在对空容器灭菌之后,所述容器被优选地灌装(无菌)液体并且最后使用关闭物(关闭物优选地是无菌的)关闭容器,如上所述的,在并行的生产过程中生产所述关闭体,并且关闭体被直接地输送至被灌装的容器从而随后关闭所述容器(以无菌的方式)。
有利地,使用挤压方法生产关闭体。对此,塑料合成物或型心能被插入挤压模然后被冲头成型。其后,可使用切割工具以提供螺纹。也可在该成型操作中例如通过过氧化氢气体另外对关闭体灭菌。
本发明进一步涉及用于生产塑料容器的装置。该装置包括将塑料预成型件成型成塑料容器的成型部件。另外,该装置包括沿容器的传输方向设置在成型部件的下游的灌装部件,以及使用关闭体关闭已被灌装的塑料容器的关闭部件,所述灌装部件使用液体灌装塑料容器。
根据本发明,所述装置包括用塑料生产塑料关闭体的关闭体生产部件。该关闭体生产部件优选地被设计成在加热塑料关闭体的同时生产塑料关闭体。
在进一步有利的实施方式中,关闭体生产部件包括加热塑料关闭体的微波加热部件。
在进一步有利的实施方式中,所述装置包括对塑料预成型件灭菌的第一灭菌部件。关于这一点,可在生产塑料预成型件之后立即实施该灭菌过程。可在生产塑料容器之后或在成型过程中实施另外的灭菌过程。
所述装置进一步包括对塑料容器贴标签的贴标签部件。如上所述的,该贴标签部件与灭菌部件一起作业。因此,可通过容器的颈部使用夹紧爪输送容器,并且在该过程中容器可被外部地贴标签以及内部地灭菌。此时,为了灭菌和给容器贴标签,可绕容器的轴线旋转容器。
在进一步有利的实施方式中,所述装置包括用塑料生产预成型件的预成型件生产部件。
在进一步有利的实施方式,所述装置包括灭菌室,在灭菌室内至少设置有灌装部件、关闭部件和关闭体生产部件。优选地,在灭菌室内设置有用于生产预成型件的部件以及一个或更多的灭菌部件。

图1显示了本发明装置1的第一实施方式的模块图。此处,附图标记3代表用于生产塑料预成型件的部件。关于这一点,所述部件可以旋转的注塑机,塑料被注入注塑机,在注塑机中用塑料生产预成型件10。采用这种方法生产的预成型件10被传递至吹塑部件4并且在该吹塑部件内被膨胀成塑料容器。附图标记5代表对所生产的塑料预成型件灭菌的灭菌部件,特别地是对塑料预成型件的内部灭菌。此处灭菌部件可以是使用电子束或UV辐射以对塑料预成型件的壁灭菌的灭菌部件。部件3然后立即将所生产的塑料预成型件传递至吹塑部件4。
附图标记40涉及供给塑料的设备,该塑料被注入生产部件3。在图1所示的实施方式中,采用这种方式生产的容器20然后被传递至贴标签部件18并且给容器20的外侧提供标签。在机器的相同区域,还设置有灭菌部件7,灭菌部件7对容器10的内部灭菌。这样就可在系统的两个区域18和7内给容器贴标签并且同时对容器的内部灭菌。另外,也可在生产部件3和吹塑部件4之间设置加热部件,加热部件对预成型件回火从而有利于实际的吹塑过程。但是,生产部件3本身也能产生用于预成型件的适当温度,从而使得预成型件能被直接地传递至吹塑部件4内的吹塑步骤。
关于这一点,吹塑部件4也可能包括旋转式传输带并且预成型件从生产部件被直接地传递至吹塑部件。但是,也可能在生产部件3和吹塑部件4之间设置另外的调理电路(conditioning circuit),在该调理电路中,如上所述的,容器例如被热处理。
贴标签和灭菌部件18和7之后是用于容器的灌装部件8,在灌装部件8中容器被灌装液体(特别是饮料)。该饮料此处优选地也是无菌的。随后,容器在关闭部件12内被关闭并且最后被传递至包装部件38,在包装部件38内容器被包装在一起以形成较大的组。
附图标记36涉及用于供给塑料的设备,该塑料被用于生产关闭体15。附图标记30涉及相应的关闭体生产部件,在关闭体生产部件中用塑料生产关闭体15。该关闭体生产部件此处包括加热关闭体的加热部件32。因此所生产的关闭体优选地采用不再需要对关闭体进行额外灭菌的方法被加热。但是,也可设置另外对关闭体灭菌的另一灭菌部件。
