技术领域
本发明涉及一种喷绘或印刷用的透视膜, 特别是涉及一种广泛应用于广 告宣传、装饰等领域, 尤其适合张贴在透明板上的内贴透视膜及其制造方法。 背景技术 说
现有技术中存在一种单向透视贴, 其包括一层喷绘用膜 (一般为 PVC 膜), 在喷绘用膜的可喷绘面的反面涂布不干胶层, 在不千胶层上贴合底纸 (淋膜纸), 并且在喷绘用膜和不干胶层上均书勾密布若千个小孔, 每个小孔 均贯穿喷绘用膜和不干胶层。 其制作工艺是, 通过打孔机器, 将贴合上底纸 的喷绘用膜打孔,形成若干均匀密布的小孔, 然后将打孔后报废的底纸撕开, 换上新的底纸。 使用时, 只需在喷绘用膜的上表面喷绘画面, 然后揭下底纸, 将喷绘用膜贴在玻璃等透明板的外面即可, 这样就能从外面看到喷绘出的画面, 而从里面又能看到外面的景物, 不会被遮挡。
然而这种单向透视贴存在如下缺点: 1、 喷绘用膜打孔速度慢, 从而导 致其生产效率低, 而且打孔时机器的噪音很大, 容易造成噪音污染, 同时生 产过程中会产生大量的垃圾(打孔造成的垃圾) 而污染环境, 而且底纸经过 打孔后已经报废, 必须要换成新的未被打孔的底纸, 从而造成极大的浪费, 导致生产成本高; 2、 由于喷绘用膜被打孔, 从而导致其强度低, 粘贴后容 易翘边, 粘不牢固, 而且更换画面时很难将旧的画面撕开, 造成更换不方便, 而且从正面看, 喷绘画面在孔处不能显现因而精度不高, 从反面看则看不到 画面, 因而图像只能单面显示, 并且使用时, 如果喷绘用膜喷绘有画面的一 侧光线弱,而没有画面的一侧光线强,则画面看不清楚(特别是夜晚的时候); 3、 由于是张贴在透明板的外面, 因此室外的雨水和灰尘很容易积聚在孔中, 污染 画面, 而且画面很容易被路人划伤、 撕裂等行为而遭到破坏, 而且当位置较高时, 施工难度很高, 不但容易造成人员伤亡, 而且施工的工程较大, 既不容易将画面贴

确认本 好, 也不容易将画面取下, 从而增加了画面粘贴和更换的难度, 而且很多地方对于 室外广告是要收取广告费用的, 这样便增加了使用成本; 4、 通过不干胶进行张贴。 不干胶艮容易残留在玻璃上,不但清理很困难,而且清理的时候 溶剂, 对环境 ^重污染, 而且清理^¾交耗时耗力, 浪费巨大。 5、 ^^底纸来保护 不千胶层。 底纸的使用不但增加了产品的成本, 而且也会增加产品的生产损耗, 造 成产品的成本上升。 同时, 底纸还会增加产品的重量, 大幅增加包装成本和运输成 本。 特别是客户在^^的时候, 需要先撕开底纸, 不但浪费时间, 而且撕开的底纸 变成了垃圾, 不但污染环境, 而 Ji 成大量的资源浪费。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对上述存在的问题和不足, 提供一种既不用不千胶 张贴, 又没有底纸, 使用安全环保, 不会造成环境污染及资源浪费, 且生产 效率高, 成本低, 粘贴及更换安全方便, 画面显示效果好, 透光性好及使用 寿命长的内贴透视膜及其制造方法。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
本发明所述的内贴透视膜, 包括透视膜本体, 其特点是该透视膜本体包 括能吸墨的自粘透明塑料软膜及可防止该能吸墨的自粘透明塑料软膜被拉 伸变形的定型透明塑料膜, 所述定型透明塑料膜与能吸墨的自粘透明塑料软 膜之间设置有显色印刷层, 所述显色印刷层上分布有透光区, 所述能吸墨的 自粘透明塑料软膜背向显色印刷层及透光区的表面为打印吸墨面和粘贴面, 所述定型透明塑料膜背向显色印刷层及透光区的表面为经过防粘处理形成 的防粘面。
其中, 上述能吸墨的自粘透明塑料软膜为表面平整光滑的塑料软膜。 上述透视膜本体在喷墨打印后不但其前面能看到所打印的画面, 其反面 也能看到所打印的画面, 而且所打印的画面是完整不间断的画面。
