但是,现有袋子,在两张耐热性合成树脂片材相面对的状态下,其边缘部分通过热熔接完全被接合,并在其内部形成包装空间的结构,当要使用内容物时,应剪取或切开袋子的一部分来打开袋子。
现有技术已公开了形成有压力排出口的带子,当被施加预定压力以上的压力时,压力排出口被打开,现有袋子的压力排出口是通过半密封(也成为“半热熔接”)而形成的。
为了制造根据现有技术的具备压力排出口的袋子,在两张耐热性合成树脂片材或者两张金属片材相面对的状态下,首先通过一次热熔接完全接合除了压力排出口部分外的其他密封部之后,仅对压力排出口进行二次半密封。
从而,根据现有技术制造具备压力亚排出口的袋子的制造方法,热熔接密封除了压力排口口之外的密封部之后,为了形成压力排出口还有进行半热熔接,整体工序所需的时间相当长。尤其,在半密封压力排出口时,很难将热挤压模具的位置正确地排列在压力排出口的位置,因此存在产品中发生残次的问题。
并且,在半密封中容易由于加热使得两张耐热性合成树脂片材或者两张金属片材完全结合在一起。因此存在即使加压袋子也无法打开压力排出口的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种具备压力排出口的袋子,其仅通过一次密封工序同时形成压力排出口,从而可以显著缩短制造工序所需的时间;通过按压,压力排出口能够正确地打开。
本发明的目的通过提供具备压力排出口的袋子来达成,该袋子包括:袋子本体、压力排出口;袋子本体具有容纳空间;容纳空间是通过将两张重叠的片材用热挤压模具加热挤压密封部而气密地热熔接密封部,从而在袋子本体内形成的;压力排出口一体地形成于袋子本体的密封部上;压力排出口通过压力被打开时,排出容纳空间内的内容物;其中,压力排出口与密封部同时形成;由于在挤压模具中的一部分形成有凹槽部,密封部热进行熔接时,仅在对应于凹槽部的部分上的加热温度及压力有降低。
优选地,打开所述压力排出口的压力程度可根据凹槽部的深度调整。
所述本发明的目的通过提供具备压力排出口的袋子来达成,该袋子包括:袋子本体、压力排出口;袋子本体具有容纳空间;容纳空间是通过将两张重叠的片材用热挤压模具加热挤压密封部而气密地热熔接密封部,从而在袋子本体内形成的;压力排出口一体地形成于袋子本体的密封部上;压力排出口通过压力被打开时,排出容纳空间内的内容物;其中,压力排出口与密封部同时形成;由于在热挤压模具中的一部分形成有容纳槽,在容纳槽中设置有导热性低于热挤压模具的金属材料,密封部热进行熔接时,仅在对应于金属材料的部分上的加热温度有降低。
优选地,打开压力排出口的压力程度可根据金属材料的导热性调整。
优选地,压力排出口为沿内容物的排出方向彼此平行相隔而形成的两个压力排出口,并且,在两个压力排出口之间形成有临时排出空间。
优选地,密封部是沿袋子本体的边缘形成的,在袋子本体内只形成一个容纳空间。
优选地,密封部是沿袋子本体的边缘形成的;在本体内形成内部分隔壁,使得袋子本体形成为多个分隔的容纳空间。
优选地,袋子本体是通过部分地热溶接两张耐热性合成树脂片材、或者两张金属片材、或者一张耐热性合成树脂片材或一张金属片材而形成的。
优选地,袋子本体是通过部分地热熔接一张防水涂布的纸质片材和一张生物可降解合成树脂而形成的。
发明效果
根据本发明的具备压力排出口的袋子,在密封两张耐热性合成树脂片材或者两张金属片材的热挤压模具中,在形成压力排出口的部分形成凹槽部,或者在容纳槽内插入导热性低于热挤压模具的材料的金属,从而热熔接周围等密封部的同时形成压力排出口,因此存在可显著缩短制造工序所需的时间的效果。
而且,压力排出口并非通过由半密封的热熔接形成,而是被形成为在加压时通过因凹槽部热挤压模具的加热温度及压力下降,或者通过插入导热性低于热挤压模具的金属材料而热挤压模具的加热温度的下降而能够正确地打开,从而可通过袋子本体的压力正确地打开,因此存在用作包装化妆水、收缩水、乳液等皮肤保养产品以及洗发水、护发素等护发产品、各种调味汁、饮料等食品类、中药或者凝胶状药剂等医药品的容器时,可方便使用的显著效果。
