令人惊奇地是,本发明活性化合物复合物的杀虫和/或杀螨性大大高于单独的活性化合物的性能总和。该意料之外的效果是真正的协同效应,而不仅仅是补充作用。
除了至少一种式(I)的活性化合物,本发明的活性化合物复合物包括乙基多杀菌素。
当该活性化合物以某种重量比存在于本发明的活性化合物复合物中时,协同效应尤其明显。但是,该活性化合物在所述活性化合物复合物中的重量比可在一个相对宽的范围内变化。一般来说,本发明的复合物包括式(I)的活性化合物和所述的协同组分,其以优选的、特别优选的和非常特别优选的比例示于下表:

此外,所述活性化合物复合物也可进一步包含杀真菌的、杀螨的或杀虫的活性混合组分。

如果补充剂为水,也可用例如有机溶剂作为助溶剂。大体上,适宜的液体溶剂为:芳香族化合物,如二甲苯、甲苯或烷基萘;氯化的芳香烃和氯化的脂肪烃,如氯苯、氯乙烯或二氯甲烷;脂肪烃,如环己烷或石蜡,例如石油馏分、矿物油和植物油;醇类,如丁醇或乙二醇及其醚或酯,酮类,如丙酮、甲乙酮、甲基异丁酮或环己酮;强极性溶剂,例如二甲基甲酰胺或二甲亚砜;也包括水。
本发明中,载体是天然或合成的、有机或无机的固体或液体物质,活性化合物与它们混合或结合后可以更好地施用,特别是施用到植物或植物部位。载体可呈固态或者液态,一般应呈惰性且应适于农业上使用。
适宜的固体载体是:
例如铵盐和磨碎的天然矿物质如高岭土、粘土、滑石粉、白垩、石英、硅镁土、蒙脱石或硅藻土,以及粉碎的合成矿物质如磨碎的二氧化硅、矾土及硅酸盐;制备颗粒剂适宜的固体载体是:例如粉碎并分离的天然岩石如方解石、大理石、浮石、海泡石和白云石,以及合成的无机和有机粗粉颗粒,及有机材料如纸、锯末、椰壳、玉米穗轴及烟草杆的颗粒;适宜的乳化剂和/或发泡剂为:例如非离子和阴离子乳化剂如聚氧乙烯脂肪酸酯、聚氧乙烯脂肪醇醚;例如烷芳基聚乙二醇醚、烷基磺酸酯、烷基硫酸酯、芳基磺酸酯及蛋白质水解产物;适合的分散剂为非离子和/或离子物质:例如为各种醇/POE和/或POP醚,酸和/或POP/POE酯,烷芳基和/或POP/POE酯,脂肪和/或POP/POE加合物,POE和/或POP多元醇衍生物,POE和/或POP/山梨糖醇酐或糖加合物,烷基或芳基硫酸酯、磺酸酯及磷酸酯,或者相应的PO醚加合物。此外,可使用适宜的低聚物或聚合物,例如衍生自单独的乙烯单体、丙烯酸、EO和/或PO,或其与例如(多元)醇或(多元)胺的组合的那些。也可以使用木质素和其磺酸酯衍生物、未变性和变性纤维素,芳香族和/或脂肪族磺酸酯和其与甲醛的加合物。
可用于制剂的增粘剂为,例如羧甲基纤维素,粉末、颗粒或胶乳形式的天然及合成的聚合物如阿拉伯树胶、聚乙烯醇、聚乙酸乙烯酯,以及天然磷脂如脑磷脂和卵磷脂,及合成磷脂。
还可以使用着色剂,例如无机颜料如氧化铁、氧化钛、铁蓝,有机染料如茜素染料、偶氮染料和金属酞菁染料,以及微量营养素如铁、镁、硼、铜、钴、钼以及锌的盐。
其它可选的添加剂是香料,矿物或植物油(任选为改性的油),蜡和营养素(包括微量营养素)如铁、镁、硼、铜、钴、钼以及锌的盐。
稳定剂如低温的稳定剂、防腐剂、抗氧化剂、抗光剂或其它可增加化学和/或物理稳定性的试剂也可存在。
所述制剂通常包括0.1至95wt%重量份的活性化合物,优选0.5至90wt%。