为了使显色印刷层的设置方便可靠, 上述显色印刷层为印刷的油墨层。 为了使本发明的结构多种多样, 可方便地满足使用者的不同使用需要, 既可以把上述显色印刷层印制成由若千点状或条形状或其它形状的显色印 刷体组成, 所述各相邻显色印刷体之间的空隙处形成透光区, 也可以把上述 透光区设置为若千圓形透光孔或方形透光孔或其它形状的透光孔。
为了使能吸墨的自粘透明塑料软膜的设置方式多种多样, 从而使本发明 具有多种不同的制作工艺, 既可以是上述能吸墨的自粘透明塑料软膜为预先 制作好的能吸墨的自粘透明塑料软膜, 所述能吸墨的自粘透明塑料软膜通过 透明粘接胶层与显色印刷层相贴合并通过透明粘接胶层穿透显色印刷层的 透光区的部分与定型透明塑料膜贴合为一体, 也可以是上述能吸墨的自粘透 明塑料软膜为通过涂布的方式将塑胶胶液设置在显色印刷层上而形成的具 有吸墨及自粘功能的透明塑料软膜层, 且该具有吸墨及自粘功能的透明塑料 软膜层位于显色印刷层的透光区的部分穿透所述透光区与定型透明塑料膜 相结合。
为了使本发明具有较好的吸墨效果和粘贴效果, 上述能吸墨的自粘透明 塑料软膜为预先制作好的 PVC透明塑料软膜。 而为了使本发明具有更好的 粘贴效果和吸墨效果, 上述能吸墨的自粘透明塑料软膜为通过涂布的方式将 丙烯酸酯类胶液设置在定型透明塑料膜上而形成的丙烯酸酯类透明塑料软 膜。
为了使本发明的制作方便, 且具有最佳的使用效果, 上述定型透明塑料 膜为 PET聚酯膜, 由于 PET聚酯膜具有优良的耐候性和极小的收缩性, 因 此有效防止了本发明随着温度或环境的变化而出现收缩或变形等不良情况, 从而保证了本发明在张贴之后不会因为温度或环境的变化而发生翘边、 变形 或脱落, 同时也能有效地防止了在喷绘和张贴时本发明被拉伸而变形。
为了满足不同的生产和使用的需要, 上述定型透明塑料膜也可以是 OPP 膜等具有一定抗拉伸能力的塑料膜。
上述能吸墨的自粘透明塑料软膜为比较柔软, 可以吸墨上色, 用手触摸 基本上感觉不到粘性, 但是可以软膜与软膜之间互相粘贴而不脱落, 也可以 粘贴在很平滑的表面如透明玻璃上而不脱落, 可以达到在玻璃上可靠粘贴的 要求, 是采用现有工艺和配方制作而成的软质塑料膜。
上述定型透明塑料膜为硬度比能吸墨的自粘透明塑料软膜要高很多, 能 防止能吸墨的自粘透明塑料软膜被拉伸而造成变形, 还具有很好的展平能力 和支撑能力, 有利于喷绘或印刷的作业和对画面的张贴等操作, 保证在张贴 的时候画面不会因拉伸而变形, 进而破坏画面, 也不会因刮板刮压起皱而破 坏画面的透明塑料膜。
本发明所述的内贴透视膜的制造方法包括如下步骤:
a、 在定型透明塑料膜的一侧面上涂布防粘硅油, 使该侧面形成防粘面; b、 在定型透明塑料膜的另一侧面上印制具有透光区的显色印刷层; c、 在定型透明塑料膜印有显色印刷层的这一面设置能吸墨的自粘透明 塑料软膜;
d、 通过收卷机收卷形成半成品;
e、 按照客户的要求进行分卷、 裁边, 并进行包装后, 得到内贴透视膜 材料成品。
其中, 上述步骤 a中, 印制具有透光区的显色印刷层是采用印刷机将油 墨通过凹版印刷的方式直接在定型透明塑料膜上印刷形成具有透光区的油 墨层。
上迷步骤 c中, 设置能吸墨的自粘透明塑料软膜既可以是先在显色印刷 层的表面涂布一层透明粘接胶层, 该透明粘接胶层位于透光区的部分穿透所 述透光区而粘接到定型透明塑料膜上, 然后将预先制作好的能吸墨的自粘透 明塑料软膜贴合到透明粘接胶层上并通过透明粘接胶层穿透透光区的部分 与定型透明塑料膜贴合为一体, 也可以是采用涂布机将塑胶胶液直接涂布在 显色印刷层上待烘干后形成具有吸墨及自粘功能的透明塑料软膜层, 且该具 有吸墨及自粘功能的透明塑料软膜层位于透光区的部分穿透所述透光区与 定型透明塑料膜相结合。
当能吸墨的自粘透明塑料软膜为预先制作好的能吸墨的自粘透明塑料 软膜时, 在进行上述步骤 c之前, 先用贴合机将能吸墨的自粘透明塑料软膜 与一层可防止该能吸墨的自粘透明塑料软膜被拉伸变形的保护纸或膜贴合 为一体, 并在完成上述步骤 c之后, 先将该防拉伸的保护纸或膜剥离, 再进 行上述步骤 d。
