本发明所述的透视膜及其制造方法,包括透明膜和底纸,所述透明膜上印制有显色印刷层,所述显色印刷层上密布有若干个透光孔,所述透明膜贴合在底纸上。本发明由于采用在透明膜上直接印刷有显色印刷层,通过该显色印刷层使喷绘在透明膜上的图画显示很清晰,而且显色印刷层上密布有若干个透光孔,在保证图画显示清晰的情况下,又能满足透光和透视效果,由于透明膜本身未被打孔,透光孔处的透明膜上也能吸墨上色,图画精度高,不但使正面的画面清晰度比传统的单向透视贴提高了很多,还能让图画从反面显示出来,而且不受透明板两侧光线强弱影响,显色印刷层通过印刷的方式设置在透明膜上,生产效率大幅提高,制造更方便,废品率更低,生产成本低。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种透视膜,特别是一种广泛应用于广告宣传、装饰等领域,尤其适合张贴在玻璃、车窗等透明板上的透视膜及其制造方法。
背景技术
现有技术中存在一种单向透视贴,其包括一层喷绘用膜(一般为PVC膜),在喷绘用膜的可喷绘面的反面涂布不干胶层,在不干胶层上粘贴底纸(淋膜纸),并且在喷绘用膜和不干胶层上均匀密布若干个小孔,每个小孔均贯穿喷绘用膜和不干胶层。其制作工艺是,通过打孔机器,将粘贴上底纸的喷绘用膜打孔,形成若干均匀密布的小孔,然后将打孔后报废的底纸撕开,换上新的底纸。使用时,只需在喷绘用膜的上表面喷绘图画,然后揭下底纸贴上即可。这种单向透视贴广泛地应用于广告宣传等领域,尤其适用于玻璃、车窗等处。如果将这种单向透视贴贴在车窗上,从车外看能看到喷绘出的画面,而从车内看又能透视,视线不会被遮挡。
然而这种单向透视贴存在如下缺点:1、喷绘用膜打孔速度慢(一分钟只能打孔一米左右),从而导致其生产效率低;2、生产过程中还会产生大量的垃圾(打孔造成的垃圾),污染环境;3、底纸经过打孔后已经报废,必须要换成新的未被打孔的底纸,从而造成极大的浪费,导致生产成本高;4、打孔时机器的噪音很大,容易造成噪音污染;5、由于喷绘用膜被打孔,从正面看,喷绘画面在孔处不能显现因而精度不高;6、从反面看则看不到图画,因而图像只能单向显示;7、使用时,如果喷绘用膜喷绘有画面的一侧光线弱,而没有画面的一侧光线强,则画面看不清楚(特别是夜晚的时候);8、由于喷绘用膜被打孔,从而导致其强度低,粘贴后容易翘边,粘不牢固;9、更换画面时很难将旧的画面撕开,撕开时容易碎裂,更换不方便;10、孔里面容易积聚灰尘,污染画面,而且撕开后使贴合处容易留有孔印。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对上述存在的问题和不足,提供一种透明膜上直接印刷有显色层,保证正面画面精度高且反面也可以看到画面,生产效率高的印刷体透视膜。
在上述基础上,本发明更进一步的目的是提供一种可通过透明不干胶层进行粘贴,且粘贴牢固,适用范围广,使用及更换方便的印刷体透视膜;本发明更进一步的目的也可以是提供一种通过静电吸附的方式进行粘贴,使用及更换方便,可重复使用,环保的印刷体透视膜。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
本发明所述的透视膜,其特点是包括透明膜和底纸,所述透明膜上印制有显色印刷层,所述显色印刷层上密布有若干个透光孔,所述透明膜通过透明不干胶层贴合在底纸上,所述显色印刷层印制在透明膜与底纸贴合的面上,且位于透明膜与透明不干胶层之间,所述透明膜的另一面作为可喷绘面,所述透光孔处的透明膜上也吸墨上色。
为了使透明膜具有多种不同的视觉效果,上述显色印刷层为白色印刷层或荧光油墨印刷层或其它颜色印刷层。
