Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于制造压力容器的方法,并且涉及一种用于通过这样的方法制造压力容器的工具,也涉及一种压力容器。
背景技术
压力容器是众所周知的,并且被用于存储例如作为机动车辆中的燃料的压缩天然气(CNG)。这种类型的压力容器可以由包裹着纤维材料的内部容器组成,其也称为“内衬”。在压力容器中提供特别用于接收诸如阀的配件的金属部件是已知的,并且其也被称为“凸台(boss)”。对于内部容器的生产,可以例如使用挤出吹塑法,其中,挤出的管状预制件是吹塑成型的。
由此,例如DE 10 2011 116 553A1公开了一种用于生产复合压力容器的方法,所述复合压力容器具有热塑性塑料制成的内部容器、设置在颈部区域中的至少一个极片,并且具有由纤维材料制成的缠绕,其加强了内部容器,其中,该方法包括通过挤出吹塑生产所述内部容器,其中,在内部容器的形成中,极片被模制到所述内部容器上,使得极片至少部分地被内部容器包围。极片是由两部分组成的构造,并且包括布置在内部容器外的极帽,其中所述内部容器的壁被在极片与极帽之间的颈部区域中夹持就位。在内部容器完成后,极片被用锁定元件从外部靠着容器的壁固定。
发明内容
本发明的目的是限定一种用于制造压力容器的方法,以及一种用于通过这样的方法制造压力容器的工具,并且也限定一种压力容器,以使能简单和成本效益的压力容器生产。
该目的是通过一种用于制造压力容器的方法实现的,所述压力容器包括由热塑性塑料制成的内部容器,其中,所述内部容器是由在工具中的预制件吹塑成型的,并且其中,在吹塑成型过程中,至少一个金属部件被嵌入在内部容器中,其中,在吹塑成型中,包含金属部件的套环形成在内部容器上,所述套环在吹塑成型中形成,使得它相对于该金属部件是气密的。
根据本发明,压力容器的内部容器是由预制件吹塑成型的,并且在同时,套环形成在内部容器上,该套环围绕嵌入的金属部件。在突起的帮助下,气密性能够以非常简单的方式创建在金属部件与所述内部容器之间。后续方法步骤和复杂结构要求(例如,金属中间件或配对件)能够被省去。
预制件能够优选地是挤出的并且是管状的。
在用嵌入金属部件挤出吹塑成型之后,所述内部容器通常用纤维包裹。
在吹塑成型中,套环优选地通过特别是密封环的柔性密封元件和/或通过密封剂与金属部件封闭,以在金属部件与套环之间创建气密性。
优选地,在套环处,在套环处,所述内部容器轴向地在所述密封件之外靠着所述金属部件被夹封或分离,使得悬垂的预制件能够从所述内部容器完全分离。
金属部件可以特别地是诸如阀插口的配件插口或紧固部件,其中,所述紧固部件可以起到紧固例如车辆中的压力储存件的作用。根据本发明,配件插口和其它金属部件,诸如紧固部件,都可以被嵌入在内部容器中,优选地嵌入在压力储存件的相对端部处。
优选地,金属部件具有非旋转对称的形状,因此,作为嵌入在内部容器中的结果,用于金属部件的正锁定反扭设备被给出。
优选地,金属部件具有模制部,因此,作为嵌入在内部容器中的结果,正锁定轴向位移保护部被给出,特别是凹槽、凹陷或升起。
在根据本发明的方法中,在吹塑成型之前,所述金属部件优选地装配在喷射器上用于喷射空气。特别优选地,两个金属部件可以施加在同一喷射器上,所述金属部件可以嵌入在内部容器中-特别是压力容器的两个相对端盖处。喷射器可以装配在机器滑件上,这使得有施加的金属部件的喷射器能够定位在预制件内的所需位置上,并且使得完成的压力容器能够在吹塑成型后从模具区域中移除。
金属部件可以优选装配到适配器上,所述适配器是可旋转的并且轴向地固定在喷射器上。另外的金属部件可以优选地安装在喷射器的一个端部上。