而且,沿着排出方向相隔连续形成两个压力排出口时,存在第一次排出时,可以防止内容物爆炸性地排出,还可以防止因不小心施加压力而袋子本体内的内容物被排出的效果。

具体实施方式
以下,参照附图详细说明本发明的优选实施例,本发明仅供本发明所属领域的技术人员容易实施,并不是用来限定本发明的技术思想以及范畴。
图1是示出根据本发明的具备压力排出口的袋子的透视图,图2是示出在制造根据本发明的具备压力排出口的袋子时所使用的热挤压模具的一实施方式的图,图3是示出在制造根据本发明的具备压力排出口的袋子时所使用的热挤压模具的另一实施方式的图,图4至6示出在袋子本体10a、10b、10c的使用状态图。
通过一次密封工序同时形成压力排出口20a、20b,根据本发明的具备压力排出口的袋子1a、1b、1c缩短制造工序所需的时间;而且,通过加压可以准确地打开压力排出口20a、20b。对应于图1至图6所示,袋子包括:袋子本体10a、10b、10c,其密封部15a、15b、15c是两张片材11、13相面对由热挤压模具3气密地热熔接而成的,并在其内部形成容纳空间;压力排出口20a、20b,一体形成在袋子本体10a、10b、10c的密封部15a、15b、15c上,通过压力被打开,从而排出容纳空间内的内容物。
袋子本体10a、10b、10c用于气密地包装化妆水、收缩水、乳液等皮肤保养产品以及洗发水、护发素等护发产品、各种调味汁、饮料等食品类、中药或者凝胶状药剂等医药品等内容物。通过包括热挤压模具3(用于加热挤压密封部15a、15b、15c)的密封装置(未图示),将两张片材11、13相面对重叠在热挤压模具3后,用热挤压模具3进行加热挤压,从而气密地热熔接密封部15a、15b、15c。
袋子本体10a、10b、10c是在两张片材11、13相面对的状态下部分热熔接而形成的;两张片材11、13可以是诸如聚乙烯、聚丙烯的耐热性合成树脂片材,也可以是诸如铝薄板等的金属片材形成,还可以一张是耐热性合成树脂片材而另一张是由金属片材。
袋子本体10a、10b、10c可通过部分热熔接经生物可降解的树脂作防水涂布的纸质片材11和由生物可降解的片材13而形成,这样就可以环保地进行自然降解;或者,片材11、13中的一个可由透明或半透明片材形成,这样其中的容纳物就能被看见。
如图4所示,袋子本体10a的密封部15a可以形成在袋子本体10a的边缘部分使得在袋子本体10a只形成一个容纳空间;根据实施方式,如图5及图6所示,密封部15b、15c也可以在袋子本体10b、10c的边缘部分与内部分隔壁部分形成,以便在袋子本体10b、10c分割形成多个容纳空间。
热熔接袋子本体10a、10b、10c的工序或者在袋子本体10a、10b、10c内容纳内容物的工序以为公众所熟知,为了简化说明,此处省略详细说明。
在袋子本体10a、10b、10c的密封部15a、15b、15c上一体形成压力排出口20a、20b。该压力排出口20a、20b通过压力被打开,从而排出容纳空间内的内容物。压力排出口20a、20b并非像以往的袋子那样通过半密封来形成,而是如图2所示,与密封部15a、15b、15c同时形成。在热挤压模具3的预定部形成有凹槽部5a,密封部15a、15b、15c通过热挤压模具3热熔接时,仅在对应于凹槽部5a的部分的温度和压力下降(对应于压力排出口20a);或者,在热挤压模具3中的一部分形成容纳槽5b,在容纳槽5b插入导热性低于热挤压模具3的金属材7,在熔接密封部时,仅在对应于金属材7的部分的加热温度下降(相当于压力排出口20b)。
对于通过形成于热挤压模具3中的预定部的凹槽部5a在热熔接密封部15a、15b、15c时同时形成的压力排出口20a而言,并非如其他密封部15a、15b、15c那样通过高温的热挤压模具3的直接接触和压力使得两张片材11、13完全热熔接,而是由于凹槽部5a,两张片材11、13的对应于凹槽部5a的部分的温度以及压力比施加于其他密封部15a、15b、15c的加热温度及压力要低,因此两张片材11、13的密封部15a、15b、15c中对应于凹槽部5a的部分并非完全热熔接,其结果,该部分临时地相结合,当以预定压力以上的力加压袋子本体10a、10b、10c时能够分离。