为了达到显色效果,又能保证透明膜贴合紧密,上述显色印刷层的厚度范围值为1μm~20μm。而且当透明膜为静电透明膜时,相当于在显色印刷层上的各透光孔与静电透明膜之间合理地设置有一定的空间,当静电透明膜粘贴时,各透光孔便会形成真空吸附区,从而使静电透明膜吸附得更牢固。
为了达到本发明的目的,上述透视膜的结构可以多种多样,可方便地满足使用者的不同使用需要,上述透明膜可通过多种方式贴合到底纸上,既可以是上述透明膜通过透明不干胶层贴合在底纸上;也可以是上述透明膜为静电透明膜,所述静电透明膜通过静电吸附在底纸上。
为了使透明膜更清晰地显示画面,防止背后的景物干扰画面而影响画面的清晰度,上述透明膜上设置有遮光层,该遮光层上密布有若干个与上述显色印刷层上的透光孔一一对应的通孔。
本发明所述的透视膜的制造方法及步骤如下:
(1)、用印刷机在透明膜上印制1um~20um厚的显色印刷层;
(2)、将印刷有显色印刷层的透明膜贴合到底纸上;
(3)、将贴好底纸的透明膜分切后包装,得到所需的透视膜材料。
为了使显色印刷层牢固不掉色,在上述步骤(1)之前,先将透明膜进行高压电晕处理达到36~56达英。
为了使显色印刷层不易脱落,在完成上述步骤(1)之后,先在显色印刷层的表面涂覆保护液膜,再进行上述步骤(2)。
在显色印刷层的表面作为喷绘面的情况下,为了使显色印刷层具有较好的吸墨显色效果,在完成上述步骤(1)之后,先在显色印刷层的表面涂布吸墨显色的处理剂,再进行上述步骤(2)。
为了使透明膜更清晰地显示画面,防止背后的景物干扰画面而影响画面的清晰度,在完成上述步骤(1)之后,先在透明膜上印刷遮光层,再进行上述步骤(2)。
本发明由于采用在透明膜上直接印刷有显色印刷层,既通过该显色印刷层使喷绘在透明膜上的图画显示很清晰,而且显色印刷层上密布有若干个透光孔,在保证了图画显示清晰的情况下,又能满足透光和透视效果,又由于透明膜本身未被打孔,透光孔处的透明膜上也能吸墨上色,图画精度高,不但使正面的画面清晰度比传统的单向透视贴提高了很多,还能让图画从反面显示出来,这样就使人们从玻璃、车窗等透明板的两侧都能清楚地看到图画的内容,而且不受透明板两侧光线强弱的影响,即使是夜晚也能很清晰地显示画面,而且透明膜粘贴面积大,粘贴后不会发生翘边的现象,并且强度高,更换时不易碎裂,更换方便,也不会造成孔中积聚灰尘而污染画面的问题,又由于显色印刷层是通过印刷的方式设置在透明膜上的,生产效率大幅提高,一分钟可印制50~200米,是传统单向透视贴打孔效率的50~200倍,而且制造更方便,废品率更低,不会产生垃圾和底纸报废而造成浪费和环境污染,生产成本低,而且印刷方式也避免了打孔方式对环境的噪音污染。
在上述基础上,根据所选择透明膜的种类,本发明既能通过进一步地采用在底纸上涂布有透明不干胶层,使透明膜贴合在涂有透明不干胶层的底纸上,由于不干胶层为透明不干胶层,因此不会影响透明膜的透光和透视效果,而且使用时,在撕开底纸的过程中,透明不干胶层会反粘在透明膜上,使透明膜通过透明不干胶层而粘贴到玻璃、车窗等透明板上,不但粘贴牢固,使用及更换方便,而且户内和户外都可以使用,适用范围广;本发明又能通过进一步地采用透明膜为静电透明膜,通过静电的作用而将透明膜吸附到透明板上,这样就省掉了透明不干胶层,不但环保,而且使用及更换方便,制造成本低,透明膜又可重复使用,而且当透明膜揭下后,也不会在粘贴处留下任何粘贴过的痕迹,并且静电透明膜的两侧面都能够作为粘贴面使用,使用方便灵活。
同时,还可以在透明膜上设置遮光层,通过遮光层的遮挡,可使更多的光线发生折射,防止画面被后面的景物干扰而影响画面的清晰度,从而使喷绘在透明膜上的图画显示得更加清晰,而且还有利于降低射入透明板另一面的光线强度。
由于显色印刷层的厚度设置在1μm~20μm之间,既保证其起到显色的作用,又保证了透明膜贴合紧密,而且对于静电透明膜来说,相当于在显色印刷层上的各透光孔与静电透明膜之间合理地设置有一定的空间,当静电透明膜粘贴时,各透光孔便会形成真空吸附区,从而使静电透明膜吸附得更牢固。