本发明巧妙地采用能吸墨的自粘透明塑料软膜与可防止该能吸墨的自 粘透明塑料软膜被拉伸变形的定型透明塑料膜组成透视膜本体的结构, 由于 能吸墨的自粘透明塑料软膜具有很好的吸墨性和自粘性, 而定型透明塑料膜 具有很好的展平能力和支撑力, 所以该透视膜本体既有吸墨和自粘的功能, 又有很好的展平能力和支撑能力, 达到了最理想的生产、 喷画、 施工、 张贴 和使用等效果, 一方面是通过能吸墨的自粘透明塑料软膜良好的吸墨显色 性、 良好的自粘性, 既可以在塑料软膜上喷绘所需要的画面, 又能将该喷绘 有画面的软膜的喷绘面粘贴在透明玻璃上, 使画面处于能吸墨的自粘透明塑 料软膜和透明的玻璃板之间, 从而实现既能喷绘画面又能将画面朝外张贴的 双重目的, 由于是从室内进行粘贴, 粘贴和更换安全方便, 而且能吸墨的自 粘透明塑料软膜上的画面处于能吸墨的自粘透明塑料软膜和透明玻璃板之 间, 画面受到很好的保护, 不易受污染, 也不会受到路人的触摸、 划伤、 撕 裂而破坏画面, 另一方面是通过该定型透明塑料膜能够提高能吸墨的自粘透 明塑料软膜的强度及撑力, 既方便用户进行画面的喷绘、 张贴及使用, 特别 是防止在张贴施工的时候能吸墨的自粘透明塑料软膜被拉伸变形或起皱而 影响和破坏画面, 又能确保所张贴的画面不会因收缩变形而翘边甚至脱落; 同时, 由于在定型透明塑料膜与能吸墨的自粘透明塑料软膜之间设置有显色 印刷层, 通过该显色印刷层能够让所打印的画面具有一个很好的显色背景, 而且这个显色背景能将所打印的画面的色彩很好地显现, 从而使所打印的画 面能够非常清晰地显示出来, 并且不会出现画面颜色失真的现象, 而且在显 色印刷层上分布有透光区, 在保证了图画显示清晰的情况下, 又能满足透光 和透视效果, 由于能吸墨的自粘透明塑料软膜本身未被打孔, 这样就使透光 处的能吸墨的自粘透明塑料软膜也会吸墨上色, 这样所喷绘的画面是完整不 间断的画面, 不但使画面清晰度比传统的单向透视贴提高了很多, 还能让画 面从反面显示出来, 这样人们可以从透明板的两侧都能够清楚地看到图画的 内容, 而且不受透明板两侧光线强弱的影响, 即使是夜晚也能很清晰地显示 画面, 又由于显色印刷层是通过印刷的方式设置在透视膜本体上的, 生产效 率大幅提高, 一分钟可印制 50 ~ 200米, 是传统单向透视贴打孔效率的 50 倍以上, 而且制造更方便, 废品率更低, 不会产生打孔垃圾和底纸报废而造 成浪费和环境污染, 生产成本低, 而且印刷方式也避免了打孔方式对环境的 噪音污染, 由于显色印刷层是设置在定型透明塑料膜与能吸墨的自粘透明塑 料软膜之间, 这样就可以使显色印刷层能够得到有效的保护, 防止张贴的时 候刮伤画面, 从而有效地延长本发明的使用寿命; 又由于定型透明塑料膜背 向能吸墨的自粘透明塑料软膜的表面为经过防粘处理形成的防粘面, 这样可 有效地防止本发明收卷后能吸墨的自粘透明塑料软膜反粘到定型透明塑料 膜上而导致喷绘作业的时候放卷困难或造成所喷绘的画面油墨脱落。 同时, 由于是通过能吸墨的自粘透明塑料软膜自身的粘性进行粘贴, 因此无需再设 置不千胶粘贴层, 而且将定型透明塑料膜的表面设置为防粘面, 这样无需设 置底纸也能够保证透视膜在收卷时能吸墨的自粘透明塑料软膜不会反粘到 定型透明塑料膜的表面上, 并且可以使打印在能吸墨的自粘透明塑料软膜上 的画面油墨也不会反粘到定型透明塑料膜上。 这种既没有不干胶粘贴层, 又 没有底纸的透视膜, 不但环保安全、 粘贴牢靠、 粘贴及更换方便, 而且大幅 提高了生产效率及降低了生产成本。 此外, 由于能吸墨的自粘透明塑料软膜 为透明的, 因此既不会影响透光和透视效果, 也不会对画面的视觉效果造成 干扰。 