另外,灭菌部件也可被设置在灭菌部件7与灌装部件8之间。附图标记25为无菌室,在图1所示的实施方式中,在无菌室内设置有贴标签部件18、灭菌部件7、灌装部件8以及关闭部件12。如方框35所示的,单独的机器3、4、18、7、8、12优选地相互之间被连结和/或同步。除此之外,也可能在所示的无菌室25内设置另外的例如灭菌程度更高的无菌室,从而在该灭菌程度更高的无菌室内进行进行一些生产过程的子步骤,例如灌装步骤。
所述装置优选地包括多个传递或传输星轮,这些星轮在单独的部件3、4、18、8之间传输所述容器。这样,容器10和20单独地或一个接一个地经过整个装置1。关闭体15也可相继地例如在聚集或输送区域内被传输。
图2显示了本发明装置的另一实施方式。相比图1所示的实施方式的区别在于单独的处理部件的设置。在图2所示的实施方式中,第一预成型件10以及容器20被生产,容器20随后被灌装和关闭并且在随后的步骤中才被贴标签。关于这一点,在吹塑机4与灌装部件8之间设置有灭菌部件39。
但是,此处也在无菌室25内生产关闭体15,但是不像在图1所示的实施方式中,(被灌装)容器的贴标签过程此处在无菌室外进行并且因此在已经被灌装和/或关闭的容器上贴标签。但是,在图2所示的实施方式的情况下,容器最后被包装。在图2所示的实施方式的情况下,所述同步对应于图1所示的变化。此处,只有预成型件并且可能包括所生产的容器被灭菌,这样做是有利的,因为预成型件比容器具有更小的表面积。
只要本申请文件中所公开的所有技术特征相对于现有技术单独地或结合在一起地是新颖的,它们作为本发明的要点被要求保护。
权利要求书(按照条约第19条的修改)
1.一种用于生产塑料容器的方法,包括如下步骤:
    将塑料预成型件(10)输送至用于成型塑料预成型件的吹塑部件(4);
    通过吹塑部件(4)将所述塑料预成型件(10)成型成塑料容器(20);
    使用液体灌装所述塑料容器(20);
使用塑料关闭体(15)关闭所述塑料容器(20);
    其特征在于,所述塑料关闭体由塑料制成并且在该生产过程中被加热,其中在清洁室(25)内至少设置有灌装部件(8)、关闭部件(12)和关闭体生产部件(3),并且其中所述关闭体的生产速度与被成型或吹塑的所述容器的生产速度相适应。
2.如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,通过微波加热方法将关闭体坯体成型成所述塑料关闭体(15)。
3.如权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述塑料关闭体的生产至少不时地在使得所述塑料关闭体能被灭菌的温度下进行。
4.如前述权利要求的至少一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述塑料预成型件在被输送至所述吹塑部件(4)之前被生产。
5.如权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述塑料预成型件(10)在其生产过程中以紧接在生产所述塑料预成型件之后能将其直接输送至吹塑部件(4)的方式被加热。
6.如前述权利要求的至少一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述塑料容器(20)被贴标签并且在该贴标签过程中被灭菌。
7.如前述权利要求的至少一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述关闭体(15)的生产是在清洁室(25)内进行的。
8.如前述权利要求的至少一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述关闭体(15)通过挤压方法被生产。
9.一种用于生产塑料容器的装置,包括:
将塑料预成型件(10)成型成塑料容器(20)的吹塑部件(4),
沿所述塑料容器(20)的传输方向设置在所述吹塑部件(4)的下游的灌装部件(8),所述灌装部件(8)用液体灌装所述塑料容器(20),以及
用关闭体(15)关闭已被灌装的所述塑料容器(20)的关闭部件(12),
