技术领域
本发明涉及一种转换接头用于连接塑料管端部与现有的连接部,包含:连接部元件,用于适配于现有的连接部,其中,连接部元件具有固定区域和注塑包封区域;密封元件,用于在连接部元件与电焊接接头之间产生密封性;由能够焊接的塑料制成的电焊接接头,其中,电焊接接头具有加热元件。
背景技术
这样的转换接头用于不同的管道、阀及还有配件的过渡,也就是说,由不同的材料制成的管道部件应该互相连接,为此能够使用转换接头。例如配件常常由金属的材料制成且应该与塑料管道连接。不同的材料的这样的连接或者说过渡通过转换接头实现
从现有技术中已知了如FR 2 538 879公开的解决方案。过渡件大多由金属的材料制成且常常借助于内螺纹或外螺纹拧紧到例如配件处。过渡件的另一端部具有夹紧区域,其中容纳并且夹紧有待连接的塑料管,其中,大多应用由塑料制成的中间件作为待连接的塑料管且其而后利用有效的塑料管道与电焊接套筒连接或焊接。
这样的解决方案的缺点在于高的装配耗费以及大的空间需求或者说过渡接头与中间件及接着的电焊接套筒的长的安装长度。
EP 0 493 316 A1公开一种用于连接塑料管或连接管与其它的管路件的装置,其中,该连接具有接头,其借助于螺纹适配于例如配件。在接头的另一端部处布置有电焊接套筒,其用于焊接插入的塑料管。电焊接套筒和接头是分开制造的构件且插接在一起且借助于超声波焊接互相连接。
这样的装置的缺点除了接头与焊接套筒借助于超声波焊接的预装配要求的时间耗费以外还有产生通过接头的套管的横截面的狭窄部,待焊接的塑料管被推动到该套管上。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提出如下的转换接头,其具有短的结构长度以及简化了装配且为此要求较少的时间。此外,转换接头的内部的横截面应该相应于待连接的管的内部的横截面或者说不应该被减少或流动不应该不利地受到影响。
该目的根据本发明如下地实现,即电焊接接头通过注塑形状配合地且不能松开地模制或者说浇注到连接部元件处。也就是说,根据本发明的转换接头借助于注塑方法来制造,或者说,电焊接接头借助于注塑方法形状配合地且不能松开地与连接部元件连接。
根据本发明的转换接头包含连接部元件,其可由金属和/或塑料组成。通常预制作这样的连接部元件,从而连接部元件具有固定区域和注塑包封区域。固定区域具有连接元件,其例如构造为内螺纹或外螺纹以便能够固定在现有的连接部处。
此外,固定区域优选地具有多棱,其实现了到现有的连接部处的固定或者说实现了转换接头到现有的连接部处的固定。
连接部元件此外具有注塑包封区域。该注塑包封区域由电焊接接头形状配合地且不能松开地包覆,其中,电焊接接头通过注塑包封安置在连接部元件处。
连接部元件的注塑包封区域具有通道以此在电焊接接头与连接部元件之间形成不能松开的且形状配合的连接。
优选地,通道构造为钻孔图,其中,钻孔图优选地有规则地沿着周缘在连接部元件的注塑包封区域中延伸。通道对于塑料实现了连接部元件在注塑包封区域中的包围,也就是说,注塑包封区域完全由电焊接接头或其塑料包覆,因为塑料还穿过通道且沿着内周缘在注塑包封区域中延伸。
为了在优选的设计方案中在电焊接接头与连接部元件之间、尤其在注塑包封区域与固定区域之间的过渡区域中达到更高的或更好的形状配合,连接部元件具有轮廓部。该轮廓部还防止塑料从连接部元件的不期望的脱落。有利地该轮廓部在连接部元件的注塑包封区域中布置在罩面中、优选地在外部的罩面中,其中,所述轮廓部构造为槽。
所述槽的突出之处在于:其沿着外周缘延伸,优选地布置在角落区域中且径向地且轴向地取向。这防止电焊接接头从连接部元件的脱落,特别在这样的危险提高地存在的角落区域中。
根据本发明的转换接头具有连贯的、连续的内直径,而无伸入的内套管用于推动管道。
通过连接部元件的注塑包封实现:转换接头的内直径相应于待连接的管道端部的内直径且因此通过借助于根据本发明的转换接头的连接不产生狭窄部位。
电焊接接头在连接部元件处位于连接元件的相对而置的侧面上,该电焊接接头形状配合地与连接部元件连接。电焊接接头与连接部元件共同地形成转换接头。
电焊接接头由能够焊接的塑料形成且具有加热元件。加热元件优选地具有线圈载体,金属丝缠绕到所述线圈载体上,金属丝用作传导的元件以便由此使线圈载体的、电焊接接头的塑料以及推入的管道端部的塑料加热并且互相融合或者说焊接。为了实现需要的能量供应,金属丝具有至少一个连接插头。
线圈载体由能够焊接的塑料形成,优选地由与电焊接接头相同的塑料形成。
当然地电焊接接头具有如下的指示器,借助于其能够确定是否已经执行焊接。