又由于是通过能吸墨的自粘透明塑料软膜的自粘特性以及在施工时在 刮板的压力下软膜与玻璃之间产生真空负压吸力和塑料软膜在施工时刮板 刮压时因摩擦的作用使膜面产生短时间静电吸力等综合的因素来进行粘贴, 因此粘贴牢固,并且可以反复多次地撕开和粘贴。而当定型透明塑料膜为 PET 聚酯膜时, 因为 PET聚酯膜不但具有良好的展开性和支撑性, 而且不会因环 境或温度的变化而收缩, 而 PVC等能吸墨的自粘透明塑料软膜会因为温度 的变化而产生收缩, 本发明就只能向粘贴面收缩, 这样在定型透明塑料膜的 支撑力作用下, 就会增加真空吸力, 因此虽然没有不千胶粘贴层, 本发明也 能进行可靠的粘贴并且长期保持可靠的粘贴力, 不会发生翘边或脱落等现 象。 此外, 本发明在用户使用的时候, 是先在喷绘了画面的能吸墨的自粘透 明塑料软膜上或被张贴的玻璃上喷涂一层防止油墨转移的保护液, 然后才将 画面张贴到透明玻璃上, 这样在粘贴了很久之后撕开画面, 能吸墨的自粘透 明塑料软膜上形成画面的油墨也不会被转移到透明玻璃上, 达到既环保又经 济的目的。 而且, 本发明还具有结构简单可靠、 制造成本低, 降低污染, 便 于运输, 使用方便、 张贴可靠等优点。

如图 1-图 10所示, 本发明所述的内贴透视膜, 包括透视膜本体 1, 该 透视膜本体 1 包括能吸墨的自粘透明塑料软膜 11及可防止该能吸墨的自粘 透明塑料软膜 11被拉伸变形的定型透明塑料膜 12, 而且在定型透明塑料膜 12与能吸墨的自粘透明塑料软膜 11之间设置有显色印刷层 13 , 该显色印刷 层 13上分布有透光区 131 , 其中能吸墨的自粘透明塑料软膜 11背向显色印 刷层 13及透光区 131的表面为打印吸墨面和粘贴面, 定型透明塑料膜 12背 向显色印刷层 13及透光区 131的表面为经过防粘处理形成的防粘面。 由于 透视膜本体 1在使用者喷墨打印画面后不但在显色印刷层 13处的能吸墨的 自粘透明塑料软膜 11上吸墨上色, 而且在透光区 131处的能吸墨的自粘透 明塑料软膜 11上也同样吸墨上色, 所以不但其前面能看到所打印的画面, 其反面也能看到所打印的画面, 而且能吸墨的自粘透明塑料软膜 11具有如 下特性: 比较柔软, 可以吸墨上色, 用手触摸基本上感觉不到粘性, 但是可 以软膜与软膜之间互相粘贴而不脱落, 也可以粘贴在很平滑的表面如透明玻 璃上而不脱落, 可以达到在玻璃上可靠粘贴的要求, 是采用某种工艺和配方 制作的软质塑料膜; 定型透明塑料膜 12具有如下特性: 其硬度比能吸墨的 自粘透明塑料软膜 1 1要高很多, 能防止能吸墨的自粘透明塑料软膜 11被拉 伸而造成变形, 还具有很好的展平能力和支撑能力, 有利于喷绘的作业和对 画面的张贴等操作, 保证在张贴的时候画面不会因拉伸而变形, 进而破坏画 面, 也不会因刮板刮压起皱而破坏画面。 同时, 本发明采用的定型透明塑料 膜 12具有耐候性好, 收缩性极小等优点, 基本上不会随着温度或环境的变 化而发生收缩或变形, 能有效防止画面在张贴之后因收缩或变形而发生脱 落、 翘边等不良现象的发生。 因此, 通过定型透明塑料膜 12与能吸墨的自 粘透明塑料软膜 1 1的结合, 能够有效提高能吸墨的自粘透明塑料软膜 1 1的 强度及撑力, 从而既方便用户进行画面的喷绘、 张贴及使用, 又能够防止张 贴之后因环境的影响和温度的变化而引起的画面变形、 翘边或脱落。 因为当 环境温度降低时, 本发明只有能吸墨的自粘透明塑料软膜 1 1存在收缩, 而 定型透明塑料膜 12是基本上不产生收缩的 (定型透明塑料膜 12即使有收缩 现象, 也远远小于能吸墨的自粘透明塑料软膜 11 ), 因此本发明只能向能吸 墨的自粘透明塑料软膜 1 1这一面收缩, 这时在表面的定型透明塑料膜 12的 支撑力作用下, 就会增加能吸墨的自粘透明塑料软膜 1 1与粘贴面之间的真 空吸力, 不会发生翘边或脱落等现象。 