Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种生产塑料中空件的方法,在其中经由吹塑或注塑方法,塑料在形成中空的连接轮廓下引入到模具内且形成中空件。本发明同样也涉及具有用于安装构件的端侧的连接轮廓和布置在连接轮廓上的支撑元件的塑料中空件。该塑料中空件尤其是设为用于输送流体,如吸入的空气或液体,但是并不限于此。
背景技术
为了例如将弹性体软管与塑料中空件连接,通常使用软管箍,以便确保两个组件之间的工艺可靠的密封性。塑料中空件(弹性体软管放置在其上)具有用于输送流体的连接轮廓,软管端部装到其上。由于塑料在持续的力作用下可以具有松弛的倾向,由金属组成的支撑环插入到塑料构件的内侧上。软管箍支撑抵靠支撑环且不仅夹住弹性体软管,而且也夹住连接轮廓。由于塑料构件(其通常情况下作为吹塑件生产而成)的内轮廓具有由工艺决定的相对大的公差,用于布置在连接轮廓的内周围上的支撑环的接纳轮廓进行机械式精加工。该机械式精加工通过切削工艺进行,例如通过分段钻削或修准钻(Ausspindelung)。
在所有切削精加工方法中产生不同制模的碎屑。由于碎屑不能工艺可靠地被导出,存在部分碎屑残留在构件中的危险。在一些应用中,残留的碎屑可能是无害的,然而,在净化空气区域中使用组件时,碎屑是不可接受的,因为它们直接传输到例如内燃机且在那里可引起损坏。如此可引起例如在涡轮增压器上的堆积或损坏,其结果可导致涡轮增压器的停机。在使用带有玻璃纤维成分的塑料时,在活塞环和汽缸衬筒之间可出现由碎屑组成的玻璃纤维的堆积,这会导致泄漏并因此导致马达的功率耗损。
发明目的
本发明的目的是,提供一种用于生产塑料中空件的方法和塑料中空件,借此,排除后续组件的危险并且允许快速和工艺可靠的加工。
按照本发明,该目的通过具有权利要求1所述特征的方法和具有权利要求9所述特征的塑料中空件实现。
本发明的有利的构造和改进方案在各自的从属权利要求中描述。
按照本发明的用于生产塑料中空件的方法,在其中经由吹塑或注塑方法,塑料在形成中空的连接轮廓下引入到模具内且形成中空件,该方法设为,支撑环在连接轮廓的区域中成形。支撑环的成形省去了塑料中空件或连接轮廓的切削精加工,使得一方面构件在连接轮廓上的稳定固定和通过软管箍或类似物的牢固可以可靠地并且长时间地实现。在引入或安装支撑元件时通过避免碎屑确保了,后续组件在装入状态下不会遭受通过塑料或玻璃纤维形成的危险。
本发明的一种变型设为,支撑环在塑料引入之前放入到模具内,也就是注塑或吹塑模具内且从内部用塑料包围。该支撑环也形成连接轮廓的至少一个部分的外周围和外封闭,借此,特别有效地确立了连接轮廓的高的尺寸精确性,因为该支撑环通常由具有高的尺寸稳定性的金属形成。
本发明的一种变型设为,支撑环与塑料中空件在形成自由空间下放入到注塑模具内并且相对于塑料中空件定位地保持。紧接着,在支撑环和塑料中空空间之间的自由空间内引入填充料,其设为用于填充自由空间。之后,取出注塑模的加工的塑料中空件。在此支撑环位于连接轮廓的内周围上,而填充料一方面在塑料中空件上,准确地讲在连接轮廓上产生支撑环的形状配合的和材料配合的牢固并且在另一方面对支撑环的外轮廓和连接轮廓的内轮廓之间的公差进行均衡。这些公差出现是因为在吹塑方法和注塑方法中生产的塑料中空件的内轮廓受到一定的波动。
