Abstract

Description

绝缘帽的制造方法及制造装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于由长管制造绝缘帽的制造装置和制造方法。 
背景技术
当通过注塑成型机由合成树脂材料使绝缘帽成型时,由于对于待成型的各绝缘帽的材料和尺寸需要更换注塑模,所以利用注塑成型机的这种方法并不适用于多种类小批量生产。于是,本专利申请的申请人提出了PTL1所述的绝缘帽制造装置。 
如图10所示,绝缘帽制造装置100包括:在管馈送方向“A”上间隔地设置在基座101上的第一至第三管馈送单元102、103、104;设置在基座101上的第一管馈送单元102的正下游的管焊接单元105;以及设置在基座101上的第二和第三管馈送单元103、104之间的帽冲裁单元106。 
第一至第三管馈送单元102、103、104分别具有成对的上下辊子102a、102b,103a、103b,104a、104b,并且长管110设置在成对的上下辊子102a、102b,103a、103b,104a、104b之间。每当所述成对的上下辊子102a、102b,103a、103b,104a、104b旋转时,所述长管110就被馈送指定的量。 
管焊接单元105具有一对上下焊接部105a、105b,并且对由辊子挟持的管110进行焊接操作。 
管冲裁单元106具有下接收台106a、上冲裁部106b以及切割部106c。管冲裁单元106从管110冲裁绝缘帽109(如图11所示) 
接下来,将描述制造装置100的操作。当通过第一至第三馈送单元102、103、104将长管110馈送了指定量的时候,管110的输送在指定位置中停止。接下来,在管焊接单元105中,使上焊接部105a下降到使该上焊接部105a与下焊接部105b产生压接触的位置,以便对管110进行焊接操作。 
在管冲裁单元106中,在对管110进行焊接操作的同时,使上冲裁部106b和切割部106c朝着下接收台106a下降,以便对该管110进行冲裁操作。如图11所示,通过单个冲裁步骤生产出了两个绝缘帽109。 
当完成了管焊接操作和绝缘帽冲裁操作时,制造流程进行到依靠管馈送单元102、103、104的管馈送步骤。通过依次重复所述操作来连续地制造绝缘帽109。

技术问题 
然而,在绝缘帽109的制造装置100中,各管馈送单元102、103、104借助于其成对的辊子102a、102b,103a、103b,104a、104b的转动所产生的摩擦力来输送管110。结果,为了输送不同尺寸的管110,由于为了处理要使用的各尺寸的管,需要包括更换管馈送单元102、103、104或者改变成对的辊子102a、102b,103a、103b,104a、104b之间的间隙尺寸的准备工作,所以工作效率变差,导致了加工时间变长的问题。另一个问题是管在管馈送步骤中弯曲。 
此外,在进行管焊接步骤的同时不能馈送管。而且,管馈送步骤和管焊接步骤都是需要一些时间来完成各步骤的步骤,并且由于单独 地进行耗时的各步骤,所以引起了加工时间变长的问题。 
问题的解决方案 
于是,为了解决这些问题而创造了本发明,并且本发明的目的是提供一种能够实现减少加工时间的绝缘帽的制造装置和制造方法。 
为了实现该目的,提供一种绝缘帽的制造方法,包括:供应步骤,从管供应单元向管置放台供应细长管;压紧固及压接触步骤,朝着管置放台移动管压紧固部和焊接体部,以便压紧固放置在所述管置放台上的管的压紧固位置并且压接触放置在所述管置放台上的管的压接触位置;焊接步骤,关于管的压接触位置进行焊接处理;馈送步骤,在焊接步骤期间移动所述管置放台以在管馈送方向上馈送管达指定量;冲裁步骤,在馈送步骤之后冲裁受到焊接处理的管,以形成绝缘帽;以及送出步骤,从冲裁位置送出所形成的绝缘帽。 