此外,为了保护显色印刷层不易脱落,在印制显色印刷层之前,还可以先对透明膜进行高压电晕处理;也可以在显色印刷层的表面涂上保护液膜,达到保护显色印刷层不易脱落的目的。

具体实施方式
如图1-图9所示,本发明所述的透视膜,包括透明膜1和底纸3,在透明膜1上印制有显色印刷层2,通过该显色印刷层2可将喷绘在透明膜1上的图画很清晰地显示出来,而且显色印刷层2上密布有若干个透光孔21,在保证了图画显示清晰的情况下,又能满足透光和透视效果,由于透光孔21处的透明膜1上也喷有图画的颜色,这样正面的画面就比传统的单向透视贴要清晰很多,同时,使人们从玻璃、车窗等透明板的反面也能看到图画的内容,并且透光孔21可为圆形或方形或三角形或菱形或其它形状。由于显色印刷层2是通过印刷的方式设置在透明膜1上的,生产效率高,一分钟可印制50~200米,是传统单向透视贴打孔效率的50~200倍,而且制造方便,废品率低,同时不会产生打孔时产生的垃圾而污染环境,也不会使底纸因被打孔而报废造成材料浪费,生产成本低。并且透光孔21可均匀设置,而透明膜1贴合在底纸3上,使用时,喷好图画后,将底纸3撕开,就可以将透明膜1粘贴到玻璃、车窗等透明板上了。而印制的显色印刷层2,其厚度范围值为1μm~20μm,这样既保证其起到显色的作用,又能保证当透明膜1是静电透明膜时的贴合紧密。为了使透明膜1具有多种不同的视觉效果,显色印刷层2可为白色印刷层或荧光油墨印刷层其它颜色印刷层。其中,透明膜1的材料选择多样,如透明膜1为表面可喷绘着色的PVC或PE或PET或其它透明塑料薄膜,并且PE或PET等薄膜需要经过表面吸墨显色处理,通常是涂布可吸墨显色的处理剂。又由于透明膜1本身未被打孔,因此强度高,图画精度高,更换方便,而且不会造成孔中积聚灰尘污染画面的问题。
而且,透明膜1可通过透明不干胶层5贴合在底纸3上。为了使更换时粘贴处不留下残胶(即残留的不干胶),透明不干胶层5为可移出的透明不干胶层;为了节约成本,透明不干胶层5也可以是普通透明不干胶层。使用时,撕开底纸3,然后通过透明不干胶层2而将其粘贴到玻璃、车窗等透明板上,不但粘贴牢固,使用及更换方便,而且户内和户外都可以使用,适用范围广,由于不干胶层为透明不干胶层,因此不会影响透明膜的透光和透视效果;如果透明膜1为静电透明膜,则该静电透明膜通过静电吸附在底纸3上,使用时,撕开底纸3,然后通过静电的作用而将其吸附到玻璃、车窗等透明板上,不但环保,而且使用及更换方便,制造成本低,透明膜又可重复使用,而且当透明膜揭下后,也不会在粘贴处留下任何粘贴过的痕迹,并且静电透明膜的两侧面都能够作为粘贴面使用,使用方便灵活,特别适合户内使用。
为了使透明膜更清晰地显示画面,防止背后的景物干扰画面而影响画面的清晰度,还可以在透明膜1上设置有遮光层4,该遮光层4上密布有若干个与显色印刷层2上的透光孔21一一对应通孔41,并且遮光层4主要设置在透明膜1的非喷绘面上。为了达到较好的效果,遮光层4为印刷在透明膜1上的黑色或其它颜色印刷层,通常以黑色印刷层为主。
本发明所述的透视膜的制造方法及步骤如下:
(1)、用印刷机在透明膜1上印制1um~20um厚的显色印刷层2;为了使显色印刷层2牢固不掉色,在印刷显色印刷层2之前,可以先将透明膜1进行高压电晕处理达到36~56达英,如果透明膜为PVC膜,则可以不用进行高压电晕处理;为了使显色印刷层2不易脱落,在印刷好显色印刷层2之后,还可以在显色印刷层2的表面涂覆保护液膜;如果显色印刷层2的表面作为喷绘面,在印刷好显色印刷层2之后,还可以在显色印刷层2的表面涂布吸墨显色的处理剂;
