本发明公开了一种塑料瓶的吹瓶工艺,包括如下的步骤:瓶坯模具的制作,选择一体吹瓶机,设置瓶坯自动上料机构,在一体吹瓶机上设置了瓶坯星轮,把瓶坯送入到加热机构,对瓶坯进行加热,瓶坯送入吹瓶机,进行吹瓶操作,将已经预热好的瓶坯放置到已经做好的模具中,对其内进行高压充气,从吹瓶机内取出,瓶体产品检测,合格产品被计数系统计数,然后导入到成品箱体,本发明一种塑料瓶的吹瓶工艺,工艺步骤设计合理,并且节能高效。

一种塑料瓶的吹瓶工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及塑料瓶瓶体吹制加工领域,特别是涉及一种塑料瓶的吹瓶工艺。
背景技术
PET是聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯的简称,PET的塑料材质,是由对苯二甲酸和乙二醇化合后产生的聚合物,PET塑料具质轻、透明度高、耐冲击不易碎裂等特性,PET塑料瓶广泛应用于生活用品,日化包装,保健,饮料,矿泉水,试剂等领域,这种瓶子社会需求量大,现有的加工工艺复杂,并且容易出现加工中,瓶坯底部发白,成品表面厚度不均匀的缺陷,为此,本发明提供了一种塑料瓶的吹瓶工艺,工艺设计合理,能够有效完成塑料瓶的瓶体的加工,并且瓶体圆周壁厚度均匀,成品率高。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种塑料瓶的吹瓶工艺,能够有效完成塑料瓶的吹制加工,并且瓶体均匀,所述的一种塑料瓶的吹瓶工艺,包括如下的步骤:
第一步:瓶坯模具的制作,
瓶坯模具是用注射机将熔料注入模具内制取,将粉状或粒状塑料从注射机的料斗送入加热的料筒内,加热熔融塑化后,借助柱塞或螺杆的推力,物料被压缩并向前移动,通过料筒前端的喷嘴,以很快的速度注入温度较低的闭合模具型腔中,经过一定时间的冷却定型后,开启模具即得制品;
第二步:选择一体吹瓶机,
在一体吹瓶机设置上下框架结构,上部框架完成传送功能,下部框架完成加热和吹瓶功能,并连接设置传送电机,传送链条,星轮机构,而且设置吹模机构,合模机构,并在一体吹瓶机内设置控制器,使得合模和传送实现周期匀速前进;
第三步:设置瓶坯自动上料机构,采用上料机构,使得瓶坯拉升一定高度,然后在重力作用下,排序,依次进入到一体吹瓶机;
第四步:在一体吹瓶机上设置了瓶坯星轮,通过瓶坯星轮把工件依次传送到输送链轮上;
第五步:通过输送链轮,把瓶坯送入到加热机构,对瓶坯进行加热,加热机构采用烘箱炉,一种优选技术方案,在烘箱炉内设置了高温灯管,通过高温灯管使得瓶坯身子部分加热软化,为了保持瓶口形状,瓶坯口是不需要加热的,因此需要一定的冷却装置对其进行冷却操作;
第六步:经过灯箱加热后,瓶坯送入吹瓶机;
第七步:进行吹瓶操作,将已经预热好的瓶坯放置到已经做好的模具中,对其内进行高压充气,把瓶坯吹拉成所需的瓶子,吹瓶机吹塑过程是一个双向拉伸的过程,在此过程中,PET链呈双向延伸、取向和排列,从而增加了瓶壁的机械性能,提高了拉伸、抗张、抗冲强度,并有很好的气密性;
一种优选技术方案,吹瓶操作温度,一般控制在90~120度之间。在此区间PET表现为高弹态,快速吹塑、冷却定形后成为透明的瓶子;
第八步:吹制完成后的瓶体,从吹瓶机内取出;
第九步:瓶体产品检测,不合格产品,不合格瓶体落入到不合格瓶体箱内;
第十步:合格产品,被计数系统计数,然后导入到成品箱体。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明一种塑料瓶的吹瓶工艺,工艺步骤设计合理,并且节能高效。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
所述的一种塑料瓶的吹瓶工艺,包括如下的步骤:
第一步:瓶坯模具的制作
瓶坯模具是用注射机将熔料注入模具内制取,将粉状或粒状塑料从注射机的料斗送入加热的料筒内,加热熔融塑化后,借助柱塞或螺杆的推力,物料被压缩并向前移动,通过料筒前端的喷嘴,以很快的速度注入温度较低的闭合模具型腔中,经过一定时间的冷却定型后,开启模具即得制品;
第二步:选择一体吹瓶机,
在一体吹瓶机设置上下框架结构,上部框架完成传送功能,下部框架完成加热和吹瓶功能,并连接设置传送电机,传送链条,星轮机构,而且设置吹模机构,合模机构,并在一体吹瓶机内设置控制器,使得合模和传送实现周期匀速前进;
第三步:设置瓶坯自动上料机构,采用上料机构,使得瓶坯拉升一定高度,然后在重力作用下,排序,依次进入到一体吹瓶机;
第四步:在一体吹瓶机上设置了瓶坯星轮,通过瓶坯星轮把工件依次传送到输送链轮上。
第五步:输送链轮,把瓶坯送入到加热机构,对瓶坯进行加热,加热机构采用烘箱炉,一种优选技术方案,在烘箱炉内设置了高温灯管,通过高温灯管使得瓶坯身子部分加热软化,为了保持瓶口形状,瓶坯口是不需要加热的,因此需要一定的冷却装置对其进行冷却操作;
第六步:经过灯箱加热后,瓶坯送入吹瓶机;
第七步:进行吹瓶操作,将已经预热好的瓶坯放置到已经做好的模具中,对其内进行高压充气,把瓶坯吹拉成所需的瓶子,吹瓶机吹塑过程是一个双向拉伸的过程,在此过程中,PET链呈双向延伸、取向和排列,从而增加了瓶壁的机械性能,提高了拉伸、抗张、抗冲强度,并有很好的气密性;

Claims (3)

1.一种塑料瓶的吹瓶工艺,其特征在于,包括:如下的步骤:
第一步:瓶坯模具的制作,瓶坯模具是用注射机将熔料注入模具内制取,将粉状或粒状塑料从注射机的料斗送入加热的料筒内,加热熔融塑化后,借助柱塞或螺杆的推力,物料被压缩并向前移动,通过料筒前端的喷嘴,以很快的速度注入温度较低的闭合模具型腔中,经过一定时间的冷却定型后,开启模具即得制品;
第二步:选择一体吹瓶机,在一体吹瓶机设置上下框架结构,上部框架完成传送功能,下部框架完成加热和吹瓶功能,并连接设置传送电机,传送链条,星轮机构,而且设置吹模机构,合模机构,并在一体吹瓶机内设置控制器,使得合模和传送实现周期匀速前进;

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种塑料瓶的吹瓶工艺,其特征在于,所述的第五步中,在烘箱炉内设置了高温灯管,通过高温灯管使得瓶坯身子部分加热软化。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种塑料瓶的吹瓶工艺,其特征在于,所述的第七步中,吹瓶操作温度,控制在90~120度之间。
