Abstract

组合式铁路辙叉,属铁路道岔制作技术领域。其构成包括叉心、设置在叉心两边的翼轨,翼轨由前普通钢轨段、后普通钢轨段和设置在前、后普通钢轨段之间的合金钢加强段构成,其特征是所述的合金钢加强段与普通钢轨段之间采用限位配合线过渡衔接,在两翼轨之间的限位配合线处设置有间隔铁,在翼轨与叉心之间的限位配合线处设置有间隔铁,两翼轨之间、翼轨与叉心之间用穿在间隔铁中的螺栓相连接。优点是在保证翼轨的高抗磨损性能的同时保证了两种材质钢轨的良好密贴性,提高了辙叉的抗冲击能力。且制造容易,组合后的整体性强,稳定性好。特别适合高速铁路中使用。

组合式铁路辙叉
技术领域
本发明涉及一种辙叉结构,属铁路道岔制作技术领域。
背景技术
铁路辙叉由叉心和设置在叉心两边的翼轨组成。(参见中国铁道出版社,2000高等学校教材《铁道工程》第96页~99页)列车过岔时,翼轨受到车轮的冲击而磨耗严重。为解决这一问题,目前的做法是将翼轨易磨耗段的强度加强,如目前采用的焊接式辙叉,其翼轨由普通段和合金钢加强段焊接而成。这种焊接式辙叉的缺点一是由于异料钢材间焊接难度大,制造较困难;二是焊缝处的抗冲击性能差,在高速铁路中使用时车轮的高速冲击很容易使其损坏。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有铁路辙叉的上述缺点,提供一种制作容易、耐磨且抗冲击能力强的组合式铁路辙叉。
实现本发明目的的组合式铁路辙叉包括叉心、设置在叉心两边的翼轨,翼轨由前普通钢轨段、后普通钢轨段和设置在前、后普通钢轨段之间的合金钢加强段构成,其特征是所述的合金钢加强段与普通钢轨段之间采用限位配合线过渡衔接,在两翼轨之间的限位配合线处设置有间隔铁,在翼轨与叉心之间的限位配合线处设置有间隔铁,两翼轨之间、翼轨与叉心之间用穿在间隔铁中的螺栓相连接。
本组合式铁路辙叉将合金钢加强段与普通钢轨段之间采用限位配合线过渡衔接来实现合金钢加强段与普通钢轨段之间的连接,有效避免了两种材质翼轨接缝处因应力集中所导致的破损。在过渡段处用间隔铁来定位,通过螺栓将叉心和翼轨组合连接,提高了整个组合辙叉的稳定性。
本发明的有益效果是,在保证翼轨的高抗磨损性能的同时保证了两种材质钢轨的良好密贴性,提高了辙叉的抗冲击能力。且制造容易,组合后的整体性强,稳定性好。特别适合高速铁路中使用。

参见图1~2,本组合式铁路辙叉包括叉心4、设置在叉心4两边的由前普通钢轨段1、后普通钢轨段3和设置在前、后普通钢轨段之间的合金钢加强段2构成的翼轨,其特征是所述的合金钢加强段与普通钢轨段之间采用限位配合线7过渡衔接,在两翼轨之间的限位配合线衔接处设置有间隔铁5,在翼轨与叉心之间的限位配合线衔接处设置有间隔铁8,两翼轨之间、翼轨与叉心之间用穿在间隔铁中的螺栓6相连接。

1.组合式铁路辙叉,包括叉心、设置在叉心两边的翼轨,翼轨由前普通钢轨段、后普通钢轨段和设置在前、后普通钢轨段之间的合金钢加强段构成,其特征是所述的合金钢加强段与普通钢轨段之间采用限位配合线过渡衔接,在两翼轨之间的限位配合线处设置有间隔铁,在翼轨与叉心之间的限位配合线处设置有间隔铁,两翼轨之间、翼轨与叉心之间用穿在间隔铁中的螺栓相连接。