(2)、将印刷有显色印刷层2的透明膜1贴合到底纸3上;如果透明膜1不是静电透明膜,就用涂布胶水的机器在底纸3上涂布透明不干胶层2,然后通过涂胶机的烘干设备将透明不干胶层2烘干,然后通过涂胶机的复合设备将印制好的透明膜1贴合在涂有透明不干胶层2的底纸3上;如果透明膜1是静电透明膜,则透明膜1通过静电吸附到底纸3上;并且在将印刷有显色印刷层2的透明膜1贴合到底纸3上之前,还可以在透明膜1上印刷遮光层4;
(3)、将贴好底纸3的透明膜1分切后包装,得到所需的透视膜材料。
由于显色印刷层2及遮光层4可印刷在透明膜1两侧面的任意一个面上,通过结合透明膜1的粘贴方式,从而使本发明的结构多种多样。
如图1所示实施例中,透明膜1通过透明不干胶层5贴合在底纸3上,此时,底纸3可为淋膜纸。同时,显色印刷层2印制在透明膜1与底纸3贴合的面上,且位于透明膜1与透明不干胶层5之间。使用时,喷好图画后,将底纸3撕开,就可以将透明膜1通过透明不干胶层5粘贴到玻璃、车窗等透明板上了。该实施例的透视膜的制造方法是:如果透明膜1为PVC膜,则可以不用进行高压电晕处理,而直接印刷显色印刷层2;如果透明膜1是PE或PET或其它透明塑料薄膜,要先对透明膜1进行高压电晕处理,电晕值在36~56达英之间(优选值是38达英),然后才在电晕处理过的面上印刷显色印刷层2。而且显色印刷层2的厚度在1μm~20μm之间,并采用合适的印刷方法(一般是凹版印刷)使显色印刷层2上密布若干个透光孔21,一般透光孔21设置成均匀的,之后可在显色印刷层2上涂上一层可使显色印刷层2不易脱落的保护液膜(图中未示出)。然后,如果透明膜1为PVC膜,则在底纸3上涂布透明不干胶层5,最后将透明膜1具有显色印刷层2的一面贴合在涂有透明不干胶5的底纸3上即可;如果透明膜1为PE或PET或其它透明塑料薄膜,则既可以在透明膜1具有显色印刷层2的一面涂布透明不干胶层5,也可以在底纸3上涂布透明不干胶层5,最后将透明膜1具有显色印刷层2的一面贴合到底纸3上即可。而透明膜1的另一个面则作为可喷绘面。虽然图上所示的透明不干胶层5是平的,但在实际中,由于透明不干胶层5的厚度比显色印刷层2的厚度要厚很多,而且透明不干胶是很柔软的,经过复合机加压复合后,透明不干胶其实是充满整个显色印刷层2的透光孔21的。
如图2所示实施例,该实施例是在图1所示实施例的基础上,在显色印刷层2上设置有遮光层4,且该遮光层4位于显色印刷层2与透明不干胶层5之间。也就是说,在上述制造方法中,当透明膜1上印刷好显色印刷层2后,接着在显色印刷层2上设置一层遮光层4,该遮光层4一般是通过印刷的方式来设置,而且以黑色印刷层为主,并且印刷时使遮光层4的通孔41与显色印刷层2的透光孔21一一对应,然后可在遮光层4与显色印刷层2贴合的面涂上一层可使显色印刷层2及遮光层4不易脱落的保护液膜(图中未示出)。然后,如果透明膜1为PVC膜,则在底纸3上涂布透明不干胶层5,最后将透明膜1具有遮光层4的一面贴合在涂有透明不干胶5的底纸3上即可(此步骤,用涂胶机的复合设备即可完成);如果透明膜1为PE或PET或其它透明塑料薄膜,则既可以在透明膜1具有遮光层4的一面涂布透明不干胶层5,也可以在底纸3上涂布透明不干胶层5,最后将透明膜1具有遮光层4的一面贴合到底纸3上即可。而透明膜1的另一个面则作为可喷绘面。虽然图上所示的透明不干胶层5是平的,但在实际中,由于透明不干胶层5的厚度比显色印刷层2与遮光层4的总厚度要厚很多,而且透明不干胶是很柔软的,经过复合机加压复合后,透明不干胶其实是充满整个显色印刷层2的透光孔21与整个遮光层4的通孔41的。