根据本发明的压力容器包括由热塑性塑料制成的内部容器和至少一个嵌入在所述内部容器中的金属部件,其中,包含所述金属部件的套环构造在所述内部容器上,其中,所述套环被构造为使得它相对于该金属部件是气密的。气密性可以特别地通过柔性密封元件和/或密封剂实现。
压力容器可具有前面对该方法所描述的其他特征。
特别地,压力容器的金属部件可以是配件接口,特别是阀接口,其中,所述配件接口可以优选地具有用于旋拧入配件的内螺纹。配件可以是用于气体抽出的阀或设备。
金属部件可以分别地嵌入在内部容器的彼此相对的端部处,其中,包含各金属部件的套环分别地形成在内部容器上,套环被分别地构造为使得它相对于各金属部件是气密的。
用于根据上述方法制造压力容器的根据本发明的工具包括用于喷射空气或其它气体的喷射器,和两个半模,其中,所述喷射器具有用于所述至少一个金属部件的接口,其中,在喷射器上的金属部件可以插入到所述预制件内,并且插入两个半模之间,其中,所述喷射器和半模被构造为使得通过吹塑成型,通过气体穿过喷射器的注射并且通过半模的闭合,包含金属部件的套环形成在预制件上,套环是在吹塑成型中形成的,使得它相对于金属部件是气密的。
所述工具优选地构造为使得柔性密封元件和/或密封剂可以在金属部件的径向外侧施加到插入的金属部件上。
所述工具的喷射器优选地包含可转动并且轴向地固定的适配器,其中,所述适配器被构造为接收所述金属部件。
特别优选地,所述适配器具有外螺纹,使得如果金属部件有内螺纹的话,它可以被拧上。
喷射器与适配器之间可以布置可转动密封件。适配器可以具有构造为与接收到的金属部件密封地接触的接触部分,特别是为了形成金属对金属的接触。
所述工具优选地包括驱动器,使得适配器可以通过驱动器设置在旋转运动中。
该适配器优选地被构造为中空模具并径向地包围喷射器,所述喷射器本身可被实现为至少部分地中空的轴。
在喷射器的一个端部可以构造用于其它金属部件的插口。

具体实施方式
图1是根据本发明的压力容器的内部容器1的剖面图。图2和图3详细地示出了内部容器的端部区域。
内部容器1由热塑性塑料组成,并具有在内部容器1的两个端盖上的嵌入式金属部件3。
呈现在图1顶部的金属部件3是一个端件,其中,呈现在图1底部的金属部件3是一个阀插口。
在所提出的解决方案中,金属部件3被直接地嵌入在挤出吹塑成型的内部容器1(内衬)中。对于内部容器1与金属部件3之间的密封,分别地共嵌的O形环被用作密封元件5,并且此外可选地,合适的密封剂6用于所述密封,例如粘合剂。为了这个目的,分别地包含金属部件3的套环4构造在内部容器1上。依靠密封元件5,以及在适当的地方依靠布置在那里的密封剂6,套环4被构造为使得的它们相对于各金属部件3是气密的。
图2所示的金属部件3具有作为模制部8的周向槽,使得作为金属部件3在内部容器1中嵌入的结果,正锁定轴向位移保护部被给出。
呈现在图3中的金属部件3是阀插口,并且因此具有用于拧入阀的内螺纹11。
图4示出阀插口的三维视图,其中,所述平坦部位给出金属部件3的非旋转对称的形状7,因此,作为嵌入在内部容器1中的结果,正锁定防扭设备被给出。
用于生产内部容器的方法和工具在下面描绘。
图5以其整体示出了根据本发明的工具。该工具包括用于注射压缩空气的喷射器9,以及两个半模12。喷射器9在下部区域具有适配器10作为金属部件3的插口,即阀插口,并且在喷射器9的端部处具有夹持件13作为其它金属部件的插口,即端件。金属部件3可插入在喷射器9上进入在两个半模12之间的管状挤出预制件2内。喷射器9和半模12被构造为使得,通过半模12的闭合,并且通过依靠穿过喷射器9-穿过喷射器9的正好呈现在底部的开放轴孔-注射空气的后续吹塑成型,除了内部容器1的总体成形之外,在每个端部处,包括各自的金属部件3并且相对于各金属部件3气密的轴环4形成在预制件2上。
