背景技术
风力发电的优势不需要燃料,不占耕地,没有污染,运行成本低,因为风力发电没有燃料问题,也不会产生辐射或空气污染。我国风能资源十分丰富,它是一种干净的可再生能源,风力发电产业发展前景非常广阔。在风力发电机中,变桨齿轮箱是风力发电机中调节风速对风力发电机影响的专用齿轮箱,变桨齿轮箱要求结构紧凑,可靠度要求高。齿轮箱在使用过程中安装方式不确定,小齿轮可能朝上可能朝下,也可能在空中任何角度,使用过程中润滑油容易泄露。

本实用新型要解决的技术问题是:提供一种风力发电变桨齿轮箱,解决变桨齿轮箱要求结构紧凑,可靠度要求高和润滑油泄露的问题,。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种风力发电变桨齿轮箱,所述的齿轮箱上有可直接安装电机轴的电机法兰,所述的齿轮箱具有三级行星传动机构,每级行星传动机构具有太阳轮、行星轮、行星轴、行星架,齿轮箱的输入轴与一级太阳轮为一体结构,一级太阳轮设置在输入轴前端,二级行星轮和三级行星轮与同一个内齿轮啮合并且齿轮参数相同。
进一步的,所述的齿轮箱为全密封结构。
进一步的,三级行星架具有U形框架,三级行星架与三级行星轴的左右端均连接,三级行星轮内具有2个无内圈的滚子轴承。
本实用新型的有益效果是,本实用新型的一种风力发电变桨齿轮箱创新式的采用二级行星轮和三级行星轮与同一个内齿轮啮合且齿轮参数相同的方式,简化了齿轮箱的结构,有效的缩短了齿轮箱的轴向尺寸,使结构更紧凑,可靠性提高,减轻了齿轮箱的整体重量,加工更容易,拆装更方便。零件结构简单,适合批量生产,降低了制造成本。同时齿轮箱采用长寿命设计,在20年内不用大修,只需要简单维护,为用户降低了维护成本。

一种风力发电变桨齿轮箱,齿轮箱上有可直接安装电机轴的电机法兰1,齿轮箱具有三级行星传动机构,每级行星传动机构具有太阳轮、行星轮、行星轴、行星架,齿轮箱的输入轴2与一级太阳轮为一体结构,一级太阳轮设置在输入轴2前端,二级行星轮3和三级行星轮4与同一个内齿轮5啮合并且齿轮参数相同,齿轮箱为全密封结构,三级行星架6具有U形框架,三级行星架6与三级行星轴7的左右端均连接,三级行星轮4内具有2个无内圈的滚子轴承。
以下具体描述传动过程:电机轴安装在齿轮箱输入轴2内,输入轴2与一级太阳轮为一体结构,一级太阳轮与一级行星轮啮合,一级内齿轮固定,所以一级行星轮驱动一级行星架转动,一级行星架通过短齿与二级太阳轮进行啮合,二级太阳轮与二级行星轮3啮合,内齿轮5固定,所以二级行星轮3驱动二级行星架转动,二级行星架通过短齿与三级太阳轮啮合,三级太阳轮驱动三级行星轮4,二级行星轮3和三级行星轮4与同一个内齿轮5啮合并且齿轮参数相同,三级行星轮4驱动三级行星架6转动,最终传递到输出轴上,输出轴上带有小齿轮,与变桨轴承的大齿轮啮合,进而完成变桨动作。
本实用新型结构更紧凑,可靠性提高,减轻了齿轮箱的整体重量,加工更容易,拆装更方便。零件结构简单,适合批量生产,降低了制造成本。

1.一种风力发电变桨齿轮箱,其特征在于:所述的齿轮箱上有可直接安装电机轴的电机法兰(1),所述的齿轮箱具有三级行星传动机构,每级行星传动机构具有太阳轮、行星轮、行星轴、行星架,齿轮箱的输入轴(2)与一级太阳轮为一体结构,一级太阳轮设置在输入轴(2)前端,二级行星轮(3)和三级行星轮(4)与同一个内齿轮(5)啮合并且齿轮参数相同。
2.根据权利要求1所述的风力发电变桨齿轮箱,其特征在于:所述的齿轮箱为全密封结构。
3.根据权利要求1所述的风力发电变桨齿轮箱,其特征在于:三级行星架(6)具有U形框架,三级行星架(6)与三级行星轴(7)的左右端均连接,三级行星轮(4)内具有2个无内圈的滚子轴承。
