Abstract

本实用新型提供一种行星传动风力发电增速箱,包括输入轴1、输出轴8、前箱体9、中箱体10及后箱体11,其特征在于:位于增速箱内的行星传动部分是双联行星传动,即由行星轮轴3和套在行星轮轴3上的行星轮4构成,输入轴1与内齿圈2联结,内齿圈2与行星轮轴3常啮合,行星轮4与太阳轮5常啮合,太阳轮5的鼓形齿花键端与芯轴6联结,芯轴6上的齿轮7与输出轴8啮合,输入轴1与输出轴8的轴线平行。本实用新型结构合理、体积小、工作平稳可靠、安全性能好、承载能力强并且装配维修方便。

Description

行星传动风力发电增速箱
一、技术领域:
本实用新型涉及一种增速箱,尤其是一种双联行星传动风力发电增速箱。
二、背景技术:
在全球范围能源短缺和生态环境日益恶化的今天,许多国家都把发展风力发电作为重要的能源政策,我国也非常重视风力发电的发展。风力发电增速箱作为风力发电机组的三大组件之一,用在多风沙或海洋潮湿的地方,由于其工作环境恶劣,加之交通不便,因此就要求增速箱工作平稳可靠,安全性能好,使用维修方便。目前国内的风力发电机组大部分采用的是600KW机组,随着风力发电技术的发展,600KW机组将逐步被每千瓦造价更低的更高功率的发电机组所取代,而且600KW风力发电机组增速箱存在维修性差的设计缺陷,当增速箱内任何一个零件失效(如轴承损坏)时,都必须将其从高度为40米左右的塔架上拆下来维修,很不方便,维修费用也因此相当高。
三、发明内容:
本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构合理,工作平稳可靠,承载能力强并且易装配拆卸的行星传动风力发电增速箱。
本实用新型的技术方案是:一种行星传动风力发电增速箱,包括输入轴、输出轴、前箱体、中箱体及后箱体,其特征在于:位于增速箱内的行星传动部分是双联行星传动,即由行星轮轴和套在行星轮轴上的行星轮构成,输入轴与内齿圈联结,内齿圈与行星轮轴常啮合,行星轮与太阳轮常啮合,太阳轮的鼓形齿花键端与芯轴联结,芯轴上的齿轮与输出轴啮合,输入轴与输出轴的轴线平行。
本实用新型中输入轴与内齿圈单边联结,内齿圈为薄壁结构,所有啮合齿轮均是斜齿,太阳轮上设置有油孔,行星轮轴上设置有压力油槽。
本实用新型中由于行星传动部分采用双联行星传动结构,即行星轮轴和套在行星轮轴上的行星轮分别与内齿圈和太阳轮常啮合,这样增大了齿轮传动的中心距,改善了行星轮轴和行星轮的受力情况,提高齿面接触安全系数,增大增速箱承载能力并加大了行星传动部分的传动比。输入轴与内齿圈单边联结,且内齿圈采用薄壁结构,因此内齿圈可依靠自身的弹性变形来提高均载效果。太阳轮可通过油孔直接从上端喷油,易形成动态油膜,有效防止点蚀发生。在行星轮轴上设置有压力油槽,供拆卸,调节行星轮与太阳轮的同步均载时用。
本实用新型结构合理、体积小、工作平稳可靠、安全性能好、承载能力强并且装配维修方便。

五、具体实施方式:
如图1所示:本实用新型主要由输入轴1、输出轴8、前箱体9、中箱体10、后箱体11、内齿圈2、行星轮轴3、行星轮4、太阳轮5、芯轴6、齿轮7及支撑板12组成,其特征在于:位于增速箱内的行星传动部分是双联行星传动,即由行星轮轴3和套在行星轮轴3上的行星轮4构成,输入轴1与内齿圈2联结,内齿圈2与行星轮轴3常啮合,行星轮4与太阳轮5常啮合,太阳轮5的鼓形齿花键端与芯轴6联结,芯轴6上的齿轮7与输出轴8啮合,输入轴1与输出轴8的轴线平行。
从图1可以看出:输入轴1与内齿圈2单边联结,内齿圈2为薄壁结构。太阳轮5上设置有油孔13,行星轮轴3上设置有压力油槽14。行星轮轴3上的行星轮4及太阳轮5位于后箱体11内,芯轴6及输出轴8通过轴承一端由支撑板12支撑,另一端由后箱体11支撑,支撑板12联结在后箱体11上。前箱体9、中箱体10、后箱体11及支撑板12经螺栓联结而成。内齿圈2、行星轮轴3、行星轮4、太阳轮5、齿轮7及输出轴8上的齿均是斜齿。
工作原理:将本实用新型安装在风力发电机塔架内,塔架上的叶片经螺栓与主轴联结在一起,主轴又通过胀套与本实用新型中的输入轴1联结,叶片在风力的作用下转动,带动主轴转动,主轴又带动输入轴1转动,输入轴1与内齿圈2用螺栓联结,内齿圈2带动行星轮轴3转动,套在行星轮轴3大端的行星轮4带动太阳轮5,太阳轮5与芯轴6联结,芯轴6带动齿轮7一起转动,齿轮7与输出轴8啮合传动,实现增速,输出轴8通过万向节与发电机联结,从而带动发电机发电。

1.一种行星传动风力发电增速箱,包括输入轴(1)、输出轴(8)、前箱体(9)、中箱体(10)及后箱体(11),其特征在于:位于增速箱内的行星传动部分是双联行星传动,即由行星轮轴(3)和套在行星轮轴(3)上的行星轮(4)构成,输入轴(1)与内齿圈(2)联结,内齿圈(2)与行星轮轴(3)常啮合,行星轮(4)与太阳轮(5)常啮合,太阳轮(5)的鼓形齿花键端与芯轴(6)联结,芯轴(6)上的齿轮(7)与输出轴(8)啮合,输入轴(1)与输出轴(8)的轴线平行。
2.根据权利要求1所述的行星传动风力发电增速箱,其特征在于:输入轴(1)与内齿圈(2)单边联结,内齿圈(2)为薄壁结构。
3.根据权利要求1所述的行星传动风力发电增速箱,其特征在于:内齿圈(2)、行星轮轴(3)、行星轮(4)、太阳轮(5)、齿轮(7)及输出轴(8)上的齿均是斜齿。
4.根据权利要求1所述的行星传动风力发电增速箱,其特征在于:太阳轮(5)上设置有油孔(13),行星轮轴(3)上设置有压力油槽(14)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的行星传动风力发电增速箱,其特征在于:行星轮轴(3)上的行星轮(4)及太阳轮(5)位于后箱体(11)内,芯轴(6)及输出轴(8)通过轴承一端由支撑板(12)支撑,另一端由后箱体(11)支撑,支撑板(12)联结在后箱体(11)上。
6.根据权利要求1所述的行星传动风力发电增速箱,其特征在于:前箱体(9)、中箱体(10)、后箱体(11)及支撑板(12)经螺栓联结而成。