本发明活性化合物复合物可以市售制剂的形式和由这些制剂与其它活性化合物制备的混合物的使用形式存在,所述其它活性化合物为诸如杀虫剂、诱杀剂、消毒剂、杀菌剂、杀螨剂、杀线虫剂、杀真菌剂、生长调节剂、除草剂、安全剂、肥料或化学信息素。
当用作杀虫剂时,本发明活性化合物复合物,为市售的制剂形式和由这些制剂制备的使用形式,还可作为与增效剂(synergist)的混合物形式存在。增效剂是可增加活性化合物活性的化合物,添加的增效剂本身并不必有活性。
由市售制剂制备的使用形式的活性化合物含量可在宽的限度内变化。所述活性化合物使用形式的浓度可为活性化合物0.0000001至95wt%,优选在0.0001至1wt%。
使用时以适合于该使用形式的常规方式实施。
根据本发明,可以处理所有植物及植物部位。在本说明书中,植物应理解为所有植物和植物种群,如无害和有害的野生植物或作物(包括自然生长的作物)。作物可为通过常规育种和优化法或通过生物技术和基因工程方法或通过上述方法的结合而获得的植物,包括转基因植物也包括能够或不能够受到植物育种者权利证书保护的植物栽培品种。植物部位应理解为指植物的所有地上及地下部分以及植物器官,如茎尖、叶子、花和根,可提及的实例有叶子、针叶、茎、干、花、子实体、果实和种子,以及根、块茎和根茎。植物部位还包括收获的植物、无性和有性繁殖材料,例如幼苗、块茎、根茎、插条及种子。
根据本发明用所述的活性化合物复合物对植物及植物部位的处理,为按照常规处理方法直接实施或作用于其环境、生境(habitat)或储藏区,所述常规处理方法为例如浸泡、喷洒、蒸发、雾化、撒施、刷涂、注射,以及对于繁殖材料尤其是种子,再涂覆一层或多层。
如上所述,本发明可处理所有植物及植物部位。在一个优选的实施方案中,处理了野生植物物种和植物栽培品种或那些通过常规生物育种方法获得的品种以及它们的部位,所述常规生物育种方法为诸如杂交或原生质体融合。
本发明的处理方法优选用于处理转基因生物(GMOs),例如植物或种子。
基因改造的植物(或转基因植物)是外源基因稳定地整合到基因组中的植物。
术语“外源基因”实质上是一种在植物体外提供或组装的基因,当该基因被导入受体植物细胞核、叶绿体或粒线体的基因组中时,其通过表达相关蛋白质或多肽,或通过使植物体内的其它基因下调表达或者沉默(应用的实例是:反义技术、共抑制技术或RNA干扰(RNAi)技术),赋予被转化植物新的或改良的农艺或其它性状。存在于基因组中的外源基因也称为转移基因。由其在植物基因组中的特定位置定义的转基因,被称为基因转化或转基因事件。
根据植物种类或植物栽培品种、其位置及其生长条件(土壤、气候、生长期、营养),本发明的处理方法亦可产生超加性(“协同”)效应。因此,例如,可能出现下列超过实际预期的效应:降低施用率和/或扩大活性谱和/或提高本发明使用的活性化合物与组合物的活性、改善植物生长、提高对高温或低温的耐受性、提高对于旱、水或土壤盐分的耐受性、增加开花表现、易于收获、加速成熟、提高产量、增大果实、增加植物高度、加深叶子绿色、提早开花、改善收获产品的质量和/或提高营养价值、提高果实的含糖量、改善所收获产品的贮存稳定性和/或可加工性。