为了使支撑环在连接轮廓内部并且相对于塑料中空件的安全定位设为,支撑环保持在滑块上,所述滑块在塑料中空件上的方向中滑动。该滑块优选滑向塑料中空件,直到该滑块贴靠在塑料中空件上,使得除了滑块外没有填充料可进入到塑料中空件内。对此,填充料的熔点可以这样选择,使得塑料中空件的表面熔化,使得两种材料形成彼此材料配合的连接。对此,支撑环布置在塑料中空件的内部且从外部用填充料包围,支撑环优选紧紧地放置在滑块上,使得没有填充料能进入到滑块和支撑环之间;因此,支撑环形成了连接轮廓的内封闭。
相对于在填充料和塑料中空件的材料之间的材料配合的连接作为可替换方案或补充设为,两种材料的收缩彼此协调一致,使得塑料中空件和连接轮廓的后收缩(Nachschrumpfung)大于填充材料的收缩。由此支撑环和填充材料在塑料中空件和连接轮廓内部在冷却时固定地收缩在一起。
原则上也可能的是,在塑料中空件中在连接轮廓的区域中形成至少一个后缺口(Hinterschneidung),其由填充料至少局部地填充,使得除了填充料在连接轮廓中以及由此支撑环在连接轮廓中的材料配合和力配合的连接与牢固之外,也能实现形状配合的牢固。
按照本发明的具有用于安装构件的端侧的连接轮廓和布置在连接轮廓上的支撑元件的塑料中空件设为,支撑元件布置在连接轮廓的内周围上并且在支撑元件和塑料中空件之间注入填充料,其使支撑元件牢固在连接轮廓上。在一个改进方案中,在连接轮廓中设有至少一个后缺口,填充料注入到至少一个后缺口中,该后缺口优选由填充料填充,使得形成填充料和塑料中空件的塑料材料之间的形状配合的连接。

具体实施方式
在图1中示出了具有连接轮廓10和安装在其上的为弹性体软管形状的构件2的塑料中空件1。弹性体软管2经由例如作为套管或法兰形成的连接轮廓10滑动并且用于连接弹性体软管2和塑料中空件1。塑料中空件1优选作为塑料吹塑件形成并且具有处于内部的中空空间,该中空空间尤其用于输送流体,如吸入的空气或类似物。在连接轮廓10上设有正面的牢固轮廓3,其在示出的实施例中作为环绕的棱边形成。牢固轮廓3也能以单个的、径向凸出的凸起的形状形成,使得不存在环绕的接片,而是在连接轮廓10的正面上的间歇的接片段。该牢固轮廓3可与塑料中空件1在吹塑模具中一起成形或后续安装上,例如通过热模压或注塑。在到牢固轮廓3的轴向距离中,在塑料中空件1和连接轮廓10上形成有密封凸肩5、当前为环绕的密封凸肩5。该环绕的密封凸肩具有三角形的横截面并且具有从连接轮廓10的一定径向延伸。在牢固轮廓3和密封凸肩5之间以支撑环形状的支撑元件4设置在连接轮廓10上。该支撑环4位于连接轮廓10上的外周围上并且用于接纳径向作用力。支撑环4以压配合方式可以外部地安装在塑料中空件1上,同样也可能的是,通过在塑料材料吹塑前把支撑环4放入到吹塑模具内并且至少局部地由塑料材料包围,支撑环4外部地成形在连接轮廓10上。
以弹性体软管形状的构件2延伸过牢固轮廓3、支撑环4和环绕的密封凸肩5且经由箍6、当前为软管箍保持在连接轮廓10上。在当前的实施例中,软管箍6这样布置,使得它轴向地布置在密封凸间5的上面并且在密封凸肩5上的方向上挤压构件2。由此将形成尖角的密封凸肩5挤压到构件2内,使得产生局部的形状配合,其增加了构件2和塑料中空件1之间的脱离力。软管箍6同样布置在支撑元件4的上面,使得构件2被夹持在支撑元件5和软管箍6之间。
通过吹塑模具的连接轮廓10的外轮廓的非常精确的确定,通常情况下在连接轮廓10上的支撑环4的接触面的精加工是不需要的。支撑环4可从外部滑动到连接轮廓10上,直到它贴靠在密封凸肩5上。然后,牢固轮廓3在安装前的运输时牢固支撑环4以防止掉落下来或滑落下来。
相对于软管箍可替换地,也可设有其他的牢固元件,其将构件2牢固在连接轮廓10上且施加径向作用力到连接轮廓10上。牢固轮廓3也可在支撑环推移上之后安装上,例如通过热模压。
