高填充硬质聚氯乙烯(简称R一PVC)地板属于PVC中空异型材，是以PVC树脂为主要原料，添加热稳定剂、耐冲击改性剂、润滑剂及填料，经配料混合挤出而成。其宽度分别为55mm和110mm。它是一种和木材强度相当，且更美观、耐磨、防潮、防蛀、防火和易清洗的以塑代木材料。在汽车上安装R一Pvc地板，每辆车可节省Zm，木材，因而生产R一Pvc地板，是开发第二森林资源、造福子孙后代、增加经济效益和满足市场需要的大事。近几年来，R一PVC地板已在电车、汽车和建筑物内得到广泛的应用。
本发明提供一种新型高填充硬质聚氯乙烯地板，满足日益增长R一PVC的需求。

一种高填充硬质聚氯乙烯地板的制备工艺：
A、混料将上述配方混合；
B、混炼：在两辊炼塑机上将PVC塑化均匀，拉片；温度为140-160左右；
C、压片：温度140-160左右，压力180-200kg/cm2；

A、混料将上述配方混合；
B、混炼：在两辊炼塑机上将PVC塑化均匀，拉片；温度为140-160℃；
C、压片：温度140-160℃，压力180-200kg/cm2；

一种高填充硬质聚氯乙烯地板，其特征在于由如下配方组成，按重量份数其配方为：聚氯乙烯树脂120kg，二甲基二巯基乙酸异辛酯锡10kg，碳酸钙250kg，膨胀珍珠岩250kg，邻苯二甲酸二辛酯30kg，石蜡10kg，AC发泡剂25kg。
一种高填充硬质聚氯乙烯地板的制备工艺：
A、混料将上述配方混合；
B、混炼：在两辊炼塑机上将PVC塑化均匀，拉片；温度为160℃左右；
C、压片：温度160℃左右，压力200kg/cm2；
