Abstract

本发明涉及一种汽车前罩灯，包括配光镜和灯壳，在配光镜下边缘处设置有限位托架，限位托架的正面两侧各一体设置有一组限位卡块，每组限位卡块由三只呈三角形布置在限位托架正面的限位卡块组成，限位托架正面还一体设置有限位卡子。将该前罩灯安装在整车上与汽车前保险杠配合，能够保证前罩灯与前保险杠之间的位置精度。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车部件，具体涉及汽车前罩灯。
背景技术
微型汽车上的前照灯是通过螺栓固定在车身前部支架上，以实现前照灯与整车的装配。然而，由于汽车零部件自身精度和车体焊接的误差，使得前照灯与整车装配的位置精度不易控制，并且由于汽车前保险杠及前隔栅上均不能设计前照灯的定位点和安装点，这将使前照灯与前保险杠之间的间隙值和断差值不易得到设计要求，从而影响汽车的外观。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种汽车前罩灯，将其安装在整车上能够与汽车前保险杠配合，以保证前罩灯与前保险杠之间的位置精度。
本发明所述汽车前罩灯，包括配光镜和灯壳，在配光镜下边缘处设置有限位托架，限位托架的正面两侧各一体设置有一组限位卡块，每组限位卡块由三只呈三角形布置在限位托架正面的限位卡块组成，且其中一只限位卡块位于另外两只限位卡块的上方，使该只限位卡块与其下方的两只限位卡块之间形成与配光镜下边缘平行的限位卡口；在限位托架正面还一体设置有限位卡子，其位于两组限位卡块上方的两只限位卡块之间，限位卡子前端具有向下凸出的卡头，该卡头位于两组限位卡块所形成的两个限位卡口的连线上。
限位托架呈U形，其扣合在前照灯底部配光镜与灯壳接合处，并用螺钉固定在灯壳上。
所述限位托架的正面即是当限位托架固定在前罩灯上后，朝向前罩灯前方的一面。
限位卡子前端的卡头位于两组限位卡块所形成的两个限位卡口的连线上，可保证当前保险杠内侧钣金插入限位卡口中后，限位卡子能够与前保险杠内侧钣金上的矩形孔进行可靠卡接。
安装时，先将前照灯安装在车身前部支架上，然后安装前保险杠。安装前保险杠时，将前保险杠内侧钣金插入限位托架上限位卡块的限位卡口中，则限位卡块将保证前保险杠在上下方向（Z方向）上的安装位置；同时，限位托架上的限位卡子前端的卡头卡入前保险杠内侧钣金上的矩形孔中，以确保前保险杠在横向（Y方向）上的安装位置。
本发明所述汽车前罩灯由于在配光镜下边缘处设置有限位托架，当前罩灯和前保险杠安装在车身上后，限位托架能够有效地限定前保险杠与前照灯之间的位置，从而保证前照灯与前保险杠之间的位置精度，使两者间的间隙与断差值能更好的满足设计要求；同时，由于限位托架对前保险杠进行支撑和卡接，故使前保险杠在车身上的安装更加稳固。

下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1至图5所示，该汽车前罩灯包括配光镜1和灯壳4，在配光镜1下边缘中部位置处设置有限位托架3，限位托架3呈U形，其扣合在前照灯底部配光镜1与灯壳4接合处，并用螺钉2固定在灯壳4上。限位托架3的正面两侧各一体设置有一组限位卡块，每组限位卡块由三只呈等腰三角形布置在限位托架3正面的限位卡块5组成，并且其中一只限位卡块5位于另外两只限位卡块5的上方，使该只限位卡块5与其下方的两只限位卡块5之间形成与配光镜1下边缘平行的限位卡口。在限位托架3正面还一体设置有限位卡子6，其位于两组限位卡块上方的两只限位卡块5之间的中间位置处，限位卡子6前端具有向下凸出的楔形卡头10，该卡头10位于两组限位卡块所形成的两个限位卡口的连线上。

1.一种汽车前照灯，包括配光镜（1）和灯壳（4），其特征在于：在配光镜下边缘处设置有限位托架（3），限位托架的正面两侧各一体设置有一组限位卡块，每组限位卡块由三只呈三角形布置在限位托架正面的限位卡块（5）组成，且其中一只限位卡块位于另外两只限位卡块的上方，使该只限位卡块与其下方的两只限位卡块之间形成与配光镜下边缘平行的限位卡口；在限位托架正面还一体设置有限位卡子（6），其位于两组限位卡块上方的两只限位卡块之间，限位卡子前端具有向下凸出的卡头（10），该卡头位于两组限位卡块所形成的两个限位卡口的连线上。
2.按照权利要求1所述汽车前罩灯，其特征在于：限位托架（3）呈U形，其扣合在前照灯底部配光镜（1）与灯壳（4）接合处，并用螺钉（2）固定在灯壳上。
