背景内容
研究发现硒具有抗衰老、保护修复细胞、提高红细胞的携氧能力、提高人体免疫力,解毒排毒抗污染和预防癌变六大生物学功能,具有保心脑、护肝肾、防癌变、恢复胰岛素、延缓衰老之功效,因此,硒是人体必须的微量元素,补硒已成为当今一种新的养生之道,一般通过食物摄取硒元素。研究人员发现多糖和多糖复合物通过提高机体力参与和介入了细胞生命现象的调节。但是,食物中硒的含量参差不齐,在我国的大部分农作物种植区农产品的含硒量很低,于是人们便开发研制含硒量高产品,以满足广大消费者通过补硒健身的需求。目前多数产品是单一含硒的补硒保健品,其不足之处在于,这些产品的功能单一,保健效果不明显,特别是不能有助于肿瘤病患者健身需要。
我国食用菌生产目前仍然以大宗产品(香菇、蘑菇等几种)为主,而符合新世纪养生潮流、兼具生理功能(保健、药用价值、营养功能、嗜好功能、高效膳健药同源的特色菌、珍品菌有待开发。近年我国已开发出十多种以食用菌为原料的食品、保健品,用于临床试用或辅助治疗癌症以及其他多种病症,其主要活性成分是所含菌多糖;日本也从姬松茸开发成功姬松茸粉剂、片剂、口服液等,在许多医疗单位用于辅助治疗癌症等疾病。大量试验表明,菌多糖具有抗肿瘤、抗氧化、调节免疫、保肝、增进造血等功能。
申请人在中国培育成功秦巴硒菇,它不但保留了巴西蘑菇和姬松茸的野生风味、营养和生物活性组分,而且富含硒和活性蛋白质,三者组合大大提高了生物活性效价,为有效利用秦巴富硒蘑菇药用价值,申请人研制开发出更有利于推广应用,造福于人民生活和健康的含硒蘑菇的提取物。

硒的生理功能:硒在人体中只有千万分之一、二,但在人体生命活动中却发挥着重要作用。
1.抗氧化。硒是谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GPX)的组分,GPX是人体中抗氧化系统的重要组成酶,担负请清除活性氧自由基重任,阻断自由基的致病。
2.免疫调节。硒几乎遍布人体所有组织和器官,所有免疫细胞都含有硒。硒明显提高肌体免疫能力;硒通过GPX和TR(硫氧还蛋白)调节免疫细胞杀伤作用和对免疫细胞保护。