在某些施用率下,本发明的活性化合物复合物还可强化植物。因此,它们还适于调动植物的防御体系以抵御有害植物病原性真菌和/或微生物和/或病毒侵袭。如果有的话,这可能是本发明的复合物活性提高的原因之一,例如抗真菌。在本发明的上下文中,强化植物(抗性诱导)的化合物应理解成那些化合物或化合物复合物可以激活植物的防御体系,当接种上有害的植物病原性真菌和/或微生物和/或病毒后,处理过的植物显示出对这些有害的植物病原性真菌和/或微生物和/或病毒的强抗性。在本发明情况下,所述有害的植物病原性真菌和/或微生物和/或病毒应理解成植物病原性真菌、细菌和病毒。因此,在处理后的一段时间内,本发明物质可用于保护植物抵御上述病原体的侵袭。产生保护作用的时间通常在植物被活性化合物复合物处理后的第1~10天,优选第1~7天。
优选根据本发明处理的植物为对一种或多种生物性胁迫具有抗性的植物,即所述植物对动物和微生物病害具有更好的抗性,如抗线虫、昆虫、螨、植物病原性真菌、细菌、病毒和/或类病毒。
也可根据本发明处理的植物与植物栽培品种为对一种或多种非生物胁迫因素具有抗性的植物。
非生物胁迫的情况包括如干旱、低温、高温、渗透压力、水涝、土壤高盐分、高矿物浓度、臭氧、强光、氮营养元素利用率受限、磷营养元素利用率受限、避荫。
可根据本发明处理的植物与植物栽培品种为具有产量增加这一性状特征的植物。提高所述植物产量的方法可为如改善植物生理、生长与发育,如水分利用率、保水率、改善氮利用率、提高碳同化作用、改善光合作用、提高发芽率和加快成熟。可通过改善株型(胁迫下与非胁迫条件下)来进一步影响产量,包括但不限于,提早开花、控制开花以产生杂交种子、幼苗活力、植物大小、节间数量与距离、根部生长、种子大小、果实大小、果荚大小、果荚或穗数量、每荚或每穗的种子数量、种子重量、加强种子饱满度、减少种子散落、减少果荚开裂与倒伏抗。其它产量性状包括种子组成,如碳水化合物含量、蛋白质含量、油含量与成分、营养价值、降低不良营养素化合物、改善可加工性和提高贮存稳定性。
可根据发明处理的植物为已表现出异源或杂种优势性状的杂交植物,所述性状通常能导致高产量、活力、健康及对生物和非生物胁迫具有抗性。所述植物通常通过将雄性不育自交系亲本(母本)与雄性可育自交系亲本(父本)杂交制得。杂交种子通常收获自雄性不育亲本,然后出售给种植者。雄性不育植物,例如玉米,有时可通过去雄制得,也即通过机械去除雄性繁殖器官或雄花,但更为常见的雄性不育是由基因组中的基因决定子导致的。这种情况下,尤其当杂交植物中收获的种子为所需产物时,其通常可确保杂交植物完全恢复雄性可育性。这样可以确保父本具有适当育性恢复基因,可使含有负责雄性不育的基因决定子的杂交植物恢复雄性可育性。雄性不育基因决定子可能位于细胞质中。细胞质雄性不育(CMS)的实例在如芸苔(Brassica)属植物中已有描述。然而,雄性不育基因决定子也可位于细胞核基因组中。雄性不育植物也可采用植物生物技术方法获得,如基因工程。获得雄性不育植物的特别适用的方法公开于WO 89/10396,其中例如核糖核酸酶,如芽孢杆菌RNA酶(barnase)选择性地在雄蕊的绒毡层细胞中进行表达。通过核糖核酸酶抑制子如芽孢杆菌RNA酶抑制剂(barstar)在绒毡层细胞中的表达即可恢复育性。
本发明可处理的植物或者植物栽培品种(可由植物生物技术方法,如基因工程获得)为除草剂耐受性植物,即可以耐受一种或多种特定除草剂的植物。所述植物可采用转基因方法或筛选包含除草剂抗性突变的植物获得。