而当环境温度升高时, 本发明也只有 能吸墨的自粘透明塑料软膜 11存在膨胀, 而定型透明塑料膜 12是基本上不 产生膨胀的。 由于能吸墨的自粘透明塑料软膜 1 1非常柔软, 支撑力远远小 于定型透明塑料膜 12的支撑力, 因此能吸墨的自粘透明塑料软膜 11的膨胀 现象不会对粘贴产生影响, 反而因为温度的升高而增加了能吸墨的自粘透明 塑料软膜 11的自粘性, 使得粘贴更加牢固。 因此, 不管环境温度如何变化, 本发明在粘贴之后都不会产生翘边或脱落等不良现象。 而且, 能吸墨的自粘 透明塑料软膜为表面平整光滑的塑料软膜, 这样可以确保本发明的粘贴牢 靠, 以及吸墨均匀, 画面的显示效杲好。 为了使能吸墨的自粘透明塑料软膜 11的设置方式多种多样, 从而使本发明具有多种不同的制作工艺, 既可以是 能吸墨的自粘透明塑料软膜 11为预先制作好的能吸墨的自粘透明塑料软膜, 所述能吸墨的自粘透明塑料软膜 11通过透明粘接胶层 14与显色印刷层 13 相贴合并通过透明粘接胶层 14穿透显色印刷层 13的透光区〗31的部分与定 型透明塑料膜 12贴合为一体, 也可以是能吸墨的自粘透明塑料软膜 1 1为通 过涂布的方式将塑胶胶液(如: 丙烯酸酯类胶液等等)设置在显色印刷层 13 上而形成的具有吸墨及自粘功能的透明塑料软膜层, 且该具有吸墨及自粘功 能的透明塑料软膜层位于显色印刷层 13的透光区 131的部分穿透所述透光 区 131与定型透明塑料膜 12相贴合。其中,透明粘接胶层 14可以是不千胶、 热熔胶、 固体胶或其它的粘接胶。 为了使本发明具有较好的吸墨效果和粘贴 效果, 能吸墨的自粘透明塑料软膜为预先制作好的 PVC透明塑料软膜, 这 种 PVC软膜的柔软度一般在 40份到 80份增塑剂之间, 最优化的柔软度在 55到 65份增塑剂之间,而且 PVC软膜的厚度一般在 0.10mm到 0.5mm之间, 最优化的厚度在 0.15mm到 0.20mm之间。 而为了使本发明具有更好的粘贴 效果和吸墨效果, 能吸墨的自粘透明塑料软膜为通过涂布的方式将丙烯酸酯 类胶液设置在定型透明塑料膜上而形成的丙烯酸酯类透明塑料软膜。 而丙烯 酸酯类胶液的配方按实际的需要来调配, 涂布在定型透明塑料膜 12上经过 烘千后而形成一层透明的塑料软膜, 这种软膜的初粘力非常低, 用手感觉只 有很小的粘性,但是可以互相粘贴而不脱落,也可以粘贴在玻璃上而不脱落, 在喷绘机上打印的时候, 该软膜不会粘裹住机器的送料装置而造成无法打印 的情况。 同时, 该软膜还具有很好的吸墨性能, 具有上述能吸墨的自粘透明 塑料软膜所具备的各种性能特征。 为了使本发明的制作方便, 且具有最佳的 使用效果, 上述定型透明塑料膜 12为 PET聚酯膜, 而这种 PET聚酯膜的厚 度一般在 0.010mm到 0.10mm之间, 最优化的厚度在 0.015mm到 0.5mm之 间, 由于 PET聚酯膜具有优良的耐候性和极小的收缩性, 因此有效防止了本 发明随着温度或环境的变化而出现收缩或变形等不良情况, 从而保证了本发 明在张贴之后不会因为温度或环境的变化而发生翘边、 变形或脱落, 同时也 能有效地防止了在喷绘和张贴时本发明被拉伸而变形。 而为了满足不同的生 产和使用的需要, 上述定型透明塑料膜 12也可以是 OPP膜, 只要这些塑料 膜具有良好的抗拉伸性能和耐候性即可, 这样就可以防止能吸墨的自粘透明 塑料软膜在施工和使用的时候被拉伸而产生变形。 同时, 由于在定型透明塑 料膜 12与能吸墨的自粘透明塑料软膜 1 1之间设置有显色印刷层 13,而且该 显色印刷层 13为白色印刷层或荧光油墨印刷层或其它颜色印刷层, 通过该 显色印刷层 13的作用, 能够让所打印的画面具有一个很好的显色背景, 这 个显色背景能将所打印的画面的色彩很好地显现, 从而使所打印的画面能够 非常清晰地显示出来, 画面不会被背后的景物或光线干扰, 不会出现画面颜 色失真的现象, 由于在显色印刷层 13上分布有透光区 131, 而且透光区 131 是在印制显色印刷层 13的同时形成的, 这样在保证了所打印的画面显示清 晰的情况下, 又能满足透光和透视效果, 而且能吸墨的自粘透明塑料软膜 11 通常为透明的能吸墨的自粘透明塑料软膜, 因此既不会影响透光和透视效 果, 也不会对画面的视觉效果造成千扰。 