此时,可以根据凹槽部5a的深度调整在热熔接密封部15a、15b、15c时在密封部15a、15b、15c中对应于凹槽部5a的部分的加热温度及压力,由此,也可以调整为打开压力排出口20a的压力程度。
因此,凹槽部5a的深度越深,为打开压力排出口20a的压力程度越低,凹槽部5a的深度越浅,为打开压力排出口20a的压力程度越高。
对于通过插入于热挤压模具3中的一部分的金属材7,在热熔接密封部15a、15b、15c时同时形成的压力排出口20b而言,并非如其他密封部15a、15b、15c那样通过高温热挤压模具3的直接接触以及压力使两张片材11、13完全热熔接,而是通过插入导热性低的金属材7,在热熔接密封部15a、15b、15c时,施加于两张片材11、13的密封部15a、15b、15c中对应于金属材7的部分的压力与密封部15a、15b、15c相同,但是,由于金属材7的导热性低,其加热温度比其他密封部15a、15b、15c要低,因此两张片材11、13的密封部15a、15b、15c中对应于金属材7的部分无法完全热熔接,其结果,该部分临时地相结合,当以预定的压力以上的力加压袋子本体10a、10b、10c时分离。
此时,可以根据金属材7的导热性调整在热熔接密封部15a、15b、15c时在密封部15a、15b、15c中对应于金属材7的部分的加热温度,由此,可以调整为打开压力排出口20b的压力程度。
因此,金属材7的导热性越低,为打开压力排出口20b的压力程度越低,金属材7的导热性越高,为打开压力排出口20a的压力程度越高。
压力排出口20a、20b沿排出方向平行间隔形成有两个时,优选在两个压力排出口20a、20b之间形成临时排出空间20c,此时,即使由于不小心施加压力于袋子本体10a、10b、10c而一个压力排出口20a、20b被打开,但另一个压力排出口20a、20b被封闭,因此可以防止内容物随便排出。
而且,通过调整凹槽5a的长度或者选择具有特定导热性的金属材料7,优选地最后打开的压力排出口20a、20b的打开压力形成为比首先打开的压力排出口20a、20b的打开压力更低,此时,通过较强的一次压力使内容物向临时排出空间20c排出后,通过较弱的二次压力最终排出内容物,从而可以防止第一次排出时内容物爆炸性地排出。
通过在密封两张片材11、13的热挤压模具3中形成凹槽部5a或形成容纳槽5b并在该容纳槽5b内插入导热性低于热挤压模具3的材料的金属材7(压力排出口20a、20b对应于该处形成),根据本发明的具备压力排出口的袋子1a、1b、1c在热熔接密封部15a、15b、15c(比如,边缘)的同时形成压力排出口20a、20b,因此可显著缩短制造工序的时间。
由于压力排出口20a、20b并非通过由半密封的热熔接形成,而是通过凹槽部5a(或者通过降低热挤压模具3的温度和压力)或者通过导热性低于热挤压模具3的金属材料7而形成的,因此,他们可以在袋子本体10a、10b、10c受压时准确地打开。因此袋子用作包装化妆水、收缩水、乳液等皮肤保养产品以及洗发水、护发素等护发产品、各种调味汁、饮料等食品类、中药或者凝胶状药剂等医药品的容器时,使用非常方便。
尤其,具有由分隔壁形成的多个容纳空间的袋子本体10c的情况,通过在分隔壁上形成压力排出口20a、20b,需要时对袋子本体10a、10b、10c施加压力,则各容纳空间内的内容物可混合使用。此时,根据本发明的具备压力排出口的袋子1c是可分开容纳及混合使用面罩(mask sheet)和乳液的袋子,或者可分开容纳及混合使用的染发剂第一成分与第二成分的袋子,或者可分开容纳及混合使用两种原料的袋子等。
此外,压力排出口20a、20b沿排出方向平行相隔形成有两个时,通过临时容纳空间20c,在第一次排出时可以防止内容物爆炸性地排出,还可以防止因不小心施加压力而使袋子本体10a、10b、10c内的内容物被排出。