除草剂-抗性植物为例如草甘膦抗性植物,即可以抗草甘膦除草剂或其盐的植物。植物可以通过许多不同的方法来抗草甘膦。例如,草甘膦抗性植物可通过在植物中转化编码酵素5-烯醇丙酮酰莽草酸-3-磷酸酯合酶(EPSPS)的基因获得。所述EPSPS基因实例为沙门氏菌(Salmonella typhimurium)的AroA基因(突变株CT7)、农杆菌属(Agrobacterium sp.)细菌的CP4基因、编码矮牵牛EPSPS、西红柿EPSPS或牛筋草EPSPS(WO 2001/66704)的基因。其也可为突变的EPSPS。草甘膦抗性植物也可通过表达编码草甘膦氧化还原酶的基因获得。草甘膦抗性植物也可通过表达编码草甘膦乙酰基转移酶的基因获得。草甘膦抗性植物还可通过筛选包含上述基因的天然突变植物获得。
其它除草剂抗性植物,如可以抗抑制谷氨酰胺合成酶的除草剂,如双丙胺膦、草铵膦或草丁膦的植物。所述植物的制备方法为通过表达可解除除草剂毒性的酶或可抗该抑制剂的突变谷氨酰胺合成酶而获得。其中一种有效解除毒性的酶为编码草铵膦乙酰转移酶(如来自链霉菌(Streptomyces species)的bar或pat蛋白)。也描述了表达外源草铵膦乙酰转移酶的植物。
其它除草剂抗性植物也可以是抗抑制羟苯基丙酮酸双加氧酶(HPPD)的除草剂的植物。羟基苯基丙酮酸二氧化酶催化对羟基苯基丙酮酸酯(HPP)合成黑尿酸。抗HPPD抑制剂的植物可被编码天然抗性HPPD酶的基因或编码突变的HPPD酶的基因转化。尽管HPPD抑制剂抑制天然HPPD酶,但通过转化具有编码能够形成黑尿酸的某些酶的基因的植物,也可获得对HPPD抑制剂的抗性。植物对HPPD抑制剂的抗性除了转化编码HPPD抗性酶的基因外,也可通过转化编码预苯酸脱氢酶的基因得到改良。
其它除草剂抗性植物也可以是抗乙酰乳酸合成酶(ALS)抑制剂的植物。已知的ALS-抑制剂包括例如磺脲类、咪唑啉酮类、三唑并嘧啶类、嘧啶基氧(硫)苯甲酸酯类和/或磺酰基胺基羰基三唑啉酮类除草剂。已知不同ALS酶的突变体(也称为乙酰基羟基酸合成酶,AHAS)可赋予不同除草剂和不同类除草剂耐受性。国际公开文本WO1996/033270公开了磺脲类抗性植物与咪唑啉酮类抗性植物的制备。其它磺脲类与咪唑啉酮类抗性植物也例如在WO 2007/024782中公开。
其它抗咪唑啉酮类和/或磺脲类的植物可通过诱变、在除草剂存在情况下进行细胞培养选择,或者诱变育种获得。
本发明还可处理的植物或植物栽培品种(由植物生物技术方法,如基因工程获得)为抗虫转基因植物,即对某些目标昆虫侵害具有抗性的植物。所述植物可利用转基因方法,或筛选能抗虫的突变植物得到。
本文所用的“抗虫转基因植物”包括任何包含至少一种转移基因的植物,所述转基因包含编码下述的编码序列:
1)来自苏云金芽孢杆菌的杀虫结晶蛋白或其杀虫部分,如记载于网址:http://www.lifesci.sussex.ac.uk/Home/Neil_Crickmore/Bt/)的杀虫结晶蛋白,或其杀虫部分,例如Cry蛋白类Cry1Ab、Cry1Ac、Cry1F、Cry2Ab、Cry3Ae或Cry3Bb蛋白或其杀虫部分;或
2)来自苏云金芽孢杆菌的结晶蛋白或其部分,其在来自苏云金芽孢杆菌的第二种其它结晶蛋白或其部分的存在下具有杀虫性,如由Cry34与Cry35结晶蛋白组成的二元毒素;或
3)包含来自苏云金芽孢杆菌的不同杀虫结晶蛋白的杂种杀虫蛋白,如上述1)的杂合蛋白或上述2)的杂合蛋白,例如由玉米品种MON98034(WO 2007/027777)产生的Cry1A.105蛋白;或