优选地密封元件构造为O形环。还已经显示作为优选的设计方案的是:O形环槽或槽的半径与O形环的半径相符地构造,由此O形环在注塑过程期间可靠地布置在槽中。此外通过在电焊接接头的塑料冷却时的材料收缩,另外的有利的挤压力作用到O形环上。
还已经显示为有利的是:在转换接头的电焊接接头处布置有夹紧元件,优选地夹紧夹子(Klemmbride)。这实现了简单装配,方法是管道端部能够通过夹紧元件止动且而后能够进行焊接过程。
还已经显示为有利的设计方案的是:盖板在夹紧元件处布置用于遮盖夹紧空隙。盖板在电焊接接头的内直径处布置且防止在焊接过程期间材料溢出。

待引入的管端部在电焊接接头9的侧面上被推入到转换接头1中直至止挡部13。止挡部13确保了待连接的管也足够深地被推入。
转换接头1的电焊接接头9包含加热元件14,其中,加热元件14具有线圈载体(细节上不可见)。线圈载体由能够焊接的塑料组成,电焊接接头9也是这样。优选地线圈载体和电焊接接头9具有相同的塑料。
此外加热元件14具有金属丝20,金属丝供应用于在焊接区域6中焊接的能量。有利地金属丝20具有连接插头15,连接插头实现了到能量供给部处的连接用于执行焊接。此外电焊接接头9具有如下的指示器16,该指示器显示是否已经执行焊接。
已经显示作为有利的设计方案的是:转换接头1在电焊接接头9的侧面上或者说在其端面侧面处具有夹紧元件17,这在图3中良好地看出。优选地构造为夹紧夹子(其中,还可考虑其它的止动件)的夹紧元件17用于更好地装配。借助于夹紧元件17,管道端部能够推入直至到止挡部13处且而后利用夹紧元件17止动,从而紧接着管能够在预定位的状态中焊接。
在具有夹紧夹子作为夹紧元件17的实施形式中有利的是:盖板18布置用于遮盖夹紧空隙21,如在图4中可见的那样,这避免了在焊接过程期间不期望的材料溢出。
为了使转换接头1或者说电焊接接头9和连接部元件2密封,转换接头1具有密封元件19。密封元件19同样利用电焊接接头9的塑料注塑包封。

Claims (13)

1.转换接头(1),用于连接塑料管端部与现有的连接部,包含:
-连接部元件(2),用于适配于现有的连接部,其中,所述连接部元件(2)具有固定区域(3)和注塑包封区域(4);
-密封元件(19),用于在连接部元件(2)与电焊接接头(9)之间形成密封性;
-由能够焊接的塑料制成的电焊接接头(9),其中,所述电焊接接头(9)具有加热元件(14),
其特征在于,所述电焊接接头(9)通过注塑形状配合地且不能松开地模制或者说浇注到所述连接部元件(2)处。
2.根据权利要求1所述的转换接头(1),其特征在于,所述加热元件(14)具有线圈载体。
3.根据权利要求1或2中任一项所述的转换接头(1),其特征在于,所述加热元件(14)具有传导的金属丝(20),其中,所述金属丝(20)优选地具有至少一个连接插头(15)。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的转换接头(1),其特征在于,所述线圈载体由能够焊接的塑料制成、优选地由与所述电焊接接头(9)相同的塑料制成。
5.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的转换接头(1),其特征在于,所述连接部元件(2)由金属和/或塑料制成。
6.根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的转换接头(1),其特征在于,所述电焊接接头(9)的塑料在所述连接部元件(2)的注塑包封区域(4)中沿着内周缘和外周缘延伸。
7.根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的转换接头(1),其特征在于,在所述电焊接接头(9)处布置有夹紧元件(17)、优选地夹紧夹子。
8.根据权利要求7所述的转换接头(1),其特征在于,所述夹紧元件(17)具有盖板(18)用于遮盖夹紧空隙(21),其中,所述盖板(18)防止在焊接过程期间材料溢出。
9.根据权利要求1至8中任一项所述的转换接头(1),其特征在于,所述连接部元件(2)在所述注塑包封区域(4)中具有通道(5)、优选地构造为钻孔图,其中,所述通道(5)借助于电焊接接头(9)实现在所述连接部元件(2)处的注塑包封区域(4)的完整的包覆。
10.根据权利要求1至9中任一项所述的转换接头(1),其特征在于,所述连接部元件(2)在所述注塑包封区域(4)中具有轮廓部(12),其中,所述轮廓部(12)引起在电焊接接头(9)与连接部元件(2)之间更高的或者说更好的形状配合。
11.根据权利要求1至10中任一项所述的转换接头(1),其特征在于,所述轮廓部(12)构造为在罩面(10、11)中、优选地在所述连接部元件(2)在所述注塑包封区域(4)中的罩外面(10)中延伸的槽(12)。
12.根据权利要求1至11中任一项所述的转换接头(1),其特征在于,所述转换接头(1)具有连贯的、连续的内直径,而无伸入的内套管用于推动管道端部。
13.用于制造根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的转换接头(1)的方法,其特征在于,所述电焊接接头(9)借助于注塑形状配合地且不能松开地与所述连接部元件(2)连接。
