生产的增速机为一级行星传动和一级平行轴的,行星轮为双联齿轮,行星架空心轴圈结构复杂,加工困难,装配也困难。还有一种结构形式是行星减速机。我国风力资源丰富,大约可利用的风源为20亿KW,到2020年全国要建2000万KW风电装机的目标。从2004年开始,先后启动20个10万KW级大型发电厂。按每风电机组1000KW计算,每年将需要1200台增速机。为此,为了使我公司早日打入风电市场,为发展风电事业做出应有的贡献,为公司创造更高的经济效益,更是为了提高我公司设计制造增速机的技术水平,占领广大的风电市场,所以研制了两极行星一级平行轴结构形式的增速机。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是提供一种简单、加工容易、装配方便,可大大降低制造成本、便于维修的增速机。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是,一种增速机,由两极行星传动和一级平行轴传动组成;齿轮轴50、轴52、行星轮轴21和行星轮轴35用轴承与机体47连接,机盖55与机体47固定连接,行星架12与机体47转动连接,行星架12与行星轮轴21上的行星轮28连接,行星轮28与太阳轮8连接,太阳轮8与行星架75上的内齿圈29连接,行星架75与行星轮轴35上的行星轮42连接,行星轮42与太阳轮44连接,太阳轮44与内齿圈43连接,内齿圈43与内齿套46连接,内齿套46与轴52连接,轴52上的大齿轮74与齿轮轴50连接。
轮轴50和轴52密封采用骨架油封。骨架油封是在运输和安装时用。
轮轴50和轴52密封采用迷宫油封。迷宫式密封是在风机正常运转中使用,因为它是不接触式密封,故不磨损。
本实用新型结构形式为两极行星一级平行轴传动,低速级为太阳论浮动效果,太阳轮与行星架的联接采用鼓形齿。高速级的行星传动也是太阳轮浮动,行星轮内装有调心轴承,可起到浮动的效果。输入轴和输出轴的密封采用迷宫结构形式,这种迷宫形式密封还首次用在增速机上。
运动的传递过程是,风机主轴装入行星架12中,由收缩盘13固定,风机带动行星架12转动,行星架12带动行星轮28,行星轮28带动太阳轮8,太阳轮8带动行星架75,行星架75带动行星轮42,行星轮42带动太阳轮44,太阳轮44带动内齿套46,内齿套46带动轴52,轴52带动大齿轮74,大齿轮74带动齿轮轴50,从而带动发电机发电。
本实用新型所达到的有益效果是:行星架结构形状简单,加工容易,装配方便,可大大降低制造成本,便于维修。
我国风能资源丰富,总储量约32亿KW,可开发利用的能源约为20亿KW风电装机的目标,国家发改委已计划到2020年全国建2000万KW风电装机的目标,从2004年开始先启动20个10万KW级大型发电厂。按每风电机组1000KW计算,每年将需要1200台增速机,每台5.9t,每台按36万元计算,每年生产300台,每年可创造产值36×300=10800万元。

1.一种增速机,其特征在于,由两极行星传动和一级平行轴传动组成;齿轮轴(50)、轴(52)、行星轮轴(21)和行星轮轴(35)用轴承与机体(47)连接,机盖(55)与机体(47)固定连接,行星架(12)与机体(47)转动连接,行星架(12)与行星轮轴(21)上的行星轮(28)连接,行星轮(28)与太阳轮(8)连接,太阳轮(8)与行星架(75)上的内齿圈(29)连接,行星架(75)与行星轮轴(35)上的行星轮(42)连接,行星轮(42)与太阳轮(44)连接,太阳轮(44)与内齿圈(43)连接,内齿圈(43)与内齿套(46)连接,内齿套(46)与轴(52)连接,轴(52)上的大齿轮(74)与齿轮轴(50)连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种增速机,其特征在于,轮轴(50)和轴(52)密封采用骨架油封。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种增速机,其特征在于,轮轴(50)和轴(52)密封采用迷宫油封。