4)上述1)至3)中任一蛋白质,其中有些氨基酸,特别是1-10氨基酸已被另一个氨基酸替换,以对目标昆虫产生更高杀虫活性和/或扩大受影响的目标昆虫的范围,和/或在克隆或转化过程中,改变编码的DNA诱导的蛋白,如玉米品种MON863或MON88017的Cry3Bb1蛋白,或玉米品种MIR604的Cry3A蛋白;或
5)来自苏云金芽孢杆菌或蜡状芽孢杆菌(Bacillus cereus)的杀虫分泌蛋白质,或其杀虫部分,如:营养期杀虫蛋白(VIP),其列于:http://www.lifesci.sussex.ac.uk/Home/Neil_Crickmore/Bt/vip.html,如来自VIP3Aa蛋白类的蛋白;或

8)上述1)至3)中任一蛋白质,其中有些氨基酸,特别是1-10氨基酸已被另一个氨基酸替换,以对目标昆虫产生更高杀虫活性和/或扩大受影响的目标昆虫范围,和/或在克隆或转化过程中,改变编码的DNA(但仍可编码杀虫蛋白)诱导的蛋白,如棉花品种COT102的VIP3Aa蛋白。
当然,本文所述的抗虫转基因植物也包括任何含有编码上述1至8类任一种蛋白的基因组合的植物。在一个具体实施方案中,抗虫转基因植物含有多种编码上述1至8类任一种蛋白的转移基因,当针对不同目标昆虫时,使用不同的杀虫蛋白,可以扩大受影响的目标昆虫范围,或针对相同的目标昆虫使用不同杀虫蛋白,但具有不同的作用模式,如结合到昆虫中不同受体结合位点,可以推迟昆虫对植物抗性的发展。
本发明还可处理的植物或植物栽培品种(由植物生物技术方法,如基因工程获得)可以抗非生物胁迫。所述植物可通过转基因的方法或筛选具有抗上述胁迫的突变体而获得。特别有用的抗胁迫的植物包括:
a.包含可以降低聚(ADP-核糖)聚合酶(PARP)基因在植物细胞或植物中的表达/或活性的转基因植物;
b.包含可以降低植物或植物细胞的PARG编码基因的表达和/或活性的抗胁迫能力增强的转基因植物;
c.包含编码烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸补救合成途径的植物功能性酶,包括烟酰胺酶、烟酸酯核糖磷酸转化酶、烟酸单核苷酸腺嘌呤基转化酶、烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸合成酶或烟碱酰胺核糖磷酸转化酶的抗胁迫的能力增强的转基因植物。
本发明还可处理的植物或植物栽培品种(由植物生物技术方法制得,如基因工程获得)所收获的产品表现出产量、质量和/或贮存稳定性得到改变和/或改变所收获的产品的特定成分的性状,如:
1)合成改性淀粉的转基因植物,其相对于野生型植物细胞或植物所合成的淀粉,已在物理化学特性上,特别是直链淀粉含量或直链淀粉/支链淀粉比例、分支程度、平均链长、侧链分布、黏度表现、胶凝强度、淀粉粒大小和/或淀粉粒形态等方面均已改变,因此更适于特殊用途。
2)合成非淀粉碳水化合物聚合物或合成与未经基因改良的野生型植物相比性状改变的非淀粉碳水化合物聚合物的转基因植物。其实例为产生聚果糖的植物,尤指菊糖型与果聚糖型,产生α-1,4葡聚糖的植物,产生α-1,6支链α-1,4葡聚糖的植物,以及产生alternan的植物。
3)产生玻尿酸(hyaluronan)的转基因植物。
