技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于金属储罐的填充设备、包括这样的填充设备的储罐设备和用于生产这样的填充设备的方法。
背景技术
填充设备允许储罐的填充,所述储罐特别是机动车辆的燃料储罐,并且为此目的使用了典型地形成填充颈部与储罐之间的流体连接的填充管。在这种情况下,填充管必须以液密方式在一端连接到填充颈部并且在另一端连接到储罐。为了将填充管附连至储罐,已知的是在储罐上设置储罐连接器管,并且将填充管经由中间元件连接到储罐连接器管。特别地,装好的管连接器或按压式钢接口被用作中间元件。
近来,由塑料材料制成的填充管已被越来越多地使用。如果所述填充管要被连接到由金属制成的储罐,除了通常的连接问题之外,也必须在金属与塑料材料之间提供合适的过渡。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的是提供一种填充设备,其包括可以以简单并且可靠的方式连接到金属储罐的填充管。另外的目的是提供一种包括这样的填充设备的储罐设备,以及用于制造该填充设备的简单并且成本效益的方法。
所述目的是通过一种用于金属储罐的填充设备实现的,所述填充设备包括填充管和用于将填充管连接到金属储罐的耦合元件,其中,所述填充管是塑料管,并且所述耦合元件是金属部件,其中,所述塑料管收缩配合到金属部件的管连接部上。
根据本发明,耦合元件被用在塑料填充管与金属储罐之间,所述耦合元件进而已经由金属组成,优选地由不锈钢组成,并且塑料填充管已经收缩配合在其上,特别是在塑料填充管的生产过程中。
特别地,填充管可以由HDPE(高密度聚乙烯)组成。
耦合元件的结构可以是旋转对称的,例如它可以是简单的旋转部件,由此可以用简单的方式生产。
耦合元件也可具有非旋转对称的形状,特别是椭圆形或三叶形(trilobular)横截面,以便形成防止填充管相对于耦合元件旋转的刚性连接(positive connection)。
耦合元件也可以是挤出部件、精密铸件、重力模铸部件、注塑成型部件、MIM部件(金属注塑成型)或烧结部件,特别是SLS部件(选择性激光烧结)。
优选地,用作止动件的第一轴环在耦合元件的管连接部与金属储罐连接部之间构造在耦合元件上,使得收缩配合的填充管以正面抵靠第一轴环,其中,所述填充管抵靠在耦合元件上,所述金属储罐连接部构造用于连接到金属储罐。
优选地,第二轴环构造在管连接部中,特别是在耦合元件面对填充管的端部处,使得第二轴环充当用于所述收缩配合的填充管的底切。第二轴环由此可以防止填充管的轴向位移。

根据本发明,“环形密封件”也可以被设计为特定形状的密封件,例如为X形环。因此,“环形槽”也可适应于这样的环形密封件的特定形状。
优选地,至少一个环形槽,优选地两个环形槽,被布置在耦合元件的远离填充管的区域中,即在储罐连接部中,以用于接收储罐环形密封件。
根据本发明的储罐设备优选地包括具有金属储罐连接器管和根据本发明的填充设备的金属储罐,其中,耦合元件被紧固到金属储罐连接器管。

用于生产根据本发明的填充设备的简单方法规定填充管通过加热成型,特别是吹塑成型的,或者在生产之后(例如,在注塑成型工艺之后)进行加热,并且耦合元件被挤压到仍然热的填充管内。在挤压过程中,填充管优选地具有至少70摄氏度的温度,优选地高于80摄氏度,因此仍然是相对柔性的。在冷却时,填充管收缩配合到所述耦合元件上,使得所述收缩配合已经导致密封作用。
在填充管的生产(特别是吹塑成型)之后,优选地,在加油管仍然温暖并且在挤压和收缩配合过程之前,填充管的边缘被优选地修圆,即修整到尺寸。
优选地,在填充管的生产(特别是吹塑成型以及可选的边缘修圆)之后,耦合元件被插入并压在其中,使得所述填充管抵靠耦合元件的第一轴环上的止动件。

Claims (12)