如图3所示实施例中,透明膜1同样是通过透明不干胶层5贴合在底纸3上,此时,底纸3可为淋膜纸。同时,显色印刷层2印制在透明膜1与底纸3贴合的面的反面,而透明不干胶层5则设置在透明膜1与底纸3贴合的面上,因此显色印刷层2这面为喷绘面。这时,显色印刷层2需要经过吸墨显色处理,通常是涂布吸墨显色的处理剂(图中未示出),使用时,喷好图画后,将底纸3撕开,就可以将透明膜1通过透明不干胶层5粘贴到玻璃、车窗等透明板上了。该实施例的透视膜的制造方法是:如果透明膜1为PVC膜,则可以不用进行高压电晕处理,而直接印刷显色印刷层2;如果透明膜1是PE或PET或其它透明塑料薄膜,要先对透明膜1进行高压电晕处理,电晕值在36~56达英之间(优选值是38达英),然后才在电晕处理过的面上印刷显色印刷层2。而且显色印刷层2的厚度在1μm~20μm之间,并采用合适的印刷方法(一般是凹版印刷)使显色印刷层2上密布若干个透光孔21,一般透光孔21设置成均匀的。然后,如果透明膜1为PVC膜,则在底纸3上涂布透明不干胶层5,最后将透明膜1没有显色印刷层2的一面贴合在涂有透明不干胶层5的底纸3上即可;如果透明膜1为PE或PET或其它透明塑料薄膜,则既可以在透明膜1没有显色印刷层2的一面涂布透明不干胶层5,也可以在底纸3上涂布透明不干胶层5,最后将透明膜1没有显色印刷层2的一面贴合到底纸3上即可。在此过程中,也可以在显色印刷层2的表面涂上一层可使显色印刷层2不易脱落的保护液膜(图中未示出)。
如图4所示实施例,该实施例是在图3实施例的基础上,在透明膜1与底纸3贴合的面上设置有遮光层4,且该遮光层4位于透明膜1与透明不干胶层5之间。也就是说,在上述制造方法中,当在透明膜1的一面印刷好显色印刷层2后,然后在透明膜1的另一面设置遮光层4,该遮光层4一般是通过印刷的方式来设置,而且以黑色印刷层为主,并且印刷时使遮光层4的通孔41与显色印刷层2的透光孔21一一对应。然后,如果透明膜1为PVC膜,则在底纸3上涂布透明不干胶层5,最后将透明膜1具有遮光层4的一面贴合在涂有透明不干胶层5的底纸3上即可;如果透明膜1为PE或PET或其它透明塑料薄膜,则既可以在透明膜1具有遮光层4的一面涂布透明不干胶层5,也可以在底纸3上涂布透明不干胶层5,最后将透明膜1具有遮光层4的一面贴合到底纸3上即可。在此过程中,也可以在显色印刷层2和遮光层4的表面涂上一层可使显色印刷层2及遮光层4不易脱落的保护液膜(图中未示出)。虽然图上所示的透明不干胶层5是平的,但在实际中,由于透明不干胶层5的厚度比遮光层4的厚度要厚很多,而且透明不干胶是很柔软的,经过复合机加压复合后,透明不干胶其实是充满整个遮光层4的通孔41的。
如图5、图6、图7及图8所示实施例中,透明膜1为静电透明膜,而该静电透明膜通过静电吸附在底纸3上,此时,底纸3可为离型纸。使用时,喷好图画后,将底纸3撕开,就可以将透明膜1通过静电吸附到玻璃、车窗等透明板上了。
如图5所示实施例中,显色印刷层2印制在静电透明膜与底纸3贴合的面上。并且将显色印刷层2的厚度设置在1μm~20μm之间,这样相当于在显色印刷层2上的各透光孔21与静电透明膜之间合理地设置一定的空间,当静电透明膜粘贴时,各透光孔21便会形成真空吸附区,从而使静电透明膜吸附得更牢固。该实施例的透视膜的制造方法是:先将透明膜1进行静电处理形成静电透明膜或采用现有的带静电的透明膜。如果静电透明膜为PVC膜,则可以不用电晕处理,而直接印刷显色印刷层2;如果静电透明膜是PE或PET或其它透明塑料薄膜,为了使显色印刷层2牢固不掉色,要先对透明膜1进行高压电晕处理,电晕值在36~56达英之间(优选值是38达英),然后才在电晕处理过的面上印刷显色印刷层2。并且采用合适的印刷方法(一般是凹版印刷)使显色印刷层2上密布若干个透光孔21,一般透光孔21设置成均匀的,最后在显色印刷层2上贴上底纸3即可。而静电透明膜没有显色印刷层2的一面则作为可喷绘面。该实施例中,静电透明膜的两侧面都能够粘贴到透明板上,使用方便灵活,更能满足使用者的使用要求,特别是对于高楼玻璃窗的粘贴,从高楼的里面就可以进行粘贴,粘贴更加安全方便。