其特征在于,所述装置包括用塑料生产所述塑料关闭体(15)的关闭体生产部件(30),以及包括清洁室(25),在所述清洁室(25)内至少设置有所述灌装部件(8)、所述关闭部件(12)以及所述关闭体生产部件(30),其中所述关闭体的生产速度与被吹塑的所述容器的生产速度相适应。
10.如权利要求9所述的装置(1),其特征在于,所述关闭体生产装置(30)包括用于加热所述塑料关闭体(15)的微波加热部件(32)。
11.如前述权利要求9-10的至少一项所述的装置(1),其特征在于,所述装置包括对所述塑料预成型件(10)灭菌的第一灭菌部件(5)。
12.如前述权利要求9-11的至少一项所述的装置(1),其特征在于,所述装置包括给所述塑料容器(20)贴标签的贴标签部件(18)。
13.如前述权利要求9-11的至少一项所述的装置(1),其特征在于,所述装置包括用塑料生产所述预成型件(10)的预成型件生产部件(3)。

Claims (14)

1.一种用于生产塑料容器的方法,包括下述步骤:
将塑料预成型件(10)输送至成型部件;
将所述塑料预成型件(10)成型成塑料容器(20);
用液体灌装所述塑料容器(20);
使用塑料关闭体(15)关闭所述塑料容器(20);
其特征在于,所述塑料关闭体由塑料制成并且在该生产过程中被加热。
2.如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,通过基于微波的加热方法将关闭体坯体成型成所述塑料关闭体(15)。
3.如权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述塑料关闭体的生产至少不时地在使得所述塑料关闭体能被灭菌的温度下进行。
4.如前述权利要求的至少一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述塑料预成型件在被输送至所述成型部件(6)之前被生产。
5.如权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述塑料预成型件(10)在其生产过程中以紧接在生产所述塑料预成型件之后能将其直接输送至成型部件(6)的方式被加热。
6.如前述权利要求的至少一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述塑料容器(20)被贴标签并且在该贴标签过程中被灭菌。
7.如前述权利要求的至少一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述关闭体(15)的生产是在清洁室(25)内进行的。
8.如前述权利要求的至少一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述关闭体(15)通过挤压方法被生产。
9.一种用于生产塑料容器的装置,包括:
将塑料预成型件(10)成型成塑料容器(20)的成型部件(4),
沿所述塑料容器(20)的传输方向设置在所述成型部件(6)的下游的灌装部件(8),所述灌装部件(20)用例如液体灌装所述塑料容器(20),以及
用关闭体(15)关闭已被灌装的所述塑料容器(20)的关闭部件(12),
其特征在于,所述装置包括用塑料生产所述塑料关闭体(15)的关闭体生产部件(30)。
10.如权利要求9所述的装置(1),其特征在于,所述关闭体生产装置(30)包括用于加热所述塑料关闭体(15)的基于微波的加热部件(32)。
11.如前述权利要求9-10的至少一项所述的装置(1),其特征在于,所述装置包括对所述塑料预成型件(10)灭菌的第一灭菌部件(5)。
12.如前述权利要求9-11的至少一项所述的装置(1),其特征在于,所述装置包括给所述塑料容器(20)贴标签的贴标签部件(18)。
13.如前述权利要求9-11的至少一项所述的装置(1),其特征在于,所述装置包括用塑料生产所述预成型件(10)的预成型件生产部件(3)。
14.如前述权利要求9-12的至少一项所述的装置(1),其特征在于,所述装置包括无菌室(25),在所述无菌室(25)内至少设置有所述灌装部件(8)、所述关闭部件(12)和所述关闭体生产部件(30)。