还可根据本发明处理的植物或植物栽培品种(通过植物生物技术,例如遗传工程而获得)为具有改变的纤维性质的植物,例如棉花植物。所述植物可通过遗体转化或通过筛选含有能给予所述改变的纤维性质的突变植物而获得,所述植物包括:
a)含有形式改变的纤维素合酶基因的植物,例如棉花植物,
b)含有形式改变的rsw2或rsw3同源核苷酸的植物,例如棉花植物;
c)蔗糖磷酸合酶表达增强的植物,例如棉花植物,
d)蔗糖合成酶表达增强的植物,例如棉花植物;
e)如通过下调纤维选择性β-1,3-葡聚糖酶而改变纤维细胞基部胞间连丝门控时间的植物,例如棉花植物;
f)如通过包括nodC的N-乙酰葡萄糖胺转移酶基因和几丁质合成酶基因的表达而改变了纤维反应性的植物,如棉花植物。
还可根据本发明处理的植物或植物栽培品种(通过植物生物技术,例如遗传工程而获得)为具有改变的油成分的性质的植物,例如油菜或有关的芸苔属植物。所述植物可通过遗传转化或通过筛选含有能给予所述改变的油性质的突变植物而获得,所述植物包括:
a)产生具有高油酸含量的油的植物,例如油菜植物;
b)产生具有低亚麻酸含量的油的植物,例如油莱植物;
c)产生具有低水平的饱和脂肪酸的油的植物,例如油菜植物。
可根据本发明处理的特别有用的转基因植物为含有一种或多种编码一种或多种毒素的基因的植物,所述植物为例如下述商品名的市售转基因植物:YIELD GARD(例如玉米、棉花、大豆)、Knockout(例如玉米)、BiteGard(例如玉米)、BT-Xtra(例如玉米)、StarLink(例如玉米)、Bollgard(棉花)、Nucotn(棉花)、Nucotn33B(棉花)、NatureGard(例如玉米)、Protecta和NewLeaf(马铃薯)的植物。可提及的除草剂耐受性植物的实例有市售的商品名为Roundup Ready(对草甘膦具有耐受性,例如玉米、棉花、大豆)、Liberty Link(对草丁膦具有耐受性,例如油菜)、IMI(对咪唑啉酮具有耐受性)和SCS(对磺酰脲具有耐受性,例如玉米)的玉米品种、棉花品种和大豆品种。可提及的除草剂抗性植物(以常规的除草剂耐受性方式育种的植物)包括市售的商品名为Clearfield(例如玉米)的品种。
可根据本发明处理的特别有用的转基因植物为含有转化株系或转化株系的结合的植物,所述植物列于例如多个国家或地区管理机构的数据库中(参见,例如http://gmoinfo.jrc.it/gmp_browse.aspx和http://www.agbios.com/dbase.php)。
依据本发明,所列举的植物可特别有利地应用本发明的活性化合物复合物来进行处理。上述所示出的混合物的优选范围也同样适用于对这些植物进行处理。特别优选为用本说明书中所述的活性化合物复合物来处理植物。
从下列实施例中可看出本发明的活性化合物复合物具有良好的杀虫和杀螨性能。单独的活性化合物表现出其作用的弱点,而所述组合物表现出的作用超出了其单独作用的单纯加和。
当所述活性化合物复合物的作用超出单独使用所述活性化合物作用的单纯加和时,就一定存在杀虫和杀螨的协同效应。
根据S.R.Colby,Weeds 15(1967),20-22,两种活性化合物的给定组合物预期的作用可按照如下方法计算:

溶剂:78重量份的丙酮
1.5重量份的二甲基甲酰胺
乳化剂:0.5重量份的烷基芳基聚乙二醇醚
为制备合适的活性化合物制剂,将1重量份的活性化合物与所述量的溶剂和乳化剂混合,再用含乳化剂的水将其稀释至所需的浓度。