所述制造方法可以包括读取步骤,读取管盒上所指示的生产指令信息,该管盒容纳在管供应单元中并且所述管在其中卷绕。 
在所述制造方法中,在送出步骤中,所述绝缘帽可以通过鼓风送出。 
在所述制造方法中,所述焊接处理在焊接步骤中可以通过超声焊接来执行,并且冷气可以一直吹向焊接体部。 
在所述制造方法中,所述管置放台可以具有管插入引导件。 
在所述制造方法中,在压紧固及压接触步骤中,可以通过压力传感器来检查压紧固力和压接触力。 
此外,提供一种绝缘帽的制造装置,包括:供应细长管的管供应单元;用于将从管供应单元供应的管放置在上面的管置放台;管压紧固部,在管馈送方向上与管置放台一起移动并且朝着该管置放台移动以便压紧固放置在管置放台上的管的压紧固位置;焊接体部,与管压紧固部一起朝着管置放台移动,以便压接触放置在管置放台上的管的压接触位置并且关于管的该压接触位置进行焊接处理;管馈送单元,在焊接处理期间移动管置放台,以在管馈送方向上馈送所述管达指定量;以及帽冲裁单元,冲裁从管馈送单元馈送的受到焊接处理的管,以形成绝缘帽并且送出所形成的绝缘帽。
所述制造装置可以进一步包括:管盒,容纳在所述管供应单元中,并且所述管卷绕在该管盒中;以及读取单元,读取所述管盒上所指示的生产指令信息。 
在所述制造装置中,帽冲裁单元可以包括通过鼓风送出绝缘帽的帽送出单元。 
在所述制造装置中,焊接体部可以是关于管的压接触位置进行超声焊接处理的超声焊接部。此外,所述制造装置可以具有冷却鼓风装置,该冷却鼓风装置一直向超声焊接部吹送冷气。 
在所述制造装置中,所述管置放台可以具有管插入引导件。 
在所述制造装置中,在管压紧固部和焊接体部中的每一个中都可以设置压力传感器,以检查压紧固力和压接触力。 
根据本发明,管馈送单元的管压紧固部以及焊接体部沿着该管压紧固部压紧固而该焊接体部焊接管置放台上的管的方向或者沿着释放该管压紧固部对管的压紧固和该焊接体部对管的压接触的方向而一起移动。因而,由于管压紧固部和焊接体部二者分别被转移到压紧固和压接触任何尺寸的管的位置,所以否则为了处理管尺寸上的变化而不 得不执行的准备工作变得没有必要。此外,由于管馈送工作可以在进行管焊接工作的同时来进行,所以可以尽可能地同时进行耗时的管焊接步骤和管馈送步骤。 
此外,由于基于绝缘帽的制造装置中的生产指令信息来进行自动设置切换,所以可以减少准备时间。 
而且,由于当通过冲裁来制造绝缘帽时,这样制造出的绝缘帽等通过来自冷却鼓风机装置的空气而从冲裁位置送出,所以不仅仅能够使制造工作自动化,而且还能够减少加工时间。 
此外,由于超声焊接部的焊头一直被来自冷却鼓风机装置的空气冷却,所以可以增强焊接稳定性,因此可以实现加工时间上的减少。 
此外,由于在管压紧固部和焊接体部的每一者中都设置有压力传感器,所以可以检查由该管压紧固部和焊接体部施加了多大的力。因此,通过测量压力上的变动可以容易地检测出的尺寸上的变化。

具体实施方式
[实施例] 
下文中,将基于附图来描述本发明的实施例。图1A至图9示出了本发明的实施例。 
如图1A、1B所示,绝缘帽1由一端侧通过焊接操作形成为密封部3而另一端通过冲裁形成为舌片部4的管11形成。管11由诸如氯乙烯、聚丙烯(PP)、弹性体等的绝缘材料形成为具有圆形或椭圆横截面2的筒状,并且利用这样形成的管11来制造绝缘帽1。如图1C所示,绝缘帽1覆盖导电连接部8,在导电连接部8处,电连接的多根电线W连接在一起,并且在形成舌片部4的部分处利用束缚带9将在导电连接部8处被这样覆盖的电线W固定在一起。绝缘管1用于保护多根电线W以上述方式连接在一起的导电连接部8。 