在图2示出了本发明的带有连接轮廓10的一种变型,在示出的实施例中,该连接轮廓不具有环绕的密封凸肩和位于外部的支撑环。例如可作为弹性体软管形成的构件同样也未示出。示出了在未详细示出的注塑模具内的带有在内侧布置的滑块7的塑料中空件1,该滑块正面地密封地顶靠塑料中空件1。在滑块7和连接轮廓10的内轮廓之间形成自由空间,其用填充料8填充。填充料8一方面用于内部布置的支撑环4和连接轮廓10的内轮廓之间的公差均衡并且另一方面用于把支撑环4固定在塑料中空件1上。在滑块7(支撑环4布置在其上并且轴向支撑抵靠凸肩9)滑向塑料中空件1之后,填充料8(优选用塑料)注入到支撑环4的外周围和连接轮廓10的内周围之间的自由空间内。对此,为了安全保持支撑环4和消除间隙,填充料8的熔点可以这样选择,使得塑料中空件1的塑料熔化。以此方式,两种材料彼此可形成连接,使得填充料8材料配合地固定在连接轮廓10的塑料上。
对此,滑块7相对于填充料8的进入密封塑料中空件1,该填充料在注塑或浇铸方法中引入。例如通过由填充料8包围的后缺口或类似物安装在它的外轮廓上,支撑环4安全地保持在填充料8中。同样通过填充料的收缩工艺支撑环4可以安全地保持在填充料8中。可替换于填充料8和连接轮廓10的塑料之间的材料配合的连接可能的是,两种材料的收缩这样彼此协调一致,使得在完成的塑料中空件1冷却时,连接轮廓10的塑料相比于填充料8更多地后收缩,使得不仅支撑环4而且填充料8在冷却时固定收缩在构件中。由于支撑环4通常情况下由金属生产而成,在通常情况下,收缩在冷却时显著小于填充料8和塑料中空件1的收缩,使得支撑环4附加地收缩。

Claims (10)
1.用于生产塑料中空件的方法,在其中经由吹塑或注塑方法塑料在形成中空的连接轮廓下引入到模具内并且形成中空件,其特征在于,支撑环(4)在连接轮廓(10)的区域中被成形。
2.按照权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,支撑环(4)在塑料引入之前放入到模具内并且从内部用塑料包围。
3.按照权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,支撑环(4)与塑料中空件(1)在形成自由空间下放入到注塑模具内并且相对于塑料中空件(1)定位地保持,并且填充料(8)为了填充自由空间而引入到自由空间内。
4.按照权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,支撑环(4)保持在滑块(7)上,所述滑块滑向塑料中空件(1)。
5.按照权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,支撑环(4)布置在塑料中空件(1)内部且从外部用填充料(8)包围。
6.按照权利要求3至5之一所述的方法,其特征在于,填充料熔融中空件(1)并且形成与塑料的材料配合的连接。
7.按照权利要求3至5之一所述的方法,其特征在于,填充料通过收缩牢固支撑环(4)。
8.按照权利要求3至7之一所述的方法,其特征在于,在中空件(1)中形成至少一个后缺口(11),其由填充料(8)至少局部地填充。
9.具有用于安装构件的端侧的连接轮廓和布置在连接轮廓上的支撑元件的塑料中空件,其特征在于,支撑元件(4)布置在连接轮廓(10)的内周围上并且在支撑元件(4)和连接轮廓(10)之间注入填充料(8)。