如图6所示实施例,该实施例是在图5实施例的基础上,在显色印刷层2上设置有遮光层4,且该遮光层4位于显色印刷层2与底纸3之间。也就是说,在上述制造方法中,当静电透明膜的一个面上印刷好显色印刷层2后,接着在该显色印刷层2上设置遮光层4,该遮光层4一般是通过印刷的方式来设置,而且以黑色印刷层为主,并且印刷时使遮光层4的通孔41与显色印刷层2的透光孔21一一对应,最后在遮光层4上贴上底纸3即可。而静电透明膜的另一面为可喷绘面。

如图8所示实施例,该实施例是在图7实施例的基础上,在静电透明膜与底纸3贴合的面上设置有遮光层4。也就是说,在上述制造方法中,当静电透明膜的一个面上印刷好显色印刷层2后,然后在静电透明膜的另一个面上设置遮光层4,该遮光层4一般是通过印刷的方式来设置,而且以黑色印刷层为主,并且印刷时使遮光层4的通孔41与显色印刷层2的透光孔21一一对应,最后在遮光层4上贴上底纸3即可。而静电透明膜印制有显色印刷层2的一面为可喷绘面,这时,显色印刷层需要经过吸墨显色处理,通常是涂布吸墨显色的处理剂。
图9为本发明的俯视示意图,从该俯视示意图可以清楚地看到位于透明膜1上的显色印刷层2的各透光孔21及遮光层4的各通孔41的形状、分布及其对应关系。
本发明揭示的是一种材料,在客户使用的时候,先在透明膜1上喷绘所需图画,然后根据实际需要的尺寸进行剪裁,撕开底纸3,将透明膜1张贴到准备好的玻璃或车窗上,用刮板或其它适当的工具刮平即可。如果透明膜1为静电透明膜,则通过静电的作用进行粘贴,并且透明膜1可以揭开重贴或者移除到别的地方重复使用。
本发明是通过实施例来描述的,但并不对本发明构成限制,参照本发明的描述,所公开的实施例的其他变化,如对于本领域的专业人士是容易想到的,这样的变化应该属于本发明权利要求限定的范围之内。
Claims (7)
1.一种透视膜,其特征在于包括透明膜(1)和底纸(3),所述透明膜(1)上印制有显色印刷层(2),所述显色印刷层(2)上密布有若干个透光孔(21),所述透明膜(1)通过透明不干胶层(5)贴合在底纸(3)上,所述显色印刷层(2)印制在透明膜(1)与底纸(3)贴合的面上,且位于透明膜(1)与透明不干胶层(5)之间,所述透明膜(1)的另一面作为可喷绘面,所述透光孔(21)处的透明膜(1)上也吸墨上色。
2.根据权利要求1所述透视膜,其特征在于上述显色印刷层(2)为白色印刷层或荧光油墨印刷层或其它颜色印刷层。
3.根据权利要求1所述透视膜,其特征在于上述透明膜(1)为表面可喷绘着色的PVC或PE或PET或其它透明塑料薄膜。
4.根据权利要求1所述透视膜,其特征在于上述显色印刷层(2)的厚度范围值为1μm~20μm。
5.一种透视膜的制造方法,该方法用于制造如前述任一权利要求所述透视膜,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)、用印刷机在透明膜(1)上印制1um~20um厚的显色印刷层(2);
(2)、将印刷有显色印刷层(2)的透明膜(1)贴合到底纸(3)上;
(3)、将贴好底纸(3)的透明膜(1)分切后包装,得到所需的透视膜材料。
6.根据权利要求5所述透视膜的制造方法,其特征在于在上述步骤(1)之前,先将透明膜(1)进行高压电晕处理达到36~56达英。
7.根据权利要求5所述透视膜的制造方法,其特征在于上述步骤(2)中将印刷有显色印刷层(2)的透明膜(1)贴合到底纸(3)上,是先用涂布胶水的机器在底纸(3)上涂布透明不干胶层(5),然后通过涂胶机的烘干设备将透明不干胶层(5)烘干,再用涂胶机的复合设备将印制好的透明膜(1)贴合在涂有透明不干胶层(5)的底纸(3)上。