接下来,将描述绝缘帽1的制造装置10。如图2所示,绝缘帽的制造装置10包括:用于送出长管11的管供应单元20;具有管置放台33的管馈送单元30,从管供应单元20送出的管11放置在该管置放台33上,并且所述管馈送单元30使该管置放台33在管11的馈送方向“a”和该馈送方向“a”的反方向“b”上移动;管焊接单元40,对管置放台33上的管进行焊接操作;帽冲裁单元50,用于对在管焊接单元40中被焊接的管进行冲裁操作,以便制造绝缘帽1;以及帽送出单元60,用于将帽冲裁单元50中被冲裁的绝缘帽1从冲裁位置送出。
管供应单元20可旋转地容纳内部卷绕有长管11的管盒21,并且送出该管盒21中的管11。生产指令信息(要制造的帽的材料、尺寸、数目等等)以条形码的方式等等标示在管盒21上。用于读取所述生产指令信息的信息读取单元22设置在管供应单元20中。由信息读取单元22读取的信息被输出到未示出的控制单元。 
管馈送单元30具有在管馈送方向“a”上延伸的轨道台31、设置在轨道台31上以便在管馈送方向“a”和该管馈送方向的反方向“b”上自由移动的滑块32、固定于滑块32的管置放台33、用于在前后方向上驱动滑块32的步进电机机构34,以及设置在管置放台33上的一对管压紧固部35。关于移动方向和移动量,步进电机机构34受未示出的控制单元控制。通过将在下面描述的适于与管置放台33一起移动的柱体41来使所述一对管压紧固部35上升和下降,以便在将管11压紧固在管置放台33上的管的压紧固位置与使管11的压紧固释放的压紧固释放位置之间转换。 
管焊接单元40具有固定于滑块32以便随管置放台33一起移动的的柱体41、作为经由臂部42而固定于柱体41的焊接主体部的超声焊接部43,以及用于对超声焊接部43的焊头43a强行送出冷气的冷却鼓风机装置45。 
超声焊接部43设置在所述一对管压紧固部35之间。通过柱体41 使超声焊接部43和所述一对管压紧固部35(在由箭头“c”所示的方向上)相对于管置放台33彼此一起上升和下降。关于移动方向和移动量,柱体41受未示出的控制单元控制。冷却鼓风机装置45也受未示出的控制器控制。 
冷却鼓风机装置45具有用于喷射空气的多个软管45a,并且通过这些软管45a一直喷射冷气。冷却鼓风机装置45受未示出的控制器控制。 
用于将管插入到管引导部70中的管插入引导件80在管置放台33上沿管馈送方向“a”设置在冷却鼓风机装置45的下游。 
如图8和图9所示,管插入引导件80包括:形成在管置放台33的端部处以便从该端部竖立的竖立部81,以及从竖立部81的一侧表面朝着管引导部70伸出并且管11插入到其内部的插入部82。 
尽管在本实施例中,将在后面描述的插入部82和插入孔71对于每一者来说都设置成两个,但是也可是设置一个或两个以上的插入部和插入孔。 
帽冲裁单元50具有下接收台51、上按压基台52以及柱体53,下接收台51上设置有经由管引导部70从管焊接单元40传送的管11,该柱体53用于使上按压基台52在相对于下接收台51靠近和远离的方向“d”上移动。上按压基台52具有冲裁部52a和切割部52b。冲裁部52a和切割部52b被柱体53驱动而移动。关于移动方向和移动量,柱体53受未示出的控制单元控制。通过将上按压基台52转换到该上按压基台52与下接收台51产生接触的位置,从长管11冲裁出两个绝缘帽1。即,由冲裁部52a从管11冲裁出绝缘帽1以及由切割部52b切割长管11是同时进行的。具体地,冲裁部52a冲裁部分长管11以形成其中两个绝缘帽1彼此面对的两个舌片部4。切割部51b在两个相邻 的绝缘帽1之间延伸的密封部3的中间位置处切割长管11。 
帽送出单元60具有固定于管引导部70的软管60a,并且从软管60a的末端朝着这样冲裁出的绝缘帽1等驱送空气,使得从冲裁位置送出绝缘帽1等。 
管引导部70在下接收台51的端部处设置成从该下接收台51竖立。管引导部70具有插孔71和形成在该插孔71的上侧上的管压紧固件72,从管插入引导件80伸出的插入部82被插入到所述插孔71中,所述管压紧固件72用于使管11压紧固于下接收台51。 