同时, 如图 9所示, 当客户在本发 明所述的内贴透视膜材料上喷绘好画面后, 在透光区 131处的能吸墨的自粘 透明塑料软膜 1 1上也同样被所喷绘的画面油墨所覆盖, 因此,如图 10所示, 画面的反面同样能通过光线的透视而使人们能从后面很清晰地看到画面, 从 而达到两面都能看到画面的特殊效果。 由于显色印刷层 13设置在定型透明 塑料膜 12与能吸墨的自粘透明塑料软膜 11之间,这样可以使显色印刷层 13 能够得到有效的保护, 防止张贴的时候被刮板刮伤, 从而有效地延长本发明 的使用寿命。 又由于定型透明塑料膜 12背向能吸墨的自粘透明塑料软膜 1 1 的表面为经过防粘处理形成的防粘面, 这样可有效地防止本发明收卷后能吸 墨的自粘透明塑料软膜 11反粘到具有支撑展平能力的定型透明塑料膜 12上 而导致喷绘作业的时候放卷困难或造成所喷绘的画面油墨脱落。 为了使显色 印刷层 13的设置方便可靠, 显色印刷层 13为印刷的油墨层, 为了使本发明 具有多种不同的视觉效果, 显色印刷层 13为白色印刷油墨层或荧光油墨印 刷层或其它颜色印刷层或添加了金属粉的各种金属色油墨层。 而为了使本发 明的结构多种多样, 可方便地满足使用者的不同使用需要, 既可以把显色印 刷层 13印制成由若千点状或条形状或其它形状的显色印刷体组成, 所述各 相邻显色印刷体之间的空隙处形成透光区 131 , 也可以把透光区 131设置为 若千圓形透光孔或方形透光孔或其它形状的透光孔。 如果透光区 131为透光 孔, 那么这些透光孔通常是有规律地设置在显色印刷层 13上, 而且一般透 光孔所占的面积在 40%到 50%左右, 孔径在 1.2mm到 2.5mm之间, 孔的中 心距在 1.8mm到 3.0mm之间。 如果这些透光孔是方形的透光孔, 那么这些 透光方孔的尺寸一般为 0.3mm到 2mm之间, 方孔边线的宽度一般在 0.3mm 到 1.5mm之间。 如果这些透光区是条形状的透光区, 则线条的宽度一般为 0.2mm到 2mm之间, 线条间的距离一般在 0.3mm到 5mm之间。 或者, 这 些线条采用不同的间距和宽度来互相组合, 进而得到特殊的效果。
本发明所述的内贴透视膜的制造方法包括如下步骤:
a、 在定型透明塑料膜 12的一侧面上涂布防粘硅油, 使该侧面形成防粘 面;
b、 在定型透明塑料膜 12的另一侧面上印制具有透光区 131的显色印刷 层 13 ; 印制的方式既可以是采用印刷机将油墨通过凹版印刷的方式直接在定 型透明塑料膜 12上印刷形成具有透光区 131的油墨层;
c、 在定型透明塑料膜 12印有显色印刷层 13的这一面设置能吸墨的自 粘透明塑料软膜 1 1 ; 设置的方式既可以是先在显色印刷层 13的表面涂布一 层透明粘接胶层 14, 该透明粘接胶层 14位于透光区 131的部分穿透所述透 光区 131而粘接到定型透明塑料膜 1 1上, 然后将预先制作好的能吸墨的自 粘透明塑料软膜 1 1贴合到透明粘接胶层 14上并通过透明粘接胶层 14穿透 透光区 131的部分与定型透明塑料膜 1 1贴合为一体, 也可以是采用涂布机 将塑胶胶液直接涂布在显色印刷层 13上待烘千后形成具有吸墨及自粘功能 的透明塑料软膜层, 且该具有吸墨及自粘功能的透明塑料软膜层位于透光区 131的部分穿透所述透光区 131与定型透明塑料膜 12相贴合;
d、 通过收卷机收卷形成半成品;
e、 按照客户的要求进行分卷、 裁边, 并进行包装后, 得到内贴透视膜 材料成品。