图6是以更大的精确度示出适配器10的详细视图。适配器10可旋转地围绕喷射器9布置。适配器10在其上端具有外螺纹14,金属部件3(阀件)通过它的内螺纹11旋拧在其上。在一方面,金属部件3将其自身密封在螺纹11、14上,在另一方面,其密封在作为适配器的接触部分15的圆锥上,其具有到阀插口3的金属对金属的接触。适配器10可以经由作为驱动器16的齿轮或有齿皮带轮设置为旋转。放置在金属部件3上并施加到适配器10上的是作为密封元件5的O形环,可选地还有粘合剂和密封剂6。供给到喷射器9内的压缩空气可以经由出口17离开喷射器9进入预制件2的内部,以便将后者压靠在半模12上。垂直滑件18通过紧密螺纹连接19固定地连接到喷射器9的下端。在垂直滑件18上,适配器10也通过轴承20可转动地安装。高压轴封件21布置在喷射器9与适配器10之间。
图7示出了呈现在图5顶部的金属部件3的接收区域,即端件3可被安装到喷射器9的夹持件13上的区域。图8单独地示出了夹持件13,它在其端部形成有裕量的四分卷边,使得金属部件3可被安装到所述端部上。
在根据本发明的生产方法中,在金属部件3到喷射器9的施加之后,首先,喷射器9在其上就位的机器滑件向上移动,并且喷射器9被引导到预制件2。在半模12的闭合之后,压缩空气通过喷射器9和出口17吹入,内部容器1由此被模制成型。半模12将管2挤压到金属部件3上,并因此压缩O形环5。其结果是,在内衬1与金属部件3之间产生密封。在吹入之后,半模12被移开,适配器10由齿轮或皮带驱动器16转动,并因此从阀插口3的管接头上旋下。当适配器10在底部从阀接口3旋下时,内部容器1因此用在顶部的端件3从喷射器9上升起。齿轮或皮带驱动器16因此同时地实现内部容器1从上夹持件13上的升起。滑动件18现在可以向下移动,并且内部容器1可以从喷射器9移除。
图9是内部容器1在生产过程中的示图,并且示出了内衬1在吹塑成型后如何从半模12上移除,在端盖上有过量的材料。
图10是在图9的底部呈现的端部区域的详细示图,而图11是此端部区域的剖面图。吹塑成型中在内部容器1的有用区域的轴向外侧形成的凹痕22有利于除去废料25。预制件2在半模12之间材料(毛边(flash))的材料排出件23仅有一毫米的十分之几厚。毛边可以毫无困难地除去。同样在吹塑成型中的凹口24使废料25能够被破碎成多个部分。
在除去废料25之后,图12最后示出了有嵌入式金属部件3的根据本发明的压力容器的内部容器1。

Claims (14)
1.一种用于制造压力容器的方法,所述压力容器包括由热塑性塑料制成的内部容器(1),其中,所述内部容器是由在工具中的预制件(2)吹塑成型的,并且其中,在所述吹塑成型过程中,至少一个金属部件(3)被嵌入在所述内部容器(1)中,
其特征在于,在所述吹塑成型中,包含所述金属部件(3)的套环(4)构造在所述内部容器(1)上,所述套环(4)在所述吹塑成型中形成,使得它相对于所述金属部件(3)是气密的,
在所述吹塑成型之前,所述金属部件(3)装配在喷射器(9)上用于喷射空气,并且该金属部件(3)装配到适配器(10)上,其是可旋转的并且轴向地固定在所述喷射器(9)上,
所述适配器(10)具有外螺纹(14),使得所述金属部件(3)如果有内螺纹(11)的话,可以被拧上,
可转动密封件布置在所述喷射器(9)与所述适配器(10)之间,和/或在于,所述适配器(10)具有构造为与接收到的金属部件(3)密封地接触的接触部分(15),并且