图2中的参考标号5表示由于从管11冲裁出绝缘帽1而留下的废料。 
接下来,将描述绝缘帽1的制造装置10的操作。假设长管11从管供应单元20被馈送出并且正放置在管置放台33上,并且所述一对管压紧固部35和超声焊接部43正分别处于管11受压紧固部35的压紧固被释放的压紧固释放位置和管11受超声焊接部43的压接触被释放的压接触释放位置中。 
如图4A、4B所示,从这种状态,所述一对管压紧固部35和超声焊接部43分别被转换到压紧固管11的压紧固位置和压接触管11的压接触位置中(管压紧固和压接触步骤)。这里,由于所述一对管压紧固部35和超声焊接部43彼此一起朝着管置放台33下降,所以所述一对管压紧固部35和超声焊接部43二者被转换到以预定的压紧固和压接触力来压紧固和压接触所述管11的位置。即,无论使用图3A所示的压紧固状态下的高度是T1的大尺寸管11A还是使用图3B所示的压紧固状态下的高度是T2(T2<T1)的小尺寸管11B,所述一对管压紧固部35都确定地压紧固管11A、11B,并且使得超声焊接部43确定地与管11A、11B产生压接触。 
在图3A、3B中,为了清楚地理解,对大尺寸管赋予数字参考标号11A,而对小尺寸管赋予数字参考标号11B。 
接下来,通过超声焊接部43对管11进行焊接操作(管焊接步骤)。即,使超声波从超声焊接部43的焊头43a振荡达预定时间。在本实施例中,管焊接步骤包括超声波振荡和保持(holding)(冷却)。 
在管焊接步骤中,当完成超声波振荡而继续保持(冷却)时,管置放台33在管馈送方向“a”上被馈送出指定量。然后,由于管11被所述一对管压紧固部35恰好固定在管置放台33上并且被插入到管插入引导件80中,所以管11在管馈送方向“a”上被馈送出指定量(管馈送步骤)。通过这种管馈送步骤,管置放台33等从图2的实线所示的位置(图4A、4B中的位置)转换到由图2的虚线所示的位置(图5A、5B中的位置)。即,管焊接步骤和管馈送步骤是部分同时进行的。由于在保持(冷却)的同时也保持了管11被焊头43a压接触的状态,所以能够使焊接稳定。 
在管馈送方向上被馈送出指定量的管11通过管压紧固件72而固定地定位在下接收台51与该管压紧固件72之间。 
在管馈送步骤之后,如图6A、6B所示,所述一对管压紧固部35和超声焊接部43分别被转换到管11的压紧固被释放的压紧固释放位置和管11的压接触被释放的压接触释放位置中。之后,使得管置放台33在管馈送方向的反方向“b”上移动(管置放台返回步骤)。于是,由于管11没有被所述一对管压紧固部35压紧固,而是部分借助于管引导部70的反向馈送防止功能而被保持在当前的位置中,所以只有所述管置放台33返回。 
在管置放台返回步骤期间,如图6A、6B所示,使上按压基台52 的冲裁部52a和切割部52b下降到下接收台51上,以从管11冲裁出绝缘帽1并且切割管11。之后,如图7A、7B所示,使上按压基台52的冲裁部52a和切割部52b从下接收台51上升(帽冲裁步骤)。通过这种操作,通过从管11冲裁而制成具有预定形状的两个绝缘帽1。 
接下来,通过帽送出单元60的软管60a将空气驱送到从管11冲裁出的绝缘帽等,以便从冲裁位置送出该绝缘帽等。通过连续地重复至此所描述的系列步骤和操作,能够以连续的方式来制造绝缘帽1。 
当将新的管盒21安装在管供应单元20中时,通过信息读取单元22来读取该管盒21上所标示的生产指令信息。然后,控制单元(未示出)将改变新的管盒21中的管11的馈送量等。 
