Abstract
液力变矩器的离合器,借助于该离合器可将液力变矩器的输入部与液力变矩器的输出部连接,仅当该液力变矩器的泵和涡轮之间超过某个转速差并且油门踏板的一个事先限定的踏板行程被超过时,该液力变矩器的离合器向着接合方向操作。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于操作液力变矩器的离合器的方法。
背景技术
变矩器中的此类离合器向着接合方向操作,以便将变矩器的输入部与输出部接合,由此,发生从输入部到输出部直接的直通驱动,这使得效率提高。当涡轮扭矩相对泵扭矩在离合器接合或者分离的情况下大小相等时,这些离合器通常向着接合方向操作。该切换点通过液力变矩器的泵轮和涡轮之间的转速差来测定。
DE3517381C2介绍了一种用于带有多级换挡传动装置的自动变速器的变矩器的锁定控制装置,在该自动变速器中设置有用于液力变矩器的锁止离合器(überbrückungskupplung),其中,只有当变矩器的输出端的转速在锁止离合器分开的情形下以预定的转速差降低时,在换高档期间每次变档中该锁止离合器才再次接合。
发明内容
本发明的任务在于,提供一种用于操作液力变矩器的离合器的方法,该方法进一步改善车辆的运行安全性和行驶舒适性。
该任务利用用于操作液力变矩器的离合器的方法来解决:其中,离合器向着接合方向操作时将液力变矩器的输入部与液力变矩器的输出部连接,其中,检测用于测定车辆的期望速度的踏板的姿态并与踏板的事先限定的姿态相比较,并且在超过事先限定的姿态时将离合器向着接合方向操作,其中,当超过液力变矩器的输入部和液力变矩器的输出部之间的事先限定的转速差时,离合器在踏板的姿态被超过时保持向着分离方向操作。此外,当液力变矩器的输入部上的扭矩在离合器接合和分离的情形下相等时,将离合器向着分离方向操作。
根据本发明,将液力变矩器的离合器以依赖于用于测定期望速度的踏板(例如车辆油门踏板)的方式向着接合方向操作。
在本发明的另一构造方式中,离合器与带有多个减速级的可换挡的减速变速器共同起作用,其中,为每一个减速级分配有油门踏板的一个限定的姿态,在超过该限定的姿态时,将离合器向着接合方向操作。
存在以下可行性,即,还一同考虑其它的影响变量,例如涡轮和泵的转速或者在其它液压负载下的压力,以便使离合器向着接合方向操作。
如果仅通过涡轮扭矩在离合器分离或者接合的情况下的状态变量来操作离合器,或者说如果仅当涡轮扭矩在离合器接合和分离之间大小相等时才将离合器向着接合方向操作,其中,为此通过液力变矩器的涡轮和泵之间的转速差来测定切换点,则存在以下可能,即,在作业机械中在低的档位或者说直到例如12km/h范围的低行驶速度的情况下随着离合器接合或者分离会存在明显不同的行驶性能。
因此根据本发明,仅当用于测定车辆期望速度的踏板(例如油门踏板)的限定的踏板行程被超过并且达到在液力变矩器的输入部处和输出部处的接合转速时,离合器才接合。离合器向着分离方向的操作不依赖于踏板行程而执行。为减速变速器的每一个档位分别限定踏板位置的边界值。
接合转速通过以下方法来测定,即,检测输入部的转速和输出部的转速并且测定转速差。在达到事先限定的转速差时,用于接合转速的判据得到满足。
在本发明的另一构造方式中,踏板位置通过转角传感器测得,其中,信号直接地或者通过CAN总线传递到车辆电子设备上,并从那里传递到变速器电子设备上。
存在以下可行性,即,在作业机械(例如轮式装载机)中使用该用于操作液力变矩器的离合器的方法,在该作业机械中通过使用本方法同样在低的档位或者说直到大约12km/h的低行驶速度中和短的装载周期的中也实现保持不变的行驶性能。
Claims (2)
1.用于操作车辆中的液力变矩器的离合器的方法,其中,所述离合器向着接合方向操作时将所述液力变矩器的输入部与所述液力变矩器的输出部连接,其中,检测用于测定所述车辆的期望速度的踏板的姿态并与所述踏板的事先限定的姿态相比较,并且在超过所述事先限定的姿态时将所述离合器向着接合方向操作,其特征在于,当所述液力变矩器的所述输入部和所述液力变矩器的所述输出部之间的转速差超过事先限定的转速差时,所述离合器在所述踏板的所述事先限定的姿态被超过时保持向着分离方向操作。
2.用于操作车辆中的液力变矩器的离合器的方法,其中,所述离合器向着接合方向操作时将所述液力变矩器的输入部与所述液力变矩器的输出部连接,其中,检测用于测定所述车辆的期望速度的踏板的姿态并与所述踏板的事先限定的姿态相比较,并且在超过所述事先限定的姿态时将所述离合器向着接合方向操作,其特征在于,当所述液力变矩器的所述输入部上的扭矩在离合器接合和分离的情形下相等时,将所述离合器向着分离方向操作。