根据本发明的具备压力排出口的袋子,在密封两张耐热性合成树脂片材或者两张金属片材的热挤压模具中,在形成压力排出口的部分形成凹槽部,或者在容纳槽内插入导热性低于热挤压模具的材料的金属,从而可在热熔接周围等密封部的同时形成压力排出口,因此存在可显著缩短制造工序所需的时间的效果。
而且,压力排出口并非通过由半密封的热熔接形成,而是通过在加压时因凹槽部使得热挤压模具的加热温度及压力下降,或者通过插入导热性低于热挤压模具的金属材料而热挤压模具的加热温度的下降而形成,从而通过袋子本体的压力可准确地打开,因此可用于包装化妆水、收缩水、乳液等皮肤保养产品以及洗发水、护发素等护发产品、各种调味汁、饮料等食品类、中药或者凝胶状药剂等医药品的容器,使用方便。
同时,压力排出口排出方向平行相隔形成时,在第一次排出时,可以防止内容物爆炸性地排出,还可以防止因不小心施加压力而袋子本体内的内容物被排出。

Claims (9)

1.一种具备压力排出口的袋子,其包括:袋子本体、压力排出口;
所述袋子本体具有容纳空间;所述容纳空间是通过将两张重叠的片材用热挤压模具加热挤压密封部而气密地热熔接密封部,从而在所述袋子本体内形成的;
所述压力排出口一体地形成于所述袋子本体的密封部;所述压力排出口通过压力被打开时,排出所述容纳空间内的内容物;
其中,所述压力排出口与所述密封部同时形成;由于在所述挤压模具中的一部分形成有凹槽部,所述密封部进行热熔接时,仅在对应于所述凹槽部的部分上的加热温度及压力有降低。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具备压力排出口的袋子,其特征在于:
打开所述压力排出口的压力程度可根据所述凹槽部的深度调整。
3.一种具备压力排出口的袋子,其包括:袋子本体、压力排出口;
所述袋子本体具有容纳空间;所述容纳空间是通过将两张重叠的片材用热挤压模具加热挤压密封部而气密地热熔接密封部,从而在所述袋子本体内形成的;
所述压力排出口一体地形成于所述袋子本体的密封部;所述压力排出口通过压力被打开时,排出所述容纳空间内的内容物;
其中,所述压力排出口与所述密封部同时形成;由于在所述热挤压模具中的一部分形成有容纳槽,在所述容纳槽中设置有导热性低于所述热挤压模具的导热性的金属材料,所述密封部进行热熔接时,仅在对应于所述金属材料的部分上的加热温度有降低。
4.根据权利要求3所述的具备压力排出口的袋子,其特征在于:
打开所述压力排出口的压力程度可根据所述金属材料的导热性调整。
5.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的具备压力排出口的袋子,其特征在于:
所述压力排出口为沿内容物的排出方向彼此平行相隔而形成的两个压力排出口,并且在所述两个压力排出口之间形成有临时排出空间。
6.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的具备压力排出口的袋子,其特征在 于:
所述密封部是沿所述袋子本体的边缘形成的,在所述袋子本体内只形成一个容纳空间。
7.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的具备压力排出口的袋子,其特征在于:
所述密封部是沿所述袋子本体的边缘形成的;在本体内形成有内部分隔壁,使得所述袋子本体形成为多个分隔的容纳空间。
8.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的具备压力排出口的袋子,其特征在于:
所述袋子本体是通过部分地热溶接两张耐热性合成树脂片材、或者两张金属片材、或者一张耐热性合成树脂片材或一张金属片材而形成的。
9.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的具备压力排出口的袋子,其特征在于:
所述袋子本体是通过部分地热熔接一张经防水涂布的纸质片材和一张生物可降解合成树脂片材而形成的。