其中, 当能吸墨的自粘透明塑料软膜 1 1为预先制作好的能吸墨的自粘 透明塑料软膜时, 在进行上述步骤 c之前, 先用贴合机将能吸墨的自粘透明 塑料软膜 11与一层可防止该能吸墨的自粘透明塑料软膜 1 1被拉伸变形的保 护纸或膜贴合为一体, 并在完成上述步骤 C之后, 先将该防拉伸的保护纸或 膜剥离, 再进行上述步骤
此外, 当能吸墨的自粘透明塑料软膜 1 1为预先制作好的能吸墨的自粘 透明塑料软膜时, 也可以将上述步骤 b改成: 在能吸墨的自粘透明塑料软膜 1 1的一侧面上印制具有透光区 131的显色印刷层 13, 同时将上述步骤 d改 成: 将能吸墨的自粘透明塑料软膜 11印有显色印刷层 13的这一面与定型透 明塑料膜 12的另一侧面相贴合。
如图 2所示实施例中, 能吸墨的自粘透明塑料软膜 1 1为通过涂布的方 式将塑胶胶液设置在定型透明塑料膜 12上而形成的具有吸墨及自粘功能的 透明塑料软膜层。
如图 3所示实施例中, 能吸墨的自粘透明塑料软膜 1 1是通过透明粘接 胶层 14与定型透明塑料膜 12贴合成一体; 此时, 能吸墨的自粘透明塑料软 膜 11通常采用 PVC软膜, 而透明粘接胶层 14可以是不千胶,也可以是热熔 胶、 固体胶或其它粘胶。
图 4为透光区 131设置成圓形透光孔时的平面结构示意图, 图 5为显色 印刷层 13设置成条形状显色印刷体时所对应的平面结构示意图, 图 6为显 色印刷层 13设置成点状显色印刷体时所对应的平面结构示意图, 从这些平 面结构示意图可以清楚地看到显色印刷层 13及各透光区 131的形状、 分布 及其对应关系。
本发明揭示的是一种材料, 如图 8所示, 这种材料的成品是一卷一卷的 圓筒状的卷材, 而且卷材上面没有任何的图画。 在客户使用的时候, 将这种 卷材放到喷绘机上, 展开材料并放入喷绘机的送料装置上, 然后在能吸墨的 自粘透明塑料软膜 1 1的表面上打印所需画面, 当所打印的画面的墨水充分 干燥固化后, 根据实际需要的尺寸进行剪裁, 然后如图 7所示, 在画面上或 者将要粘贴的透明玻璃 16上喷涂一层画面保护液而形成油墨隔离层 15, 以 防止画面上的油墨转移到透明玻璃 16上, 最后将透视膜本体 1喷好画面的 这一面, 即能吸墨的自粘透明塑料软膜 11这一面从室内朝外张贴到准备好 的透明玻璃 16上, 用刮板或其它适当的工具刮平即可。 其中, 画面保护液 是由按重量百分比的如下成分混合配制而成: 6号溶剂 90.5 %、 硅油 5 %、 白矿油 3. 5 %、 香精 1 % 。 由于保护液具有很好的湿润性, 而且非常细腻, 可以改善粘贴性能, 使本发明在使用中的粘贴更加可靠。
本发明是通过实施例来描述的, 但并不对本发明构成限制, 参照本发明 的描述, 所公开的实施例的其他变化, 比如在定型透明塑料膜的防粘面增加 一层保护底纸或保护膜, 该保护底纸或保护膜通过不千胶与定型透明塑料膜 的防粘面进行贴合, 还可以设定该保护底纸或保护膜是没有经过防粘处理的 普通纸或普通的塑料膜等等, 如对于本领域的专业人士是容易想到的, 这样 的变化应该属于本发明权利要求限定的范围之内。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种内贴透视膜, 包括透视膜本体 ( 1 ), 其特征在于该透视膜本体 ( 1 ) 包括能吸墨的自粘透明塑料软膜 ( 11 ) 及可防止该能吸墨的自粘透明 塑料软膜 ( 11 ) 被拉伸变形的定型透明塑料膜 ( 12 ), 所述定型透明塑料膜 ( 12) 与能吸墨的自粘透明塑料软膜 ( 11 ) 之间设置有显色印刷层 ( 13 ), 所述显色印刷层 ( 13) 上分布有透光区 ( 131 ), 所述能吸墨的自粘透明塑料 软膜 ( 11 ) 背向显色印刷层 ( 13 ) 及透光区 ( 131 ) 的表面为打印吸墨面和 粘贴面, 所述定型透明塑料膜( 12) 背向显色印刷层 ( 13 ) 及透光区 ( 131 ) 的表面为经过防粘处理形成的防粘面。