用所需浓度的活性化合物制剂喷洒处理被桃蚜(Myzus persicae)严重侵袭的卷心菜叶子(Brassica oleracea)。
经过预期的时间后,确定以%计算的杀灭作用。100%指所有桃蚜都被杀灭;0%指没有桃蚜被杀灭。将数据输入Colby公式确定杀灭率。
在该测试中,例如,与所述活性化合物单独施用相比,下列本发明的活性化合物复合物表现出增加了活性的协同效应:

为制备合适的活性化合物制剂,将1重量份的活性化合物与所述量的溶剂和乳化剂混合,再用含乳化剂的水将其稀释至所需的浓度。
用所需浓度的活性化合物制剂喷洒处理卷心莱叶子(Brassica oleracea),叶子仍然潮湿并聚集有秋粘虫(Spodoptera frugiperda)的幼虫。
经过预期的时间后,确定以%计算的杀灭作用。100%指所有毛虫都被杀灭;0%指没有毛虫被杀灭。将数据输入Colby公式确定杀灭率。

为制备合适的活性化合物制剂,将1重量份的活性化合物与所述量的溶剂和乳化剂混合,再用含乳化剂的水将其稀释至所需的浓度。
用所需浓度的活性化合物制剂喷洒被各个生长阶段温室红蜘蛛(Tetranychus urticae)侵袭的菜豆(Phaseolus vulgaris)叶子。
经过预期的时间后,确定以%计算的杀灭作用。100%指所有蜘蛛都被杀灭;0%指没有蜘蛛被杀灭。将数据输入Colby公式确定杀灭率。

1.包含式(I)化合物的异构体混合物或纯异构体形式和乙基多杀菌素的活性化合物复合物,
其中
X表示卤素、烷基、烷氧基、卤代烷基、卤代烷氧基或氰基,
W、Y和Z彼此独立地表示氢、卤素、烷基、烷氧基、卤代烷基、卤代烷氧基或氰基,
A表示氢,每种情况下任选被卤素取代的烷基、烷氧基烷基,或饱和的任选被取代的环烷基,所述环烷基中至少一个环原子已被一个杂原子取代,
B表示氢或烷基,
或
A和B以及与它们相连的碳原子表示饱和或不饱和的、未取代或取代的环,所述环任选含有至少一个杂原子,
D表示NH或氧,
G表示氢(a)或表示下述基团之一:
其中
E表示金属离子或铵离子,
L表示氧或硫,
M表示氧或硫,
R1表示每种情况下任选被卤素取代的烷基、烯基、烷氧基烷基、烷硫基烷基、聚烷氧基烷基或任选被卤素、烷基或烷氧基取代的环烷基,所述环烷基可被至少一个杂原子隔断,每种情况下任选被取代的苯基、苯基烷基、杂芳基、苯氧基烷基或杂芳氧基烷基,

2.根据权利要求1所述的活性化合物复合物,其包括式(I)化合物的异构体混合物或纯异构体形式,其中
W表示氢、C1-C4-烷基、C1-C4-烷氧基、氯、溴或氟,
X表示C1-C4-烷基、C1-C4-烷氧基、C1-C4-卤代烷基、氟、氯或溴,
Y和Z彼此独立地表示氢、C1-C4-烷基、卤素、C1-C4-烷氧基或C1-C4-卤代烷基,
A表示氢或每种情况下任选被卤素取代的C1-C6-烷基或C3-C8-环烷基,
B表示氢、甲基或乙基,
A、B与它们相连的碳原子一起表示其中任选一个环成员已被氧或硫取代的饱和C3-C6-环烷基,且其任选被C1-C4-烷基、三氟甲基或C1-C4-烷氧基单-或双取代,
D表示NH或氧,
G表示氢(a)或表示下述基团之一

11.制备杀虫和/或杀螨组合物的方法,其特征在于,使权利要求1所述的活性化合物复合物与补充剂和/或表面活性剂混合。
12.包含如权利要求1所述用于控制动物害虫的活性化合物复合物的组合物。