如前所述,绝缘帽的制造装置10包括管馈送单元30和管焊接单元40。管馈送单元30具有管置放台33和管压紧固部35,管置放台33上面放置从管供应单元20送出的管11并且该管置放台33在管11的馈送方向“a”和该馈送方向“a”的反方向“b”上移动,管压紧固部35可以与管置放台33一起移动并且可以在压紧固所述管置放台33上的管11的压紧固位置与释放所述管11的压紧固释放位置之间转换。管焊接单元40具有焊接主体部43,该焊接主体部43可以在与管置放台33一起移动,并且可以在压接触所述管置放台33上的管11的压接触位置与释放对管11的压接触的压接触释放位置之间转换,同时与管压紧固部35一起移动,从而通过管焊接主体部43对管置放台33上的管11进行焊接操作。结果,管馈送单元30的管压紧固部35与超声焊接部43在使管置放台33上的管11被该管压紧固部35压紧固并且被该超声焊接部35压接触以及释放由该管压紧固单元35的压紧固和该超声焊接部35的压接触的方向“c”上一起移动,因而,由于管压紧固部35和超声焊接部43被一起转换到压紧固并压接触任何尺寸的管的位置,所以否则随着管尺寸的变化而需要的准备工作变得没有必要。此外,由于可以在进行管焊接工作的同时进行管馈送工作,所以能够 尽可能同时地进行耗时的管焊接步骤和管馈送步骤。此外,通过设置管插入引导件80,可以防止否则在输送管11时将会发生的管11的弯曲。因而,可以实现加工时间的减少。 
在本实施例中,管供应单元20可旋转地容纳内部卷绕有长管11的管盒21,并且使得管盒21中的管11能够被送出,并且具有读取管盒21上所标示的生产指令信息的信息读取单元22。结果,在使得可以基于绝缘帽1的制造装置10中的生产指令信息进行自动设定切换的情况下,可以减少准备时间。 
在本实施例中,帽送出单元60将空气驱送到在帽冲裁单元50中从管11冲裁出的绝缘帽1,以便从冲裁位置送出绝缘帽1。结果,由于当通过冲裁来制造绝缘帽等时,绝缘帽通过被这样驱送的空气而从冲裁位置送出,所以可以实现制造工作的自动化以及加工时间的减少。 
在本实施例中,管焊接单元包括超声焊接部43并且具有用于对该超声焊接部43驱送冷气的冷却鼓风机装置45。结果,由于超声焊接部43一直被来自鼓风机装置45的空气冷却,所以可以增加焊接稳定性。 
(修改例) 
尽管在本实施例中,管焊接单元40的焊接主体部包括超声焊接部43,但是可以采用任何焊接装置,只要它们可以在管11中形成密封部3即可,并且可以包括采用超声焊接、高频焊接以及热焊接的焊接装置。 
在本实施例中,压力传感器可以设置在所述一对管压紧固部35的管按压表面侧以及超声焊接部43的焊头43a上。通过采用这种构造,由于可以分别检查所述一对管压紧固部35和所述超声焊接部43的焊头43a压紧固和压接触管11的压紧固力和压接触力,所以所述一对管压紧固部35和所述超声焊接部43的焊头43a优选能够分别以预定的压紧固力和压接触力压紧固和压接触管11。 

Claims (6)

1.一种绝缘帽的制造方法,包括:
供应步骤,从管供应单元向管置放台供应细长管;
压紧固及压接触步骤,朝着所述管置放台移动管压紧固部和焊接体部,以便压紧固放置在所述管置放台上的管的压紧固位置并且压接触放置在所述管置放台上的管的压接触位置;
焊接步骤,关于管的所述压接触位置进行焊接处理;
馈送步骤,在所述焊接步骤期间移动所述管置放台以在管馈送方向上馈送所述管达指定量;
冲裁步骤,在所述馈送步骤之后冲裁受到所述焊接处理的管,以形成所述绝缘帽;以及
送出步骤,从冲裁位置送出所形成的绝缘帽。
2.根据权利要求1所述的制造方法,其中,所述供应步骤还包括:读取步骤,读取管盒上所标示的生产指令信息,该管盒容纳在所述管供应单元中并且所述管卷绕在该管盒中。
3.根据权利要求1所述的制造方法,其中,在送出步骤中,所述绝缘帽可以通过鼓风送出。
4.根据权利要求1所述的制造方法,其中,在所述焊接步骤中通过超声焊接来执行所述焊接处理,并且冷气一直吹向所述焊接体部。
5.根据权利要求1所述的制造方法,其中,所述管置放台具有管插入引导件。
6.根据权利要求1所述的制造方法,其中,在所述压紧固及压接触步骤中,通过压力传感器来检查压紧固力和压接触力。