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述内贴透视膜, 其特征在于上述显色印刷层 ( 13) 为印刷的油墨层。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述内贴透视膜, 其特征在于上述显色印刷层 ( 13) 由若干点状或条形状或其它形状的显色印刷体组成, 所述各相邻显色印刷体 之间的空隙处形成透光区 ( 131 )。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述内贴透视膜, 其特征在于上述透光区 ( 131 )为 若千圓形透光孔或方形透光孔或其它形状的透光孔。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述内贴透视膜, 其特征在于上述能吸墨的自粘透 明塑料软膜 ( 11 ) 为预先制作好的能吸墨的自粘透明塑料软膜, 所述能吸墨 的自粘透明塑料软膜 ( 11 ) 通过透明粘接胶层 ( 14 ) 与显色印刷层 ( 13 )相 贴合并通过透明粘接胶层 ( 14) 穿透显色印刷层 ( 13 ) 的透光区 ( 131 ) 的 部分与定型透明塑料膜 ( 12) 贴合为一体。
6、 根据权利要求 1所述内贴透视膜, 其特征在于上述能吸墨的自粘透 明塑料软膜( 11 ) 为通过涂布的方式将塑胶胶液设置在显色印刷层 ( 13 )上 而形成的具有吸墨及自粘功能的透明塑料软膜层, 且该具有吸墨及自粘功能 的透明塑料软膜层位于显色印刷层 ( 13) 的透光区 ( 131 ) 的部分穿透所述 透光区 ( 131 ) 与定型透明塑料膜 ( 12) 相结合。
7、 一种内贴透视膜的制造方法, 该方法用于制造如前述任一权利要求 所述内贴透视膜, 其特征在于包括以下步骤:
a、 在定型透明塑料膜 ( 12 ) 的一侧面上涂布防粘硅油, 使该侧面形成 防粘面;
b、 在定型透明塑料膜 ( 12) 的另一侧面上印制具有透光区 ( 131 ) 的显 色印刷层 ( 13);
c、 在定型透明塑料膜 ( 12 ) 印有显色印刷层 ( 13) 的这一面设置能吸 墨的自粘透明塑料软膜 ( 11 );
d、 通过收卷机收卷形成半成品;
e、 按照客户的要求进行分卷、 裁边, 并进行包装后, 得到内贴透视膜 材料成品。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述内贴透视膜的制造方法, 其特征在于上述步骤 a 中, 印制具有透光区 ( 131 ) 的显色印刷层 ( 13 ) 是采用印刷机将油墨通过 凹版印刷的方式直接在定型透明塑料膜 ( 12) 上印刷形成具有透光区 ( 131 ) 的油墨层。
9、 根据权利要求 7所述内贴透视膜的制造方法, 其特征在于上述步骤 c 中, 设置能吸墨的自粘透明塑料软膜 ( 11 )是先在显色印刷层 ( 13) 的表面 涂布一层透明粘接胶层 ( 14), 该透明粘接胶层 ( 14)位于透光区 (131 )的 部分穿透所述透光区 ( 131 ) 而粘接到定型透明塑料膜 ( 11 ) 上, 然后将预 先制作好的能吸墨的自粘透明塑料软膜 ( 11 ) 贴合到透明粘接胶层 ( 14 )上 并通过透明粘接胶层( 14 )穿透透光区( 131 )的部分与定型透明塑料膜( 11 ) 贴合为一体。
10、 根据权利要求 7所述内贴透视膜的制造方法, 其特征在于上述步骤 c中, 设置能吸墨的自粘透明塑料软膜 ( 11 ) 是采用涂布机将塑胶胶液直接 涂布在显色印刷层 ( 13) 上待烘千后形成具有吸墨及自粘功能的透明塑料软 膜层, 且该具有吸墨及自粘功能的透明塑料软膜层位于透光区 ( 131 ) 的部 分穿透所述透光区 ( 131 ) 与定型透明塑料膜 ( 12 )相结合。
